Hay buenos lugares para comer en Zacapoaxtla, este no lo recomiendo. Se equivocan con los pedidos, comida fría y tatdaron una hora en atendernos. Las dos veces!!!! No iría una tercera.

We had been recommended this place to eat, so we went. It was a bit crowded, and they took us upstairs to the second floor. We were the first ones there, and they took our order and told us it might take about 30 minutes. Everything was fine until more people arrived upstairs and ordered. The problem started when we had already been waiting for an hour and hadn't received anything, while the people who arrived after us had already been served. We complained about why our food hadn't arrived yet, and they just told us it was because they were short-staffed. Then it took another 15 minutes to bring it, which really threw us off since they served the other people before us. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Luckily, the food wasn't cold.

They take a long time to serve. They need to improve in other areas. I think they have some things going for them, they should take advantage of them: central location, adequate space, but lacking qualified staff; only young people. I didn't see any experienced people...

Terrible service. We placed a phone order for pickup, and they said we could pick it up in 25 minutes. We arrived in 40 minutes, and our order was incomplete. We waited for it to be "completed." We waited another 15 minutes, and they told us our pizza was going to be late (it hadn't been made). The easy-going manager mentioned that they would refund our money for the pizza they hadn't made. Our pizza, fries, and cold fingers were left waiting for a pizza they didn't make, and their easy solution was to refund our money. I don't recommend visiting.
