I had their new fried pizza and parmesan zucchini bites. Almost always very crowded, but despite its poor reputation, olive garden isnt terrible even if it isnt as sublime a culinary Italian experience as, say, Lombardos.

We stopped in for lunch while out shopping. The service was fast and friendly. I love that they have a reasonably priced lunch menu. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce...it was delicous. Loved the salad...it never disappoints and love the mini desserts.

Jules was an excellent server. She took such amazing care of my friend and I at the bar. We had a great time visiting from across the border, other Canadians were there enjoying as well! The salad was really awesome, so was the soup. Wasn’t a huge fan of the pasta, it tasted good but was really heavy. Italian margarita was so good.

You have got to go to this Olive Garden!! The staff here are amazing! The food was delicious! My waiter was so kind! she helped guide me on what I would like. I trusted her and ordered what she suggested. To my surprise, I was AMAZING! You can tell that the waiters here have tried everything on the menu so they know how to direct you well and let you feel welcome!

I've always had great service going there! The food defiantly can be a hit or miss but I find myself enjoying most of the time I go.

Took mother in law out for birthday and we normally go out with 9-10 people. We got the big table almost private room and really let everyone cut loose. Food was great, Alfredo was piping hot! Everyone had a good meal and no complaints on the food which is somewhat unusual. Couldn't find a coupon for her birthday then they offered us with a piece of 🍰! They brought it with a candle and sang with us which is nice I think Gramma liked it. Felt like a personal experience even though it was at a chain restaurant. The surviving restaurants out there might be worth giving a shot after all. Local or not. ✌🏻

I wasn't expecting much walking into an Olive Garden but I was pleasantly surprised. The soup & pasta I got was phenomenal along with a perfect margarita. Food came out very quickly and our server was a charm. I was so happy I had to leave a review which I don't do much. Highly recommend this location.

We crossed the border to visit Buffalo and we had to try Olive Garden for the first time. We were jot disappointed when we arrived. We had such great service from our server and everything came out so fast. The food was super delicious and they even gave a slice of cake for my son’s bday. Would highly recommend coming here!

I am from Toronto. I used to go to the one near the Fashion Outlet. It was horrible, long line up, seats were tight, food tasted bad. I told myself not to dine at Olive Garden. Love this place! It's always amazing in every city we go to! However the wait is always long and the servers are not very tentative... we waited almost 30 minutes to just order.

The salad here is superb, it's the only salad I want seconds of. Bread sticks are very delicious when paired with the marinara. The alfredo is very very good. The entree I ordered was the chicken marsala and I have to say the marsala at Carrabba's is much better, but I can't say the same about the alfredo sauce at Olive Garden. The waitress, Michelle did an outstanding job being attentive and friendly. It's been a while since I've gotten service this outstanding.

Went there on a Friday evening. The waiting time was about 15 mins. I ordered the Braised Beef Gorgonzola Alfredo, it was so delicious, the beef was flavorful and just melted in the mouth. The shrimp scampi with cherry pepper sauce was also superb. I am also a big fan of their chocolate mints. Would highly recommend.

I am a Canadian visiting Olive Garden and it’s almost just like East Side Mario’s (Canadian Chain). The food was pretty decent and staff was lovely. Overall pretty happy with the food and the appetizer “Stuffed Ziti Fritta” was very delicious. Would definitely recommend visiting this place at least once.

The food was good and it came out hot. The breadsticks felt undercooked both times they came out though. The wait for food wasn't very long and when we got there, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was awesome and very attentive to all of us. The only thing I would change is that we were sat in the back left side of the restaurant and towards the end of the meal it felt like we were supposed to leave. The staff was clearing tables, taking batteries out of the digital pay machines and all congregating together and talking like they were closing when the entire restaurant was open and they are open until 11.

We were there for my birthday. We arrive around 8:15pm and there was waiting for almost 30 mins. The service was great and food was good. But due to it being closing time We couldn't get a secong serving of those amazing breadsticks that we regret. Otherwise the experience was good.

Good experience, but not great. The service is top notch. The manager checks on every table after the meal which is a nice touch. The server was attentive and polite. The food is extremely average. The breadsticks were tasteless and too salty. The salad was soaking wet and way too salty and sour. The soup was served lukewarm and was also too salty. The pasta was the best part of the meal, but the lunch portions are tiny. I understand that portion control is important but it was way too small. I know they can do better!

