Not much to say. It is the only Sonic for miles. Service is good. Food is good. Fast and effective, carhops are always nice. Plus, they load the blasts with a ton of candy bits. Great experience.

I love the order ahead option through their app. With 5 kids in tow, I don't have to worry about getting everyone unloaded for a quick meal. Plus we can have our food ordered, paid, and ready for pick up without the hassle of wrangling everyone up in the restuarant. It helps keep my stress levels lower than they otherwise would have been. ♡ thanks Sonic!

Sonic is cool modern food. Good for an occasional bite. You still need to to eat well but this is a delicious cheat day paradise. The selection of drinks is huge along with the burgers fries tater tots and chicken strips and even ice cream.

Better shakes than the Melissa location. Quick food and always right. Love that people complain about waiting "2 minutes" for something. Really? 120 seconds. Or they put tomatoes when you asked for no tomatoes (take them off dumby, it's not that hard and it happens at every fast food joint) Chill out. Its fast food burgers made by high school kids.

The ladies that work the morning shift at the Sonic in Anna, TX are awesome! Prompt to answer the red button calls, extremely polite, fast and delivered quickly despite the busy morning breakfast rush. My food was hot and fresh! I don't normally write reviews but felt they needed the recognition this morning. Great job and thanks for your hard work and customer service 👍🏼

I like these new pizza bites they have. And a cherry cream slush 44 oz never mind how much sugar is in it, the taste of this baby might even beat my white chocolate mocha at Starbucks, which is hard to do.!

My only complaint is that I always order a cheese burger with "no condiments." They always translate that to "nothing but cheese & meat." Condiments are the mustard, ketchup, & mayo am I right? Now I just say "no sauce." But literally that's my only complaint. Always great service & great food.

At no fault of their own, due to staff not showing up or quitting, the order was wrong but I did a quick fix. I only order drinks from time to time for I don't trust the food prep any longer from past experiences and stories from the community.

Stopped in for a strawberry fruit slush & some fries! 🍓🥤🍟 Placed the order on my app. When I attempted to check-in with my app it wouldn't allow it. Thankfully the person that answered was able to locate my order & get me checked in. #hangry #foodlover #appfail

I’ve never had any issues with the wait time or the friendly staff. The only thing i recall in the past 2.5years since we moved here is once a grilled cheese wasn’t toasted, or really grilled, very white and not crispy. Other than that, never had an issues before. I recommend the Oreo cheesecake master shake.

I arrived at 10:30pm to get a couple bags of ice, but this location was closing 30 minutes early, due to not being busy. There looked to be 2 young men there at the time. One of them came out and told me they were closed. I told him that I only needed a couple bags of ice, so he said he would take care of me. The other guy brought out the ice and told me there was no charge. I don’t know if he did that because he saw my Army cap or sticker on my window, but I just wanted to say thank you to those guys. It was very much appreciated!

Giving that it’s the only sonic in town, it’s pretty busy. The staff is always so friendly though! Whoever keeps making my twisted flamingos THANK U! Delish!!!

This is our local town sonic that we visit weekly now that my boys are old enough to enjoy a little treat during the week. We use to have some issues with ordering and wait times but since we switched to the app we don’t have any issues. We have built friendships with a few of the workers and my oldest is always so excited to talk to everyone who brings our food out.

Service is slow most of the time. The food is acceptable and In some cases down right good. Try a lemon cream slush. That drink desert gets 5 stars as does the strawberry creame.

Nice place but its no mcdonalds. Gone 2 times and my others are always, always wrong. Beside that they are not bad. Fast service, best ice cream 🍦 😋. But can I asked. Why is the tosted bread soft?,don't get me wrong, I don't want it dried up but it should have a bit of crunch. The only crunch I feel, tast and bit on is bacon. The breakfast taquitos was nice, tast like something like the Mexican made taquitos. That is just me if you love Super soft toast go on ahead. Will expore more.👍🏽

My little one and husband like them. I don't care for their soft drinks they go flat quick. I like to cook, don't really care for fast food but I wasn't feeling well so that's when they eat out. So they give them a 3.

