Cool lil hard to find micro spot.
Good coffee and friendly staff
Delicious baked goods and cozy vibe
Not bad for a window counter, grab delicious coffee and meander on Willoughby since it’s car free
Good coffee + delicious pastries + super nice people working there!
Great place very cozy and everything is very tasty! Highly recommended.
Lovely, clean, kind service, nice design, WiFi, ice latte's price is ok (could be a lil better)
Extremely busy on the weekends but worth the wait ... very good drinks and baked goods
Super friendly staff, great neighborhood place. I'm regularly there and the staff are always lovely and helpful
I love Peckish! If you're peckish about good coffee and friendly service, this is the place to be!
Great breakfast treats conveniently located near the park.
Excellent coffee and service!
Nice little coffee shop. Stand out baked goods.
nice coffee, good design and friendly staff
Good coffee and bialys, and a nice place to work.
Great coffee and great baked good.
Super cute little joint. Love the kombucha.
Great mocha with the taste of strong coffee
Great team and great product. Love the location too.
Coffe & dog treats, let's go!
Great neighborhood spot. Always kind service.
I dream about Peckish (and Peck's). I'm so spoiled by these pastries - I literally can't get them from anywhere else. The whole wheat banana bread will change your life. The staff has been so on top of everything through the pandemic - I go there almost every day just to make sure they don't close. The quintessential perfect neighborhood spot and one of the reasons I love Fort Greene so much.
The chocolate donuts are amazing! The coffee is great! The space is well designed and cozy. A great addition to the neighborhood.
Staff was very nice and friendly, got served pretty fast and my coffee tasted great ! Also a special note for their sweets which are wonderful. Will be back for sure
One of the few cafes where the coffee is truly exceptional & delicious! Friendly staff and people bring their puppies!!
One of the most delicious brownies I think I’ve ever had. No joke. Also had their coffee cake, also very tasty!!
Very nice light venue to have coffee with friends or just come in to have a quick bite. Delicious coffee and scones!! I recommend.
Amazing chocolate chip cookies, biscuits and pastries! Friendly staff :)
the employees are nice, the pastries are delicious, and if you’re lucky enough to get a breakfast sandwich, the bacon egg and cheese is great.
Great coffee and tasty baked goods as well!
Love peckish. Their Cheddar jalapeño scone is the best thing! Great coffee and one block off the park.
The best location. Fabulous coffee and sandwiches. The staff is awesome. Kindly chatted with me during the loneliness of the pandemic.
Great coffee, great staff. The perfect neighborhood coffee shop. I recently moved out of the neighborhood and I miss it.
Love the baked goods and coffee here! Staff is super friendly. And it’s super convenient.
Great drip coffee, great selection of pastries, cute location, great service!
I think the dog treats have crack in it because my dog is obsessed. They have a place to tie up your pooch and are always friendly!
Great coffee and wonderful service, nice food options as well. Always love to come by.
Cute Lil neighborhood coffee shop. Nice workers, tasty baked goods, and grey coffee.
Our favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. Their coffee is truly the best although we haven’t tried their pastry. The only thing made it a bit annoying is they don’t show you the iPad screen to leave a tip. Instead, they ask you verbally every time about how much tip you would like to leave.
Awesome little and set back café. Perfect to have a good chat or get a little work done. The owner is very nice and treats his guests very respectfully. Also very tasty bakery, hot chocolate and of course great coffee.
Can’t imagine why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Exactly what you want out of your neighborhood coffee shop! Service is quick, the coffee is delicious, and the baked goods and sandwiches are top tier. My go-to.
I live nearby and Peckish is my favorite coffee house in Fort Greene. The staff is always outgoing and polite (even at 7am) and the coffee, baked goods and lunch items are consistently delicious. I highly recommend the oat milk matcha latte and the apple cider doughnuts as two of my favorites. There’s a bathroom and ample seating, so Peckish is also a great place to meet and discuss projects and/or read a script and write in one’s journal. Lastly, they also sell the locally-made dog biscuits and even have an area outside for dogs, complete with a water bowl and bench seating for use during warmer months. The neighborhood is better because of places like Peckish, where you can feel the peace and tranquility of a small town in bustling Brooklyn.
I love Peckish, the mini- Peck's. Tiny yet mighty...super dog friendly. Really works for the neighborhood. Excellent coffee, nice staff. Lovely gal named Solvé helped me!
Great coffee and interesting pastries! Cooler vibe than its parent cafe Peck on Myrtle. Outdoor seating on closed off road.
Sells probably the best cold brew can get. Pastries are not too shabby either. If you don't like standing around many cute puppers you might want to stay away.
Nice and inviting comfy spot. Go to for lattes, cortado or matcha. Great quality products and consistent with flavor. Staff is always professional and calm.
A very cozy coffee shop with warm, welcoming vibes. The seating is intimate and charming, and the staff are always kind. The location is perfect and the coffee is consistently well made. A lovely spot to relax or catch up with a friend.
Great mocha and pastries (especially the savory ones) but the standouts here are the dog treats — our Milly is addicted. She’ll drag us here from blocks away…
Payed $7 for a small iced coffee, it was pretty good. Service was pretty quick
Some nice alternative drink options in addition to your standard coffee menu. Would like to come back to try more things, and I’m sure my puppy will be happy to return for the dog treats!

