I don’t know where to start? I will start by saying that’s a good thing. Super amazing restaurant will make you feel you’re not in New York City but out of this world. Very nice ambiance and there’s even a Dj who manages not to make the place too loud to enjoy. It’s a fusion between Lisa Frank and Japanese couture. You’ll be greeted by the most amazing staff who bring the Japanese vibe to life. The food was decadent and exotic which I’m not one to try new foods and like them. I loved them! Celebrated my birthday and the staff made sure to make it memorable! Origato 💕
I wanted to come here for a while and finally was able to come for my boyfriend and my anniversary. It was awesome. We sat at the conveyor belt bar and got the Pure Imagination Experience which was awesome. There were 7 imaginative courses that came with delicious sauces that the waitress came over and gave pairing suggestions for each course. The courses were filling and we both walked away super full and happy. All the food was aesthetically pleasing as well as flavorful and good. The pure imagination comes with a polaroid picture per person which was a fun touch. The restaurant itself was an instagramers paradise. Everything was in theme, there was art everywhere and even the wait staff and hostess was dressed in Kawaii theme. Though a little pricey I felt that it was worth it and would definitely return for another special event.
So beyond obsessed with the Chow House pop-up at sushi delic! I'd always wanted to go to sushi delic but it's not open for brunch - wow dreams come true because of the magic of New York!! I hope they make this a real thing and bring back Chauo Haus and Dank delish cuz this was the best meal I've had in ages! So I haven't been to the actual dinner portion just the pop up and actually went twice with a different people who wanted to go!
On our first trip to NYC we visited Sushidelic on the recommendation of a good friend from LA. It was amazing! Top notch food service and art! We had a great night out thanks to the hard work the chefs, servers and hostess put in at Sushidelic and left full happy and super excited. The visuals in the restaurant were amazing and the narrative along with the food was a real experience. Our server even gave us macrons that matched our outfits! So cool. A real contender for the best sushi I've had, If you want a place to go all dressed up in kawaii in NYC this is your spot.
Sushidelic is SO fun and delicious. Our waitress explained everything so well and recommended playing around with all of the different sauces and flavors, but gave us her favorite combos as well! The atmosphere is amazing and so exciting, but welcoming and the food was delicious. The sauces were very unique and it was fun to try them with the different dishes. The sushi was DELICIOUS. I would recommend Sushidelic for anyone looking for a fun time with good vibes.
SUSHIDELIC was such a unique experience. It’s impossible not to be happy at this restaurant. The bright colors, kawaii decor and conveyor belt are so creative and beautiful. The food was incredible. Ingredients are so fresh, you can taste it in every bite. Additionally, the presentation of the food was masterful. Typical omakase leaves you wanting more, but I was so full from this tasting. I will definitely be returning as they are soon bringing on an a la Carte menu.
A Five star experience from the host (Lovely and Tipsy Kat) all the way to the management staff it was incredible. The best sushi I’ve had in New York City hands-down all my drinks in food came out on a fun conveyor belt, and I was always return to with smiles and friendly conversation. the host taught me about the culture and origin of culture. This Tokyo style sushi spot was an absolute joy even got to see fireworks from their signature dessert will return anytime I’m in the area.
Just came back from a really lovely dinner! Sit at the bar to enjoy the kawaii art coming down the conveyor belt and watch the bartender create really fun drinks! I'm a vegetarian and they were very accommodating! There are currently two dinner options, $85 and $95. They are small plates but a lot of food and I am stuffed! The staff is friendly af and we didn't feel rushed, even when we got caught up in conversation. Loved the matcha teani and the lychee cocktails.
This place was so fun!! The place is just dripping with personality. The atmosphere and decor/art made it feel like we were transported to Japan. The hosts and staff were all so nice and genuinely excited to be there. Food was colorful and avante garde. We got the sushi tower, which came with a wheel of sauces that were meant to be paired and experimented with. The food was good, but the ambiance and experience was the real showstopper.
Coolest restaurant I’ve ever been! The decor is incredible and so much fun. Usually when there are novelty places like this, you expect the food to be subpar but this was NOT the case. The sushi roll we shared was PHENOMENAL. We went a few days ago and have talked about it every day since. The service was great and honestly the pricing was fair for the quality of food and the absolute entertaining atmosphere that you’re surrounded by - 100% worth it. We can’t wait to be back!