The food is good, staff is friendly. But my sandwich was made wrong and when they remade it... They took my wrong sandwich back..to throw away. After we waited 20 minutes to get the order, then an additional 4 for the correct order.

Have eaten at this Sonic in Anna several times. We live out of town and pass through Anna on way to visit relatives in Van Alstyne. Service and food always seemed good to us in the past. Don't know what the problem was this last recent trip there, but they just couldn't get our order correct. Maybe new management or new staff?¿

This location is consistently slow and will get your order right only 20% of the time. However, I can’t name any Sonic’s that I’ve been to that haven’t had these issues. Will I still continue to come here due to its proximity to my house? Yes, yes I will. I’ll just be home 20 minutes later than normal.

Staff was friendly and service was fast, but In the last year or so, I have yet to get an order that was 100% correct. Items that have been requested taken off left, still present (i.e. no lettuce please, then burger has tons of lettuce on it), wrong drink order, or some other goof. Nothing too major just nothing ever 100%.

I got two milkshakes and the one thing my little sister wanted the most was a cherry on top of hers. She kept begging me to ask them to put it on her milkshake and I didn't because they always do. When they brought out the milkshakes the whipped cream was half of the amount they normally put on there and the one thing she wanted more than anything wasn't on either of our milkshakes. I was very disappointed. It is a small thing I know but the small things make a difference to little kids.

This is the second time I have eaten there. The morning crew seem to perform better. Food was good. Night crew do not eat there close to 9:30 your food will be cold , order wrong they just give you what they have on hand. Make make substitutes without your permission I'll order the chicken dinner with fries I was given kids chicken strips the real small ones and cold french fries my chicken strips was hard as a brick when I made it home with my food I called and left them a horrible message and had not eaten there again until today

This Sonic is fantastic some days and other days not so much. The quality and freshness of the food/drinks overall is good. However, the internal communication here is lacking. I have had several occasions where the wrong food was brought to me or no food was brought out at all. Once they get back to being fully staffed I’m sure it’ll be great!

Anna water is not a pleasant taste, and they definitely don’t filter the water here. Got a diet coke that tasted like it was mixed in a swimming pool. Burger was fine, but seriously, filter your water.

Why do employees park in the ordering stalls when it's busy? Or any time for that matter. Especially the white car that is always in stall 9. I'd assume employee parking is where the rest of the employees park except for this one car. Stay classy Sonic!

The chocolate shake was okay...but could have been better. I ordered a chocolate shake without the toppings and guess what? I received it with toppings. A real disappointment that even here in Texas, they don't listen to the customers order. Just one item...and it was wrong. I thought it was bad in Virginia but it looks like the not listening syndrome followed me here too!!! Real...Bummer!!!

It took an unusually long time to get our order. The burgers were smashed at the bottom of the bag with the rest of the order. The transaction was cordial however when I look back through the window the waitress had a sarcastic look on her face while talking to another employee looking at us through the window. Overall of sense that patronage was not appreciated.

It took 2 minutes for them to take my order for a cup of ice. Another 6 minutes to bring it to me, and the carhop ASKED me if I want my change. It was only $.30, but they didn't earn half of that! This location needs a lot of work!

Every time I go to this Sonic, I regret it. Consistency in customer service training is desperately needed. A few kind staff, but several with bad attitudes who ruin the restaurant. I don't trust eating food from hateful staff.

I've been here twice in the past month. This is the slowest location you'll ever go to. The food is good, but each time it took about 15-20 min to get my order. My order today only consisted of 2 cheesburgers and 1 French fry, still took at least 15 min.

