I was pleasantly surprised to see prices of donuts at this location. 3 special flavored donuts here are $6.59 whether at Times Sq location 3 original are $6.99.

Believe it or not, this was actually my first time ever having a Krispy Kreme and I have to say, they didn’t disappoint. I went on Halloween and surprisingly there was no line!! Staff was super nice and friendly🙏 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 AS FOR THE DONUTS: here’s what I thought were the best tasting flavors (starting with BEST and ending with LEAST FAVORITE): ♦️1.) ORIGINAL GLAZED was unreal. Absolute superb. ✅ PRO TIP: Put these I bad boys in the microwave for 10 seconds and they will melt in your mouth. Taste just like a delicious fried zeppoli I used to get at the street fair when I was a kid. So so so good. ♦️2.) JELLY DONUT - solid solid solid jelly donut. Great filling mixed with perfect airy (and light) fried dough. ♦️3.) KREME FILLED (the one with the broom stick - see pic) - it was pretty good. The filling just sortve tasted like cake icing. But overall pretty solid donut. ♦️4.) CHOCOLATE GLAZED - basically tasted just like the regular glazed. I personally didn’t taste the chocolate too much but it was still pretty good. ♦️5.) BLACK CAT - was okay. Beautiful job on the decoration but in terms of taste, nothing that really stood out. ♦️6.) STRAWBERRY - this one was my least favorite. The strawberry glaze had a little bit of an artificial taste to it. Not really for me. 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 Overall, delicious donuts! Especially the glazed!! Like i said, throw em’ in the microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy with a nice cup of hot coffee☕️😱

I always have to wait until I’m in the city to enjoy these yummy donuts, so I was excited when I discovered there’s a location in Astoria. I’ve been a few times the service is a hit or miss. However, the convenience of the location is a huge plus and I’m able to get my glazed donut fix more frequently

The staffs are freaking nasty and disgusting attitude!!! It’s not totally worth of driving 20mins for donut! Love there fresh and sweet donuts so it’s a shame!!!!

I come in just to buy a donut . I had my headphones on so I thought the lady ask me "How can I Help you " . I said I need a few minutes . Then she replies "Did I ask you if you need any help ? What kind of response is that ? I mean why else would I come there for . Employee needs to be checked with there attitude.

I placed a pickup order for my nursing students that included four jugs of hot coffee. To my shock, none of the jugs had proper lids only tape across the tops. This is extremely unsafe. The entire box was saturated with coffee, which spilled all over my leg and shoes. Not only is this a mess, but it could have easily caused a burn. When I tried calling the store to report this to a manager, the phone prompts were broken. I kept selecting the option it told me to press, but it just gave me an error message. I could not get through to anyone. I am very upset and disappointed. It’s unacceptable to hand over hot coffee in unsafe containers because lids “ran out of inventory.” This raises serious safety and liability issues. Customers should never be put at risk like this.

I went to the location on 31st and Ditmars Blvd Queens, this is my third time going there. Every time i go and greet staff i never get a reply. Today when i went in I heard the cashier explained to the costumer ahead of me that today is free coffee with any purchase. When it was my turn i ordered a 6-pack and was never told about the offer. The other person behind me came in and ordered a donut and ice coffee and the cashier said the coffee is free. So i asked if i could get one also with my order . She said if I made another order of a single donut I could get one free. I said why should i make another purchase when i just purchased six donuts. I did not appreciate the service at all. I felt that I was racially profiled because i was a person of color and everyone else who got service was not my complexion.
