Opiniones de Vine Albee Square
The drinks, the vibe and the staff were 10/10. Would love to visit again! ❤️
The drink menu is extensive and delicious, the atmosphere of the bar is perfect for a date or just catching up with the friends. Will be returning! Plus next-door there is a liquor store that serves frozen to-go drinks that this bar is connected to, also a place to stop by if you’re looking to take drinks with you after.
I hosted my fiancés 30th birthday here and everything was excellent! Colin, Geo and Ivan were so helpful, kind and provided such great service to me and my guests. The cocktails were delicious and the ambiance was wonderful. I’d recommend this spot to anyone, whether throwing a private party or just looking for a casual drink!
Hidden gem bar in the area. Me and my friend just looking for the bar to sit and chill around the area we work. we see this bar at the corner we always pass by. So we decided to get some drinks here. Since we walked inside the atmosphere and decorated are nice. The staff/bartender is good. Let us chill no rush to order. the drinks were amazing! I do recommend Frozen drink is perfect. We’ll back again.
I had an amazing time spending my 30th birthday here. My friends and I (14 of us) just stumbled upon the bar one night while adventuring through Brooklyn. Geo, the manager, instantly welcomed us and made space for us despite our flood. The drinks and ambiance were awesome; everyone had a blast! Even more notable, we accidentally tipped on top of the included large party gratuity and brought it up to them a few days later- both Geo and the Vine Bar owner, Colin, were incredibly helpful in handling it and even got the credit card processor to refund us the extra tip! This is a truly upstanding business and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again Geo and Colin!
Really liked the new cocktails, are a bit more elevated in comparison to the last menu. Highlyyyyyy recommend silent crane and night market
My group rented out Vine Bar for a private event and had a great time! Colin and his team were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated Colin helping us set up some decorations as well. The cocktails were tasty and the space is very nice. Would highly recommend for either grabbing drinks with friends or hosting a party!
Vine Bar is fantastic. When I discovered this lovely yet incredible cocktail bar and immediately knew it was my go to spot in the area. Everyone who works here is so friendly, attentive and make you feel right at home. When I say Vine Bar cocktails are awesome it is a huge understatement. They rotate cocktails and somehow manage to knock out killer drinks time and time again. You can tell how much care and love that the folks here put into their craft and their cocktails. Vine Bar is a diamond in the rough! I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
This place is a welcome respite from the city. Super cozy, with friendly staff and the cocktails Ivan makes are always perfectly balanced. You're even able to get a delicious snack as well! Yay! I highly recommend coming to this little hidden gem.
One of my favorite drinks here is the sea martini which is so interesting and flavorful. If you love martinis, this is such a delicious drink. The cocktails at this bar are so inventive and it’s such a vibe. They change their menu often and they do amazing things with infusions and shrubs. They also have really excellent charcuterie boards. Their amaro selection is amazing. If you ever want to experiment with cocktails, the friendly bartenders will surely recommend something good for your palate, so you don’t end up like Elizabeth, who clearly needs to go to a more basic bar. I love this place, you will love it too.
Vine has some of the best cocktails in our city but they serve it up with an easy and unpretentious vibe. Don’t let the corporate/condo building exterior deter you- the interior is special. It’s a comfortable space with thoughtful fixtures, a playful menu and good hospitality. I happen to like Vine Bar so much that I recently rented it out for a private holiday party with all my friends! The staff was super easy, thoughtful and fun to coordinate with in the weeks leading up to and throughout the night of the party. They even offered ideas for adapting their space to accommodate- like removing the bar stools to make more room for mingling and easier bar access. My cohost and all our guests were gushing about the good drinks and the friendliness of the bartenders. It’s a special spot.
The best bar I like in NYC fr fr! I’ve been to so many top 50 bars in the North America and I have to say this bar is one of the best bar in nyc even tho it’s not top 50! The cocktails are pretty creative and refreshing! Love the dragon pearl and dream beach! The staff are all also super nice and welcoming! Love it! Definitely gonna go there a lot and recommend this to all of my friends 💕
Vine is the best! The drinks and snacks are delicious, you really can’t go wrong. Creative cocktails and skilled bartenders. Try their frozen drinks (or you can even get one to go from the wine shop next door)! Everyone who works there is so cool and so kind. Colin and Dustin and Axel even helped my fiancé propose here! We love Vine!
I’ve been going to Vine for about 5 years now and it’s truly one of the best kept secrets in this neighborhood. Their cocktail menu changes seasonally with new creative cocktails. The bar has a cool, BK vibe and the employees and owner are super friendly. Definitely try this place!
