Buenos Aires Zas Reviews
Very good, the place is nice and the pizza is much tastier than in other famous pizzerias… I recommend it 👍🏻
Good, nice, and inexpensive. Although they didn't have as many breakfast items left since we arrived late, they made sure everything was perfect and in generous portions. Excellent service, highly recommended!
I loved Zas. A place to become a regular. Delicious food, a super varied menu. The atmosphere is a 10/10! And the little tables in the corner are perfect for enjoying a coffee while watching the sunset over the plaza and soaking up the tranquility of the neighborhood. Don't miss it!!!
Delicious food, very affordable prices. The place is very nice and you can eat in peace. Highlights: The waiter on duty was excellent, extremely attentive and friendly. Another positive point is the speed with which the dishes were served. Improvements: The bathroom could use a little more cleaning and maintenance. What we ate - 04/13/2023: Steak with fries: $1,450 Tostado x 4: $650 Flavored water: $350
Just steps from Avellaneda Avenue, in the heart of the Floresta neighborhood. That's where we go for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every time we've been, the service has been prompt and excellent, not to mention the delicious coffee. This time we opted for toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, but the pastries or croissants are also worth trying. We go back whenever we can...
Ok
It's not a place for a quick, delicious meal. You have to wait, sometimes they don't have what's on the menu, and the portions aren't very large. The service depends on who you get; on Saturdays, when it's busy, they tend to serve customers as they walk by. However, the place is pleasant, the cakes are good, and the outdoor area overlooks the plaza and is very nice, so the ambiance gets the highest rating.
Good afternoon, I wanted to let you know that my partner and I went to this place for lunch today, Saturday. The waiter's service was excellent. Helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, nothing to say. But when we placed our order, he immediately went to the kitchen; as we saw, there was only one person there. It took forever for the Milanese with cheddar and bacon to arrive at our table. You should keep in mind that if there are a lot of diners, they can't have just one cook. The wait was endless, but the waiter's service was excellent.
Today I went for breakfast and the price was very good, although the menu was kind of weak. The coffee quality wasn't what I expected, almost like a McDonald's coffee, honestly. The coffees were obviously old because they had no flavor and were a bit gritty. I recommend the pastries; they looked delicious. At least they'll be fresh. The service was terrible, to the point where it took 30 minutes to serve me and about 15 minutes to charge me. I was about to leave when they served me, and the people who arrived after me were served first. Funny thing. The prices are good, and the view from outside is nice, even though I ate inside. I don't recommend it much, at least not for the coffee and the coffees. Everything else looks great, but my experience wasn't good, unfortunately.
We went on a Saturday around 11:00 AM; they told us they only served breakfast and that the kitchen wouldn't open until 11:30 AM. They asked if they could offer us a pizza or empanadas as a favor... It was busy because it had started to rain. There was only one waitress, who ran around to all the tables with orders, and by the time she could bring us the pizza, it was already past the time when we could order other dishes... The staff's attitude towards customers was poor... A shame. 🤷🏻♂️👎
The place is cozy, but the food takes a long time to arrive. Be careful ordering the beef supreme; it arrived in poor condition (raw). We told the waitress, and she very kindly said she would bring us another one, but it took so long to bring it back that we ate the empanadas we had also ordered while we waited for the supreme to arrive.
The food is generally in line with the price, no complaints there, but I do think they should hire more waiters or, failing that, provide better training for the ones they have. It doesn't seem right that a waiter cleans an empty table while someone who has just sat down to eat has to wait for the waiter to be free before their table is cleaned; it's simply not fair.
This place is useless. They discriminate when it comes to letting people into the bathroom. Seniors get in, but homeless people don't. The "the establishment reserves the right of admission" excuse is worthless. It's a public place, so it's a public restroom.
The empanadas were sour, although they didn't charge me for two when I mentioned it. The truth is, they need to be more attentive, and the humita and jalón and cheese empanadas had very little filling. Unfortunately, we won't be back.
It's a shame the "strawberry milk" smoothie didn't have STRAWBERRIES 🙄 It was flavoring with color 🤥 I paid $4,400 and it wasn't worth it!!! A RIP-OFF 😕
A bunch of rude people. I asked to use the bathroom before asking, and they wouldn't let me. This was a complete disregard for the public restroom laws in Buenos Aires. Obviously, I didn't ask for ANYTHING.
