With so many good options around, sometimes it's hard to pick one, but this place is nothing less than any of the other options in the market. First, the service was super friendly, and I got my burrito bowl really quick. Secondly, the bowl was really good, not the best of my life, but definitely worth a try.

Absolutely amazing margaritas. The only place that come for a good frozen margarita it really gets me drunk.🤪🩷🩷 I personally love their tacos, especially the steak taco please come and enjoy your time here I love their happy hour as well. They have amazing food and amazing drink. Be careful when having their frozen margaritas.!!!

Keepin it real out here in Brooklyn the taco game is not easy to master in NYC but this spot is nailing it. Pricey but cause the area isn't cheap, but the food def delivers. Kitchen is out in the open, workers are nice, vibe is good, solid spot for tacos

this mexican restaurant is located in the dekalb market hall in downtown brooklyn, a really lively food hall with all types of cuisines from around the world. however, i feel like this restaurant stood out to me the most. it was my first time trying tacos in new york as a native born californian. so, i have to say you have to come here and try the tacos, they are really damn good. such authentic flavor. i will say the prices are a little intimidating at first but i think for the taste it is VERY worth it. and get a margarita too!! check it out

Awesome street style tacos that they make right in front of you. I had the tacos al pastor and the ceviche. Both were really great, and I'd definitely go back and try the other items on the menu too. I also loved the seating area around the bar!

Hospitality and cuisine at its finest. My wife and I stumbled upon this place at Dekalb Market in Brooklyn and it was the best part of our night. The staff was incredibly accommodating but I have to focus this review around the chef personally. He prepared our order in front of us and you could tell how much pride he took in his work. Every detail was precise. He made sure he served each customer a dish he was proud of. He then checked in with us to see if everything was to our liking. The food was immaculate and so fresh. If this place was alittle closer to my house I would be a regular. This is one of those perfect businesses and I'm very appreciative to the staff for making tonight an unforgettable date night

Very good food I had the carne asada quesadilla, guac and chips, and their rice and beans and everything was delicious! The seating around the bar and everything is nicely decorated, the food is fresh and you can watch it be made, definitely recommend.

It’s pretty good. The roasted pork is actually more tender than the beef and really good.

The tacos here was tasty and not your typical for my veggie eaters. I ordered the nopales tacos. I've had their guac too which is really good. Just be ready for the price, but could be worse for less.

Jefe Tacos offers very good freshly made tacos to order. The pollo asado and al pastor are quite reliable. Unfortunately, it appears as though the amount of protein in their tacos is reducing. The fixings bar is average compared to what many others are offering. The fixings are also located in a place that is inconvenient for patrons.

Their quesadilla is good. I prefer Taqueria Al Pastor for tacos

Jefe Tacos offers very good freshly made tacos to order. The pollo asado and al pastor are quite reliable. Unfortunately, it appears as though the amount of protein in their tacos is reducing. The fixings bar is average compared to what many others are offering. The fixings are also located in a place that is inconvenient for patrons.

After a show around the corner we stumble in here. It was late around 11:00 pm. The bar was pretty empty and sitting was not an issue. Menu has your "typical" options expected on place likes this. Margaritas were ok ,guac and tacos were average. costumer service was ok. Decent place if nothing else is open .

I got shrimp tacos, they didn't put cheese or cook the tacos where the taco would hold together, they gave me chopped radish the size of apple slices & cilantro, I would not recommend.

Ordered three burritos, two carne asada and one Al pastor. The two carne asada burritos were completely unsatisfactory, as they seemed to have been put together from scraps of leftover beef. There was less than one taco’s worth of carne asada in each of the burritos. I’m talking straight tiny scraps of mostly fat. They also put maybe a small spoonful of guac in each burrito… The carne asada also did not taste marinated and was extremely disappointing. The al pastor was also dry and tasted more like carnitas, but at least there was like 2 taco’s worth of it. Overall this is extremely disappointing and I would definitely avoid this spot in dekalb market
