We finally planned to eat here while shopping at outlet mall. Simple enough. Thick sweet potato fries different than usual ones. We got basic burger and two drinks with fries. Good deal before buying stuff with outlet mall sales going on.

Fat and juicy burgers😋 Ordered a xxl burger and omg it was so big I struggled to finish it. Nice selections of drinks as well. Popular place but enough tables. They bring you the food to the table which is nice when you have your hands full of shopping bags. Staff was friendly😁

A little overpriced in my opinion. We got five original Fatburger meals with medium drinks and cheese + an order of wings only and the total was $95-98ish. The burger itself was cooked well and had good flavor- the condiments were all fresh. The sweet potato fries were good and the skinny fries were mid. We did order lemon pepper wings and those were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. They were better than everything else we ordered. The staff were super friendly at ALL times and our order was accurate. Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but I would if I was shopping at the outlets and starving.

Plenty of parking as it’s located inside the outlet mall. We went on the weekend around lunch time and it is PACKED. Some staff wore masks, but zero social distancing. You do have the option to order to go, there are some outdoor seating nearby. After you order, you can find an empty table. First come first serve. We were lucky to find a table right away. But it took forever for the food to arrive, but I mean you could have guessed that from the amount of people waiting. So if you don’t want to wait then this is probably not the best spot to come to. Wings were good, not dry and had a good amount of flavor. Also ordered a Junior cheeseburger which is very standard. Fries were nice and fresh. Sweet potato fries tasted really good too. Was pleasantly surprised that they served cold beer! Since the wait for food was really long, we ordered a second round of drinks. The manager (?) was super nice and brought the second round of drinks for us instead of having us wait in line to order again. Was a nice break between shopping.

Date: 11 Jan 2026 📍 Fatburger – Allen Premium Outlets | Allen, TX Pulled up a little after they opened at noon because listen… we were coming straight from the “Munyun State” — IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW 🚗💨 Long drive, first stop plans = food + bathroom break. 🚻 Immediate red flag: Why y’all just opened and the bathroom already look like it clocked a double shift??? 😭 Lawd… this was NOT right. But okay… don’t judge me — I still ordered. 👩🏽‍💼 Customer Service: Order taker was actually really nice, friendly, and patient. No complaints there. 🥤 Then it went LEFT: We grab our drinks, join the rest of the party at the table and suddenly… 👀 I spy a SMALL CRITTER crawling on the table. Before I could fully process life, my brother-in-law FLICKS IT… IN MY DIRECTION 😩 At the SAME TIME, a chair flies back. At that moment I asked the universe: ✨ Is this my sign to leave? ✨ Answer: probably yes. Reality: we moved tables and ate anyway 😬 (Again… don’t judge us — we really wanted to try it.) 🍔 Food: Ordered the Western BBQ meal with sweet potato fries Food was cool — not nasty, not amazing. Good food, burger was big. I had problems with the cleanliness of the place. It did not appear that the place had been cleaned in a while. Trash on the floor, condiment bottles were corroded with residue, salt and pepper shakers were covered with salt and pepper, the ketchup dispenser was as well poorly maintained. The men's restroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned in a long time, dirt and grime build up along the base boards and corners. The cleanliness of the dinning area and restrooms will make you worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. We did not get ill afterwards. Bring a cushion because the seating is uncomfortable, hard wood seats in the booths and metal chairs for the tables, uncomfortable. Not to mention either someone's phone, a video game or the cooking timers were very loud and constantly going off, made the dining experience less than favorable. The service was O.K., not bad, but you get the feeling you were causing the staff to have to work.

Fatburger unfortunately missed the mark during my visit. The restaurant was dirty, with an unpleasant smoke from the kitchen filling the air. The cashier was distracted by a personal call while taking orders, and trays of leftover food were scattered on the tables. There was no ice available, and the only drink options were warm lemonade and tea. The burger bun was stale, and the fries were bland and unseasoned. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and attention to food quality.

