Great service from the manager (missed his name) and our server Kyle was the best. It was a great 1st time experience especially being from out of state. Despite being Christmas Eve everything was amazing.

Ordered the Asian chicken lettuce wraps with a rising dragon cocktail for lunch. The meal tasted great and was able to make a meal of the appetizer. The rising dragon was delicious and the smoke effect upon arrival was a fun novelty. Recommend this restaurant!

I had my 22nd birthday at P.F. Chang’s in Lakewood and they did an amazing job at making it a special celebration! Meredith was so kind and accommodating when I was making the reservation. Our server Tony was absolutely amazing and provided seamless service. Tony served my party of 22 guests and made sure that everyone’s appetizers, food, and drinks came out perfect. They gave me a complementary dessert and it was phenomenal. This is the perfect place to have a celebration and the waitstaff are so kind and accommodating. Thank you for making my day so special💓

Amazing food and great service!! Overwhelmed with the hospitality and care from PF Changs employees. Our server Emma Budge is one of the most energetic person I have seen. Was in town visiting, and wanted to check out one of my old favorite spots. This visit was better than our last visit. Food was average-good. We got a combo and the portions are smaller, but still plenty to eat. Nice waiter. The restaurant was fairly empty, which back in the day it was always busy. But we didn’t have to wait for a table.

Typically love this place. Our last dining experience had some hiccups. We ordered the 3 course meal. Unfortunately the timing for this meal was way off, starter not served together, appetizer then served to soon followed by main course so you ended up eating something cold. So I usually am not a reviewer but my friend and I went here for lunch yesterday Our server was good until we went up fo pay I gave her a tip but she didnt and I didn't notice because we had separated the bills. And not only that but she wad spying on us as we were trying to pay witch is really weird and insisted on coming to the front instead of a normal sit down restaurant were we just do it at the table. The lady scoffs at both of us and walks off dosent sound like she deserved one anyway with that attitude but too late for me. Really rude. Food is good service could be better.

Grabbed dinner before an event. PFs is always interesting. The service was adequate, staff is fast and the food was good but a little oily. Felt weird to be this one, has an off vibe, could be the way the restaurant is laid out. Staff was a bit robotic and the food was adequate. We thought that the food at Pei Wei was better there than at the chain namesake. Good if you want a more than fast food and quick experience. Appeared that several parties were there from group celebrations so may be good for that experience.

This was my kids very first chinese food. We have made it a very hard rule in our house not to eat american chinese food but we had a-sort of credit card deal to eat at PF changs. The kids absolutely loved it all and the staff was great offering chopsticks. Everything was timely and prompt I however was sick for days after. I have never gotten sick after chinese food and i suspect this was a allergic reaction to something. It was good first time experience. I would also suggest being careful with the boba tea even with older kids the balls were really hard to pop

I’m quite satisfied with my experience with this restaurant — definitely a tranquil location to visit on a Sunday evening. The service was wonderful with an attentive waiter and a clean environment; food arrived relatively fast. Slightly busy at this time with a subsequent delay in food, but completely understandable. My order of the chicken with broccoli tasted splendid and poses zero quality issues from my perspective. I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you’re seeking cuisine nearby!

Not my first visit to a PFC. We were we one of a handful of tables. Service was sparse and not attentive. Food was smaller portioned and over priced. Not a fan.

Went on Valentine's Day and it was a bit of a mess. With reservation we still had to wait about 20 minutes. They forgot to bring out two of our 5 courses entirely until we said we never got them. Came here on a Wednesday alone cus I just wanted to get a quick meal in to kill time. I was sat at my table at 5:43pm and did not get my food I ordered until 6:53pm. Was heavily ignored as I got my drink refilled only once the food by the time I got it tasted as if it had been sitting for 20 minutes, I ordered dumplings the waiter spilled half the sauce on the tray he brought em on just unbelievably bad service and Luke warm food. I gave this place another chance and it’s the fact they were not even that busy is like WHY did I wait over an hour for my food. Never again

My wife wanted to do something nice for me for my birthday, and I have never been to PF Changs before. Beef pepper steak is my favorite menu item and I have been enjoying it for over 40 years, but not here. It was so spicy I could not get past about three spoonfuls before I head to just push the plate away. I felt bad for my wife, bless her heart. But now I know, and have one less thing on my to do list: Will not be returning to PF Changs.