I’ve been there twice and never had a bad experience. The servers are always very friendly and fast, and the restaurant is very clean. The breadsticks come out first, always soft and well seasoned. Something I like to do is to dip the breadsticks in the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. The salad came out fast too and was also great. I always get a classic Alfredo and my favorite Creamy Mushroom sauce with my pasta. So much that I even learned how to make the Creamy Mushroom sauce at home! I just wish they have the Never Ending Pasta event all year round. Because other than that, I don’t really find Olive Garden to be affordable or a good deal for pasta, something very easy to make at home.

It was a good dinner. Never seems to have a bad meal and the prices are great. The restaurant was clean, our server was very attentive and friendly. We shared the "Tour of Italy" and kids had the pizza and Alfredo. Can't go wrong with unlimited bread sticks and salad. Will go back again if we are ever going to be in the area. This is for all restaurants but the interior needs to be modernized a bit but it doesnt effect my love for the OG. Oh, and get the Lasagna dessert....it was really good

To start, the breadsticks were way too salty. That seems to be a trend in the reviews The rest of the food was good and the service was very good for us. Olive Garden isn’t going to blow you away but it gets the job done and you always leave feeling full with the unlimited soup or salad for about $20-30 :)

Saving grace was our server Dakota’s excellent service! He gave us great recommendations and was super friendly the entire time! Food was hit and miss. Breadsticks and fried shrimp appetizer tasted good, but wish there was more shrimp and less peppers. I got the tour of Italy, lasagna and pasta was 5/5 but the chicken parm was a little too salty and on the small side. My fiancee got the Shrimp Scampi and the noodles came out super mushy. There were no issues getting it replaced and the second time the noodles were cooked better but still not to perfection. Actual flavor of the dish though was good but we wouldn’t buy it again.

After having closed all 416 locations it is hard for us to get a OG unless you are in the Buffalo area. Family loves the cheese laden pasta dishes- not sure I can call it Italian restaurant. The service was great and wait staff made sure the breadsticks, soups and salads were enough. Loved the electronic menu that is on the table with allergens clearly marked for me to figure out vegan options. The Salad, the minestrone soup and breadsticks are fairly good options and quite filling. Family ordered some cheese laden pasta dishes and they were quite happy. Could not finish them though.

Well, we did it! All the hype of the Olive Garden and I decided to just do it, yes I made the visit over the border for an OG experience. The server and all of the staff were fantastic, so fun, they knew the menu really well and were super helpful in deciding what to order. The ambience was a tad dated, and as I hadn't been there before I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed at first glance. The food! Well, I have to be honest ... The salad was delish! The pasta was pasta and the sauce was marinara. It was fine, but it definitely wasn't over the top in my opinion. I think the copious amounts of cheese offerings are what make it all taste good. I ordered a side of meatballs and they were forgotten and I wanted and espresso and although she indicated the machine was heating up, I didn't get that either. Considering most dishes averaging 1300-2000 calories I was blown away. Portions were HUGE but the amount of sodium is flabbergasting. I understand the audience Olive Garden caters to but dam…it’s not hard to make things less fattening. Our server was amazing, but the atmosphere? Maybe it’s not the restaurants fault, but my friends and I couldn’t help but notice that the ONLY minorities there were given to the same waiter and we were placed towards the back of the restaurant…coincidence? Who knows. We also couldn’t ignore the blatant rude stares from the other customers as we walked through the restaurant to our seats, and even JUST walking to the bathroom and back. Maybe it’s buffalo citizens not used to seeing new faces, but nobody taught them that staring is rude? If you’re apart of a minority group, I’d definitely consider this factor before deciding to come here. Not the restaurants fault, but it made for some sour moods. The best part of the experience, was the unlimited breadsticks, salad and soup. The chicken gnocchi soup was fantastic - highly recommend. At the end they give you mint chocolate, highly recommend taking this. It sounds weird, but is highly addicting.

Diana alone gets 10 stars. She did everything right. Making sure I was good, had everything I need, everything came out fast and together. She has such a lovely soul. Matt does mobile orders and was constantly running around completing ALL orders as they come in. There’s a lot of orders coming in by the minute. The restaurant without Diana and Matt would have got 1 star. The Manager….. her name is Kayla. She went to everyone in my area but me. I looked in her direction and she rolled her eyes and looked away. Regardless if it was towards me or not. Terrible character to have AS A MANAGER.

Whenever I dine in I’ve always had a great experience. Food is always great and service is always amazing! But this time I decided to order takeout with a gift card I got for the holidays. I found half of a meatball in my create your own pasta. I’m a vegetarian so I was very disappointed and it was hard to eat the rest after finding that and tasting some of it. And there was no pasta in my fiancés minestrone soup so he didn’t even eat it. P.S. bring back the vegetable topping for the create your own pasta! Us vegetarians need more options!

