I’m a huge Subway fan and the Alfred one is the best I’ve been to, they somehow always manage to get the best, friendliest employees (Amanda, Angela, Jordan, Chanda, and others whose names I don’t remember) and it is always super clean. I’ve never had a bad experience there. HIGHLY recommend. They take customer service very seriously.

Came in 20 min before closing on a Saturday night for 5 subs. I do have to say I am very impressed we all know subway is subway. The Italian Herbs and Cheese roll was seasoned perfectly. In my opinion the onions sliced perfectly. There's too many times I've been to a subway where there's no care. You can tell by the taste of the food if there's care. Customer service was A1 very polite and clean and organized. I will definitely be returning to Alfred NY Subway. Thank you.

As far as subways go and especially having to constantly deal with college kids, Todd is a very friendly employee. The place was clean, food was fresh, and great service.

Fast, friendly service with good quality food. The only gripe I have is the same issue most Subway restaurants seem to have: the poor sandwich artists are slammed with customers at lunch time and the shops are understaffed per usual.

Bread is frequently very stale and I am amazed at how often this Subway is out of standard sub ingredients. The staff I polite, but they should be instructed not to serve stale bread.

My order is constantly being made wrong.The people who work there could care less about making an order correct or the customers. It’s not that hard to make a sub or just be a nice person when things do go sideways.

If I could give this Subway a 0 star rating I would. They said the driver came too late so they threw the sandwich out and refused to refund my money. The employee was very rude to me and then hung up on me. I am complaining to corporate about this.

They also refused to cancel the order, because you can't do that on the app end, the restaurant has to do it. The person who answered the phone was also super rude, despite me not having done anything wrong in this. Overall, super sucky experience.
