Just what I needed on the way home from knee surgery! Double Cheese Burger, fries, and soda. Service was pretty quick and very pleasant. We'll go back.

The employees are kind and the food tastes good. During late spring and summer, it's great place to eat.

Very customer oriented as the servers are really nice and helpful. Food is always 👍 good and keep up with your happy hour drinks as no one compares to your limeades no matter what the flavor. My favorite is the cranberry 🍈limeade and my daughter's is the 🍒 cherry limeade.

Stopped here for the first time on a visit to Aledo. Super easy to order. The food was delivered by a very courteous guest service person and the order was perfect. The food was very good. I can definitely recommend this location.

Always a great experience. This was my first job as a teen and I made the recomendation to add gravy to the steak finger basket. I made a lot of onion rings back in the day!

Some people pay a lot of money to go on a spiritual retreat. All they had to do was go to this Sonic for their next level patience training!!! Even when it tells you the person is on the way to your car - they make sure to take some crazy scenic route so you can continue your training. And if you complain - they have ninja level training - where you’re challenged to stay patient even when they pretend like they don’t care about customer service.

This Sonic was superb from the minute we placed our order, the service and the quality of taste. Ordered the footlong chili coney dog with tater tots and cherry limeade and the double cheeseburger, tots and cranberry limeade. Perfection!!!

The food here is better than most Sonics I've been to. It really is. I don't know what it is exactly- the fact that they salt their fries? Because the food is always hot and fresh? Because the drinks always have just the right amount of flavor? Because you can feel the soft caress of angel wings everytime you take a bite? I think it's all of the above. The only reason they don't get a 5-star rating from me is because my order is NEVER right. Not one time has my order been 100% correct. Ok, I take that back. There was that one time that the only thing I ordered was a Rt 44 RootBeer. They did get that order right.

Always friendly staff and food is very consistent. Do have to fix that horrible pot hole in the back before it causes serious damage to a car.

It was decent service, food is about like every other sonic. Not my favorite as far as location goes, but hey, it is somewhat convenient if you are leaving the admin or high school. They don't tell you that their workers are tip based pay and there isn't a way to tip besides cash. This is true at all Sonics, btw

Sonic is a great place to grab a quick meal. Service is quick. They have an extensive menu for a fast food restaurant. Everyone has their favorites; I'm not wild about every menu item, but there are several that I really like. I think their breakfast burritos are really good, probably my favorite in town. I don't think I've ever had a car hop that wasn't friendly and courteous. I really like Sonic restaurants. Recommended.

Decent Sonic. Some of the kids have attitudes and the food is often cold (like the chicken), but it's not too bad. A few workers are very kind and hard working, so make sure you tip them!

Decent food. Sub-par menu. They also hire lots of younger staff that clearly don't know what they're doing sometimes... And it doesn't help that their deals and discounts are complicated and have many many exceptions and terms that are not in favour of the consumer, or even entirely misleading. I've never seen a menu that requires this much fine text. If you're looking for food in Aledo though, it's about the only place to go. Just be sure to be extra clear about what you're ordering and don't be afraid to hassle them until they get it exactly right the way you want it - otherwise you'll drive away disappointed. However, the carhops are nice and friendly and try to get your food out as quickly as possible. They're underpaid and worked hard during busy hours, so I always feel it's important to tip them well. And, once you finally get your order placed correctly, the food is pretty good and accurate to what you expect to get - unlike some other fast food chains where they skimp out a lot or deliver poorly assembled burgers slathered in excessive amounts of mustard (I'm looking at you, Whataburger).

My second time eating at a Sonic in 20yrs. Must say I'm a fan of the double cheeseburger I had today. I wish the bun was better. Ordering food was a challenge though. I kept saying number 6 and they kept saying number 9. I'm sure the traffic noise didn't help.

The gentleman who took my order was extremely loud and would not listen to me. My order was incorrect and I had to place it again. My vantage point I was able to see inside the store and while I was trying to place my order he was talking to someone in the store. I asked the server who the man was and he informed me that it was the manager. My order was incorrect and I contacted the corporation's office and the person I spoke to really could care less. I am now an ex-customer of this Sonic

Usually, the surface is pretty good. The food has hit or miss but it’s just sonic so. You get what you pay for I guess.