We here for lunch with my wife. I've been to this location many time and didn't hesitate to come back. We noticed not many cars in the parking lot so we figured not too busy. We go inside and they said it will be a few minutes. They are waiting for some tables to open up? After 10 minutes we are given our table. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and cheese sticks for appetizers. The mushrooms were good but there was no cheese in the sticks. Showed the waitress and got more mushrooms. We both got the soup and Salad. Tasty soup and Salad was well made. Waitress was very pleasant but seemed a bit slow. Maybe had a lot of tables to take care of. Won't let this experience keep us from going back. You have one more chance.

My first experience at Olive Garden. We waited 40 minutes for a table even though most tables were empty. It looked like they were low-staffed unfortunately, and they were turning away a lot of customers and losing potential business. That was disappointing to see. The pasta dishes were all very mediocre and lacked flavour. The breadsticks were a little dry and bland. I did love their house-salad, however! And the menu overall is affordable and reasonable. They did have cloth napkins, although I wish their tables had tablecloths or even brown paper? I felt having the plates and cutlery directly on the sticky wooden-table was a little odd. Overall, I would come back for the salad for sure!

This was the second time at this place. My friends love the food. I not so much. Last time our server was amazing. He was on it and so attentive without being annoying. This time not so great. In addition to my hot water coming out in a dirty cup and the water was yellow and had a smell. I pour out some to make sure it wasnt just the cup. The server dropped off the food but didn't offer the grated cheese until most of us had eaten half way through our food as we were hungry. The food was the same as before. Decent. Some of it was good, while others were ok. Anything with fried chicken cutlet was a disappointment as the chicken tasted pre packaged and like it was warmed up in the microwave or air frier, put on a plate and sauce thrown on top of it. I only go here when it's a group of 10 or more, otherwise I wouldn't bother. Service seems to be hit or miss based on the day. Foodwise I feel you'll find better elsewhere. The unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks is ok, but even that I'd rather go to an East Side Mario's. Next time I'll grab an app and just do take out afterwards.

Bread sticks were hard and cold. Not quite the great experience I remember.

The servers seem like they're forced to work here and just make a bunch of awkward comments. From comments made by Linda on how much cheese I wanted on my pasta or "am I done eating or something". To top it off, our server didn't understand what a "e-gift card" was and chased me into the parking lot accusing me of not paying after getting the manager involved there was no apology rather than an ignorant comment of "I didn't know" Not a good way to treat your customers

The only family we felt like were estranged cousins forced to eat leftovers in the foyer after unexpectedly showing up for dinner. Jimmy was really good - serving size, atmosphere, and wait times were not.

Went tonight huge disappointment. Food lacked flavor, they didn’t have any lasagna or Zuppa Tocsana , the server didn’t bring any cutlery until our actual food came out. The person I was with had to go to the hostess to ask for plastic ware. Complete waste of money and tip. Told the waitress our food was terrible and she literally ran from the table and didn’t offer to go get someone to talk to. We left, too many large parties that they don’t know how to turn away and/or manage. I came home to season my food then just threw it out. If you see large parties when you walk in the door RUN, go eat somewhere else.

Staff was lovely and the food was great on my end, but there were some hygiene concerns—my parents’ salads weren’t fresh, and a spider actually fell onto one of our plates. Usually go to the one on Transit near Sheridan. This time we all went to the one on Maple. Waitress said she was new. Boy was that an understatement. Took forever for everyone to get there drinks. Not going to that location again...

Food great, service was horrible, Waited around 20 minutes to be seated not a problem, once seated waited 25 minutes before anyone even asked if we wanted something to drink. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, however our server didn't take a single dish off our table all night, bowls, plates, and glasses just piled up. When he brought over our new bread sticks & dipping sauce he put the sauce bowl inside of the old one & the bread sticks on top of the old basket. Ordered a second bowl of soup never came. Couldn't wait to leave, well order takeout next time.

Olive garden’s experience has been a hit or miss. And this instance was no different. We got our table within few minutes and the server who started was so good. But suddenly the server changed (I saw two servers having a heated argument) and so did our experience. The new server was somehow tensed or overwhelmed. She forgot the parmigiana on salad. And also on all dishes ordered she did not bother to ask anything like salt, pepper, tissues, parmigiana or anything. We asked someone else for the cheese and a refill of salad which never arrived. We then eventually decided to just pay and leave. Overall very poor experience just as others have mentioned. Avoid this location!