Came here twice while visiting from out of town. I wasn’t expecting much based on the reviews but actually it was my favorite coffee out of the several cafes we tried in Brooklyn. I got the matcha and the honey latte, both were great!
The best coffee in the city! The barista, I think her name is LJ, makes the best mocha!
Absolutely ADORABLE little cafe! Delicious matcha and cold brew, friendly baristas, and super quick to deliver my order even when they were busy! Loved it here and hope to come back soon :)
Excellent coffee (hot mocha). Perfect milk temperatures and froth. Rare to find!
Lovely spot and staff, they very kind and fun to chat with. Great flat whites. Had a couple quiches as well. They were great, love that there’s a variety coming from the main shop. A bit of mystery is always good 😊 Have visited twice over the last couple of days and will be back!!
Love this spot, my favorite neighborhood coffee shop! Baristas are always super friendly and the coffee is great. They’re baked goods are also out of this world! They don’t have guest wifi but they do have accesible outlets.
I love having this place nearby and when I'm at the park. Such a vibe. I come to you with some big praise (incredible pastries! consistently nice service!) and some feedback. Your lids. Like what are these lids. Sending you a note about it offline because I don't wanna blow up your spot and I wanna support my local joint but come onnnn please order new lids. No one likes getting hot coffee leaked all over their hands as soon as they leave the building. 5 stars still love ya smooch

Close to our Airbnb, quick & pleasant, good selection of breakfast breads!
small, quiet, tucked away from busy streets. nice espresso drinks.
i like their oat milk lattes and the baked goods ...
Great for a quick stop if there is no line 🙂
Love this neighborhood spot for coffee and pastries! Their Gruyère puff was amazing!Decent seating and good for people (and dog) watching!
The paprika miso peanut butter cookie is really really good, apricot cardamom scone is nothing too special
This is my go-to spot for iced oat mochas in the area but service is unfriendly and usually extremely slow. There was one man in front of me today who got a sweetened cold brew with cream then I ordered- they took about 5 minutes to put out his cold brew with no one else before him, forgetting to add cream, then a few more minutes for my coffee.
Some great pastries and good coffee here. In effect this is a franchise from the same entity that also owns Pecks on Myrtle avenue in Clinton Hill. This local coffeeshop also has dog treats which are baked fresh. Support your local businesses.
Very good pastries, but you have to fix your coffee folks. The cheap cup lids always leak and the espresso is too watered down and a little burnt.
Cool little spot. I always seem to make it when the breakfast sandwiches have sold out and the lunch sandwiches haven't been started 😅. I got the Rye muffin which was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. Not too sweet and the tartness of the fruit was balanced well by the rye. Will definitely be back one of these days to try a sandwich I hope.

An unassuming little counter serving good coffee and great pastries. I stopped by every Sunday morning before my baby's music class, lined up with a few other people with babies and/or dogs. It's got that family neighborhood vibe which is so nice! In that sense, it's not a destination spot but rather a great option in the area. 4 out of 5 on service, only once was there an unfriendly person. There are a few interesting lattes (the golden turmeric has a kick!), and the iced coffee is strong. Definitely try the cornmeal biscuit with jam and butter, because butter makes everything better! The wait is often 5-10 min, so plan on that! It's a lovely stroll with your fresh coffee and pastry to Ft. Greene Park nearby.

Trying to use this space to work can be great or hard... sometimes the music they choose is to loud or not appropriate (but everyone has different tastes in that matter...)
Great coffee but the tall man who works there is always in a miserable mood. I’ve been several times and he has never been friendly. If you don’t care the attitude you get with your coffee, this is your place.
While it seems like a nice space and had friendly staff in a nice neighborhood the cappuccino was weak and tasted watered down. There are several places nearby with higher quality coffee.
The egg sandwich and blueberry muffin was good. The coffee was not to my liking - the coffee was flavorless and the bad packaging ruined my experience.
Love the coffee, food and service. But please fix the entrance door !!! It’s so annoying and disturbing!
Ever walk by this place and see a huge line out front? If you’re like me, you get fomo when you see that line, and then you proceed to be a sheep and hop in the line. Then when you get your coffee back.. it’s solidly average. I’ve given this place about 8 different attempts, ordering different items, and I can’t seem to find anything that was above average. The almond milk latte was basically a cup of almond milk with a splash of coffee. I’ve come to the conclusion that this place is always busy because of its proximity to Ft Greene and due to sheep like me who see a line and jump in it. That said, I’ve always tipped because I’m not a monster and the people are working hard in there.
4 for coffee. 1 star for breakfast sandwiches . They are not made fresh! Might as well be $11 airplane food / it is clear they sit there a long time , are total rubber when they finally cool down . Would be 5 stars for coffee but sometimes it is horribly prepared
Cute spot but the matcha latte was very disappointing -- wayyyy too much matcha, not enough milk. Maybe the other drinks are good, but I can't recommend the matcha latte.
Pastries are great but as others have said, coffee quality is not what it used to be. I keep meaning to go back and see if things have changed but can't stomach both the cost and a ten-fifteen minute wait on the weekends.