Ordered a double smash burger combo. Comes with groovy fries. Got crinkles but not groovy. Daughter complained her groovy fries tasted bad, because they weren't groovy or salted. Cheddar peppers are no longer worth the cost. Grainy cheese filling and pockets of lava like oil. Burger was good even if half the beef was in bits and pieces on the side of the buns.

I love sonic comfort food every now and then, I was surprised and disappointed to find the first spot I parked in had a broken screen. After I moved to a different spot I tried to use the credit card slot to pay for my food but that didn't work either. So they had to take my card inside to run the transaction which did take quite a while longer than expected. The staff was very friendly and the food is exactly what we expected which is a good thing. But I wish the owner would fix the equipment so it functions as it should. All things considered it's still a convenient way to grab a bite without having to drive too far.

They are great but I showed up at 11:15 PM on a Friday and they close at midnight. And there were no workers there.

I ordered two blasts.. only candy we received what was on top. I even dug down to check.

Was here 3/14 and for 10-15 min I watched an employee take orders, touch computers, and touch food all while talking on a cell phone and not washing his hands... He even looked at me

M&M Sonic blast had a handful of M&Ms sprinkled on top. Most of it was just vanilla ice cream.

Stopped to get an iced coffee at 6:30 a.m and the employee said they only had one small left from last night. Don't they make it fresh daily? Guess not. 😕

Only burger chain in America where you have to pay for cheese whether you want it or not. Since you almost always eat in your car why not tubs of ketchup instead of those hard to open packets where it goes everywhere.

Here in aledo you only have a few places to choose from to eat at for fast food. The food used to be pretty good here but lately it has gone downhill, the service is alright, the food is mundane and the machines are always broken so you have to play move around , it is not fun. This town is a bunch of hype, a bunch of middle class people that think they are better than everyone else. This restaurant is exactly what it is , just fast food that after you eat it you will 100% regret it, but will probably eat there a few more times that week because gas prices are so high and everything is 30 minutes away unfortunately. I give this place 🌟 sorry not sorry.

I really like Sonic but I'm not going back to this location until things change. I've told several of the car hops about this issue and one time I talked to a manager about it but it still hasn't changed. All of their fountain beverages taste like algae or mold. This is probably because they have'nt cleaned out their water lines or replaced filters in a long time. It tastes like carbonated pond water added to their drinks.

Sonic has gone downhill. They had no idea how to make a cherry cheesecake shake, and the screen at the pull up station I went to was broken.

I guess they no longer serve anything after a certain time. Have come here a few times between 9:30-11:30 and every time I come to order something different they state “they’re no longer serving those items at this time” Sounds to me like young kids wanting to get out of work early. If you’re not going to serve food or ice cream past a certain time, just close the entire store.

Ordered a wacky pack burger on the app which is nice because it clearly states on the ticket what is ordered. After it was made wrong, the carhop tried to argue that they made it the way it’s always made and they don’t know anything about the app. (It was served with onions, btw, so no way it was just made the “normal” way) Just fix the mistake, no arguing, and we are good!

Typically I dont write reviews, positive or negative, unless i've received outstanding service or completely terrible service several times. In this case, multiple times have I been completely disappointed in this location. My first experience I ordered a snickers blast, the only candy i received was sprinkled on top of the whip cream, NO candy mixed in the ice cream. Not even exagerrating, i got a cup of vanilla ice cream. Second time I ordered a Peanutty swirl with snickers blast, NO SNICKERS, NONE, NOT IN IT, NOT ON TOP, i got a peanut butter ice cream, again. For real? Theres no way this happens twice to me? Not to mention both times I waited over 30 mins from the time it took for someone to answer my call to place my order to actually delivering it to me. Not kidding, i waited so long i had to push the button again to check and make sure they didnt deliever my order to someone else, or to see if they had forgotten about me. The screen had already come up and said your order is being delivered and i waited 20 minutes after that. So today, after the other mishaps, i try again for happy hour. I pull in at 3:15pm, granted its busy, the place is packed, I push the button immediately, were just there for drinks, i understand waiting some. A car pulls in about 3 mins after me and they immediately take their order. Okay, fluke, ill wait some more, i waited for 10 minutes, just for someone to take my order. I pulled out at 3:25pm. I checked the time, because I knew what to expect. No one ever bothered. Time after time, has this location been a money pit and has yet to do something as basic as a drink order correctly. The only reason this location makes it is because its the ONLY drive thru in Aledo and practically the only restaurant. After today i learned my lesson and ill make the 7 minute drive to Willow Park. Im always willing to give several chances for a place to get it right, but this location cannot.

