Super-friendly staffs, the gentleman (forgot to ask his name, probably the store manager), was extremely friendly and nice. Took good care of me and gave me a box of doughnut holes. They were amazing. It was my first time visiting a Krispy Kreme and I am loving it! I will be back and thank you so much kind sir!

I go to this location pretty much 99% of the time that I want to Krispy kreme and it's always a pleasure. Staff is great and always has a great attitude. As someone who eats just one Krispy kreme regular glaze donut, and I gives the other 11 to my best friend.... We've never had any complaints, donuts are always super duper fresh, And literally melt in your mouth...

Waaaaaaay better than Dunkin. Now I like donuts again. Sad, it's not many as much as Dunkin.

With great customer service, this Krispy Kreme distributes donuts to those able to make it to Ditmars Blvd. Limited seating, this establishment is primarily a pickup location. There isn't a hot and ready option here, but the donuts are fresh and enjoyable. Their coffee offerings are good.

I went like a few months ago, on my birthday for a free donut and I got it, (reminder, you need to have the app and put your birthday in the app), I got 3 glazed donuts. It was AMAZING. So delicious. If you have the app there are many promotions and deals there. I also came to find out that you can bring in your report card to get a free donut for every 95-100 or As you have! It’s an excellent incentive and purpose to get good grades. Love this location. Thanks Krispy Kreme!

I got a free donut for wearing green on St Patricks day. The staff were really funny and friendly and the wait wasn't too long. They do run out of specialty donuts and this is the nearest farther spot I live by. KK always have fresh donuts that beat certain competitors. It’s hard not to stop by here every other day but when I'm on my cheat days this is my spot.

I woke up at 6am to drive from suffolk county to get these donuts roughly 3 hrs round trip!! i ordered along the way my order was ready when i arrived, the store looks incredible fully stocked in the am I unfortunately cannot remember the girls name who was working the counter and i even asked her so my apologizes young lady! However to the powers that be there know the young lady who was working 3/9/23 at 730 am is a sweet,respectful young lady and needs to be recognized!! Needless to say the donuts are amazing!!! The minis are incredible!! Ill be back!!!!

Worked with Krispy Kreme on out school fundraiser and they were very helpful and responsive. Artie and the team there are great. Pick up went smoothly and the donuts were fresh. We did have a couple boxes get slightly crushed but no donuts were seriously harmed. Would recommend this Krispy Kreme for donuts and fundraisers 👍

I stopped by this Krispy Kreme because I was in the area and it was great! The staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, genuinely welcoming and kind, which really made the experience stand out. The shop itself was super clean and spacious enough that you don’t feel crowded, even on a busy weekend. I came in around 5 PM on a Saturday and was surprised to see that they were fully stocked with every donut you could want—none of that “sorry, we’re out of that” situation. Plus, they had the Krispy Kreme hats available, which was so nice because I usually only see them at the Times Square one. If you're nearby or just craving a great donut experience with great service, I definitely recommend this location.

Believe it or not, this was actually my first time ever having a Krispy Kreme and I have to say, they didn’t disappoint. I went on Halloween and surprisingly there was no line!! Staff was super nice and friendly🙏 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 AS FOR THE DONUTS: here’s what I thought were the best tasting flavors (starting with BEST and ending with LEAST FAVORITE): ♦️1.) ORIGINAL GLAZED was unreal. Absolute superb. ✅ PRO TIP: Put these I bad boys in the microwave for 10 seconds and they will melt in your mouth. Taste just like a delicious fried zeppoli I used to get at the street fair when I was a kid. So so so good. ♦️2.) JELLY DONUT - solid solid solid jelly donut. Great filling mixed with perfect airy (and light) fried dough. ♦️3.) KREME FILLED (the one with the broom stick - see pic) - it was pretty good. The filling just sortve tasted like cake icing. But overall pretty solid donut. ♦️4.) CHOCOLATE GLAZED - basically tasted just like the regular glazed. I personally didn’t taste the chocolate too much but it was still pretty good. ♦️5.) BLACK CAT - was okay. Beautiful job on the decoration but in terms of taste, nothing that really stood out. ♦️6.) STRAWBERRY - this one was my least favorite. Delicious donuts as always. But taking off one star because some donuts were not available on the website but they were in store. When I went to pick up my order I Asked if i could exchange it before even I got my box. They said no. If they can place those donuts in the box, why can’t they take them out???

