One of my friends has been telling me about their burgers did years. We finally went, and I’m glad I did! I got the Dr. Pepper BBQ burger with a turkey patty and a side salad - it was good! My friends got a mushroom Swiss burger with fried pickles and the classic burger with sweet potato fries. We also got the chili cheese fries, regular fries, and the Texas lemonade with Tito’s. The fried pickles had the perfect crisp - yum! Our server was also really good!

I haven’t been to a Snuffers in years. We live in Fort Worth and there’s not one close. So meeting my son for dinner in Addison and knew where we were eating when I saw there’s one next to his apartments. The staff was friendly and it was an early dinner. So no wait to sit down and ordered pretty quickly. Of course, we had to start with their cheddar fries! Ohhhhh so good! I got my usual mushroom Swiss burger and my son opted for a bacon cheeseburger. Did I mention how good those cheddar fries are! Wow 🤯 Our burgers came out and they were spot on just as tasty as I remembered them. Snuffers really does a great job with their burgers. I see myself visiting this location again real soon

It was my first time here, & I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food! I usually don’t have much expectations for burgers places, but I really like this one. We got the sweet potato fries which came out fresh & lightly crispy on the outside & soft inside. This has been my favorite sweet potato fries ever. I got the blue cheese burger, & it was soo big! I love that they have the option of how you want your meat cooked because I like mine medium rare. Also, I tried fried mushrooms for the first time since I was intrigued by it. It was crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. Everything was amazing.

The best thing about this place is Siobhan, she is amazing! Her friendly face, super service and infectious laugh makes this my go to place when she's working!

If you want a good burger in a laid back atmosphere, go here. I've had a few of their different burgers and they were all delicious. Make sure to get some of their cheese fries loaded all the way!

Overall, I would probably visit again but I wouldn’t be sad if I didn’t. I ordered the lunch special for $9.99. I selected the Classic Burger, fries and soft drink. The burger was great. Seasoned and cooked to perfect with the bun toasted to perfection. The homemade fries were very underwhelming. They had no taste at all. The atmosphere was nice. You sit yourself and the server comes to you. It took a while for the server to approach me but I realized she didn't want to interrupt me on my phone call. After we got that together, her service was prompt and her attitude was pleasant. It's definitely a place to try.

As always, the food was absolutely amazing. This location features a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for those who prefer to enjoy their meal on the patio. The atmosphere is lovely, allowing diners to soak up the fresh air while savoring their delicious dishes.

The chili cheese fries here are really good! I had the fried jalapeño cheeseburger and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the hickory BBQ cheeseburger which he liked a lot. I also got a house margarita with a splash of strawberry lemonade, they made it really strong and the taste was okay. I would definitely come back for the fries and burgers!

Solid spot for some inexpensive burgers. Great happy hour deals and good atmosphere and service. However, nothing remarkable as far as the food goes. The flavor is just lacking. Nothing bad at all, just not a great flavorful burger.

We came here last Friday. We got a medium cheesy fry to share and I ordered the mushroom swiss burger that was cooked in garlic butter. My husband ordered their classic burger with cheddar and bacon. I probably would have liked the burger better if it wasn't cooked in the garlic butter, it was too strong of a flavor. The poppyseed buns weren't our favorite either. The service was amazing. They were very friendly and attentive.

I was very disappointed in the Snuffers in Addison. I have been there many times and everything has been great. This time didn't live up to my previous experiences. We placed our order and received 2 - 1/4lb'ers. When I saw the lunch specials(Both were on the lunch menu), I was like ok cool. She must have rang the food up under the specials. No worries, but then when I looked at the bill, we were charged full price. It's not the money aspect, it was the way we were talked "AT" by the server and what she said. Her exact words were, "Well, you were looking at the regular menu and you ordered a sharable basket of fries!" Quite aggressively. My response was, "Well, we received 2, 1/4lb burgers and not 2 half pound burgers." She then sharply said she would go get the manager. After 5 minutes or so, no one showed up, I paid the bill and tipped regardless of the way we were talked to. But still, very disappointed to a location that has normally been solid.

Food was terrible and took forever to come out. Server was not interested in checking on us. Manager did comp our meal because it was so bad. We e have been going here for years. We were very disappointed. Looked like a new team had taken over. New wait staff, new cooks and new management. Very few people in the restaurant when usually it is very busy. Won't be going back for a long time if ever.

Usually have a decent experience. Today it was not very busy at all. We put our order in right away and it took little over 30 minutes for our food. We ordered fairly simple meals. Lunch portion chicken tenders and burger and fries. My burger and fries came out luke warm. But, no time to wait another 35 minutes. So, I just took a few bites and we left. Yesterday me and my Husband went out to eat with some family friends, our order was taken. Then when the food came everyone got served except me and my husband. Mind you we were the first people to put our order when the server was taking orders. Everyone else finished their food and ours was still not out because they totally missed our food on the ticket. We weren't even offer a discount or an apology at all. Worst service ever