Vine is a neighborhood gem. Very tasty, extremely creative cocktails at a reasonable price point without any of the pretentiousness. I’m no expert but having been to the famous NYC staples many times (Attaboy, Employees Only, Death and Co, etc) I think the drinks are just as good if not better here. The bartenders are also great at helping you find things you’ll like. Do yourself a favor and stop in!
Vine is ALWAYS a good time.. from special events to karaoke nights - everything is done with class and genuine hospitality. Wine, beer, and cocktail list is excellent and reasonably priced and the snacks are super yummy! The staff are super friendly and Colin, who runs the bar, exudes Canadian charm and always wants to make sure you’re having a good time. Highly recommend, it’s one of those places you can imagine yourself becoming a regular at.
Cozy environment and great music. The bartender, James, was alone but super attentive and made us amazing drinks.
I had no idea Vine bar existed but I’m so happy to have discovered this quaint and cozy bar after looking for a place to kill time before meeting a friend. As I walked in I was greeted by the bartenders and a very impressive playlists of music. I asked Peter (bartender) to make me something good with vodka. He did not disappoint. I believe this drink was called the Aqueduct. A different version of the Cosmo, but apricot brandy instead of cranberry. It was delicious! The also had happy hour which is nice on a Sunday.
Highly Recommended! Vine Bar is my neighborhood go to bar. You can slip in on a Monday night or any other night, and the vibe is always happening, the music paints a festive mood, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The cocktails are crafted, which means the bartenders take the art of mixology to a higher level. (I love watching them create the drinks and then garnish the masterpieces). When I am in the mood for wine, the list is upscale, yet affordable. Clean bar and the BEST Happy Hour in Downtown/Fort Greene Brooklyn. Oh, and there is a plus, the bar is connected to a full liquor and wine shop, which is very convenient for me when I need to stock up my home bar. Colin, the shop and bar owner, nailed the dual concept. We are so happy, Vine Bar is a clean and fun hangout in our hood! -Michelle Marie M.
A local gem that gives some life to an otherwise sterile downtown Brooklyn. Never disappoints with their creative cocktails or just a good atmosphere to enjoy one of the classics. Spring/summer time outdoor seating is also a major plus. Bartenders are friendly, music playlist always on point too. What more can you ask for from a neighborhood bar?
Really good. No complaints about anything. Cocktails are all impeccable. Got the hot drink (which has like heavy whipped cream on top of an exquisite hot toddy - perfect, an old fashioned (husband said it was so good), and the Pear Pressure (which has like a white chocolate foam on top). All were absolutely amazing!! Can’t recommend enough. Also the bartenders were awesome.
We sat at the bar. The service was very friendly. We started with happy hour drinks and they were quite strong! The menu had a lot of variety as well.
Great drinks and conversation with the bartender. Went in before a show a the BK Paramount down the street. The margaritas were great! They did not have any frozen drinks or food bites. The space is cute. Can't wait to return!
I recently visited Vine Bar and was absolutely blown away by the experience! The ambiance of the place is incredibly inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing evening or a romantic date. The drinks were hands down the best I've ever had, each one crafted with care and attention to detail. What sets Vine Bar apart is that despite the fantastic music playing in the background, it's not overpowering, allowing for easy conversation and connection. I can't recommend Vine Bar highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable night out. Cheers to the wonderful team behind this gem of a bar!
Incredible hidden no fuss gem. Cocktails are fantastic, bartenders very friendly, and light bites available including indoor/outdoor seating. No reservations needed. There are many bars in Brooklyn far fussier, rude, or inconsistent that charge high prices. I'm extremely glad to say this is not one of them. On and off menu (be kind when they're busy) drinks including some really unique ideas I haven't had before. This is my go to watering hole any day of the week I need it. The bottle shop next door is a huge plus and affiliated with the bar. Take home some of the things you tasted. There's something for everyone here which is great for friends of different tastes or afraid of cocktails or avoid high ABV. 2022 Dec Edit: Still a good bar. Stop reading reviews and go chill here if you're nearby.
