Ordered large Dr pepper and large coke. Was working ( door dash) so I didn't take drink right away. Wasn't even close to what I ordered. Sonic made it right with no problem

Here in aledo you only have a few places to choose from to eat at for fast food. The food used to be pretty good here but lately it has gone downhill, the service is alright, the food is mundane and the machines are always broken so you have to play move around , it is not fun. This town is a bunch of hype, a bunch of middle class people that think they are better than everyone else. This restaurant is exactly what it is , just fast food that after you eat it you will 100% regret it, but will probably eat there a few more times that week because gas prices are so high and everything is 30 minutes away unfortunately. I give this place 🌟 sorry not sorry.

I really like Sonic but I'm not going back to this location until things change. I've told several of the car hops about this issue and one time I talked to a manager about it but it still hasn't changed. All of their fountain beverages taste like algae or mold. This is probably because they have'nt cleaned out their water lines or replaced filters in a long time. It tastes like carbonated pond water added to their drinks.

Ok, so I don't eat fast food very often and when I do, I don't expect gourmet. But the last two times I have eaten from this sonic here in Aledo I've gotten sick with the hour. There won't be a third time. You lost me sonic.

Arrived at 7:00 on a Sunday morning as the website states OPEN. 2 workers inside we push red button and wait for 7 minutes and never acknowledged!!! Weekday mornings service is amazing… but Sunday July 14 this Sonic in Aledo LOST CUSTOMERS!!!

We tried ordering an Oreo big scoop cheesecake blast, literally one of your featured items, the girl told us twice there was no such thing, that they only had oreo cheesecake shakes. Fine, not going to fight you, we ordered the shakes. The shakes came out and didn't even taste like they had ice cream in them. It tasted like cheesecake concentrate and whip cream mixed together. Not even edible. Not a good look.

Just a Sonic! Surely nothing special here. Kid's don't care if your order is right or wrong. Too much noise at this place. Check your order before leaving! Update: If you want a whipped cream shake this is the place to go! You won't get what you order & don't bother cutting or adding you'll get charged for it but you won't get it!! Or maybe because I left a bad review?

I don’t expect too much from fast food places. Get my order right most of the time. Not be a complete jerk. I get it, it’s a tough, low-paying job. But Geezuz. This place is just outrageous. It’s like they screw up and keep screwing up as a practical joke. I kept expecting a hidden camera crew to pop out.

We ordered some drinks at this location. When we got them, we noticed they were flat. We talked to the employee, they said ran out of CO2 and offered us a different non carbonated option. That doesn't work for us, so we asked for a refund and they say sure. They come and collect the drinks and we asked for a receipt for the refund. After a while we ring them to ask about it, they now say they cannot refund us and that we have to call the number in the app. We called that twice, but there was some kind of audio issue and could not talk to anyone. At this point, we dont have drinks and we dont have money. They have stolen from us and the management refuses to help. Next step is police and corporate.

I just ordered a drink from here, took a few sips and saw something black in the cup. Opened it up and there’s a dead fly in my cup!!
