Pizzahut Hull road york Pizza is so delicious. Staff are so nice and friendly. Especially Manager Sapna is so friendly. Mohammad is also so nice and friendly. Recommend for best Pizza 🍕 in York.

Had the best pizza night, truly a delight! The service was top-notch, especially from one guy, with a smile so bright. His friendly demeanor made the whole meal a breeze, putting everyone at ease. He truly went above and beyond, with such a wonderful ease. Will definitely be back for more of this amazing food and stellar service, I'm a fan for sure! Nice work David!

Went to collect cheesy bites pepporoni pizza today. It was delicious. Jashu was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable when i asked her some questions regarding the pizzas in the menu. Will be coming back soon.

If you're looking for that familiar Pizza Hut taste, this location will deliver it reliably. However, it's the dedicated and friendly staff who truly deserve the praise here especially David sir . He was polite, efficient, and solution-oriented service makes this a superior choice for your next classic pizza craving. Everything was good ambiance , taste and many more .it's worth to visit it one time.

I had a great service from , and he was very helpful with informing me on the new deal I may be able to make use of and made my night fat more enjoyable. Although many orders came in, and it seemed tl be only him on front of house and back. Which increased my wait time a lot. Pizza hir should hire at least another person. You cannot have one person serving customers but also making the pizzas and cooking them for the other customers.

I've been using pizza Hut for over 20 years and it's safe to say like most food places the quality has gone way done hill over recent years. Every pizza I've ordered recently has been lacking the main ingredient... CHEESE! no cheese in the centre of the pizza???? They frequently run out of the pan base as well which is what I always order. Their customer service policy is also shocking as they do not do refunds when they mess orders up they only give you free sides or something on your next order meaning you have to pay another extortionate price for a poor quality pizza to get anything back, how is this fair when there's only one of you and you can't fit a pizza and sides in your stomach!! All things considered I'm cutting my losses and won't be returning to pizza Hut in the future unless they seriously uo their game and lower their extortionate prices.

Delivery driver was out for 30 mins dropping other orders before ours so it was stone cold. Seems this is the way now so won’t bother ordering again. May as well get a supermarket pizza!
