My family and I love Wing Stop! The wings are always fresh and hot! And the fries are delicious. I think they are one of my very favorite fries ever. This location has always been good in terms of service and cleanliness. We have been going more often as we have been doing the keto diet. Can eat lots of wings and veggies but no the fries. The restaurant really gets crazy busy during football games so might skip that time or order in advance!

I went in with my brother who is autistic. The cashier was so patient and kind. Don’t remember his name but thank you so much. You made his day.

My daughters love this food, especially my oldest she could eat it every day, little salty, for me, but my young adult kids enjoy it.

Wingstop is consistent and usually efficient at getting your order to you quickly. Taste-wise, they're your basic wings. If I want wings in a hurry, I'm likely to go to Wingstop. On the flip side, I'm pretty sure I've never had a craving for Wingstop.

I eat your wings at least once a week, but in other branches, I have never waited so long, there are about 3 people in the restaurant including me. I wait to get my food for over 20 minutes. In addition, I sit in front of the window and I see them working without gloves and touching the food with their hands, even the cashier touches the food in the kitchen after touching the cash and then again the food. But in contrast, this was the most delicious branch I have eaten. The fries were great and the sauce on the wings was as good as it should be. I took BBQ sauce and lemon and pepper sauce. It is a little strange that the drink machine is in the kitchen and not accessible to customers.

Visited our local Wingstop last night for the gazillionth time :) We ordered two classic wing combos with well done fries and extra seasoning. It was a Thursday evening, so we assumed it would be busy, hence the well done fries. We prefer them not well done but have gotten them not finished cooking too many times when they’re busy that we always do extra well done now when they’re busy. We also order extra seasoning because when we don’t we sometimes get no seasoning. The cheese sauce, ranch, and blue cheese are awesome, and we really love having liquid cheese on occasion. I love the hot honey rub which is only limited time, it’s not super spicy, just has a really good flavor. We also like the garlic parmesan which is not hot at all just good flavor and the original hot. The wait was as stated this evening! Overall a delicious meal!

It wasn't sitting in a warmer waiting to be served. The food was made right away fresh as soon as the employee finished taking my order.

The cashier dude really needs to get off his phone. Literally walked in and he just kept staring at his phone and I told him I was here for a order pickup. He would not stop looking at his phone as he lazily shuffled across. It’s not professional. Also, I knocked off stars b/c in the past I’ve had dips missing. Hope management fixes this

Not sure what’s up with either Wingstop in general or maybe this location only. I come to this one a lot. And a lot of the times the mango habanero sauce has no flavor, it is watery, and just slides off the wing instead of sticking to it. Not sure if they are diluting the sauce, being stingy with it, and maybe the wings are too hot when they put the sauce on. Either way it’s not enough sauce and no flavor to it. Has some issues with a few I’d the other sauces. I do like that this location is pretty accurate in giving you what you ordered,.

The food here is usually on point, but for the love of God, turn the drink machine around so we don’t have to ask the workers for a refill!! And turn the music down so people can have a conversation.

Early Sun afternoon I ordered food telephonically & I perceived the person who answered the phone was new. As I had to repeat my very simple order of wings 4 times. When I went to pick my order up I made sure the person ringing me up read back my order b/c I wasn't sure it would be correct. Like I figured, it was not. Instead of getting an apology from the female I suppose was the lead or manager I got an "oh the person who took your order is new" statement, which is fine, but a sorry before that would have been great too. Then after having to wait again for more wings I asked if I could have a condiment to go along with the wings. I was told I'd be charged extra for a condiment even though I had been inconvinienced. Not sure what's happened to GREAT customer service but I see why these kids have not mastered it, with leaders/I mean bosses like this. Guess I'll stick with Chick Filet.....

It took longer to get my food than originally told. I ordered before a big family but since the families daughter work there they got their food before several customers. When I asked how much longer it would be I was told they were waiting on fries. When we got our food it was cold so I asked again why and I was told it would take another 18 minutes to more food. I'll have to find another wing stop to visit.

My husband and I came in tonight 10/14 to order wings. The guy who took our order seemed bothered he had to work to start with. Then when my husband asked if he could add on something else he was told you should have told me before I finished. Better response: sure, but I'll need to ring up another order because I already completed the transaction. Doesn't speak very well for the company with employees like that.

2nd time they shorted me my wings. These wings already expensive, every one count plus i paid for three plates of 10. i expect that not 8 not 9. But 10. Sad i will be opening every plate before leaving next time. Its getting ridiculous. Count your wings before you leave.

