We've been watching this Panda get built and we have been anticipating its open and now, it finally is. We were not disappointed 😊 We don't live too far but we've been eating at every Panda in the area so this was a welcome sight for my kids and I. The location is clean and the service was fast and friendly--we like "Fast and Friendly!" 😊 Our order was correct, the portions were what we expect and the restrooms were clean. Thank you for coming to Wylie 💥💥
Problem with my order was quickly & efficiently solved by supervisor(?) Amrit. She did it with a friendly attitude & nice smile too. I ordered our Family meal online but for a different Panda location instead of this Wylie one. Although ww had to pay again since the Allen Panda wasn’t responding to my repeated calls to cancel that online order, Amrit gave us a discount & served us the same order immediately. Good hot food, esp the orange chicken & walnut shrimp. Staff were busy cleaning, cooking, serving. All were pleasant. Bathrooms spacious & newly cleaned too.
Drive through customer here. There were two cars in front of me and I spent maybe five minutes total from order to driving away with food. The guy who was working the intercom and window was polite and friendly (and I always make sure to say my own please and thank you since theirs is often a thankless job, PSA to be kind to one another). The food looked great and tasted even better. A+ Panda Express cuisine. It's fast food, so has nothing on some place like PF Chang's, but for what it is, it's a shining specimen. Will absolutely be back probably more often than I should! Now, if you're going at rush hour, whoever *DESIGNED* this location and drive through should have their knuckles rapped with a ruler. Horrible flow pattern for traffic since it has to contend with everyone also coming and going at Walmart. I would not recommend ever using this location for drive-through at rush hour because of DESIGN, not the service or food aspect.

Great service, food is always coming out fresh, the tables are always clean and well kept. They give good portions and staff is very polite
Food was fresh, veggies nice and crisp. Interior dinning area is very clean. Employees were pleasant. Overall a great choice for lunch.

I went through the drive-through. I received great customer service when ordering. Got to the window and they got the order correct. It's what you pray for when you have a large order. 😉 I got the condiments I requested. Everything was hot & delicious! 👍🥰

Pretty consistent. The food is always hot and fresh. Wait is a little longer than you would like.
When I arrived around 11 am the food was old and I asked for fresh they said can you wait 10 to 15 minutes and I did, but they forgot I was waiting for fresh food to buy and they sure have protocols to follow up when the food is saggy and dry,
Idk who works there that needs to hear this but I asked for my normal order. bigger plate with 2 orange chicken and one Beijing beef as shown on my receipt and they gave me a container full of broccoli instead of my beef Beijing Thanks for ripping me off.

The orange chicken is chunks of batter. My son couldn't finish eating the chicken because it was just hard batter.
Food is tasty, but Panda should let you know when a dish costs more than the advertised price.

The tables were dirty and they skimped out on the food, giving barely any chicken in the string bean chicken, just straight string bean, not much orange chicken was given as well. The worst was the chow mein, it was really dry. The fortune cookies were stale as well.
I actually really love this Panda Express , unfortunately the server today , his name was Shane , served me very small portions. I ordered the bigger plate and my side portions were so small. The beef and broccoli only came with two pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. I also paid the additional $1.50 for the premium shrimp and I only got like 4 pieces, so not worth paying extra. I’m disappointed, however the food was always great like always .
Worst that you can imagine, 1 star for their soy sauce packets, which seem to add more flavor (sodium) to consume the food. Staff has no patience, they keep pushing you asking what you want instead of letting us browse.

0 STARS!! DEAD FLY IN MY FOOD! Avoid this place! I was disgusted and felt absolutely sick to my stomach! This place should not be passing health inspection! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you like dead flys in your food!

Paid steak premium price, got kids portion! With 3 cubes. Not worth going to this location. Try the one in Murphy for better quality and quantity.
Everytime I come here fried rice is out!!! Right now they had me pay and I have been waiting 8 minutes. Do better!!! Pay attention. It’s dinner time. Not the middle of the day either.
When the site first opened, we tried it because we have always loved Panda and were excited that we had one close by. The service was subpar at best. The service was slow and the servers seemed confused. The serving sizes seemed undersized. We chalked this up to opening pain. A few months later we gave it another chance and again same thing. It is now a year later and one more time we gave it another try. We will not be back to this location. The food in the display counter looked old and dry. We did try a few entrees. The chow mein noodles were dry and the rice was also. The chicken was ok but steak dish was dry. For the sake of the nice people that work at this Wylie, TX location, please do something about the food. Just not up to the standard that we have experienced at other Panda locations
This place is a hit or miss when it comes to fresh food. Does not make me want to come back. Some entrees are just sitting there for hours vs making them fresh during busy times. Orange chicken was nothing but batter and hard! Barely any chicken?! Management needs to do better!!
