I bought several items from Sarah at Backyard Expressions, including BBQ, Refrigerator, Pizza Oven, Outdoor Torch Lanterns, and an outdoor fire bowl. I have been extremely happy with the service and the follow-up service they have provided. It has been over a year now since I started working with them and the few items that have come up, they went out of the way to work with me and the manufacturer to make sure the product was to my satisfaction. I appreciate the fact that they continue to value me as a customer, and stand behind the products that they sell. I highly recommend this company.
I ordered two adirondack chairs from Backyard Expressions, Yorba Linda, in August (2024). It took seven weeks for the chairs to arrive due to manufacturing delays. When they finally arrived one of the chairs was incomplete so I had to wait another couple of weeks for the part to ship. The new part arrived but was damaged (cosmetic), either during manufacturing or shipping. Backyard Expressions delivered both chairs to my house with the agreement that they would replace the damaged part when they received it from the manufacturer, who was located in North Carolina. After one week Backyard Expressions delivered a new chair to replace the damaged one. The chairs are high quality, well constructed and comfortable. I ordered these chairs to match four others I had purchased from Backyard Expressions in 2020. I am very satisfied with the appearance and quality of these chairs, which are on my front porch. The delays and the issues with the product were very disappointing. However, Angela from Backyard Expressions really saved the day. She was a pleasure for me to deal with, kept me informed all along and pressured the manufacturer for a speedy resolution in my favor. In the past I have made numerous purchases from Backyard Expressions because of the quality of their products. These chairs are high quality, but in this case it's their customer service that really earns the highest marks and my respect.
Went to Backyard Expressions in Yorba Linda with my husband- hopefully to find outdoor furniture for our condo patio. Was helped by Sarah Montgomery, who immediately showed perfessionalism and knowledge of what furniture would fit our space with what our style is. We ended up getting an egg swing chair (which we all absolutely love and comfortable!) and a 2 seater bench! Thank you Sarah for helping us out with what we were looking for. The furniture is such great quality and looks great with our fireplace. We now spend so much time outside relaxing!!

Awesome service. I had requested a particular outside table cover. When they didn't have one in the size I needed, they called around and located one for me and is having it shipped to their store to make it more convenient for me. I highly recommend them.
We went in over the weekend and had a great experience. we bought 1 lighted umbrella, 2 Adirondack chairs, and one new canopy for our other umbrella. Sara and Alex were great, very helpful and very responsive. I will be back!

The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it's clear this furniture is built to last. While the initial cost is higher, it’s absolutely worth it when you consider the long-term savings and peace of mind. Not only is the quality top-notch, but the furniture is also incredibly comfortable. This has been one of the best home investments my father has made and he's quite happy with it!

I went here to find a gas log set for our fireplace that we haven’t been able to use in the 15 yrs we’ve been in our house. As an early Christmas gift, I wanted to surprise my husband with a working fireplace when he got home from a business trip. Backyard Expressions had exactly what I needed at the price I was looking for. They weren’t able to install it when I needed but I already had that covered. They helped me get it into my car (the logs are surprisingly heavy) but I had to wait quite a while to be helped though, which is why I gave four stars instead of five.
