Opiniones de Naomi's Kosher Pizza Albans
The best pizza store with Middle Eastern/ Israeli food. I have tried their sabich, falafel, jachnun, malawach, cheese pretzels and many more and they are all great. They have many different pizza option that are all great from regular, spinach, vegetable, cheese, mushroom, and many more all baked to perfection.
Great food, and very friendly service. They treat you like family. I've been coming here for over 10 years now and I have never been disappointed.
Best pizzeria!! I have been coming here since I was a kid and loved the pizza and prigat. Highly recommend!
I have been going to naomis for over 36 years now. I actually knew Mrs Naomi before she passed away. For years the place was ran buy her son whos a very friendly very nice guy and is now ran buy her grandson whos very similar to his dad also a very cool dude. This is a yemenite inspired resturant with israeli dishes as well as good old fashion pizza i will be honest i am not a fan of kosher pizza at all but naomis is knows for its dishes like the Meluach and jachnun or beans soup and some curly fries topped with naomis tehins which are all amazing dishes. Also if your here try the cheese pretzel its really good. I will give naomis a fair rating of 8.6 as it really is a great place to catch a quick lunch or have nice big dinner either way u will leave happy.
Great food. Friendly staff. Recommend
Amazing pizza! Enjoy coming here while I was on break from school. 100% recommend this place and plus the workers were super nice.
Phenomenal experience, you’ll feel like you’re in an Israeli style restaurant with really good food.
I've been coming to this place since I was a kid and is always a delight. I have had plenty of memories driving into Queens heading to JFK airport before and after and trip and always stopping here, a tradition I still continue to this day. This is where I fell in love with falafels and after 20+ years of going to this place, it still looks and feels the same and still tastes great. Their falafels are the definition of what a falafel should be. The pizza is also great. Absolutely worth a stop in.
The best kosher pizza and falafel outside of Israel!! The pizza has a thin, slightly crispy crust and tastes incredible. The falafel pita is stuffed full with falafel and any trimmings you want. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I liked the pizza so much!😍🔥
Been coming here since I was kid and lived in Flushing. I now travel from Long Island whenever I get a craving for the falafel. Hands down the best falafel anywhere. FYI they also have pizza, garlic knots and spicy fries.
Great local vibe. I remember when this place opened 40+ years ago and as the neighborhood population turns over, generation after generation keep coming back. Food is fresh and typical for an Israeli style pizza-felafel-fastfood place. Highly recommended.
Many, many moons ago, I was on the board of a Synagogue in Middle Village. We always ordered Pizza from Naomi's in greatest quantities. The congregation aside, everyone agreed that Naomi's quality had been terrific. What else is new ? Naomi's has well survived and they still are.
One of my favorite kosher pizza places in new york. But even better than the pizza is the felafel. The place has not changed in 40 years. Very tasty and fresh. It is cash only so be prepared going in.
We were a group of 11 people with short notice the food was amazing and the best service!! Definitely recommended Thankyou so much from Chabad Cluj
Fresh food, reasonable prices. No ambience. Good cheap quick ethnic (Israeli / Middle Eastern and Kosher pizza) eats. Changed ownership a little while ago. Still great food and good value.
We went around 8 pm Saturday night. The 4 workers were working hard and efficiently to get all the orders out. They were alson curtious, which is hard when you are moving so fast in different directions.
Best falafel and pizza in town! Great staff! Always quick to get you taken care of and very fresh
Amazing experience and even better food.
So many years coming here , the Pizza and falafel are my favorites, but the trust is this place is excellent, it's a family business that keep their food like homemade for decades, I hope they always be here to continue serving our community.
This place has been my fav place to eat falafel since years. Being a vegetarian it's really important to eat At hygienic place. Loved pickle.
Friendly staff, quick service, plenty of seating, generally clean, and of course- incredible pizza:)
Greatest place I've ever eaten at ever. Couldn't believe I never knew about this place before, ill be coming here alot more often from now on, expect alot of customers from my recommendation. Thank you for allowing me to eat great food from here.
My family has been coming to this spot for almost 40 years. The food is delicious and their sauces amazing! I highly recommend checking it out
All around great Food Great service great atmosphere ask for 1percent he'll take care of you!
They recently made their suace really good, so I enjoy their pizza more now. Their fries are good. Their falafel. BEST falafel I'll ever eat. Whenever I go somewhere else I think; "Is it like Naomi's? Or is it not worth it?"
