Very nice. I walked into order some coffee and I realized they had closed he was very accommodating I said I just have a tea so we got me to black tea which was so nice! He didn't have to ! He said no problems. The best black tea I've had it a long time! I love tea with flavor and this is bold and flavorful! I can't wait to try their food!

Your typical Quickly chain with a ton of flavors and fried snacks. My go-to is lychee milk tea with half sugar and lychee coconut jelly. This particular store is one of the most pleasant ones to visit. Not only is there rarely ever a line, but the ladies who work here are super nice! I've been to this location about 3 times now. Every time, the lady at the counter would greet me as I come in. If I ordered snacks, she'll regularly check in with me as I'm waiting for them to be cooked. She also makes sure I'm completely happy with the sweetness level of my drink (since I usually ask for 50% sugar). I'll keep coming back to this store if I'm in the area!

There used to be a Quicklys near my house but it got replaced by a hotpot place that I don't like at all. It's been a while since I've seen a Quicklys. I love that they have a large selection of drinks AND snack foods. It's a perfect place to get a quick meal and good drink in the process. Most of these Asian tea places are drink-only. Sharetea, happy lemon, etc. They're seemingly hundreds of these tea places in the South Bay and they mostly all serve drinks. Thank you so much for serving food too Quicklys! Your popcorn chicken is unmatched.

I like the teas with real fruit and boba. Very delicious and healthy as long as you get it with real fruit. They usually have a limited selection of fresh fruit just ask them.

My son and I love coming here for a quick snack and Drink. Variety of flavors available, I love trying something new. Great ambience, always clean) definitely our favorite spot

This place is so delicious. They aren't always open on Mondays though. The milk teas are dairy free here.

while the quality of the actual tea and bubba is actually pretty mediocre, I'm giving it five stars just for having small sizes, quick service, and cheap prices at about $5 each drink! they do not have green tea which is a bit strange. But otherwise it is a huge selection

Store had good vibes to it, menu’s super big so you can choose from a lot, employees are nice and you can tell they work hard especially for two people. Ordered a Raspberry slush, will definitely be coming back…

Bubble tea!! My favorite treat and they make it good. The food I had was salty for my taste.

initially overwhelmed by the huge menu on the wall, but the elderly couple running the place was very patient & let me take my time. in the end ordered a usual favourite bubble milk tea with boba, plus a new mango drink that i saw a poster of on the wall. absolutely loved the mango drink! also ordered their fried sesame balls, which were yummy with a red bean filling inside 😋

It is good but their watermelon slush doesn't use real water melon like the quickly in Foster City. More watermelon flavored syrup.

worst quickly i’ve been to in terms of wait time, it took them 20 minutes to make 3 peach green teas when it wasn’t busy…. But they added orange slices to the tea and it was surprisingly good

Chicken teriyaki and orange chicken is just worst Chinese food I have ever had. The drinks weren’t bad but way too sweet

Drinks are good but I ordered for pickup waited the 10-15 Minutes and still wasnt done not sure why they confirmed it and I tipped.

I ordered a guava yoghurt drink, it is deceiving, it was watery like a lemonade, why naming it yogurt? I also ordered lychee slushy, the flavor was artificial, and highly sweet. Did not fill my expectations of boba :(

Where do I start? This is by far the worst that I have EVER been treated, worst service, worst drinks, worst everything. Definitely wont be coming back. First gave me the wrong drink, and I just let it go and asked for a new one. But when they started giving my daughter dirty looks and handed me the drink back I realized that they had put a ton of bobba when I had asked for none. When I asked who was in charge, they told me that nobody was. One of the girls seemed under an influence of some sort. She refused to give me her name but I thought I heard jocelyn from a coworker which was also under an influence. He had earrings and was on his phone the whole time. I hope you hire more responsible people next time around. Another thing, you should consider a deep clean every once in a while, my daughter found a fruit fly in her drink. Another reason we wont be coming back.

Never order a bowl here, which is a disaster. A bowl is just with plain white rice, but adding $2.5 more.

Their dredge for chili powder was literally filthy. If it wasn't for the high school girl who gave me a dirty look when I advised her to clean it, I wouldn't be leaving this review here. I'm surprised this place actually passes the health and safety code. If they can't keep a dredge clean, then imagine what they do in the back. Disgusting!

One star for very poor customer service. Walked out after not even being acknowledged and waiting at counter for 5+ minutes. Not busy either!

Went there because I was so tired from work and want to get something to eat. I ordered fried mini octopus and chicken popcorn. The mini octopus was chewy and very fishy. I didn’t know that it the management changed already. The old chinese owner were very approachable and serving was great before. But with this new management it was a disaster. I waited for at least 30mins to get my owner and got them bad. The popcorn chicken was not even a ‘popcorn’ size, it was a fried chicken. I wasted 20 dollars on that order.

I told them yes, and it supposed to be ready to pick up already, but I didn't see my order on the counter as usuals. They always put the order on the counter when it's ready. She then rudely tells me that it was ready for a while, and they don't put it on top of the counter! I appreciate you ignored me stood in front of you while you acted like I wasn't there, not even a word ,greeting, or mind to ask if I'm here to pick up an order. I came to this place all the times. The customer service was not impressed most of the time. But I don't mind since I just grabbed & go. I hardly voice my opinions because customers service is a hard work. This time is so bad and unacceptable for me. I pays for my food, I deserves a better service than this !

When I got there, I only got four wings and there was no sauce on them. They told me that “that’s the other quickly restaurants that have the flavored wings.” But I ordered directly from their website. They proceeded to let me know that there was sweet-and-sour sauce on the side that I can put on , which wasn’t Thai chili sauce, but just regular sweet-and-sour sauce. There’s also a word smell coming from the wings, Don’t even get me started on the fries. Anyway, I wasted my $16. Couldn’t even fight through, had to go to chick fil a… I’m never going back, I see why the lady kept trying to upsize my drink to a large.
