I went here to find a gas log set for our fireplace that we haven’t been able to use in the 15 yrs we’ve been in our house. As an early Christmas gift, I wanted to surprise my husband with a working fireplace when he got home from a business trip. Backyard Expressions had exactly what I needed at the price I was looking for. They weren’t able to install it when I needed but I already had that covered. They helped me get it into my car (the logs are surprisingly heavy) but I had to wait quite a while to be helped though, which is why I gave four stars instead of five.