1.) App will not let me order due to the “store being closed” yet they are obviously open for many hours to come. 2.) They will not me order over the phone. 3.) the Wingstop website cannot maintain a wing count an keeps glitching out. 4.) the app cannot add Correctly and over charges me (I took screen shots of my $60 order being over $80) 5.) I called the store and their response to all this was “we are not sure” and “there is nothing we can do” also no manager, shift lead, or anyone that can help. 6.) the store was too busy to care about delivery order and gave me a bogus phone number to call. Such a frustrating experience. Posting to every review site I’m aware of and my business is permanently lost. There are so many other great restaurants in our area.. I refuse to deal with this kind of poor service.

Tried to order wings for the super bowl. They turned off their website at 4:30 so you couldn't order online. We called and they said you could hold and they would take your order. We decided to just go up there and place a order instead of waiting on hold. We were told they're no longer taking orders because they had too many yet they were still taking phone orders. Done with wingstopif that's how you do business.

Sometimes you call after 11:30 at night they do not pick up i understand it's last minute but you still have to do you job. The staff has never been nice been going for a while now. One time the manager messed up our order when i told her she rolled her guys like we were trying to get something for free. Before we left i gave her her 2 wings back that she got wrong and tell her we weren't just trying to get something free. That's when she felt stupid and started saying sorry. Honestly just wish there was a better wing place closer to us.

I don't know what it is about Wing Stop and their cooks using their cell phone while cooking SMH no matter the location. I ask the young man who took my order who was also using his phone if he can ask the cook to wash his hands before completing my order and his response was he doesn't speak English. I just ask for my money back. Customer service and quality is TRASH

So the reason for so low is when the super bowl happen. This place became a bad show that went worse as time went on. The manager she had no control over anything that happened here that day. Corporate needs to figure out a real system for those types of occasions.They cannot handle that kind of rush even though they had more than enough employees.

Placed order 3 hours ahead of time. Order delivered an hour after scheduled time. Ordered 50 dollars worth of food and not one thing on the order was right. When I called in I was told I can come in and pick up the correct order in another hour when it would be ready. Will not come to this establishment again.

I was leaving work and decided to call in for some wings before heading over to wingstop. The guy that answered put me on hold for 12 minutes. I got there and no customers were at the store. I asked the lady what was their phone number to very that i had called the right store and it was. I showed them the hold recording since i was still on hold and they didnt seem to care. I had to wait 20 more minutes for my order.

Ordered for delivery and they had forgotten the ranch. Called them and they said all they can do is give me some kind of store credit or I can pick up the ranches (I ordered delivery for a reason). So I had to place another online order that would qualify for delivery and they would include the missing ranch. Had to do this because they don’t have their own delivery service. They need to double check all orders. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

More bread on the wings than meat. Not worth the time

Horrible experience. They messed up my order. I ordered wings and fries. The guy assumed I wanted a meal and proceeded to charge me for a meal. I told him, I don’t want a meal. I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready. When I picked it up, they didn’t have the fries that I ordered. He knew immediately he forgot to include what I ordered. Unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and management. I will never return here

I would rather give 0 star. But was able to. I ordered 34.30 worth of food and was charged 3 times. Totaled 111.90! When I went in to talk to them about it I was told, oh that will go back in your account in 3 to 5 business days! What??? It's Friday. And my order didn't go through? Wow I will not return as this is not the first time that I have been screwed by this location.

If zero stars was an option I’d choose it. I tried calling to let the manager know we got food poisoning after eating the fries and honey bbq chicken sandwich but kept being placed on hold without being spoken to. I could tell someone was picking the phone up and hitting hold each time since the hold music would stop, I’d hear rummaging, and then the hold music would start again. Within 45 minutes of eating we both got super sick. This is the second location to cause food poisoning. I’ll never go to Wingstop again! Stay away from this location in particular!

Every time I go to this location the fries are horrible. I used to work in the food industry and the cooking oil is not being changed. The fries come out super soggy you are literally taking a bite of oil. The employees are nice people can’t complain about them.

My family bought the 24 family pack and on the bottom layers of the wings there was a dead fly on one of the wings. It was disgusting to find this on the food we were eating. This means they're not paying attention to the food they're serving, and that in the kitchen they just have just have flies in the kitchen. Disgusting. Save your money, and go somewhere else. #24142854676021251 Ordered delivery. Now three times in a row they mess up the wings order. Tonight, they even forgot our french fries. Called. Explained to girl what happened. Put on hold. Came back and asked me again what happened. Again explained. Advised yet again we ordered “Classic” (picture shows only a Drum) and we basically got “Mix & Match” of wings and drums. She said the picture is only to show the wings are “Bone-In” and I explained that’s pretty evident, but very misleading since right next to that option is the “Mix & Match”. She wanted to argue. Then to boot, clearly marked on delivery to leave order on the stool, and delivery girl leaves it right, flush up against the door. Thanks for reading!