We had some really fabulous cocktails and super tasty hot pretzels in this great Brooklyn bar we happily came upon while here for the weekend. Really nice vibe , we sat out on a lovely October evening. We really enjoyed our evening. Sure you will too. Thanks to Colin for the great conversation and all the recommendations for our weekend. 🙌
Really wonderful experience visiting for a few cocktails. Drinks are absolutely delicious and a nice value for the money. Excellent and friendly service. Love the vibe in here. Will be back for sure
Strong, balanced and delicious cocktails at a good price point! Recommend the Rouge Apples (cocktail). Chill place with good music and nice waiters. Had a good time and cannot wait to be back :)
Such a cute small spot! Came here on a date & it was just the setting that we needed to be able to have an intimate conversation since the lighting and music were low. The service was fantastic! Loved how their team engaged with customers, asking questions & checking in. Their drinks menu was great, I really enjoyed the variety of options. All in all, definitely want to come back for happy hour.
Local cocktail bar in downtown Brooklyn, with a wonderful head bartender who created the internationally inspired menu. Flavors fuse well. Cool metro neon vibe. Each drink around $16.
Really enjoyed this bar, the location is in downtown Brooklyn and the decor and style appealed to me. There are a lot of different drink varieties and the bartender Axel is very friendly and professional, if you're lucky enough to meet him, make sure you ask him to make you a drink.
Perfect neighborhood cozy bar with a great Negroni. I stop for a cold beer and the bartender got me instantly with a perfect Pilsner and welcomed harmony between lighting, music, and smiles.

Bartender James was the best. His drinks and skills making drinks was satisfying definitely coming back and recommending to others.
Drinks are splendid and they have a large variety. The new management totally revamped the whole atmosphere and quality of drinks and food. A great place for friends to grab drinks and lots of great choices for late night snacks.
AMAZING Visit at Vine Bar; Drinks were top tier, it’s clear everything crafted on the menu well done. A must visit when you’re in Brooklyn!
The first thing you should know is that the bar menu photos are out of date. They recently got a new bar manager and the new menu is incredibly good. There are certainly bars in the city with better decor and atmosphere, but the drinks here are top notch. My favorites are Adam, Light Up the Bonfire and Pear Pressure, but I’ve tried probably 70% of the menu now and I haven’t found a single one I disliked. The bartenders are also super friendly and knowledgeable, and every time my friend and I visit, we end up talking to Sebastian at length about cocktail ideas. Overall, I’m really fortunate to have such high quality cocktails at a local bar near my apartment.

I came here during Negroni Week to get their negroni. I liked it. It didn't have any particular flavor to stand-out but was very well-rounded.
Awesome spot for happy hour and the adjoining wine and spirits store (Myrtle) is full of quirky and helpful staff. We came early for a quick drink and for a Tuesday it filled up pretty quick. The bartender Ivan was nice and attentive and the drinks were good. We tried the hummus and will like to go back to try other food items. The space feels tropical with live plants.
I really liked my whiskey cocktail. It was great. Notice that The happy hour is only limited cocktails, not all of the cocktails which is not clear.

They did a decent job of creating a bar Atmosphere even though the space is inside a larger building. The drink was pleasant but nothing remarkable. I think, for the price, it's not worth it...then again most things in NYC are too expensive to tourists.

The girl behind the bar was super rude and acted irritated at any question we had. The food selection did not reflect anything on the website or google maps.
Yikes... Drinks were fine but $20 a pop. Never got our food. They still charges us full price for everything though. Bartenders were unwelcome, I'm so shocked this place has decent reviews. Looks like they went through a massive staff shift and changed management two months ago so maybe things just went that downhill....
This bar used to be our neighborhood favorite with really exciting drinks and bartenders who really cared about giving you something special each time we visited. Seems like there was a complete overhaul of management and staff which has led to a really sharp decline in the quality of the drinks, service, and appeal of what was a beloved hidden gem. I ordered a martini that was served with ice(!) and when I asked for it served “up”, the ice was just strained out and poured into a rocks glass. The other people I was with also ordered drinks that were missing half of their mentioned ingredients or were severely lacking when compared to their description. Sad to say, this place isn’t the same anymore, and I really don’t recommend it. Advice to management: bring in people who really care about quality cocktails and train up the current staff, or this place isn’t going to last.
So sad to see what has happened to a beloved neighborhood favorite. My partner and I have been frequent guests for months, often stopping in for a drink or two throughout the week. Unfortunately, since the complete staff changeover, the experience has changed dramatically. They are currently running their tropical cocktail menu, which was exceptional under the previous team. Sadly, the Paradise James we ordered recently was a poor reflection of what it used to be. It’s disappointing to see such a sharp decline in quality. The new staff themselves are attentive and friendly, but we miss the old drinks. We truly wanted to keep supporting this place, but unless things improve, we’ll likely be taking our business elsewhere.