Finally something new in Astoria today was there first day opening a lot of people were fighting over the doughnuts I managed to buy a dozen donuts that were glazed I really would recommend you not to go there when kids are there literally there all screaming and the staff didn’t do anything then there’s some random grown woman yelling at a small kid for being in the way then a college woman yelling at her I’m telling you I never seen so many people go crazy for a glazed donut.

Service was great. The only issue I have is they sold out of any variety of doughnuts very early in the night.

Just picking up some donuts and the older lady behind the counter was overly passive aggressive telling me to wait in line and helping myself to a plastic bag. Is it that big of a deal when there is only 1 other customer at the store and she was busy so I helped myself to a bag?

Staff were super friendly and kind. Donuts were as expected, and tasty. Only one person working during teacher lunch break. I actually let a teacher cut me in line so that they could get back in time. I was in no rush. They do loads of promos and I got a free donut for wearing green during March! So fun.

I went to the Ditmars store as my 10 year old daughter had made an account on Krispy kreme website and she was excited to get the birthday donuts for which she had received an email.When we showed the email the staff wanted to scan the barcode and there was none in the email. The staff named Carmalina was extremely rude and racist and refused to give donuts. We always go here and never had a bad experience until today.I hope you can give feedback to Carmalina

One of the cashiers was quite rude even though I made it clear that I wanted a chocolate custard donut. I would give one star but the donuts are so good that I’ll give 2 instead. The cashier thought she wasn’t being rude so here are my tips, speak up with more volume so that the employees don’t treat you like you’re dumb.

The person behind the counter on Monday, January 21st, 2025 night had a very demeaning attitude towards customers. Apparently, that was his first day. I do not understand why he had to be like that to paying customers. Although he was very friendly to the black customers, to the rest of us, there was no hello or thank you just being nasty for no reason. Wont be coming back. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN.

The donuts are ok, you can tell they’re not fresh at all. The ice coffee is surprisingly good. I didn’t like their ice latte. Some of the staff is rude particular the older lady. Luckily a younger nicer staff made my coffee. After giving them 3 chances, I wouldn’t go back. The rudeness of that one staff member is enough for me to be like no thanks plus the donuts aren’t fresh so nothing to lure you in.

The online ordering and Krispy Kreme App has not worked at this location in several weeks. I think thats getting a bit ridiculous. Having the app fill with funds is useless. The staff and donuts are not the problem. The owner of this establishement should get this issue corrected.

I do like their coffee and its a personal preference. But the service is not so great. First visit, changed my coffee twice. second time, 5 employees behind the counter, a sales girl rudely told me only the cashier (who is busy ringing up one donut at a time) can take my coffee order. 3rd time, after I paid for my coffee, I was told that the coffee is brewing. Even though this place is located on my way to the subway station, but realized since this place can't keep up with NYC pace, I will go somewhere else that can provide fast & friendly service.

I ordered a dozen donuts online for pickup, the pick up time was 2 hours and a half before closing time and the store was closed when I got there. I was charged for my purchased and did not received a refund. I was not even sent an email about my refund, the store being close, or perhaps them cancelling my order. This is very unprofessional.

I have severe sensory issues and was faced with a borderline mental crisis when I entered the establishment and the music was BLASTING. JUST went to grab some doughnuts at 8 am when Google says they're open from 6am and the sticker on their window says "store hours 7am to 10pm" and the door is locked. Not a good experience. 4 donuts should be in a box or a bag. Not 3 in a box with 1 in a bag. Presentation is everything. Ice coffee was not good at all. Dunkin and Starbucks will not miss a beat. FYI the med size at the others is the large at Krispy. The small and the med is a small at DD and Starbucks. I will give them a month and try again

I visited this Krispy Kreme at 11:20pm and I wanted 3 large coffees and a dozen donuts. When I asked for the coffee they said they dumped it all out. I told them you should be selling coffee until 12am which is the time they close. He said its just coffee ma'am. I have donuts you can buy them. So, I just walked out and went to Paris Baguette to buy my coffee. When I walked by the Krispy Kreme again with my coffee the young man that was working at Krispy Kreme was vaping in front of the store. This is unexceptable. They were more worried about cleaning and closing up earlier than serving me.