Coffee was okay and cookie was dry
Always gets my order wrong .
My latte was warm-ish. If you can’t make hot coffee at a minimum, there is really no point. Never again.
I like these folks, they're a positive presence in our neighborhood, but honestly, their so careless with their craft that it is hard to stay forgiving. I got a pastry yesterday, and it was so dry and stiff I had to throw it out once I got to the park (wish I had the will power to come back and return it). This has been such a frequent event, that I felt compelled to write a review. It's hit and miss with these folks, 50% of the time you get something dry and not fresh. I also got something different than what I ordered 👎 it was so dry that didn't even stain the paper bag it was in 👎👎 it was some sort of babka with chocolate chips.
The people are nice, hence the 2 stars. We don't go there for the people, but the coffee. Several times we have gone there the coffee taste like water. There is no flavor, no kick - nothing! I want love it because of location. It's a waste of money.
I’ve tried this place so many times and it just never is never good. The food looks great, but every pastry (save the jam biscuit) is just so-so. The boureka had so much butter, it was inedible. The flaky biscuit, although shown in the window with butter, was served cold and stale (we actually combined part of the boureka to use as butter). And do not even try the egg sandwiches. They are pre-made, start at $8, and sit in a hot box. I’ve tried them 3 times and have only been able to eat one of them. Come here if you want a simple coffee and there’s no line, but I would stay away from the rest.
coffee is okay but asking every person for a $1 tip means you should just add it to the prices. I don't enjoy being harassed to tip, I do tip but i'd expect it to be optional rather than being demanded. So yeah, add it to the prices then. They are also painfully slow and can't seem to multitask yet demand you tip them when you go to pay
Terrible coffee and food . Long line is inexplicable .
A pre made awful tasting egg and cheese costs $8
They have great pastries, but the service could be a lot better. They gave me the worst matcha I’ve ever had.
$5,50 for an oat milk cortado. That means that I was charged $1 more for a few oat milk drops. Impressive.
Former regular customer here , who spent a lot of money here on hit or miss coffee and service . The line you may see is only because it’s right near the park…. not because of good service or coffee . Avoid the breakfast sandwiches . They’re terrible , very overpriced ($10-14 ?!) microwaved junk , similar to what you might get at a gas station , but 4x the price . The Staff seems to turn over a lot . Other coffee shops know you and what you drink over time . This place just gets your order wrong most of the time.
I want to like this place because they are right around the corner but the service is ridiculous. I can be second in line and have to wait 10 minutes for them to make a latte. If you’re 5 or 6 in line don’t even bother. What you think should be a quick pick up on the way to the park turns into a 20 minute ordeal. And there’s never an apology. People in the front will just ignore you. Don’t recommend.
I used to go here nearly everyday for three years but lately the service has been terrible. They get my order wrong every time and a couple of the staff are overly discourteous for no apparent reason. The bigger Peck’s on Myrtle is great though.
So, I ordered a large latte, but they gave me a tiny one in a big cup. That's just disappointing. And a croissant for $6? Seriously?
The place is beautiful but it’s a mess. The barista on duty (Sunday, April 21) made a mistake of my milk preference and doesn’t wipe the milk frother after use. It’s very disorganized and the vibe is a no-no

Paid $8 for a "matcha latte* that was 95% milk, 5% matcha. Booooo definitely don't come here if you're looking for a good matcha! Super disappointed.
New female barista with wavy brown short hair and bangs is terrible and needs to be re-trained or fired. I am a loyal customer of at least 4 years and if I see her working I just leave . Once she gave me a latte which felt light in my hand and down the block I realized it was only half full . Literally 2-3 inches were empty in the big cup . I went back and showed her - her answer ? “We were out of milk” . What ?!? 1) how does a coffee shop run out of normal cows milk and 2) she should have told me she couldn’t make my drink . Another time my latte was barely warm , another time she gave me a cup of foam and called it a cappuccino (had zero milk in it ). I gave up and won’t patronize this place anymore if she is there . As far as I’m concerned Peckish owes me $30 for all of the nonsense this girl served me after I paid her . She is so bad at making coffee drinks she is defrauding the customers . On top of it she is a mess - if you’re the owner look at the cameras . When others work it’s clean , when she works - milk containers , stuff all over the counter - she looks dirty and keeps a dirty counter . I have managed enough restaurants - if I saw my bartender working like her they’ll be fired .