I have had an issue with my order every time I have gone to this location. (It is close to my moms work and sisters school) The last two times I went to this sonic my Tator tots were drenched in salt and I could not eat them. I even tried to scrape some of the salt off. The service is ridiculously slow. On top of that I order 1 Tator tot and 1 fry but they gave (and charged me) for an extra large Tator tot- so I ended up paying for two inedible large tots. I was also really upset because one time my car,a big hummer, died right as I backed out of the parking/ordering spot. I knew it was not a great spot for the car to die but I was alone and could not push it or anything. The manager came out and was really irritated he wanted me to move the car. (Which I get- I was in the way, but I’m a 20year old girl I cannot push a big hummer by myself) it had only been about 5 minutes when he came out and there was still room for people to get around me. Luckily a nice customer who was a strong man helped me out and we got the car moved. Anyway. I just thought it was really rude how he was mad at me for the car dying. I really was trying to call the towing company and get it taken care of. I hope he doesn’t treat other customers this poorly.

This is one of the worst places in town. Right behind out whataburger. I come here because my gf eats ice like its the cornerstone of her diet. I have on multiple occasions sat there for 20+ minutes for a simple bag of ice. Not even during busy hours. Today was the last straw when i sat there for nearly 15 minutes to be given a half full bag of ice. Im done. I just ordered the machine online to save me the headache and not have to come back here again.

I rated this place five stars over a year ago. Something has changed in the past year. This sonic is being mismanaged. The past three or four times the manager has offered my order to several other cars before it comes to me. I know the saying is the world is shorthanded but come on.... You can see in the other reviews that there is a issue. I like Sonic, but they need to work through their problems Dairy Queen is coming

Chili cheese burger. Wish I could post a Pic paid for a chili cheese burger. There was more chili on wrapper than on food. Manger swore 1oz was added to burger.

I usually don't complain, but I've been here 3 times in the last month and nothing has improved, so maybe this can be constructive criticism. The service is painfully slow, no matter when you go. All three times I went there were workers inside, but only one carhop bringing out orders one at a time. They don't answer the button right away either. I waited for 7 minutes for a simple drink. I ended up having to leave because I was running late. There were only four other cars there. I think if more people were actively delivering more orders at a time, the pace would improve.

This Sonic must be a franchise. Owner nor employees give a shit about proper service or food quality. Employees will turn off the app so they can catch up with orders but they don't honor app pricing if you complain. Food is often undercooked or burned. I'm completely done with this location. Seems like every fast food establishment in Anna is low quality and Sonic is no different. How sad.

My wife and I have made a game out of coming to this location. We bet on which of the items they will mess up and what they could possibly do to it. On one occasion we asked for water no ice and got Sprite. When asked to fix it they brought out water with ice. Either way it's usually what my wife orders so I get a kick out of it 😂

The burger was good...but my fries were room temperature, and I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't take off the bun. So disappointed. At least it was half price night so I wasn't technically out anything.

Every time I come to this Sonic, the ordering machines are not working; they are marked up and look like they haven’t been wiped down in months. It leaves one to think, if the outside looks like this, what does the inside look like? I get it; it's fast food, but at least it makes me feel a little better about the tots and drinks I order.

We've been to this Sonic often and today was the worst visit. They were busy but only had 2 young ladies delivering food orders - totally understandable. It took 10+ minute to have someone answer after we pushed the button to order. We had to keep repeating ourselves for the person taking our order - ended up getting different sizes than we wanted but with 2 hungry toddlers in the car we didn't care anymore. It took 20+ minutes from when we ordered to when we finally got our food - the display screen said someone was "on their way with our order" then that disappeared and it was 10 minutes from then that we finally received our food. We took off for our destination - drinks were good. Food was luke warm at best, all of it.

It's 50/50 if I pull into a working stall. So many of them are broken. Several occasions I pull in and hit the button and nothing for 5 solid minutes. I hit it again, it lights up, then turns back off with no response. If I do get responses, my orders usually take an extended amount of time. At least they're *mostly* accurate. Please fix primary means of taking people's orders...

These were the most over priced anemic over cooked pathetic looking chicken strips I have ever gotten from a Sonic. The tots, hot dog and slushes were good. But they don't make.a dipping sauces would have sucked up in these dry shriveled strips. I can't believe we were served these crappy strips. No matter the hour that was a $10.50 combo and I didn't get my damn money's worth.