After leaving, I noticed they had a promotional BOGO for one dozen glazed donuts. I went back in and the non-friendly employee stated I had to mention it during my purchase. It's only available to "members." Not true at all, since I could make the purchase online as a guest. Do not chose this Krispy Kreme ! There is clear discrimination there ! I got denied a favor (an empty box for the purchase of 2 dozen so it’s not as of if I did not spent !) that was approved for the person right before me ! Today, I went to pick a regular coffee, one milk one sugar. When I entered, both of the workers are the register weee rude and brash. Even in NYC, a fact paced environment, this behavior is unacceptable, and I do believe a professional and kind behavior to the customers is necessary and healthy. Noone is in the mood for this behavior because of a daily routine, especially in bustling cities like NYC.

I ordered July 4th version a couple days ago. Of course I paid them. When I picked them up on time. They have nothing them. They said that sold out. Sold out?????? On line order for what? Their idea is only refund. My birthday is July 4. Therefore my 7 years old daughter choice this version. My daughter is still crying! I had a disappointing experience at this store tonight. I placed an online order and called around 6:15 PM to confirm that it would be ready for pickup. The store closes at 9:00 PM. The female staff who answered the phone sounded impatient and hung up before I could even finish my last sentence, which was simply to say, “Thank you, I will be there before 9:00.” I arrived at the store around 8:30 PM. Half of the lights were already turned off and a female staff member was mopping the floor near the counter where I was supposed to pick up my order. The male staff member who handed me my order slid/threw the boxes across the counter rather abruptly, which made me feel uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to check the three boxes before leaving. While I was checking my order, the female staff member repeatedly asked me to move away from the counter in a very impolite and intimidating tone. I responded that the store was not closed yet and that I only needed a moment to check my order. However, she continued arguing with me. I want to mention that I’ve had many positive experiences with other staff members during the daytime, and I often order from this store to treat my children’s classmates and friends for birthdays. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was very disappointing and made me reconsider whether I will continue coming here in the future. I hope the management can look into the customer service during evening hours.

First time coming to this Krispy Kreme location, and now I understand why it’s always empty. The employee was on a personal phone call on speaker while taking my order. When I politely asked about exchanging a doughnut that looked smaller than the others, he insisted they’re all the same size, then pulled the rack aggressively and slammed it on the counter with an attitude. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’m pregnant and had a craving, so this was especially disappointing. I left without purchasing anything. Please do better with customer service.

This place constantly closes way before closing time. I came around 6-7pm three different occasions and they were closed. One day I saw employees just hanging around using their phones and said it was closed. Sucks. I really liked this place.

Whoever was working at 745am on Wednesday, 10/15, is a poor representation of customer service. Sucking your teeth and speaking down to customers is far from what one would expect from any food service establishment. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Hopefully management reads this.

I placed a pickup order for my nursing students that included four jugs of hot coffee. To my shock, none of the jugs had proper lids only tape across the tops. This is extremely unsafe. The entire box was saturated with coffee, which spilled all over my leg and shoes. Not only is this a mess, but it could have easily caused a burn. When I tried calling the store to report this to a manager, the phone prompts were broken. I kept selecting the option it told me to press, but it just gave me an error message. I could not get through to anyone. I am very upset and disappointed. It’s unacceptable to hand over hot coffee in unsafe containers because lids “ran out of inventory.” This raises serious safety and liability issues. Customers should never be put at risk like this.

I went to the location on 31st and Ditmars Blvd Queens, this is my third time going there. Every time i go and greet staff i never get a reply. Today when i went in I heard the cashier explained to the costumer ahead of me that today is free coffee with any purchase. When it was my turn i ordered a 6-pack and was never told about the offer. The other person behind me came in and ordered a donut and ice coffee and the cashier said the coffee is free. So i asked if i could get one also with my order . She said if I made another order of a single donut I could get one free. I said why should i make another purchase when i just purchased six donuts. I did not appreciate the service at all. I felt that I was racially profiled because i was a person of color and everyone else who got service was not my complexion.
