We went to Pizza Hut on a whim and so glad we did. We chose the buffet, everything was delicious and hot. We had such a warm welcome by Tash and her team, all were courteous, professional and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family had lunch in here the other day. We all opted for the buffet lunch. Was slightly concerned when I went up to the counter that there were lots of empty pizza dishes but the staff reassured us that more pizzas were coming and indeed they did! You could even request for certain ones which I though was a super idea. Great value for a family!

Chintu made a frown into a smile, previously I have hated ordering from this store due to several reasons however upon my last visit Chintu greeted me and my family with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him and the pizza and cookie dough he made was delicious - made with love and care! I will make sure to visit again especially when he is working!

Dips for wedges missing and wrong crust on pizza - attention to details lacking!!

We had pizza at the shop at 9pm. A staff member started moving tables and chairs around and making loud noises while customers were eating, which was very disruptive to the dining experience.

Disappointed! Monday night and no sauces. Past 3 orders have either been wrong or missing items like sauce, drink whilst still being charged. Last order arrived cold and late with a promise of better service that was never met. Offers can be good but seems of late theirs a mistake each order

Ordered 2 make your own pizzas asked for BBQ base on both only got it on one. On one of the pizzas the toppings just fell straight off and they was also burnt.

Unfortunately the rating speaks for itself. Poor communication,Poor customer service and sadly cold pizza because of the miscommunication. Y bother when dominos just next door. 😲

Wouldn’t even give it one star, can’t believe they’re making excuses for racist staff members when they themselves should be taking action and should’ve been carefully choosing their staff members. It's fine when ordering online, but when ordering in-store, the person taking the order is very disappointing and does not handle orders well.

Took my money even when they knew they had no driver. Had to contact customer services to get a refund. No pizza. No apology. No goodwill. Avoid.

Members of staff racially abused other members off staff from a different minority. They verbally abused and disrespected the other workers, the manager was involved and did nothing to intervene. Infact he joined in and 'laughed' amongst the other members of staff that were being racist to the other members. The members of staff were called disturbing names and were even called a 'Taliban' by the other members of staff!!

Ordered a pizza, it turned up half squashed and undercooked. It was literally dough and mostly soaked. Uneatable.

Pizza was undercooked & wet, we ordered hot wings that was dry and the cookies were stuck onto the baking paper that was almost burnt and they’re meant to be soft. Honestly, first time trying this location, usually the one in Clifton, I strongly suggest to go elsewhere.

Our order never arrived after a 3 hour wait and multiple calls. First they lost the order and there was no drivers so they were sending it out with the next available driver over an hour later.The driver apparently tried to deliver it but despite having the correct address never showed up. Called again to follow up but they’d closed and the driver had gone home. This is the last time we’ll be ordering from here! Last time we ordered we’d been sent the wrong pizzas and they always run out of products. Terrible service too, with the exception of George who was pretty helpful last time!

Was in store for a good 2 or 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence (no other customers were there). When someone finally served me I was told the pizza I was there to collect at a specific time was still 15 mins from being ready (I ordered an hour prior to collection. Rubbish service. Avoid

ordered a delivery yesterday and not only did i receive the wrong pizza but woke up today feeling incredibly ill from the food, would not recommend

3 pizzas, garlic bread and cookies. To start with it was late by 20 mins. When we opened the pizzas we found 2 pizzas a bit over cooked, this was not to much of a problem until we opened the garlic bread tear and share. This was burnt and cut in half no way was it edible. We tried called 4 times with no one answering the phone, so drove up to the to the take away and showed them the problem. Manager did not argue and looked very deflated. He apologised and gave me a full refund and store credit. I was told that he had new staff on and was doing his best to watch over everyone

Order received with no dips at all (3 we paid extra for). Cheese triangles had all fallen apart and were inedible unless I wanted to get a spoon. Pizza was stone cold. Genuinely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried and left positive reviews for Pizza Hut in Manchester multiple times, but this was shockingly bad. When calling to question, was advised that dips were definitely packaged in the bag (despite there being spaces cut in every pizza box for the dips, which he apparently didn’t use). Was then told there was nothing he could do to correct the situation, just “ask for a refund”. Well I have, and I’ve learned never to order from this branch again. Having looked at all the past reviews, I’m surprised that their head office haven’t investigated this and improved training.

Have ordered through the pizza hut app and recently ordered “wing street” through uber eats. Absolutely abysmal. Overpriced, cold and frankly misleading. The wing street thing is literally the sides from pizza hut but presented as its own establishment. Avoid ordering anything but pizza from this place (even though pizza hut seems to be ok with charging extortionate prices for their products in the UK).

Absolute joke. £48 for 3 small, cold pizzas which were delivered late. Some good businesses are going out of business at the moment. These people deserve to be out of business. Despicable

We waited an hour for one pizza, when it was dead no one was waiting for food. The man serving our pizza was on his phone whilst making the food and sometimes just wondering away and not making food. Terrible service.

I've been using pizza Hut for over 20 years and it's safe to say like most food places the quality has gone way done hill over recent years. Every pizza I've ordered recently has been lacking the main ingredient... CHEESE! no cheese in the centre of the pizza???? They frequently run out of the pan base as well which is what I always order. Their customer service policy is also shocking as they do not do refunds when they mess orders up they only give you free sides or something on your next order meaning you have to pay another extortionate price for a poor quality pizza to get anything back, how is this fair when there's only one of you and you can't fit a pizza and sides in your stomach!! All things considered I'm cutting my losses and won't be returning to pizza Hut in the future unless they seriously uo their game and lower their extortionate prices.