Wish i could give zero stars.... Absolutely worst sonic in texas. All drinks taste like unfiltered tap water. Employees are rude and rush you. They close an hour earlier than posted time. And SOMEHOW the icecream machine is always broken after 8pm. Do yourself a favor and drive five more minites to vanalstyne. They will take care of you and get your order correct.

Terrible customer service. Very slow. And not friendly. This sonic location is always getting my order wrong and I order very simple things. One more than one occasion I have gotten home without my complete order and have had to drive back up there to get my burger. And when they mess up your order and have you drive all the way back to get food you've already paid for, the manager Veronica won't even apologize and will not offer any sort of compensation.

Placed order girl said she couldn't hear me. So got close to the speaker without touching to give order. I could hear the staff in the background laughing while she rudely yelled bk at me in a smart a$$ way! Will never go bk! And I can tell I'm not the only one because now whenever I drive by there hardly any cars they need customer service training!

My experience at Sonic. I arrive there around 10am this morning. Normally I'm not up this early accept I had a early appointment. I only been in Anna a few months and my friend warn me that Anna not as lovely as I believe it to be. Ok back to the story. I park in one of the slot which at the time of my arrival 5 other cars on the same side. I press the red button and the screen read something like "we will help you shortly or someone be with soon..whatever. I could see the waitresses smiling and saying to the other customers have a bless and wonderful day. I was still waiting and the only person left but nobody responded so I chalk it up maybe they are busy. Until two other cars park and they proceeded to take their order. Hmm...this made me feel some kind of way so I just left. Sonic I hope it wasn't because I was black? Anyway I was bless with free food from another place soon after I left.

Horrible food. Stopped by omw to work for a quick bite. I didn’t check to see if my food was fresh, I assumed it would be! Got to work and started to eat fries was hard full of salt. Soda was flat. Second time I wasted my time at this location!! Will not be returning!

Seriously one of the worst sonics I have been to. Unfriendly staff. Cold food and wait times are horrible. I waited over 10 minutes for a drink and popcorn chicken not even in their busy time. This place needs a completely new staff and MANAGEMENT! While writing this review someone else got their food before me after sitting beside me and arriving after me. Never coming here again.

This Sonic is absolute garbage. I’m so glad more fast food places are opening in Anna because each time I go to this Sonic, I swear it’s the last. The burgers are soggy and undercooked. Even the coke tastes disgusting. Also, I think they skimp on the ingredients. I’m not sure why this Sonic is so terrible, but trust me, it is.

The app always says the items aren't available and all we are getting is drinks. Then when I try to call the phone goes straight to vm and says this mailbox is full. Don't waste your time or money here.

Frequently mess up orders, ordered a triple cheeseburger and got a double- with one patty that was somehow crunchy even though they don't use a grill, and that's just my most recent poor decision to go there. Good sometimes- but be ready to wait forever, check your order immediately unless you want to come back several times, and don't expect good Sonic level food.

Every now and then my wife will stop by and pick up a burrito for me on the way home from dropping off the kids at school. Every time she orders the same items, and every time there is something wrong. How hard is it to get a Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito, 2 salsa packets, a grilled cheese and tots, Large sweet tea and Large Cherry Limade right? Most times we are lucky and only the condiments are missing, but today it was horrible. My wife waited for ever at the window and it when the order finally got to her, after having to hit the red button and ask where it was, it was wrong. The burrito was right, but there was some sort of egg and bacon sandwich in it. Also the tea was a medium size. WITH A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP!!! When she got home, the car's cup holder is full of sweet tea, and the drink cup is empty. Never again will I go to this location. I'm sorry, but I've given this place many chances and looking at the other reviews, it seems like management is not on top of their game.

Looking for the Dill Pickle Cheeseburger that has been advertised. Melissa location was not allowing anyone to order via Grubhub or Ubereats anymore. They told me I would need to come to a location IN PERSON to try this burger. So, we did and once we got there they informed me that this burger was no longer available. I informed them that I once worked at Sonic, and if they would check to see if they still have ingredients to make I would tip them and make it worth their while. They never gave me an answer. Didnt even give me a total. I had to get out and walk to next stall to finish order. Carhop caught attitude because I was persistent about this burger, so I said whatever and just got a drink. My passengers ordered, and the carhop damn near threw the coney at my husband. She apologized before I cursed her out, but damage was done. I couldnt wait to get home and write corporate about the circus that was taking place in Anna. Never , NEEEEEEEVAH again!