We went for dinner around 5pm, and were taken to a table quickly. We waited a long time for apps and dinner to be brought out. When our meals arrived, the chicken parmesan was so overcooked that we couldn't cut through it. The spicy meat sauce tasted off. Both dishes had to be returned. The chicken was brought out quickly, but the pasta took twenty minutes to come back out.

Didn’t have the best experience here today. We had to wait really long for each aspect of our meal. Waters, pop, cheese, takeout boxes etc. Waited for 10 mins for our waters! And my diet cokes came 2 minutes before my meal came. Our server must have been new because she was unable to handle a section of four tables. By the time she came out with our Parmesan, we were literally finished our meal. Overall the food was ok. The sauces were yummy. Chicken tasted kind of rubbery, I guess that’s to be expected for a chain like this.

Gross not sure they know how to cook

One of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I brought in a canned soda and instead of just asking me about it, the supervisor kept staring at us, whispering to staff, and even sent another worker over to look at our table while she giggled. It felt so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Then I noticed they added a random drink charge on our bill for something we never ordered. When I pointed it out, there was no apology — just “oh that was from the last table.” It felt sneaky, racially motivated, and ruined the whole experience. Could not enjoy the meal after that

We came with our baseball team. They had a really really hard time doing our bills to the point where we waited over 45 minutes for bills. They refused to organize it by player number and the result was utter chaos. Avoid coming here with large groups. Unfortunately the managers seemed incompetent, but our servers were lovely, doing their best to meet our needs. They were not set up for success!!

I went with my family today and it seems that Olive Garden personal are not aware of what their menu is offering. If you buy an entree, according to their menu, you can get a salad. We order 2 entries and they only brought 1 salad bowl. We asked for the second and they denied to bring it. We called the manager and he said that they usually bring only one to the table. We asked for the second bowl since we paid for 2 not for one and once again they denied it. The waitress did not bring the appetizers until the end after we finished eating, and then she was coming every 5 minutes asking us if we want to pack our food when we were still eating. Not recommended the place. They need to learn to comply with the things they are offering!!!!

Visited our local Olive Garden (Amherst location) today and it had to be the worst experience there we’ve ever had there. Everything including our drinks took too long and when our food came my companions was the complete wrong item ordered. Once that was figured out my food is at the table and I’m waiting for the other entree to come out, 20 minutes later…mine was cold and I had about had it. No manager, no apology, no level of customer service. With so many choices out there to eat it’s safe to say we won’t be returning. Oh and our bill was $70, that’s crazy for lunch that was entirely bad experience.

The Only positive I can take away with this place was the server- Helsia. She was great BUT the rest of the experience was not very good. Food stuck to the cutlery, smudge marks from dishes not being washed properly. Food (Lasagna) not being available on the Menu (what is with that?), flies buzzing around the dining room and the washrooms were disgusting. This is a direct reflection of the owner & manager. Very poorly managed that's for sure! Avoid this place at all costs!

Very disappointing experience at this Olive Garden location. We ordered four items in total — one appetizer and three entrées. The server told us to choose soup or salad for each meal, so we selected three soups and one salad. However, the server misunderstood our order and brought four entrées. Since we had already started eating, we accepted the extra soup charge. Later, when I reviewed the bill, I found that the restaurant had added three extra à-la-carte salads without our consent. When we spoke with the manager, we were told that because the salad is refillable, each person must order one — a policy that was never explained to us before ordering. The manager then said the bill was “adjusted,” but instead of correcting the charge, they changed it to a Soup & Salad Meal, which still resulted in an additional charge — even though we only took a few sips of the soup and did not request any refills. This handling felt misleading and unfair, and the lack of clear communication made the whole experience very disappointing. We hope this location improves transparency in billing and properly explains policies to customers in the future.

I have been wanting Olive Garden for some months now, finally had the money to go. We get to Olive Garden it’s a 20 minute wait. So we finally get seated and served has an attitude with me off the bat. Rude as all hell. Serves my salad with a dirty plate and proceeds to take the plate and wipe the dirt off it and set it in front of me! So I take the small plates for breadsticks and put my salad on it. Then she asks me if I want cheese on my salad and I said yes please so she proceeds to do the cheese and doesn’t ask me when I want her to stop, just stops on her own. Then brings out our dinners and my chicken is missing off my Alfredo. At this point I’m already mad. Like seriously “well I don’t know why they didn’t put it on there.” Did you want me to bring the chicken out for you? Like duh I ordered chicken with my Alfredo lady!!! Smh worst experience ever !! I will never come back to this location again !! Breadsticks were disgusting too!