First time here. Decided to stop since we were in the Allen shopping area. I was highly disappointed that my burger had to be sent back three separate times each time it took over 10 minutes before I even received it back. My friends was sent back as well. I normally give the benefit of the doubt, but since the place was not that crowded, we were really shocked and disappointed. Especially with the location of the restaurant. On another note once they finally got the burger correct it was really delicious but my fries were not hot. The price is a bit high for the serving size. If I ever revisit it will only be to try the wings.🤷🏽‍♀️

My wife and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at Fatburger & Buffalo’s Express, and that’s saying a lot. When we arrived, two female employees were outside playing in the snow. The moment they noticed us walking toward the entrance, they rushed inside ahead of us and intentionally refused to hold the door, even though we were directly behind them. That alone was incredibly rude and set the tone for everything that followed. Before ordering, I politely asked where the restroom was and was told I couldn’t use it because I “wasn’t a customer yet.” I explained that I was about to order and simply needed to use the restroom first. They still refused to show me where it was, forcing me to walk to the back of the restaurant and find it myself. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was filthy. Floors were dirty, tables looked neglected, and the overall place felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. After seeing how dirty the dining area was, it made me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Despite all of this, I placed an order anyway (huge mistake). We spent nearly $30 on a burger and 6 wings, and the food came out cold, bland, and absolutely not worth the price. When I asked where the ketchup was, one of the employees didn’t say a word—she just pointed to a corner of the restaurant like I was bothering her by asking. No customer service. No professionalism. No cleanliness. No accountability. You honestly get better service, cleaner facilities, and better food at Taco Bell than at this place. Between the rude staff, disgusting environment, and overpriced, low-quality food, there is absolutely no reason to ever come here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely.

Fries had absolutely no seasoning. Burger was like eating nothing but straight salt. 100% inedible. Service was very disappointing. Will NEVER return!!

The food we ordered had an unpleasant smell and taste. I asked the server to replace it, and although they reluctantly agreed, their attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. In the end, we waited 30-45 minutes just for a simple hamburger, which clearly felt intentional specially for quite restaurant. Due to this unacceptable experience and lack of respect for our time, we decided to leave the restaurant and dispute the bill. Awful customer service and unpleasant food.

Worst turkey burger ever. Not even close to what they show in the picture and the turkey was just gross, it didn’t even taste like turkey, I don’t even know what they gave me, and it felt like it had cartilage or bones blended in it. Just BAD. Service 2 stars because I came in and they were chitchatting and minding their own business, it took them A couple minutes before greeting and taking my order.

This is my first and last time here. I don’t know what I think of this place. I rather go to Whataburger than come back here. The issue that happened was I paid extra for the sandwich to have cheese. When I got the sandwich, the sandwich had no cheese on it and I hate to pay extra for cheese. All I bought was the Cajun chicken sandwich. The sandwich was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger, I expected it to be a lot bigger for what I paid for($12). That literally all I got. It didn’t taste Cajun at all. NEVER COMING BACK.

First and last time coming here. The food is okay, but overpriced. The celery and piece of carrot that came with the wings was gooey and didn’t taste right. The restaurant was dirty; dirty tables, floors, condiment area, and trash area. People working in the kitchen were NOT wearing hairnets (even those with long hair). Saw a kitchen worker taking a personal uncovered drink into the kitchen. Saw a cashier worker spitting into the trash can. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Fat burger? More like skinny burger! It was thin, overcooked, and topped with sweet relish?! Worse part of all, it was a 30 minute wait time, not including wait in line. So everything was rushed because chefs were behind. The rest of my party was turned away. They rushed me off before I could get a receipt to put in a proper complaint. Pissed.

I used to eat this chain while living in the western US particularly LA and LV. I was highly encouraged that this venue stands in its own building and not in a gas station like others I have found here in Texas. So I was disappointed in the visit while here for a football game. I ordered a double king with chili and cheese and mustard only. When I got the burger it was so full of grease it ran out all over the tray. Upon further examination the burger was very rare in spots. I went ahead and ate it anyways against my better judgement. My daughter had rare spots in her burger as well. They were not busy. The girl that took my order was not rude, but not very friendly and had 0% personality. It would kill her to Crack a smile. I tried to explain to her this was one of my all time favorite burger spots, she couldn't care less. Obviously just collecting a paycheck. Its been about 45 minutes since we left and my stomach hurts, I figured it would eating undercooked hamburger meat. I ordered my son one to go for after he plays his football game up here. I asked them to make it well done. Its currently in the backseat of my car and it doesn't smell well done. Smells of raw burger. Definitely going to inspect it before he eats it later. He was a fan of fatburger and wanted one also since we can't get this where we live. On another note, got alot of looks from staff like we weren't really welcome in there, or that's how I felt. Everyone in there was a different race than us, so I think that played a factor. The girl was friendly to other people that looked like her but not us. She also told those people thank you, and come back, but not us. Getting really sick of this discrimination these days. Its getting called out. Won't be back to this location. I see it has a 3.6 rating. I can see why.
