I don't see why so many bad reviews. We LOVE Papa John's the times I have had a issue, they are more than happy to fix the problem. I been coming here since the one in Sachse closed. I'm happy with my orders through the phone or on line orders, and when I've had delivery very happy too. Keep the great service and great quality of food.

We ordered online, and there was a mix up. After receiving the order, and noticing that it's not what we wanted, we called the store and they were professional and understanding. They sent us the right pizza, and it was good! Good customer service!

I really like this Papa Johns. The staff is friendly, and the facility seemed clean and well-organized. This is one of the better pizzarias in the area, and there are many pizzarias in the neighborhood. I would definitely go here again if I'm looking for a pizza. I ordered online to this location and had no problems.
The new boneless wings & flavors are great. Can you please add an option on your app so that everyone has an option to get all your Chicken products well done if they so choose. The new line of boneless bites flavors that you have now are much more flavorful than previous tries. Thank You The Juice
I order from here semi frequently and they have always been fantastic. They're on time and accurate with my order. Unfortunately, this evening I picked my pizza up, got home and realized some extras I ordered were missing, so I called the store and they apologized and sent someone out to my house to bring me the extras. This is definitely the best pizza store I've ever ordered from.
I always order at Pizza Stop, it was my first time ordering here, all veggie and cheese. Pizza was great. And exceeded my expectations.

This place is amazing. Food is delicious. I love the fact that they keep our local high schoolers employed and they are always friendly. This makes me think the management have great respect for these young adults and are teaching them great work habits.

I was reading reviews and saw a review for Dominos. The person said; "... just use Papa Johns", so I gave them a chance. I haven't used them for a while, but they were great! Pizza Hut does okay sometimes, but is expensive for what you get, and the deals aren't great. Dominos... here in Wylie, it is the worst I have ever experienced. I am definitely going to keep using Papa John's. The pizza, above all else, was great! I used a 9.99 make your own deal; the same that Dominos had. No comparison! Papa Johns actually had toppings on it. Unlike Dominos, it was loaded with toppings. So much better!

**updated my rating from 1 star to 4 since I received a text from the manager apologizing for that driver behavior, we need to give credit when credit is due ** This review is solely based on the reckless delivery driver that almost cause an accident when I went to pick up my pizza. Having someone drive so carelessly in front of a busy parking lot is crazy. I voice my opinion to the driver himself when I tried to tell him what he/she/ they did when I saw him go into the store he didn't care and was zesty with me, voiced my opinion again to Xavier the manager he seemed not confident and scared. So I called the manager Robert and left a message. We shall see.

usually the service and quality here is exceptional. But this time I used my points on 2 orders of jalapeño poppers and they are awful. The dough didn't puff up, there's almost no cream cheese and so many jalapeños they are inedible. What a waste of my points. I just got some 2 days ago and they were so good, I wanted more. Guess they only turn out well if you actually pay for them? What a rip if having this free points system if what you get is awful. Very disappointed.
A while back I placed a delivery order that took over an hour to arrive. I let it slide a bit because it was a holiday. Placed a delivery order today on my computer. Went to another part of the house to wait. Nothing after an hour so I go back to check my computer to find it had been cancelled! No explanation, no message, nothing! Guess I won't be using them again. It's a shame because I have always liked most of their food.

I ordered over the phone and the girl on the other end must have been her first day on the job. She couldn't figure out how to take my order. I didn't have any coupons so I asked if they had some she could apply to give us a little discount. She had no idea. I told her they have always applied some coupon in the past and asked if she could ask a manager. She seemed clueless and may have asked but replied saying no. So we ended up paying nearly $60 for 3 pizzas! As far as the pizza quality, one of the pizzas we ordered half supreme and half cheese only. As you can see by the picture there were only 2 slices of supreme while the rest was all cheese. So did she enter the order wrong or was it made incorrectly? Either way, we way way over paid for that pizza. The other two were meat lovers pizzas and they were decent. As you can see by the pictures the toppings were not evenly distributed, so some of the pizza slices had very little toppings.

JUST called in and a young guy answered.( we order from here, EVERYTHING Friday) The last 3 times they delivered wrong Pizza so I had 1 credit on my account. Asked to use that and he said, we'll I don't know how to do that...I said, we'll is there someone that does? He says...welllll...we are really busy, so...... Not impressed. Guess we will find a new Pizza delivery place.