This location has become STINGY when it comes to getting refills on “unlimited” items. The servers would always offer soup refills, breadsticks, drinks, etc. Now you never get asked, and if you decide to ask, the wait is unbelievable. I noticed the manager changed in the past year. I’m wondering if she is spreading the message not to offer refills

Food was ok. Worst experience though. They informed us we can have salad or soup for each person so we ordered. The portion was big so we are sharing. When we check the bill they charge us 4 extra portion of salad. This was not mentioned when we order. We did not even get a single refill. Manager was trying to scam and add extra charges on the bill. We were thinking it might be our mistake but by judging other comments here, clearly it was the manager’s issue. The waiter even mention it is the manager that made her add those extra charges, she does not want to add that. Olive Garden please consider replacing this manager. This is our first time visiting Olive Garden and I can say even though I think the food was fine but I will never visit again. Just FYI, I also work in hospitality industry so I usually understand waitress/manager POV but this is way too much. The manager adjusted the bill after I told her this is nonsense but she acted like this is a favour from her, we still end up paying for one extra portion. Please check your bill!!!!!

Tonight myself and my grandkids 12/10 went to Olive Garden. We ordered 3 meals- 2 full entrees and child’s meal. The bread sticks and salad came. She handed out two plates. I asked for a plate for the 10 yr old - she said I will have to charge me for a plate. We couldn’t share our salad or breadsticks with the 10 yr old. I was under the impression the salad is for all. We are a family we share. I wasn’t looking for an extra salad, just share the bowl they served, we share usually,, she made my Grandaughter sit without a plate telling her she could not have the salad. She wouldn’t give her a plate for breadsticks either. She brought only 3 breadsticks to the table and said they were out after. One breadstick each! I’m not sure what each entree gets, 3 breadsticks seemed skimpy, compared to other olive gardens. My girl ordered off the kids menu. I’d think, she would be able to share the salad I purchased for our meals. Anyway - I usually tip big at Christmas time. I did not - nor will I be back to this location. To stop a child from eating the salad, we purchased was awfully gross. We will not be back. Food was skimpy, Olive Garden is not worth the money or the abuse, to make a child too uncomfortable to eat- is absolutely disgusting.

Everything went well with the taste of pasta, breadsticks and salad. We were a group of three people who just want to have little taste of olive garden as we were already full. We specifically asked for just one make your own pasta so that we could share it among us, the waitress added 2 more extra servings of salad as we were 3 people and did not even give a heads up about it. All I want to convey is please don’t charge us extra and only give what we asked for. Just read other reviews here about the same that they are charging extra for salad even if we didn’t want it or ask for refill! This has to be changed or customers please be aware of this.

My food was extremely salty and overcooked. Requested breadsticks which we were unable to eat because of the excessive amount of salt. Food was just ok and not very flavourful. I ordered Tour of Italy with Chicken Parm, Alfredo and Lasagna which were overcooked. My Cesar salad was extremely salty too. I guess the chef or who evers want to make the food so salty. Our server is really nice and friendly. She tried her best to accommodate us. The ambience of the restaurant was also very beautiful and it was very clean. But I will never be returning to this location particularly because the food was extremely not tasteful at all. I’m not sure about other Olive Garden Restaurants in the area, but this one is a definitely no go.

- The bread sticks were extremely salty. I couldn't eat more than half of one - There was a small sign on my table that advertised a buy 1 get 1 takeout deal. The prices on it were misleading. The sign had large font that said the deal cost $15, but below that in much smaller font, it said certain items cost up to $7 more - They charge $3 to play bland games on the tablet - The server kept messing up our order and we had to ask for things repeatedly because she kept forgetting - Most tables were empty at dinner time on Saturday, which is a bad sign - The chicken parmesan dish was overcooked and dry Overall, the prices here were very expensive considering how bad the food tasted and the poor level of customer service. I highly do not recommend going here.

The gnocchi soup was delicious and so was the shrimp and chicken carbonora. The reason for 1 star is because my fiance literally got sick after 5 minutes of eating the tour of italy or his soup 😭 he ran straight to the washroom to puke. My stomach did not feel the greatest either but he puked so much. The cold water tasted like bleach as well. The service was great though, our waitress was very nice and understanding. She didn't charge us for his food but this shouldn't be normal 😭