So glad I got to experience this restaurant. Sushidelic has a really interesting atmosphere that is different from any restaurant I've ever visited. Very aesthetic and instagramable from the interior to the food. Most of the time when a restaurant puts this much effort into their vibe, the food suffers, but not here. I had several items from the menu and everything was delicious. I am immensely surprised by how rich and flavorful their miso soup is! The staff were also very attentive and friendly. My biggest concern was that the restaurant would be too overstimulating but I actually didn't think it was. The music wasn't too loud and there were no crazy flashing lights or anything inside the dining room. I definitely would come back here again.
What I actually experienced was even crazier than I anticipated. The restaurant is small, and features seating for perhaps 50 people. A hostess clad head to toe in cosplay quality Kawaii dress greeted us enthusiastically. As we were shown to our table, I noticed a Japanese style sushi conveyor belt, only there was no food on it. There was art. Above our heads, light fixtures were giant lipsticks, massive floating cute cat heads, and mirrors cut into the shape of clouds. Everything in here seemed to glow some color or the other, like you were about to have a meal at Willy Wonkas Japanese uncles house. The menu was a single sheet, and had all kinds of odd and interesting items. To make sure I got the full experience, I opted for the “Pure Imagination” omakase dinner. Glad I did that, because this has to be the most fun and immersive way to have dinner here. One course at a time, the kimono wearing server brought small plates that were neatly decorated with flakes, sauces and even rice in different colors. Each of these plates was kind of a work of art in itself. A plate with a potato monster, a metal carousel with sushi riding along. A sauce plate in the style and colors of a paint palette. The finale was an item called the Chirashi Parfait. It featured 18 different items, presented in the style of ice cream, but absolutely sushi. Radical. The cocktails were fun and they had many non alcoholic items as well. I got quite full and wondered how much more I may be able to handle, but decided to call it quits and be content with what I had eaten. Just before I requested my check, I noticed some boxes in a hallway. Inside clear bins, were those bears from the 6%DOKIDOKI store in Japan. I couldn’t believe it. I bought one as a souvenir but I have a very special little girl in mind that I think would love an Easter surprise. Overall the whole place was fun, I would recommend it to any sushi enthusiast in NYC, especially the adventurous and colorful of you. Considering the fun spirited theme of the place, I’m sure you can wear whatever you want in. You’ll be wearing a huge smile on your way out.
This place will give you a super fun and delicious experience! I really loved the flavor and texture combinations in the 6 course meal with all the colorful sauces. It was the perfect amount of food to feel satisfied. The staff were all friendly and fun to talk to! The design of the space was super detailed and creative. The only thing I did not love was the intentional flickering lights, which were on brand for the psychedelic atmosphere, but a little disorienting. Would definitely come back to try the a la carte menu when it comes out!!
HEY PIKACHU 😺 HERE! I NEED TO TELL SOMETHING!! THE SUM: This experience was one of a kind definitely a unique experience on top of that everything was so colorful and the waiters and servers were very nice and spoke in small bits of Japanese 🍙🍡. When we went apparently there was a boy band that was getting catered there so it was a very unique experience on top of two people's birthdays with the same day of birth! ITS SUPER CREATIVE PLACE IS SO COOL AESTHETICALLY PRICE FOR VALUE: Price for a full dish's technically ranges from under $25 or Over $50 per person 1 Main 1 Side and a Drink Drinks are kinda pricey for what you get so that can add on another $15+ Expect perpetson totally to be around $60 + if you want to experience what this place really offers then over $80+ FOOD🍙🍡: The food comes on a conveyor belt the waiter if you're new will tell you when to grab your meal so you get the hang of it. The menu could be considered limited but it's definitely condensed with a lot of the best types of Maki and other food types and it's got group specials foods as well. Their advertisements are very unique as well so I recommend trying at least one appetizer if you go there They do provide alcohol menu With a decent selection THE SERVICE: There are three cats and the ladies get the dress up inspired by the cats which is also created for there by the pretty top tier clothes designer. The very nice, they do speak a little Japanese to you, at the door (WHICH WE LOVE THE MOST), if you love or are inspired by the Japanese in Asian cultures this place is definitely a great place to showcase that. Or to get immersed in. THE CULTURE: Me and my girlfriend have been studying Japanese we've also been into Asian cultured as we were kids. She went to school to study for the language and I learned all by myself from just hard work studying and trying to remember while I work for a while I've been learning for a year and a half so far and I will continue to learn for most of my life for sure I definitely want to be more fluent, and being able to speak to them in Japanese a very nice experience even though I'm still studying. I am very thankful to the servers and waiters for being kind with trying to represent ourself with Japan and Asian culture language and more! So five stars from us that is for sure we will be back again and I will give you more detailed review in the coming days THE PLACE SIZE: It's a really small but big place in terms of creativity so if you're going in a large group, at least larger than 3 then you should definitely make reservations to go there! I highly recommend reservations or calling to make sure that there's spots available
Wasn't sure what to expect from this place, but wow I was impressed! The staff greeted us as we arrived and were quick and fantastic all night. The food options are unique and delicious. We ordered a full second round of dishes to try more and left very full. Great for a special occasion or date night. Highly recommend and will be back soon.
