Absolutely delicious Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup! The hand-pulled noodles are fresh and perfectly chewy, the broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is tender and well-seasoned. The scallion pancakes are a must-try — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with great flavor. Good portion sizes, everything is served hot and fresh. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

In this building on the lower floor is where an Underground of the most delicious food in Brooklyn. Booths, tables, It’s a city of Food by itself and some of these dishes are just delicious. And that is what I found in Hana. During the late 70s and early 80s I would go to Chinatown in New York City to get delicious food. then stores open up in Brooklyn, mom and pops Chinese food and I liked it but I didn’t love it. It was just too fast. I came to New Jersey,to visit and we ordered Chinese food from a place called Chinatown Resturant and I thought that I had walked into the 80s. The food was so good. Last week Sunday I went to downtown Brooklyn to the market. I didn’t know what to choose because it was so many vendors ,foodies. I decided to eat Asian food and I stopped by this small room of four people behind this booth ordered shrimp and rice. They gave me so much. I didn’t think I could eat it but it was so fantastic so 1978 1987. That’s how good it was. It was original Asian food, Chinese food. I don’t know what else to say to you, because thinking about it and not being able to go there at this moment, it really hurts my feelings. It was the texture. The shrimp popped in my mouth. It was not dry and not wet and it was very hot from the skillet and the smell of it the amount of money which was probably $13 for the huge container she gave me I took one more bite and I said he’ll with it. I’m eating it all. This is not something that you go home in Brooklyn and go back-and-forth to the refrigerator. Just trying to finish it. I’m finishing it right now and I did , and I’m happy and that’s why I’m sending you there because I know you’re gonna love it. Trust me on this one they know what they’re doing.

I’ve gotten the minced pork noodle and Lanzhou beef noodle soup. All delicious, affordable, and efficient. Really love the packaging. The only problem was that I forgot to ask for utensils but was too late to go back.

I love the dandan noodles here!! They’re so refreshing and honestly it’s made very quick.

the laksa here is soooo good! can tell the noodles are hand pulled as they can lack a small variety in size. the broth was perfectly flavored and the overall meal was delicious. will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is a gem. They make fresh noodles in house and for a bowl of noodles with generous amount of veggies and meat, usually it only costs a little above $10. Especially in DeKalb food court, everything is pretty pricey, so I’d confidently recommend this restaurant to every one. I’ve tried their dry noodle, soup noodle, fried rice. I’d say their noodle is the best but other dishes are also good.

The noodles hit the spot on a single digit temperature day. I’m happy my noodles were actually spicy. It is what it is. The noodles aren’t the texture I like but it’s a NY market kitchen - they don’t have the space to hand pull their noodles. People complaining are just whack.

I tried their Zhajiang Mian Noodles (which is a dish I had for the first time), and it was savory, delicious, and extremely filling. The dish is loaded with pork meat and vegetables, and it was at a very affordable price too (especially compared to other food stalls there).

The food itself here is amazing and great flavors. The wonton soup with chicken broth has been our go to for years and this has been the best wontons I've eaten at any Asian restaurant. Quality for sure. The cucumbers are amazing and dumplings also. There has been some not great reviews but seems like when we get delivery it is better!

Braised beef noodle soup with thick hand-pulled noodles and the soy egg is a PHENOMENAL meal. Really tasty every time.

Really enjoyed this place! Love how much you can customize your noodles. The portions are great, and so are the prices! Staff is helpful, and they push out orders really fast :)

The noodle was mediocre and the soup was not that tasty for me. Well, the plastic noodle container is always off... Crazily busy and packed setting was not my thing either. Just for a cheap visit.

The noodles and soup are great, very tasty, but the bubble tea it's a nahhhhh don't waste your money! ( it's like they put corn starch in the drink itself, so make it heavy and thick-gross!!!)

I love hand pulled noodles so Hana Noodle Station was exactly what I was looking for. I tried the Classic Lanzahou with two kinds of eggs and flat noodles, and it did not disappoint. Noodle texture was on point and the broth was delicious! There are so many options in DeKalb market hall so it can be overwhelming to decide. Hana is definitely a good option to try!

I am a big fan of Hana Noodle Station. However, I have stopped tipping upon placing my order because the order is often either messed up or they forget to provide all that I requested. The Classic Beef and Hand Pulled Noodles here are absolutely delicious. You can order this dish spicy or regular. Although I like spicy, I have learned to order regular with a side of spicy oil because the spicy order is way too spicy.

You can never go wrong with ordering the Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup. The soup had a rich and savory beef broth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and slightly chewy. The beef was tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Sprinkled on top were fresh scallions and cilantro adding a pop of fresh flavor. Overall, an absolute flavor explosion!

Edit: Bland and over priced. I was depressed after having their “hand pulled” noodles. It was just chicken lo mein. No salt to top it off Very tasty, a bit pricy but out of all the food spots down there it’s a solid choice! I love the handpulled noodles with beef and the scallion pancake. Didn’t like the Thai style tea but everything else was hot and fresh! Check it out in the dekalb food market!

10.1.17 - went for a quick bite. The noodles were over cooked and some ingredients were too sweet or too salty. It seems tonnage a following, but I don't think it's that great. However, I've only been once, so I will have to give it another few goes before the verdict is out.

Came here since I was craving a bowl of warm noodle soup, and getting the lanzhou beef noodle soup here with 微辣 (low spice), I'd say it partially satisfied that craving. You get a medium sized bowl with beef slices and bok choy in a hot broth. I've definitely had more savory broth elsewhere! The chili oil they add is pretty spicy so I'd recommend getting little to no spice if spicy is not your jive. To customize, you can also choose between rice vs. round vs. flat wide noodles. Pros: Fast service, lots of seating in this corner of the food hall Cons: Portion sizes could've been larger, soup base was average

Got the minced pork noodles - it felt like someone had thrown the leftovers of their fridge into the bowl. Cucumber, carrots, peas, tofu, beef, gravy etc. Wasn't awful but fairly average for a fairly average price

The food was middle of the road at best. I ordered a veggie dandan noodle and it still had meat in it. And with the bean custard dumplings, they were good but there was a hair in the container.

Got the “steamed pork ribs over rice” it’s only bone and fat, there’s not actual pork, asked the worker if it was supposed to be like that they said it is. Should change the name to “steamed bones over rice” don’t come unless it’s for another item.
