Pizza Hut

Absolutely disgusting…. Called. Placed an order for delivery through a CALL CENTER, then was told it would be 25 minutes until pizza is delivered. My family waited over an hour, called back, and was told they were extremely late so we should probably request a remake. We did. Then we were told the Pizza Hut we were running this through was closed due to maintenance and have to cancel both orders and refund my money in 5 business days. Zero attempts to remedy the situation and offer us anything for our situation, now it is my children’s bedtime and they still haven’t eaten. Last time we decide to use a crappy Pizza Hut again.

It's pretty hard to screw up a cheese pizza, but this place has found a recipe for failure. The most important thing is to actually put enough cheese on the pizza so that you don't end up with little cheese islands all over. Secondly, you need to cook the pizza so it doesn't taste like a wet sponge when you bite into it. Without a doubt the most disgusting pizza I have I have ever purchased.

I ordered 6 pizzas and picked them up, Arrived home in about 8 minutes later, Opened pizzas boxes they pizzas were cold, stale like they were cooked the day before, There were not hardly any toppings cheese or pizza sauce on any of them, Basically all we got was some old pizza bred with a lite dusting of toppings, I will feed them to may dogs they may eat it. So I went to Walmart bought some Marketside Supreme Pizzas they were good and loaded with toppings. 100 times better, I recommend never buy pizza from this pizza hut they should have there franchise and business license revolted. weird people work here. went here to go get a simple chicken alfredo and hut box and the men made weird comments and they accidentally gave me a meal an employee was eating out the warmer. when i went back to get the right meal they were laughing and just overall acting weird

Tried to charge me double the advertised price. I looked up their deals online before I showed up. $9.99 large 1 topping for carryout only. So that's what I ordered. $20.79 is what she tried to charge me. I mentioned the advertised deal to her and she told me I should have ordered it online.

This store stole 36 dollars from me!! Refuses to refund it after they double charged me. His store is DISGUSTING!! The SO CALLED MANAGER REFUSES to get on the phone they just ask for my name and number over and over for 2 months and NEVER call or do anything!! I’ve contacted corporate and they say they can’t even get any answers from this store about the situation!! I WILL NEVER order from this nasty location again if they had the last pizza on earth!! Had a delivery order through DoorDash it came tossed around in the box. Called back to the store DIRECTLY and was given the option of store credit or replacement. Since the kids and I wanted pizza we chose the later. Well that was over 2 hours ago and no pizza yet. So we placed a call was put on hold no one ever picked the phone back up! So we called from the second phone in the house and was directed to the answering service to place order online. THIS STORE HAS AHIWN COMPLETELY HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WORKS AFTER HOURS AND WE WILL BE THERE TOMORROW AFTER WORK FIR A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! This is some of the worst service and pizza ever!! Every person working did not give a shit at the pile of people inside and outside with orders piling up without calling out names. Its absolutely ridiculous! Its a freaking Saturday night!!! DO NOT ORDER here! We ordered delivery almost a month ago. It was delivered late and inedible. It was grossly underbaked and smelled heavily of cinnamon. We tried to call the store and could not reach a manager. Placed on hold several times, but no actual contact. We reached out to corporate through online chat and were told we would hear back from management at the local store soon.... nothing. We have reached back out to the store and sent several messages to corporate and still have not recieved contact from management or the refund we requested. We will never order anything from them or any other Pizza Hut again. Terrible product and customer service.

This is absolutely disgusting!!!! I had no transportation to pick up this pizza so I had it delivered for my kids i couldn’t return it y’all kept hanging up when I called never will I ever buy from here again

Truly Disappointed This doesn’t even deserve one star…I don’t like to complain, but, this was ridiculous for how much it costed, they need to know how disappointed I was. I called in an order at the Pizza Hut in Hull, Georgia. They said, “”Your order will be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there in 35 minutes my order had not even been started on. So, I went over to Kroger’s and picked up a few items. Went back and still had to wait another 25 minutes. I have a disability and can’t do too much. My husband had to go in and get it. He didn’t think to open and look at it. (But, still there is no excuse for a half done large cheese pizza)! It was doughy on the inside side.🤷‍♀️. $33 for a half done pizza that I had to finish in the air fryer, and a stuffed cheese crust that was so thin you could see through it if not for the pepperonis. Who leaves cheese off of a pizza? “NEVER AGAIN!”

I went to pizza hut on highway 29 suite 215 Athens ga, today. I order online. I ordered 2 pizzas,a meat lovers and a Supreme with extra cheese. I go in to get the pizza and I am usually show the pizza but I didn't think anything. I get to the car and I open up the boxes. Omg, the pizza looked and was hard. The pepperoni was like a cracker. It was crispy and crumbled when I picked it up. The Italian sausage was hard and dry. So I only take the meat lovers back thinking the Supreme was ok. I was wrong. They re-did the meat lovers but it still was bad. I get home and was fixing to try the Supreme pizza and the toppings start falling off. So I rake back other toppings and I see a whole cheese pizza underneath!! I now know why the pizza looked they way because they put toppings on top and cooked it again. I guess someone else wasn't satisfied either,so they passed it off to me!! I am very upset. I am wondering now if the pizza was touch... customer service is out the window now. Prices are high on everything and I don't think no one is playing about their money. I got a email from corporate,that I would get a call from this pizza hut on 29. No call and it has been a month or more. I even reached out to corporate and no reply. It's sad. Google wants a update. I haven't been back. There are other restaurants around this place! I have not been back to this pizza hut. I like the Golden Panda,which is next door. That's my update!