What an amazing and fun time. We sat at the bar thinking it was revolving sushi. But the revolving bar is actually an art installation. The food was great. Beautiful presentation. But above all is the host Hannah. She was an amazing welcoming host. So proud of the restaurant. Told us all about the artist and Kawaii. Highly suggest.
The second you walk into Tokiodelic you get the sense that you are in a new city (Tokyo) but also at home at the same time. The bar is super fun to sit at with an awesome cocktail creator- Daniel. We opted for a table due to ordering more than a few items- all family style. We started with fun cocktails Kamikaze girls and a black sesame old fashioned, followed by a Spicy tuna avocado sando, and Takoyaki. All amazing and bursting with unique flavor. The DIY sushi kit is a must! Once again a truly unique experience that I will now be a regular and return to thanks to the amazing service from Daniel and our other Steven! Please be sure to ask for the Orange You Up cocktail!!! Totally new and also bursting with flavor and authenticity like its creator.
Tokiodelic is one of those NYC spots that almost dares you not to like it — loud, playful, a little chaotic, and unapologetically creative. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this isn’t a traditional sushi restaurant. It’s more of a neon-lit, late-night, “let’s see what happens if we mash together Japanese flavors with downtown New York energy” kind of place. And honestly? That mostly works. The food is where Tokiodelic really shines. The rolls are inventive without crossing into gimmick territory, and everything we tried was fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully plated. The whipped queso (yes, queso) somehow makes sense here — creamy, unexpected, and weirdly addictive. It’s the kind of dish you order out of curiosity and end up thinking about later. Fish quality was solid across the board, rice was on point, and portion sizes felt fair for the neighborhood. The vibe is definitely part of the experience. It’s high-energy, music-forward, and feels built for a night out rather than a quiet dinner. That said, it can get very loud and crowded, especially during peak hours, which isn’t ideal if you’re hoping for conversation or a relaxed meal. Seating is tight, and the room feels more like a party than a place to linger — not a dealbreaker, but something to know going in. Service was friendly and fast, though at times a little rushed. Staff clearly knows the menu and is happy to give recommendations, but when the place is slammed, the pace can feel transactional rather than warm. Again, understandable given the volume, but it keeps the experience just shy of truly great. Pricing is pretty standard for Lower East Side dining — not cheap, not outrageous — and you generally feel like you’re getting what you pay for. Drinks were creative and fun, though not especially memorable, and the menu overall rewards sharing and ordering a little outside your comfort zone. Bottom line: Tokiodelic is a fun, energetic, very “New York” dining experience with legitimately good food and a strong identity. It loses one star for noise, crowding, and a slightly rushed feel, but it’s still absolutely worth a visit — especially if you’re out with friends and in the mood for something bold, modern, and a little unhinged in the best way.
Just got home from a great Mom/Kid date night at @tokiodelic_official in Manhattan! The staff are absolute delightful, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and all at a fair tab!! I could not have asked for a lovelier night out!! Thank you staff of Tokiodelic!! We’ll be back!
This new restaurant is insane! It has flashy Kawaii decoration, with excellent service. You can order savory onigiris with themed cocktails to top it up. Daniel (the host) is super nice and will give you the best recommendations! Please don’t hesitate to visit 🥰
Japanese diner food with an exquisite touch. Had the mentaiko cream pasta and it was delicious. My partner had the karaage and gyoza. Highly, highly recommended for a whimsical spot with delicious and affordable food in SoHo.
My friends and I were in NY for the weekend and I wanted to visit Sushidelic for dinner. I was determined to get a cute drink, a cute dessert, and the sushi tower. The food was tasty, the service was great, and the decor was exactly as expected. Glad to have went before they close for remodeling to a new concept.