I love a slice of pizza or two daily
I've been going here since my my mother and father brought the family here about 48 years ago. And, I am still going. That in itself should tell you the food is great.
Great za. Warmed me up in the cold
Robert and the team are the best at making pizza and the most entertainment you will get at a pizza store
Falafel was made fresh and was delicious. We had falafel in pita bread and chose the add ons. Reasonably priced $9 per person. Will definitely come back again.
Incredible food. From the pizza to the fries also they have the best falafel in the tri state area. Plenty of seating and fast service. You will not regret eating here.
I love this place the most!!! Thank God they are still here. Most delicious falafel and pizza every time 🌆🏙🌃 thank you 🙏😊
Naomi's Kosher Pizza and Falafel deserves every star! Their pizza is mouthwateringly good, with a perfect crust and generous toppings. The falafel is a flavor explosion – crispy and delightful. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make it a top-notch dining experience!
They have been around for years and their pizza is a must in Queens. Tasty and large! Personally I love their falafel. They have a great menu. My only complaint which is not worthy of reducing the stars they get is that this place is cash only. Good for kids.
No atmosphere but you don't need it. Their falafel is really fine! There was a time when we ordered and took out falafel from Naomi's and were always very happy.
I've only ever had the falafel sandwich. Excellent. No question about it.
Delicious, authentic, and fresh Israeli falafel and cuisine! Not to mention their pizza and other Italian-American dishes! Excellent service at reasonable prices!
Naomi's pizza shop is a very warm and friendly community pizza shop. The food is amazing, the staff are very helpful and I love going there time and time again. And they definitely have the best falafel in town.
The only place I go for falafal. Been visiting this place for the last 27 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of food has always been consistent. I had not visited them for the past few months but as soon as the owner (third generation) saw me, came to greet me & my family. Even though we are of different nationalities and religion the feeling of being welcomed was felt instantly. A sincere and grateful thank you to the owners and employees for making all our visits special.
Best kosher Pizza and Falafel in New York.
It was my first time here. The guys up front was super nice even though I took so long to order because I was not sure what to get. It's hard for me to find random places to eat since I'm a vegetarian but this place is kosher so nothing really has meat. The food is great! Everything is made fresh! I'm gonna be back for sure.
Best kosher pizza in queens in my opinion. Best falafel in North America in my opinion. Their combination plates are also a Mediterranean cuisine. They are fabulous. Unfortunately they only take cash, but I feel they can pull that off in 2018 because they really are a unique pizzeria.
Pizza is very good and also their falafels are amazing!
Best falafel sandwiches in the Queens area! Their own secret Tahini dressing and hot sauces seals the deal. Crunch falafel balls pair with fresh chop lettuce inside the warm pita bread are awesome. $6 for whole sandwiches, and $3.50 for half sandwiches. Bring CASH if you want to avoid the extra 4% surcharge for credit card use.
Excellent service and pizza as usual. Top in town
The first time I ever had falafel was here, about 50 years ago, in the mid 1970's. Since then, I have had falafel all over Israel and all over the world, and it has never been better than at Naomi's. Every few years I'm back there, and it's always just amazing. Today I sent my college-aged son and his buddies there, when they were visiting the area, and my son, who has also eaten falafel all over Israel, said that it is still the best falafel he has ever had. If you're in Queens, and like falafel, you have to go there!
Their fried onion pizza is delicious!
Awesome pizza, awesome customer service and awesome prices How every slice should taste!
I truly enjoyed their falafel sandwich. I’ve had falafel at many different restaurants, and nothing comes close to theirs. It tastes fresh and is very filling. I highly recommend it.
This place is one of kind. My dad, who passed away, 3 years ago studied for his actuarial exams here in the 80s. My family and myself frequently come here for pizza and Israeli food. This place brings back so many fun memories of my childhood. My son loves the pizza here. The falafel tastes great, coating is nice light and flaky, like many other falafel, I’ve eaten. Prices remained reasonable throughout all of these years. Planning on coming here as long as this place is opened.
I enjoy the food and service from past 40 years....I come once in 15 days.... Best falafel in world 🌎
All the pizza guys are awesome they are always laughing and the pizza taste good over all I love this place cuz oh the guys the make me and my kids feel like at home
The falafel was unbelievable it was so good the service was great such nice people very well priced whoever is debating to go you should definitely go without a doubt
We always come for the delicious falafels. My in-laws have been coming to Naomi for 50 years.