Stopped and got Chili cheese dogs and they were all burnt. The slush was either made wrong or given the wrong one. It was a waste of my money. Id rather have eaten a sandwich at home.

Wish I could give this place no stars at all! We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order and then we went to another section to see if that would be faster. Another 10 minutes go by! Finally someone answers but then after waiting ALMOST 20 MINUTES we just left. It should not take that long to make a small Oreo blast. They were not low on staff so I don’t know why it took so long. I will not be going again. Terrible service.

The order taker was very rude to us. I told her what I wanted then asked for a second to verify what I heard everyone else asking for.. Instead of allowing me to confirm, she canceled my order abruptly and said to call back when I was ready.

Four times I ordered a Oreo chocolate milk shake and each time something was wrong or missing. They wouldn’t bring the spoon or straw or it would be missing the actual Oreo cookie lol I don’t if they simply don’t care or what but the customer service is horrible!!

Placed a order from the Sonic app, It would not allow check until easy ice was removed from the order. We pushed the button at stall 4 , trying to catch the order before it was brought out, when the girl asked what we needed I explained what we wanted, she never acknowledged at all just turned us off. Not impressed at all.

Arrived 5 minutes before closing and they would not take our order because they were supposed to be “closed.” Funny because there were at least 6 other cars there. Your hours should state that you close at 9:55pm instead of 10pm. I was just trying to get a kids meal that would’ve only taken 2 minutes to prepare. Just plain lazy!!!

This has got be the worst food there is. The popcorn chicken was hard. The groovy fries were oily and inedible and my route 44 diet coke tasted funny as well. Too many other options than Sonic.

This place is ridiculous when it comes to cherry limeades. We order here twice in one week and they left the cherries out. Then we asked for some because we checked the 3 we purchased before we left and still no cherries. Called them and they brought a container with only three cherries in it for our drinks. There going to go out business running this Sonic rhis way. Sad really!

Everytime I order and they say my stuff is on the way I have to wait 10-15 more min! Most of the time it is just a drink!!! Don’t clear the order just to make your time better! It’s not right!!!

I went to get my 2 year old some fries and my 8 month pregnant wife some ice cream. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take my order and then the screen timed out, so I had to hit the button again and start the waiting over. About 10 minutes after that I hit the button a couple more times to try to prevent it from timing out again and the girl that came got real snarky about me being patient and they'd be "right with me." 5 minutes later someone finally took my order. 15 minutes after that I finally get my food. The cars on both sides of me, that pulled up 15 and 20 minutes after I did, had already gotten their food and left. I got no apology or even acknowledgement for the incredibly long wait, and they didn't even get my incredibly simple order right. I live 2 minutes from Sonic and it took me over an hour to get a shake and some tater tots (supposed to be fries). Nicely done.

Tried to give y’all a second chance because I heard their was new ownership. But looks like just as terrible service. Closes at 10 but they have all the lights off at 920 when i pull up and have the system turned off where you can’t even push the button to order. I worked in the food industry so I understand not wanting to stay super late after close. But you have posted hours for a reason and should abide by them like the rest of us always have. It is terrible to customer service to say you are open until a time and don’t allow people order 40 mins before that closing time.

Terrible service. Arrived at 9:35pm (2 employees were sitting on the benches outside maybe on break) I pressed the red button to place my order. After 10 minutes of waiting (I tried to place my order online which 9:40pm is cutoff time) Approximately 9:50 with 5 or 6 cars still waiting to order or for ordering the lights were turned off. Another customer went inside to say she has been waiting for 15 minutes to order (her car was there before mine) The employees laughed at her. When she took out her phone and stated she was going to take a picture and report them, the employees laughed and threatened to call the cops on her if she did not leave saying it's illegal to picture minors. Ridiculous service.

