Best food i have ever had from a dunkin donuts. Manager dawn is always friendly and is wonderful and cheerful every morning.

The drive thru is a little awkward as it's between the back of the building and a short wall, but the staff are fantastically nice!

Felicia was the Dunkin employee and she did a really great job with my coffee . She made it exactly as I ordered and she used very good customer service skills . Was very polite, and my coffee was made quick despite all the customers in line and at the drive thru. All her other employees was kind to and doing their job very well. Thank u Dunkin Donuts , And Thank you Felicia for doing such a great job serving our community the best coffee and donuts along with sandwiches but what really caught my attention was her great big smile 😊 !! Alyssa has all 5 qualities you need to have to make sure you bring customers back for more. This is the best Dunk in Donuts in the Troy area. All around the whole team is great and they are always cheerful and have a smile on their face.

Always fast and accurate service, I've been (obviously) to other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Amsterdam area and they should in my opinion field trip to this location to learn how a Macciato is made properly! Always friendly and efficient service! Thank you

The food and staff are great, but why are the drive up lines so long and take so long? This has been an issue at several troy area shops. I get the sense there is not enough help.at one shop the same girl was working the window and making the drinks

Hands down the slowest dunkin in upstate. It's always a 20-25 minute commitment choosing this location, regardless of how many customers are in line. Workers are nice but there is zero sense of urgency even when there's a line of cars out to the road and customers filling the lobby. Update: They must've gotten a whole new crew since I first reviewed, so I am happy to update my review now that this location has done a 180 and is on par with other dunkin's speed through the drive thru!

Out of the 4 employees I saw while in the drive through window, 2 were incorrectly wearing masks so their nose weren't covered. I understand sometimes you need to move the mask to breath especiallyin the heat, but the time to do that is not while you're preparing food.

I just ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, hashbrowns and a black coffee . Paid 8.31. My hashbrowns and coffee aok BUT sandwich is burnt black!if I could figure out how to add pic on review I certainly would

Little backed up. Made a mistake on order. Ordered 2 powerhouse 2 sets of ham rollups and order of hash. We got 2 donuts easy fix. Smiled and ended up getting it right

Walked in, waited for five minutes. Was told twice to wait at "pick up" to make my order instead of the cash register, but was ignored otherwise. Just moved in practically next door, but guess I'll find a different place for my usual coffee 🤷 Edit: raised stars due to time since visit, but can only hope things have changed since then.

Slow poor service, food was COLD, stood in line for 15 minutes to get 2 luke warm bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and coffee that had NO SUGAR yet the sticker said 4 sugar 4 cream! A RIP OFF for $14 and change!!

The worker didn’t make the drinks in order of who came first and people behind us got their drinks first. Coffee didn’t taste that great and lines are always long.

I placed an on-line order at 5:00am (8/15/24). I got there at 5:15am for an order of a couple of breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. When I got there, a woman and her daughter were also waiting for their food. The staff behind the counter (there was only one) complained out loud to nobody "Why does everybody have to order food online when I am the only one here?" She then went over to the display and said...again...to nobody particular..."look, one, two, three, four, five orders online!" She gave the woman and her daughter their order, so I was there with her by myself. A co worker came in at 5:20am and she continued to complain that she was the only one working with five orders right at 5:00am when they opened and nobody there to help her. Then she complained that the oven took too long to heat up. I left with my order at 5:25am. To the girl working the counter I say "Look, I am really sorry that you had to open up by yourself and that I ordered food so early. I really didn't mean to cause you such anxiety so early on a Thursday Morning. If I want to order breakfast again, I'll go to a different store. I am really sorry it was so much trouble. I do want you to know that I couldn't have known that four other people would order as well." What should have been a nice way to start a Thursday wound up being kind of crappy. On a better note, the food was all done pretty well. Sucks that I had to be condemned to my face for ordering at all.

Today I went through and got 2 wake up wraps and hash browns, but I never got the hash browns. Same thing happened on 10/9 where I ordered snackin bacon, bagel minis and a donut and I never got the donut. I’m not one to complain when it happens once, but a second time is annoying.

I usually do not go here despite being close to home as the wait is usually so long. But today I tried them again. I ordered and paid for 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. One once home realized one again for the third time... they didn't put bacon on the wrap

This location never gets the orders right and are always rude. I want my money back for this order that I could not even drink. WORST DUNKIN BY FAR

My order was fine, but I had to listen to one worked scream at another about how stupid he was. Then I ordered an extra egg on the side and when the cashier tried to tell the person making it, she made a big deal about it. Didn't understand why I didn't want it on the sandwich. Then she yelled again making the order that I didn't pay for it. I indeed did and the cashier had to justify it. I understand this time of the year is stressful but they all need an attitude adjustment and a real manager to stop the nonsense. The cashier was fabulous well mannered and kept his Cool dispite his working conditions. The gentleman called stupid also held himself nicely and professional dispite being put down.

Consistently serve old tea, never prepared as ordered. Actually served an iced coffee with coffee grounds visible today. The only thing they do consistently is serve bad items and incorrect orders. Campbell Ave location is out of the way, but worth it

Check your receipts. Went there around 9am on 2/20/16 and the girl handed me an extra large when I ordered a medium, I handed it back for a medium and when I looked later, she still had charged me for an extra large on my debit. Must have been too much work for her to change it.