What an incredible find! Naomi Khosher Pizza and Falafel deserves every one of its five stars. The food is absolutely to die for – particularly the falafel. I've traveled the world, and I can honestly say I've never tasted falafel as amazing as theirs. The flavor is simply unparalleled. If you're looking for an unforgettable meal, this is the place to go!
First time eating here today. The pizza was amazing; very crispy, thin, and flavorful. The service was great as well. Highly recommend.
If this isn’t the lightest fluffiest and Dreamiest falafel plate you could get in NY! So so good! Great value for money and quick service I bought it to go and loved every bite! I’ve eaten there before too but this new texture of the falafel I got this time was simply awesome ! Totally doing this more often
Clean quick and delicious. Went for the awesome falafels. The mango slush was delicious. Brought home falafel plates for my parents and they travel super well and we're also given 5 stars by my Indian parents who are vegetarian and on occasion make falafel at home. Super reccomend and will go back for the novelty pizzas. They looked so good.
I’ve been coming here my whole life! The best falafel, i don’t know if it’s bc of Covid only but I miss their pickled cabbage! They’ve got great pizza too, but this is my family’s favorite falafel place, that even after leaving queens we travel here for falafel! Sad to see their ancient register be replaced, but glad their still just as good.
My mother had a cecilian slice and I had a whole Falafel. The Falafel and pizza were both excellent
pretty good pizza but they only accept cash. i understand why they do that and I'm sure their accountant is thrilled but its not convenient for customers. aside from that its good the cash aspect was the reason for 4/5.
Long time main street pizza and dairy joint. Their pizza is ok. It isn't what people who know go here for. They have Israeli style borekas, falafel, boiled brown eggs, jachnun, malowach. And imported bottled juices. Let's talk about how to order. Boreka sliced down the middle, sliced egg in the middle hummus and tahina, Israeli salad on the side. Get it to go. Pairs well with fruit smoothie or fresh juice.
Didnt know falafel could taste so good
The falafels here are absolutely delicious as long as the falafel balls are freshly made. My recommendation is to have the falafel and place Israeli salad inside it. Staff is very kind, The parking lot in the back is a nightmare so I suggest to find street parking.
Excellent (Kosher) pizza. Remember this is kosher pizza and can't be compared with non kosher pizza. Falafel is weak, I mean when you have Moumons in the east village , this and many other (mostly Israeli) falafel places are absolutely awful. Though Carmel makes one of the best Thainis in much of the US , possibly except in California.
Good food. Fallafel is the best around in my opinion..but it has fallen off slightly, otherwise a definite 5..atmosphere is comfortable, very clean..sometimes the Jewish people in there are a little rude..but I do recommend this place..its been there since I moved in the neighborhood about 28 years ago
My long-term go to spot for falafel never disappoints. Ample serving with tasty tahini sauce and reasonable price and excellent service add to its appeal. Try the soups, especially black bean-so good. Eat in or take out is fine. I try to park across the street as it is a bit crowded near the restaurant.
Disorganized place as far as the line to pay Please fix it so it not feel like a zoo. Bring more cashiers & one more stand to pay.
I’ve been coming here for 30 years and it has changed. The food recovered from the last time I had come here, but what happened to the interior decorations? The atmosphere is gone. It feels careless now.
I came for the regular pizza. It was pretty good, cheese and sauce were tasty, the crust can be improved a little though. All in all positive experience good food good people.
Been coming to Naomi's for years to get my falafel fix. Now under new owners, the falafel is not the same. Parking is tight, meter in the front. Limited free parking in the back. I removed a star for cleanliness.
The falafel was good, better than many other places, but not anything that would hold its own in Israel. The pizza was not impressive: decent crust, but the sauce and cheese were boring. The salads tasted like they'd been sitting out too long, but the tahini was decent and not too watered down. The thing that bothered me the most was the microwaved store-bought pita. You have an oven, you make dough (yea, it's not the same as pizza dough, but you have all the same equipment for it) - is it so much to ask for freshly baked pita?
I like the pizza here... The cleanliness can be a tad better.. Prices are average ... pizza 🍕 is fresh..looks like there might have been a change in ownership..I took off one star because the wait time for a single slice of pizza was excessively long....