Madison I hope you read this and change your attitude your customer service sucks you were rude for no reason if you don’t like your job quit after being sick throwing up for the past 2 days I decided I wanted a sonic slushie and a hot dog overall attitude was terrible it wasn’t like I ordered a million things. The food was trash it tasted like the hot dog was dropped in the toilet and put on a bun the slushee tasted like old water from a pothole on the side of the street this place needs to close down overall sonic in Michigan is way better

Can't really speak about the food because I never received it. After 20 minutes I had to be somewhere and couldn't wait any longer. I've never been to a Sonic anywhere that 1 combo meal took longer than 5 minutes.

What a complete joke, both service and quality. Took my order and showed up correctly on the screen. When it was delivered totally wrong. Since when in a Route 44 drink a medium. When I informed the server all she said was sorry but they only charged you for a medium. I don't care, it's NOT what was ordered. Not even an attempt to make it right just I'm sorry and walk away. No wonder it's been months since I've been here. Don't go here, there are better places

At 8:30pm, we arrived to order 3 shakes and a pup cup. After waiting 18 minutes for that order. "J" showed up with 2 shakes and told us they didn't have any bananas for our 3rd shake. We said "just a chocolate, then". 16 more minutes go by...everything is now melted. They brought out the pup cup, but no shake (that we had paid for). He finally brought a chocolate shake, but came to the car and said "this looks really bad." ALL of our food was now melted. Completely. No refund, no apologies. Horrible service. Worst Sonic experience we've ever had.

Honestly If i could i would give this place 0 stars. We drove up up and the lady that took our order was super sweet. After that everything went down the hole. We tried paying on our Sonic app and it kept giving us an error after we had loaded the loaded the gift card with more than enough to pay for our meal. We tried this several times and then pushed the button for help. They said they would be right out to help us and that it was really weird we were having issues. After 5 minutes they came out and the lady tried to get it to work on their system. It didnt work and so she took a step away from our car and then loudly said "whats so and so's last four digits of their social" then tried again. asked if it had already come out if our bank when we showed her the charges she walked inside. When she reappeared she was on the phone. After hanging up she said that she had called her GM and he didn't even know why it wasn't working. Then she made us drive back to our house to get a card. After coming back to pay for our meal the second time, we hit the button again explained our situation. She said they would be right out. After waiting three people came out of the store. They took our card and went to another terminal. They all grouped around the terminal and when they decided it went through, they handed us our food and then threw my fiance's card at him with the receipt and walked away without saying anything. How rude can you guys be? Will not be returning to this location again. Terrible customer service and just plain rude!

The place can’t afford to staff employees apparently, had one server running around trying to accommodate a full lot of customers. I waited 20+ minutes for a small order. Pathetic, don’t waste your time here.

This location is horrible. The food is disgusting and cold. I agreed with one reviewer who stated that they sit on your order if you don't tip. The burgers taste like they cook the patties in the morning and reheat them (barely) to order. They are dry and flavorless. The fries and tots are also not fresh. The management here needs to change as everything usually trickles down from the top. I'm sure there's just some bad employees, however, it's managements job to weed them out if they themselves are worth their salt. I would say avoid this location. They don't give a damn about good service.

They sit on your order if you don't tip. I've had to call them to get my food and it was cold when I got it. This is fast food. This isn't the service industry. Tipping here is a moronic idea that alienates both your employees and your customers. It's stupid and tasteless. You're driving bad behavior with tipping where it is not appropriate.