It is a small place but very trendy. The food was good but it was the decor that attracted us. Nice place to experience once or twice. Service was very friendly.
Everything about this restaurant is magical! The food to the people! 💕 Everyone works so hard to make a comfortable, exciting, and memorable experience! Seeing Sebastian Masuda’s work up close is also a wonderful treat! The food was super delicious! Would definitely get the same things again! 💜 I can’t wait to see what new theme this will become in July!
When I first saw this place on social media, I knew I had to experience it in person. It felt like Tokyo and psychedelic art had collaborated and given birth to Tokiodelic 😆 — an explosion of color, shapes, and imagination. I came here mainly for the Tokio Tower Parfait, which truly lives up to its reputation. It’s a one-of-a-kind, sculpture-like dessert experience you won’t easily find elsewhere.
Stumbled upon a mysterious, themed sushi bar with my coworker after a long day at work. At first glance, it looked like just another quirky cocktail spot. I didn’t expect much beyond drinks and dim lighting. But the moment I placed that first piece of popcorn shrimp into my mouth, everything changed! A silent explosion of flavor, a culinary plot twist I never saw coming. We ordered spicy tuna and special salmon compared with cocktails. It was so delicious! I’d definitely come again!
Today we visited this lovely spot in SoHo and fell in love with the décor. The service was extremely kind and attentive. We ordered the 3-course menu, and we loved every single course. ✨🍽️
Great fun food. Fun presentation. Very nice staff. My girls enjoyed.
Hidden gem! This place is so fun and unique. Sit at the bar for the conveyor belt delivery. Shout out Daniel for the great drinks and stellar service
Wow I don't even know where to begin. First, upon arrival I was greeted by Hannah the person at the front stand. She was so wonderful, kind, and friendly. Her costume/uniform looks absolutely stunning and the restaurant would truly be missing something without her. The costume design and her personality truly bring this space to life. The drinks were all eclectic and fun. The two that I had were both unique and colorful, and were able to do so while also tasting really good! I chose to do the course menu. The pacing was pretty good, and the food itself was delicious. The presentation of the food at this restaurant is so fun and lighthearted. They encourage you to really explore with your own meal by choosing sauces on your palette for each item that comes out. Overall a great experience thanks to Hannah and the life she brings to the space, as well as the delicious food and drink that accompany such a fun and colorful theme.
I had lunch on a Saturday at SUSHIDELIC for my recent work trip, and it was definitely an experience to remember! The restaurant’s design was one of a kind. The fun, quirky theme and the attention to detail really stood out, especially the revolving artwork at the bar—such a cool touch that added to the vibe. Since I was their first customer that day, it wasn’t busy at first, which gave me plenty of time to soak in the ambiance. I ordered the lunch special Chirashi Parfait, and wow, the presentation was so creative! It was unlike anything I’ve seen before, and the flavors were just as great as the visuals. Things got a bit hectic when more customers started arriving. There was only one server managing the front desk and taking orders, so he got understandably busy. He was doing his best to keep up, but I had to wave him down a couple of times to get his attention. Pricing-wise, the meals were on the higher side for the portion size, but when you factor in the unique experience and the creativity, I felt it was worth it—especially when I was in the mood for something different. Overall, I’d recommend SUSHIDELIC for its fun atmosphere and inventive dishes. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for those who enjoy a dining experience as much as the food itself.

Came here for lunch, order edamame 🫛 the skin of the edamame was way too tough to eat. would have been softer and fully edible if steamed. The cauliflower was good, it tasted like chicken. My bubble drink was fun to look at. The bartender was very kind. I do agree with others about cleaning the trinkets on the conveyor belt. Little details go a long way.
Cute place. I took my daughter for her birthday and she's 17 but honestly any age could have fun. My only issue was I called the day before to make reservations, I was told thay were booked. I was put on wait list. I called a few more times the next day and was told the same thing that they were booked. I decided to take my chances and go anyway. Lo and behold I was surprised to see they were empty and I never got a call back from them even though I was on list
Very trendy and instagram-able place. The place is filled with sharp vivid color and we are welcome loudly as soon we walked in. We reserve a table but not sure what happened, we ended up at the bar on the sushi belt. No issue there as we got to enjoy the cute dishes through the belt. For food, a bit salty But that varies on personal matter. The rolls are very trendy. We had a miso soup as well but it is over hyped from the other reviews. It is good but not wow. The wagyu uni was a good choice. They have a good selection of drinks as well. For service, very attentive! No complaints there. They bring you the soya versus the traditional bottle you have already on the table. The place has a good number of parking as well outside on the streetbut to be honest we thought there would be more cute sushi on the sushi belts…
Cute place but smaller than I thought. Food was mediocre but I only got the teriyaki chicken.Drinks were delicious. Nothing was overly wrong just meh, nothing that would entince me to come back. Service was attentive and helpful.