Awful service. I stood in line for two minutes while three employees at the register held a conversation. I was the only customer in line...literally an arm length away from all three. The only time I was acknowledged was when I turned around to leave for lack of service. As I walked to the door one of the employees stated I’m sorry one of them can help you. No thanks!!!

I understand that some people are just aholes but These staff need to fix their attitude. EVERYONE OF THESE STAFF NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE ICE COFFEE. LIGHT ICE, STANDARD ICE , EXTRA ICE makes a BIG difference in coffee taste. STOP Adding so much Ice to every single cup you make. If you had just learned to put the standard amount no one would be complaining. NO ONE ASKES FOR EXTRA ICE that’s less coffee in the cup. Comon sense

The slowest service ever received, and most expensive. Just moved to the area, have come to this location about a dozen times and there is never enough people working to accommodate the drive through or the inside... This will definitely be the last time I come to this location.

Avoid this location. One of the dirtiest I've seen. And while there are a few nice employees, the majority of them have a poor attitude. Drive a few more minutes to the West Sand Lake location.

I’ve gotten dunkin coffee 4 times in the past month, only one of those coffees were made correctly. The other 3 were too horrible to drink I tried mixing it with coffee from my house, adding sugar and adding creamer but still too horrible and had to be thrown out. My boyfriend and mom had picked me up these coffees for me otherwise I would have instantly noticed by the color that these coffees were not made correctly and asked the worker to fix it. I am so tired of wasting my money at this dunkin (in Wynantskill) they need to start training their workers! So frustrated and now I’m going to bring this coffee back and hopefully get a new one made correctly! Adding to this I ordered a bacon egg and cheese online get home NO EGG! What is this place go to Starbucks

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes while there was more than enough workers, staff was in the back talking to each other not paying attention to the window giving me a random donut because they didn't have the one I asked for. Also a staff member was eating right next to where the food was being passed out the window.

I've been to seven different Dunkin locations locally and this store is easily the worst of them all. They're extremely busy in the mornings and have very slow service. Today I placed a mobile order, which is usually ready when I arrive. Today I sat in the drive-through line for ten minutes before getting to the window. When I did arrive over half an hour after placing my order, it wasn't ready. They then asked ME what I had ordered. What? You don't have access to that information?!? When I finally did get my order after another ten minutes, I was in a hurry to leave. I got home only to find they had given me the wrong coffee. I won't be returning to this location.

When asked to repeat my order at the window I did. Employee then gives me attitude and say the already know what I want, It was just a question. Confused I ask why they asked me again if that’s the case. Employee gets so angry and yells at me that he doesn’t need my attitude, And raises his fist at me. Starts to charge the window and another employee had to push him away. This guy wanted to fight me over a couple of donuts. Manager didn’t seem to care. Place is garbage. Garbage people working in it. If I could give zero stars I would.

⚠️Literally the WORST dunkin in 100 miles!!⚠️ -We waited in a que of 3 cars 🚗🚙🚗 for 30MINS!!! -At the menu they said they "don't sell" peppermint latte when they are the special and they advertised them?? What do you you "don't sell" them? 😕😤 -We finally pulled up and they didn't even have the order, only one drink was done. We had to reorder our online order ☕ -We wanted everything bagel, NOPE. We wanted chocolate frosted, Nope. 🥯 -Our bacon egg and cheese, HAD NO EGG!!! 🍳 -Bacon breakfast wrap, HAD NO BACON!! 🥓 -They told us the system wasn't down, then it actually was, then actually they can only see drink orders.... If you want to wait 30 MINUTES for all your food to be WRONG, understaffed AND overworked, this is the dunkin!!! 😉

My family and I went through the drive thru on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The girl on the drive thru couldn’t understand English and spoke very poor English. The food we ordered was ice cold and took forever. Service and quality are a constant problem at the Wynantskill location. Probably will never return to this location. There are others in the area.

Ordered in the drive thru and was in a hurry. Ordered a iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and caramel drizzle. This is what I got. Not only is this a latte and not a macchiato but there is no expresso in this drink. It doesn’t even taste like they gave me any coffee this is straight up milk and caramel sauce. I’m beyond annoyed because I didnt have time to go back. They also never gave me a straw or even my receipt. I was the only car there as it was the afternoon when I went there was no excuse for this poor service.

Worst DD I’ve EVER been to! Avoid at all costs! Asst Manager Jackie is the worst supervisor I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She’s too busy in her own world making sandwiches (maybe that’s all she knows how to do?) to manage her team appropriately. I’m officially done using this location because it’s close to home. I’ll go the extra 15 min out of my way to avoid. Who waits 32 minutes EVERY TIME to pick up a walk in To-Go order?!! AND every time I’ve ever visited, some portion of my order has been incorrect! The manager Dawn should step into her store more than once in a while to check on the mismanaged staff and maybe show Miss Jackie how to run her staff. I hope this location gets a visit from corporate. Believe me, I’m going to do EVERYTHING in my power to make it so.

Young staff is terribly rude, talks over customers and constantly has side conversations with outside friends. doesn't take orders properly, asks you to repeat 3 times. Touches food with bare hands and purposefully ruins drinks. Worst dunkins around every time I go it's an unpleasent experience. Go to Stewart's for your morning coffee instead