There were two “guys” working in the store that absolutely ignored my existence when I walked in to pick up my order. Kaylee, I believe her name was, made up for it with her very sweet customer friendly attitude. Those boys need to stop worrying about their makeup and hair and do their job they are being paid to do. Makeup. Why? I don’t get this world…

We ordered pizza 2 hours ago. We watched the delivery driver deliver pizza to our neighbor's house and drive away. He went down the street and turned around and came back. He left our neighbors pizza at our house and our pizza at our neighbors. We called the "manager" and we were told the correct pizza would be delivered. 2 hours later I get a text saying our pizza is on the front door. We have cameras and there's nothing on the porch. Delivery driver texts me the address where he left the pizza, and it's the address we lived at 4 years ago. We called again and asked for a refund and cancel. Almost 10 pm and no food. I had left a wonderful review before even though I've had small issues here and there, but this fiasco tonight is ridiculous. Wow. Get it together. I've never seen such a poorly operated Papa John's.
Sadly our first and last experience here was horrible. All we ordered was a large supreme pizza and traditional wings which we thought it would mean buffalo wings but instead we got plain chicken wings with no buffalo sauce. We’re never coming here again. And The kid in the back was touching the screen after he grabbed a handful of cheese which is not sanitary at all.
The pizza was undercooked, everything was sticky, and the crust was hard. Definitely a pizza place I won’t be ordering from again.
Worst ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on the app for pickup. Tracker said it was ready. Went inside - they said not ready. Waited over 30 minutes watching people come and go with pizza. Nothing for me. Finally asked again and they went to look. Oh - your order didn’t go through - we’ll make it now. I said no thank you - please refund my money. That will take 3 days! Also saw an employee pick up a box off the stack of ready pizzas and go back and start eating. Wonder if it was mine? Too bad service was horrible - we actually like your pizza.
I ordered the new cheese burger papa d sandwich...3 one with meat and cheese only 2 the regular way except no sauce on one of them . The person who took my order was impatient with me, I knew my order would be wrong , normally I would have ended it then and went elsewhere but my little Nephew was wanting to try the sandwich. I was told my order would be 25 minutes, arrived there was told they didn't have an order for me by my name, I told the young lady what I ordered she said oh I have it here under Mel, I asked who is Mel? She said I thought that was what you said our connection was bad. Another 30 minutes later I came back, people crowded in, no social distancing, then I here order for Mel, smh. I took the order and left. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Papa John's ever again. Back to Pizza Hut I go.
Pizza was absolutely terrible. No sauce no cheese on the pizza. Ordered double beef and got barely any toppings. Called and complained and spoke with the "manager" and he didnt even ask why we were unhappy. We will NEVER order Papa John's pizza again. Pizza Hut has our business from now on. Papa Johns is more like Papa PENDEJO'S.
Tried to place an order over the phone 3 different times. Twice I got hung up on, the other I was on hold for over 10 minutes. They are completely unwilling to match any competitor's offer. Perhaps they should stop hiring teenagers with the attention span of a two-year-old. Suffice it to say they will never earn any of my business again.
Pizza is the worst I ever had at this location and they keep changing the price on the pizza for a example a small cheese pizza cost me $6.50 one day and three days later it is $7.96 for the same pizza call mgr.about it it should be $12.00 .in less than a week it double in price wow what inflation. Not an entire slice but a piece of my pizza was missing probably a mistake cutting that they didn't bother to fix, wings were under sauced and just not very good in general, multiple burnt air bubbles on pizza and looks like someone tried to cover it up with a pepperoni to be less noticeable. Better off going to any of the other chain or mom and pop pizza places in Wylie. Delivery time sure was fast tho, whoopdey doo.
I promise...I have tried and tried, but we continue to have issue after issue. Today, after waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery with 4 hungry boys, I called to cancel. No one would pick up the phone. Instead, the automated system recognized my number and outstanding order, telling me it was "in the oven." I assume someone saw the OLD pizzas on the counter and, after 7 minutes of them not answering my call, delivered them-- cold-- to my doorstep. No one bothered to ring the doorbell to alert (thankful for Ring)...and still managed to get our order wrong. All pizzas were cold. Not piping hot (as they should be)...not even lukewarm...COLD.
Ordered pizzas for my kids’ birthday party early today. Set the delivery time for 7 pm. Pizzas arrived at 7:45, lukewarm at best. The pizza was tough and one was burned to a crisp. The parmesan chicken bites were charred as well. Tried to call the store and got no answer. We won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again. There’s a reason this store has 3.2 stars on Google.
I ordered a large Meats pizza and an order of wings, 8 pieces well done. The pizza was extremely undercooked. The crust was doughy, and when picking up a slice, all of the toppings slid off into the box. The wings were severely undercooked. This is the LAST time I order from Papa John's in Wylie.
Ordered delivery. Received text that order was on the way but took 30 min. One pizza was old, and the other pizza was not cooked long enough.(DOUGHY) Both were not hot! VERY Disappointing! UPDATE: I called the next day to complain and was told they would replace my order whenever I wanted. Just spent the last 2 hours on the phone and no one would answer!
Awful service. Ordered a Pizza last weekend and was not what we ordered. Manager offered store credit and we were thankful. Next weekend we called to use the credit and was met with rude employees and no credit. Management did decide to take care of us, sent out the pizza for it to get to the door and they still tried to charge us for it. I'm sure it's hard to get good employees but at least have some protocols or policies in place for customer service.
This is the third time I ordered from this location and this is the third time they screwed up my order. Picked up my order and when I got home i realized I missing two pizza. The pizza that I did receive was cold, I believe they made the pizza when I ordered it at 4p instead of my 5:30p requested time. I love papa johns but I will never use this location again until they hire someone who can run the place.
There is something wrong with this store. I think the manager doesn't care at all about how hostile and aggressive the driver is. I'm big on giving tips, but I like to give them after I receive my food not before. Not only did the driver take over 20 minutes to deliver but he was refusing to hand over the food until I tipped him. You're a GROWN MAN how dare you try to intimidate my little sister. What makes you think I would want to tip you after what you did? The manager doesn't answer the phone, I'm sure he knows what kind of person he hired.