Food was good, but it took 30 minutes to come out (when there were only about 8 customers, so they weren't busy at all). They seemed more interested in bringing dish after dish to some people live streaming their meal I think. The waitress was really nice. Just a note because I was surprised -There is no food served on the conveyor belt, just decorations.
I really, really wanted to love this place. It took me a while to leave this review because I was kind of befuddled about how the experience was- as the combination of food and service was just ok. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. All the glittery, pink Kawaii decor was fabulous. I think in a larger space it would be more appreciated. I came with my 11 year old son who lives sushi. We were seated by the kitchen and were bumped by the servers frequently when they brought out food. There are only a couple of tables outside of the bar seating. The food was good not great but good. The ingredients were all fresh and high quality. The portions are small- which is ok. I really liked the desert with the macaroons and fruity pebble like crispy things. It is a sharing size and I did not find it too sweet. I thought it was delicious. I did enjoy the karage style chicken but it was quite small. My son loved the sushi- it was fresh and flavorful. I did not try the drinks as I do not drink alcohol. We do drink mocktails and virgin drinks, however the bartenders did not come to serve us or even acknowledge our presence at the bar and with the seating as uncomfortable as it was - I didn’t care and just really wanted to finish and go. The pricing was quite fair- I did not feel like I overpaid. I think the food is very good but lacking operational efficiency’s. I would come back with nieces as they would live this cutesy, pink glittery space and it want overpriced.
*I hope that they improve service* Pros: *Affordable *Amazing ambiance: fun original decor *Conveyor belt sushi - super cute decor but your food is brought to you directly by the waitress *Great presentation of the orders - perfect for insta shots (if you are into that) Cons: Extremely slow service Extremely slow kitchen Inattentive staff
I was really bummed about this after seeing it on Instagram. I had hoped to have a special dinner experience with my kiddos but was met with quite the opposite. They were out of a lot of menu items. We settled on the Pork Katsu platter, Pork Gyoza, The Chicken Karaage and fries, and the Takoyaki egg salad. We also ordered the Shibuyu Galaxy drink, a ramune (they only had the original flavor), and Grimoire which is supposed to be a black sesame old fashioned. The good: my kids thought the bathroom was neat. They were surprised by the big flowers. My son said he enjoyed The Pork Katsu meal. I called ahead to ask a few questions before booking my reservation and the gentleman who answered from the kitchen was really kind and helpful. The plating of the sauces for the fries is a cute idea. The fries themselves were shoestring cut and pretty good. The Pork Gyoza was decent but it tasted just like the frozen kind I get from HMart. The disappointment: #1 Conveyors: They do not serve food or drinks on the conveyors. They have little plastic, dusty, figurines and things on plates that circulate around. That was one of the major reasons I wanted to come, as we usually get conveyor belt sushi in Jersey City and we’re looking for a place that offers a similar experience without the commute. We even reserved space at the bar just to make sure we’d get that experience. #2: They say they serve family style, but the portions are too small for that to actually be the case. I think they just want a reason to excuse each plate coming out individually instead of at the same time. #3: The chicken and fries were not as pictured. I’ll show you what I saw on their Instagram page vs. what we received in the attached photos. We got three small pieces of chicken and a chunk of fried batter. I asked if this was all we got. My son said it tasted funny so I took a bite and it just tasted overwhelmingly like grease. I am a huge fan of Karaage and knew it was going to taste different than American fried chicken. This tasted like grease. #4 The grimoire did not have even a hint of sesame flavor. It was just an overpriced old fashioned. #5 Once we placed our orders, things in the rest of the restaurant got really busy and we didn’t see the servers again. I had to ask for the ramune and for the check. No checking on how things were going. My kids response was “Mom, can we please not come back here.” So do what you will with that.