It was bad enough when we moved to the area that we got horrible service back in June 2016. We got a wild hair a couple weeks ago and got the SIX of us Blasts. There were hints of the various ingredients we requested besides the ice cream of course. I called to complain and mention why we never go there in the first place. The manager told us to bring everybody back and we would all get free food. We went today to get that food and she said oh no I was only going to have one meal so evidently she lied. So far everything in the Aledo area has been wonderful but this one place.

I politely ordered my food. I had a #1 cheeseburger, a chili cheese 6-in. Coney and a small order of jalapeno poppers (which are ridiculously priced) ADD Ranch dressing. And then added a $1 tip for my "TO-GO ORDER!" And I left... When I get home... my Ranch isn't there!!!! $@#$!!!! And this little DITZ has the balls to say "she doesn't get the right to give me ranch that is free" because she forgot to give it to me... Air head! S.M.H. Keep it up and you won't like me!!! Horrible customer service. Paid for drinks on app with credit card. Got there to pick them up and they're super watery. They won't refund. They say to call the number in the app. That phone system doesn't work. Do not pay them ever until you have and have checked everything. They will try to steal your money.

This place is terrible. I went up there and ordered food and they messed literally everything up. I called and spoke to a manager and they told me to come on in when ever that they'd wrote my order down and i called up there 2 days later and a new manager was the only one up there. He made me wait while he called the other manager and then i got a call back 10 minutes later and he said you'll have to come in on another day when a manager is here. So i called the next day. Still no manager. Just the same guy. I finally got to talk to a manager days later and they said that they would not replace it because it had been too long.. Absolute trash.

The Willow Park location has gone down hill bad. The drive thru is ALWAYS closed, they are not serving burgers until 10 now and the staff is VERY unpleasant. I asked the owners name & they didn’t know. I will not return to this location. I will go to Aledo.

In the four years I've lived in Aledo, we've eaten from Sonic about once every week or every other week. In that time they have made at least one mistake on every single order we've made. The mistakes are usually small, and I'm not the type to complain but it's just a bit ridiculous. Simple things like "no onions" or "ketchup" really shouldn't confuse the average employee so much.

Ordered a 2- strawberry Cheesecake shake,Both were only ice cream with strawberries. No cake, no flavor so disappointed!!

We tried ordering an Oreo big scoop cheesecake blast, literally one of your featured items, the girl told us twice there was no such thing, that they only had oreo cheesecake shakes. Fine, not going to fight you, we ordered the shakes. The shakes came out and didn't even taste like they had ice cream in them. It tasted like cheesecake concentrate and whip cream mixed together. Not even edible. Not a good look.

Update: If you want a whipped cream shake this is the place to go! You won't get what you order & don't bother cutting or adding you'll get charged for it but you won't get it!! I don’t expect too much from fast food places. Get my order right most of the time. Not be a complete jerk. I get it, it’s a tough, low-paying job. But Geezuz. This place is just outrageous. We ordered some drinks at this location. When we got them, we noticed they were flat. We talked to the employee, they said ran out of CO2 and offered us a different non carbonated option. That doesn't work for us, so we asked for a refund and they say sure. They come and collect the drinks and we asked for a receipt for the refund. After a while we ring them to ask about it, they now say they cannot refund us and that we have to call the number in the app. We called that twice, but there was some kind of audio issue and could not talk to anyone. At this point, we dont have drinks and we dont have money. They have stolen from us and the management refuses to help. Next step is police and corporate.