Next message at 12:36 telling me the driver had the order headed my way and I could trac it. After 30 minutes I tried tracking. Their system wouldn't let me track the pizza. At about 1:32 I looked out the front door, again, thankfully, and my pizza was at the door. Maybe from the almost 1 hour delivery, maybe from the gluten free crust, maybe because it was way undercooked... I don't know, but it felt like eating pizza on wet toast. Keep the 25% tip (why do we ever tip before service?), and enjoy it. That will be the last pizza I ever order from Papa John's. Papa John's was once really good. What happened?
Pizza was completely under cooked and raw. Mostly dough. Additionally, papa John’s won’t refund as Uber Eats delivered. Uber eats won’t refund because it was a food quality issue. Lost $70 on pizza that had to be thrown away. Just don’t expect a refund or even a remake to fix it!
I'm not one to typically complain about orders unless it's REALLY bad. And this one takes the cake. Not only was my pizza 30 minutes late (on a 30 minute order), but when I called a manager for an update someone picked up the phone but never spoke so I sat there for 5 minutes listening to customers place orders in the store. I hung up since my food finally arrived only to be disappointed... I figured the pizza would at least be WARM since it was so late but it was almost colder than room temperature! Disgusting. And if that wasn't bad enough, one of the pizzas was completely ruined since the garlic sauce exploded in one of the boxes. Decided to call the store again to give them a chance to redeem themselves and (surprisingly) someone picked up this time. I let them know the situation and all they could say was "Sorry. We get complaints about that delivery driver all the time".... HUH??? This person is still employed and I can't even get a partial refund for a ruined family dinner? Yikes. Stay away. Far away. Please fix your staff and customer service.

Half the toppings were slid off the pizza. No garlic sauce or crushed pepper that we requested. Update: Just gave in and ordered from them because it has been a year or so and we figured we'd give them another shot. Still not sure how they get decent reviews... The toppings were minimal and not very well spread out, the general taste was oddly bland and greasy, and my husband said the peppers tasted "off" like they were old or something. I doubt we will ever order from this particular location again, but at least our order made it here correct and intact this time. Still a one star rating :/

I shall NEVER return since the pre-pandemic DISGUSTING witnessing of a large African guy squatting behind the front counter COUNTING A STASH OF CASH then standing up and going directly to the food prep counter TO KNEAD DOUGH WITH HIS BARE, UNSANITIZED HANDS cross-contaminating the food supply. Even MORE DISTURBING was when I asked to speak to a manager HE WAS IT!!! And all young eyes watched and fixated on me with absolutely NO DECORUM to pretend as if a discreet customer should be allowed to discreetly express a concern WITHOUT BEING UNCOMFORTABLY STARED AT!!! After minutes of digging, it appears to be related to certain deals and pizza sizes, but why is this so difficult? Why don't you let me order what I want and then charge me a good price for it instead of hiding prices between limiting and hard to navigate "deals." I'm done with Papa John's!!!
