Busy and great service. The moruno pincho are delicious but the chorizo is amazing so porky. Pop in for some meaty heaven on a stick!
If you come to Zamora and don’t stop at El Lobo – King of Pinchitos, you are truly missing out. This place is legendary for a reason: the best pinchitos ever. Simple, perfectly grilled skewers of meat, smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor – they arrive hot, straight off the grill, and disappear just as quickly. One bite and you immediately understand why this spot has become an institution in the city. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a traditional Spanish tavern: lively, full of locals, the smell of the grill in the air, and the sound of conversation and laughter all around. It feels authentic, no frills, just pure food and community. Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is consistent every single time. Pair the pinchitos with a cold beer or a glass of local wine and you have the perfect combination. The staff are fast, friendly, and used to handling crowds – because this place is almost always busy. That said, the service is quick, and you never wait too long for your food, even at peak hours. El Lobo isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. A must-visit in Zamora, whether you’re a local, a traveler passing through, or someone who simply loves great food done right. Truly the king of pinchitos – and once you try them, you’ll agree.
Top tip from a local shopkeeper to try this Zamora specialty 'pinchitos'. Meat skewers cooked over charcoal barbecue. Yummo!!!
We just been passing through Zamora on our way back to Madrid and discovered this place by accident, but it has been the greatest experience of the holidays: the pinchos are unbelievably great and the atmosphere unbeatable! 6 stars, if that was only possible…
Absolutely brilliant! No idea how two people can serve such a number of people so quickly and with such great food!
Must visit local bar with delicious pinchos cooked on a flame grill barbecue. Quick service with lively atmosphere. Always busy so be ready to shout your order. Big terrace on a pedestrian street in a vibrant district in the city downtown.
Fantastic pinchos! Always busy and loud environment, friendly service and a fun time. Highly recommend as a must-see stop if visiting Zamora.

Not fancy but, rather, a low-key place geared to locals. Depending on your circumstances, ordering there can be an interesting cultural lesson. Mind you that the guy shouts out back your order to the kitchen with a forceful voice. Great pinchos morunos. Popular atmosphere and prices. The center of the universe in Zamora's tapas circuit.
It is great place to eat the typical chicken, meat skewers. It is cheap and always crowed. That is for a good reason, don't you think? Without a doubt I recommend it. Enjoy your skewers !!!!
Nice skewers and wine or beer for tapas. Very popular. Great atmosphere with the loud shouting of your orders by the staff. Must visit. Our group preferred the spicy skewers.
One of the first places we visited on our 6-week tour and still one of our favourite experiences. Simple menu. Go with the flow and enjoy.
Great place to eat!! If you like a quick to go tapa. This is the place. Get your seat fast though cause tables get taken up quick!
Nice pinchitos... In Spain pinchitos are some sort of spicy meat, stuck on a skewer. They are usually called either ``que sí ´´ ( spicy ) or `` que no ´´ ( no spice over them. ) A word of advice... they are brought as a bunch ...

I really like pinchos so visited this bar (restaurant at a stretch). It is SO SO GOOD. It is also very popular and for me this always speaks volumes. When you’re there take a look at the bread board …
Very friendly and helpful service. Fast as well. The pinchos are the specialty. Don’t look for much more than that. Very typical and great atmosphere. Tapas bar experience.

Cheap pork kebabs and Mahou beer. The waiter shouts your order at the top of his voice which is funny. Apparently it's so the cook can hear! Bar is always full in the evening as it's on the tapas circuit for the local people.
If you go out for a few tapas in Zamora, this is the one you can't miss - a pincho moruno (a kind of pork skewer) Uno que sí!
Order a spicy porch skewer, a beer of a certain ( white wine) Waiter orders to the kitchen, "uno si " for The city spicy , "uno no for he not spicy one. Small tables, small street terrasse

Big wraps not backed up in my humble experience. Busier than surrounding Pinchitos places, and the food looks good… but bar staff were arrogant and rude to me. I guess it was because I was ignorant enough to pronounce “duo” instead of “dos” while holding up 2 fingers and pointing to the tap. Just laughed amongst themselves and left me standing there and served others. No effort at all to help a tourist prepared to spend $$ in their establishment. At least the beer was cold but we went elsewhere to eat.
V rude to strangers, maybe as am not Spanish