It was edible. The falafel is pretty bland, no cilantro or parsley, and isn't too crispy. It's served in a pita with sad looking iceberg lettuce. The sandwich is drenched in what seems to be a kind of tahini, I'm not sure though, it was bitter. I would not recommend this place if you have the option to go elsewhere, however if you are confined to the area and have a hankering for falafel sandwich its not the worst.
So sad that they've changed their recipes. Been eating here since the 80s, and it's always been a family favorite. Even family from out of town love to eat here when they visit. Tried falafel for the first time after a year or two, and it's not the same at all. Different pita, different tahini, different falafel balls, and even the salad is just iceberg, as opposed to the shreds of purple cabbage and carrot they used to include. Their food used to have a very specific flavor that's just gone now. Disappointing. No longer worth the price. They were already pushing it before, but at least it was worth the markup before.
Just had an unfavorable experience at Naomi’s. I called to tell them to have a personal pizza ready in 30 mins. We came in to eat there around 15 mins later than I told them, and expected them to warm it up. One of the pizza guys refused to do it. And I asked him again saying we are eating it here, please warm it up, he opened the box and put it on the tray. Very very rude and obnoxious. I think that guy should be fired for his rudeness! Anyways, the nice cashier asked him again and the other pizza guy took it and warmed it up for us. I hope the manager will read my comments and clear this situation up. The personal pizza was outstanding, though. One worker can make the whole experience lousy though!
A friend brought me here and said it was a favorite Pizzeria of his although he hadn't been here in a few years. So we were excited. Unfortunately the pizza was very disappointing. I got a regular cheese slice and he got a slice of white pizza. My slice was VERY skimpy on the cheese and while the top of the pizza looked fine the bottom was overcooked. Close to burnt. Regarding the white slice (I didn't taste it) my friend's said he wasn't impressed and said it was not as good as it used to be. The service was fine.
Look, I love this place but if I'm writing my review for others it's hard to give it above a 3-star. The pizza is ... Okay. The falafel is actually great. The staff is very friendly. The interior is incredibly dated. That said, it's one of my go to comfort food spots when I'm in the area.
It is disappointing this store used to be a nice place to eat with friendly people the owner a middle age man who has retired . Prices were more reasonable. Since the son has taken over has jacked up the prices although nothing has changed in the store no upgrading and the men working there are rude specially the a heavy build up gentleman who is rude and nasty. This was the only reasonable and friendly kosher place and the son and the workers has ruined it.
I asked for two slices and they were brought to me lukewarm to cold in temp. I ask to reheat the second slice once I’m done with the first and they blatantly just curse at me in Spanish. I also found a hair on my pizza right as it was served to me. Also they keep touching the pizzas after touching literally everything else unsanitary. Shame, the food is solid but service is really poor. They need to fix their standards. Won’t be coming here again.
I was at this pizzeria last week. When I told the worker what slice I wanted he put one in the oven and started doing other things such as talking with his friend and making other stuff. When he finally got to me again and asked what else I wanted I requested he give me a specific slice from the pie, he refused and said "I cannot cut you a piece that wasn't cut yet". And gave me a much less desirable slice. The pizza in this place is not bad but the poor customers service ruined my experience in this pizzeria.
I had been coming to eat at Naomi's Pizza as a child and as an adult. Boy,do I miss the original owner and the old staff. The atmosphere is just not the same when coming to Naomi's it doesn't have that warm home feeling. The workers now are disrespectul and rude!!!! The new owner raised all the prices on the menu ( I get it because of that illegitimate president Joe Biden). Everything went up and is unaffordable. The food does not taste the same, and the portions are smaller. I will not be going back to Naomi's and will find another place to go to.
Worst falafel ever tried in my life, I try most of all falafel spot heard about this many times and tried early morning right after store opened falafel might be from previous day or something waste of money. First review in life, even informed same to guy at register. Try to go avoid in morning right after they open.
If there was a 0 star on this I would 1000% rate this place a negative I was there with my friends we all got 3 different slices and all of them had bugs on them and when I told them they denied it and said it was burnt already and I clearly saw the bug while he put it into the oven I am disgusted from pizza now and definitely do not recommend this place for your health or benefit.
By my surprise, as customer and owner of my review business this pizza need to step up on , customer service, food are cold from the grandma the taste is bad like the sauce was make yesterday very bad