Had my birthday here last Tuesday. My mom TOLD the waitress it was my bday, and she even acknowledged it and said happy bday. But that was it. Just ordered delivery from this location and was very disappointed for the origin s and prices. I have eat here before and portions are way bigger and cheaper than when you order take out. What Happened to This Place? Terrible Food and Rude Service ⭐⭐ (2/5 Stars) "My family and I used to love coming to the P.F. Chang's in the Belmar shopping district. We hadn't been back in quite a while and were looking forward to a nice meal out, but yesterday’s visit was shockingly bad from start to finish. First, the service was unacceptable. While we were trying to decide what to order, the waitress walked up and actually removed the menu from my son while he was still actively reading it. It was incredibly rude and set a terrible tone for the meal. Unfortunately, the food was even worse than the service. The portions have gotten surprisingly small, and nothing tasted fresh. It genuinely seemed like the food was just reheated in the back. The flavors were totally off, with dishes just tasting like they were drowned in cheap soy sauce. If you live in the Denver/Lakewood area, don't waste your time or money here. You can go to almost any of the independent Asian restaurants on Federal Boulevard and get much larger portions of fresh, authentic food with better service. It's sad to see how far this location has fallen

I would give 0 stars if I could. While I have 0 issue with the food, which is always great, it’s your customer service and planning. I made a reservation for 6:30. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day and it’s busy but your restaurant shouldn’t take reservations if you’re not even gonna honor them. I walked in at 6:20 for our 6:30 reservation to be told it’s an additional wait of 30-45 min because families are enjoying their meal and talking, and they didn’t expect it to run over. That’s ridiculous, how do we find another place now at this time of night on a holiday without a reservation. You have ruined the whole plans we had. Not to mention my reservation was for 6:30 and it’s now 7:20 almost an hour and I haven’t received a call or text that my table is ready. No one answers the phone when you call. You could have at least text or call people with reservations to inform you were running late. I’ll never visit this location again and extremely irritated that you think this is ok. There should be a limit of time on tables on busy nights like this so reservations can be honored in a more timely manner.

While I totally understand it was super busy for Christmas Eve, we had to wait 2+ hours for our online order. They also kept telling us we were going to be next, but never were, and other carry out orders kept getting their food before us. I worked all day too and totally understand it was busy and I am all about grace as we had rude guest too…. But a little bit goes a long way. We also witness the manager be rude to door dasher who’s first language wasn’t English. We live in Lakewood which is a very diverse area. They were also working. Just sad way to end the day.

DO NOT EAT HERE if you have food allergies! I explained that I was allergic to peanuts, ordered the dynamite roll, and after one bite began having symptoms of anaphylaxis. When I told the waitress, she got very defensive and denied it could even be possible. She said she was going to tell her manager. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted dessert. I had to leave to go get medication, so my sister flagged down a manager, told him everything (the waitress did not), and he gave her two business cards for me to contact the management. They never responded to my email!

I have been coming to this P.F. Chang's on and off for more than a decade. While the servers continue to do a good job, in my opinion, the taste of the food has gone severely downhill in the last year and there does not appear to be enough staff for the location. I had the lunch special, and I felt the fried rice was somehow both bland and tasted like a Ramen soup packet. I asked to have lo mein swapped in for my fried rice, but unfortunately the lo mein appeared to be ramen noodles cooked in soy sauce and likewise tasted awful to me. I also ordered the honey chicken, and I felt it was greasy with breading barely attached and falling off every piece. None of it tasted good, from my perspective, and I'd be amazed if anyone felt it was worth the money. Oh, and on top of all of those concerns, it seems the business did not comp any of the food that we were unable to eat. My opinion: even Panda Express is better than this P.F. Chang's.
