Excellent location, with space, parking, restrooms inside, suitable for everyone
I haven't actually used the facilities at the aquatic center, but outside you can find delicious seafood with Don Rafa. Excellent service, very generous portions, and unforgettable aguachiles. Don't miss the opportunity to try them. Sincerely, "El Güero," according to Don Rafa.
The pool is very nice. My husband swims there and he's very happy. It looks like it's very popular. However, it was difficult to find a spot. The price is very reasonable and there's plenty of parking.
Everything's fine, the facilities are good, except that not all the bathroom faucets work, I mean the showers, and they never provide soap. There aren't enough benches in the changing rooms, and one of the toilet doors is off its hinges. The sink faucets don't work either. Other than that, everything's great, hahaha. The pool is a 10/10.
Excellent facility management, and the coaches have been great so far! The pool is almost always fully maintained. The restrooms are good, and there's ample parking. Excellent for both learning and practicing.
Our daughters have taken two summer courses at the Centenario Aquatic Center, and on both occasions, the attention from the instructors and staff has been exceptional. The learning experience has been top-notch, and in addition, the quality of the facilities is impeccable. The maintenance and cleaning staff do a great job; you can always see them attending to their tasks, and overall, the center offers a very high-quality service.
Super !!
It's a good pool
El espacio es adecuado, pero gran parte del año se batalla por la temperatura fría del agua y regaderas. Acaban de adquirir una caldera nueva, esperemos que ya este caliente el agua para mejorar calificación.
Very good, although the cold water has to be taken into account because it is already hot, the pool water gets hot and dirty, many people at the same time, and you can distribute them at different times. The floors where you change are always wet and slippery, and that is a danger because there have been people who have fallen trying to dry the floors.
Broken showers, some without doors, others without water, the pool water as cold as if penguins were swimming. And they charge you even when they're not open.
I entered for continuous training for a competition and from the beginning the facilities left much to be desired, due to the quality of the water, the showers, and the bathroom smell that reaches the pool. In addition, the registration fee seems very unfair to me, which is every 5 or 6 months, and you have to pay the insurance, registration and credential again within that period. From then on, the teachers teach well and have a good routine.
The facilities leave much to be desired for a government-run school. The water is visibly dirty, the showers need cleaning, and while the water is cold, it's not a major issue. The teachers are good, but the bathroom smell is very noticeable and unpleasant. The 800-peso registration fee seems very high, especially considering that private institutions with lower costs have better facilities. They should improve the facilities for the people of Zacatecas.
I don't recommend ice water.
With great sadness, I report that the director has shown no interest in maintaining the facilities. Cold water in the showers has been running for men since August.
I am deeply disappointed. They have no safety measures for the children, even though they know they are young children learning to swim. There are no lifeguards, and the coaches are incredibly unprofessional. Among other things they do very poorly, they don't monitor the children. It would take me hours to describe everything I have witnessed. My children are already expert swimmers with record-breaking competition times. I wanted to enroll them on the team, but they refused to accept me, arguing that they were overcrowded with children. So, for now, I enrolled them in classes to keep them active, and I have found what the coaches are doing so disappointing. Instead of maintaining their status, let alone advancing, my children have regressed. I hope the authorities pay more attention not only to what my children are going through, but also to all the children who are participating in such a beautiful sport. I call on the management to pay more attention to this aquatic center, as they are far from providing quality, let alone professional, quality service to the citizens of Zacatecas.
The facilities are good, but the customer service is terrible. Card payments take a long time to process, and the service is deplorable. They make faces at you as if they're doing you a favor. They should create a way to pay digitally.