Very minimal review. The food was horrible. I got the chicken teriyaki. It seemed as if they just boiled the chicken and drizzled a small amount of sauce on top. The plate was 90% of dry rice and 10% flavorless chicken. Server made us feel pressured to tip. The individual would “whisper” (I heard it) to others about the amount of tip we gave initially so we felt pressured to tip more after. Tipping is not mandatory. The tap water tasted like it had bleach in it. We thought the food would be served on the conveyor belt, but it wasn’t :/ Alcohol drinks were okay. This place isn’t much to brag about honestly. It definitely was not what I was expecting it to be. This place is mostly for aesthetics.
Interesting concept, but poorly executed in every way. The food was just okay, not really anything great, but not bad per se (except for the cauliflower, which was just straight up burnt). Maybe the decorations just aren't my thing, but it felt a bit creepy more than anything, and the conveyor being completely non-functional feels like a big missed opportunity. Had to wait a ridiculously long time for my food, especially considering how relatively empty the place was. Someone I was with had to ask where her meal was after 40 minutes of nothing, after which her meal magically was ready within 2 minutes. Maybe just a coincidence, but it kind of seems like they just forgot about our order. Overall I'd say this place isn't really worth going to, there's plenty of much better places to go to all over the area.

Made reservations for Valentine’s Day and perhaps I missed it, but they only offered a prefix menu for the evening at $125 per couple. Options were VERY limited and food was preprepared. Sushi was meh, chicken was a Brest with some sauce thrown on top and the “wagyu was essentially roast bead deli meat slices. Most disgusting was the cook in the kitchen vaping over the food he was actively preparing. Servers and host were lovely but I recommend skipping this place and eat at one of the thousand other restaurants that serve a quality meal.
Even 1 star is high for this place. It fails in everything right from food to ambience. Supposed to be a fun place with eclectic design and some magical set up per instagram, but very underwhelming when you visit in person. The conveyer belt is supposed go be star of the show, but everything is so unkept that you wouldn’t even feel like eating. Had the worst cappuccino of my life ( frothy hot water) I doubt how this place has a 4.2 rating in google when this should be not more than 1. Insta and other social media are delusional, please dont fall for the trap.
We ate here for lunch on a Saturday. We arrived shortly after they opened with no reservation and there were only 2 other parties there when we arrived. I should have known sitting and waiting for our menus to be brought to us for 10 minutes was a bad sign but I was optimistic and my kids were excited to be there. We sat there with our orders trickling out of the kitchen one by one for the next hour and 45 minutes. First my daughter's nuggets and fries came. Then 1 of the 2 ramen we ordered came out 30 minutes later. Then it was another 15 minutes before the 2nd ramen came out. Then there was still one person in our party who never got their food...an hour and 45 minutes later! The waitstaff seemed annoyed at ME for asking where our food was and then the waitress proceeded to speak loudly to her coworker behind the bar about how she was "done" with us. I guess asking 3 times when my son's food was going to be brought out was too much for her to handle. Then, after that she had her co-worker handle us since I guess we were too much for her to deal with. They were also "shocked" when I told them that they needed to take my son's food off of the ticket because we never even got it and they were like "oh....you mean that didn't come out?" It was OBVIOUS it never came...so she was either pretending to not realize OR she is the most unobservant waitress in all of history. Anyway. I would not go back to this establishment and I would never recommend this place to a friend whose time I respected because they do not respect YOUR time when you are here. Honestly surprised this place has above a 4 star rating. There was also another party sitting next to us who also left angry. In a world where things are so expensive people just want to feel like we are getting what we pay for. While this place is super cute and the decor is cool it was not worth it at all. Save your money and time and go somewhere else because there are plenty of places better than this in the area.
There’s something almost impressive about a place that promises a “special experience” and then fails spectacularly to deliver it. We traveled hours for a birthday dinner complete with a confirmed reservation only to have that reservation casually given away, with no apology and no real effort to fix the situation. For a venue that markets itself as thoughtfully curated, the disorganization and indifference were genuinely baffling. Watching a child’s birthday derailed by poor service is not an experience any parent expects, let alone one paying a premium. If you’re going to advertise a memorable occasion, at least commit to providing it. Unfortunately, the management’s response made it clear that follow-through is not their strong suit. I can’t recommend spending your time or money here, unless disappointment is what you’re seeking.
I do not typically leave reviews, but I made a reservation for my daughters and I as a special night out. We ordered simple sushi plates that took 45 minutes to come out (2 were the DIY plates). We had to leave without dessert because it took so long there was absolutely no way we could wait another 45 minutes. Such a bummer. Server was kind and apologetic.