The manager is the only competent employee here. The girls are rude and act like your an inconvenience to them. Wish I could take my tip back. No ketchup no tomatoes, pretty simple but somehow the idiots put both, I'm allergic too both . CANT FIX STUPID How hard is it to make a burger correctly? Definitely check your order before you leave because it's probably wrong. I've seen kindergartens do a better job than the incompetent employees working the 2pm shift on 3/14/2022. This is the worst sonic I have ever delt with. UPDATE 4/12/22 Had a great burger, fries were hot and fresh. Seems like they finally have a good crew. UPDATE 7/24/22 DUE TO OWNERSHIP This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. Items you can get at every other sonic but you can't get here because of their policies. This is definitely my last time here. IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO MELISSA SONIC

KIM has a nasty attitude!!! Very rude ! I asked for a refund through the speaker and she hurried me off telling me they are busy get the refund off the app since I ordered there and turned off the speaker and wouldn’t pick it back up! I have never needed a refund from there before let alone had to get it from an app! Never heard of anything like that before I had to get out go to the door and she still wouldn’t come out to help me figure out what she was talking about .. I had to stop John and Jovian as they car hopped food they were nice and explained it me KIM is rude!! Update!!! The freaking app support does not even work!! I click on what John showed me and it will NOT open any further!!

Every drink I have gotten from this sonic has been horrible. The best way to describe the taste is dirty sink water. I have also heard this feedback from other Anna residents when chatting about this sonic. Drive to Melissa and save yourself the disappointment!

I have to echo what others are saying. Why haven't they investigated the water quality here. My gf and I grabbed slushies yesterday and took a sip after getting home, and the water tasted like the most extreme version of tap water or almost sewege water. My toilet water at home probably would have been better. Someone needs to investigate the water source, especially with all the other testimonials.

Sometimes it has been good, but most time the sodas are not mixed properly, food looks literally thrown together, and service is slow. Often times you’ll struggle to find a fully functional drive up spot without trying several times. Hoping for another Sonic in town or some upgrades to this one.

If I could give zero stars for the service, I would. I had ordered food on the app. Tried to order some slushes with the half off drinks and slush deal. No matter what slush I ordered it said it was unavailable and not working on the app regardless of a drink size. my wife went to go pick up our food and order the drinks in person. The carhop told her he cannot honor the half off drinks because it’s an app only deal but their app was not working. good customer service he should’ve offered to put a discount in on the system for our slushes but he did not didn’t make any effort to and the food was room temp when we got it. overall bad customer service the sonic in Melissa 10-15 minutes down the road is 100x better

We recently moved to Anna and most of the times we have been to this location it has been great. Great service and great food. However, the last 2 times has been horrible. Our order previously we waited for our food 58 mins before for our curbside meal was sent out only to get home and be missing our Garlic Bacon Burger. This time we ordered a kids meal, and 2 Garlic Bacon Burger with tots. The burgers had 3 diced onions, cheese, and one slice of bacon. No Garlic butter, no mayo, ... very disappointing. We both ordered large tots. One of them was fine but the other one was filled with groovy fries with 4 tater tots on top. So disappointing.

Tried getting it fixed both employees refused saying that's how it comes and that it's just their machine doing that like their saying the machine doesn't work properly supposed to be ice cream and icee turned out like bad milk not even filled up for the Small Blue Coconut Cream Slush. Sonic cheeseburger smothered in ketchup and mayonnaise with a mushy gross bun remake ended up being a disgusting grease spilling nightmare with only a speck of lettuce more onion than lettuce even not edible in the least bit terrible customer service most definitely will not come back to this location. Having a diabetic episode and can't even get food thats edible.

Wow.. ordered food on the app 10 min prior to arriving. Checked in at 9:30 and cars kept pulling up and getting their food but we still didn’t have ours. Figured it was just taking longer to cook ours. We can see our ice cream sitting there. 10pm comes, and the lights shut off. More cars come right up to the last 30 secs and get their food but not us. 10:05, still nothing. 10:10, we call, nothing. 10:12, walk to the door and are just ignored by a kid in circle sunglasses staring as us but not coming. Finally, a different kid comes up and asks us what’s going on, we tell him and he said “I’ll grab it.” The ice cream blast was now a soft drink.. not to mention we had food in the car from another place awaiting to go home and eat and that food was ruined as well. This place sucks.

I order online and made sure to put extra groovy sauce because they always forget it. When we got our order I asked for extra and was told it was in the bag already. When I got home not a single sauce was in the bag. That is not what I’m upset about though. MY MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE HOLLOW! How the hell does that even happen??? They were stale and gross as well all I wanted was some damn cheese sticks!
