Always great food and choices. There is a little bit of something on the menu for everyone. Good place for a dinner out with your family or maybe just hanging out with friends. They always have some pretty good drink choices and prices.

We had to wait a bit which we were in no hurry, the food was excellent. There was an issue with our waitress and one of her other tables the customers didn't speak English well and come to find out they took her tip back. So we tipped the young lady extra :) please when you go to these places understand they may get busy, and forget kindly remind them and ask to get it whenever they have a moment, they are working for the tip, make their job easier not harder, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH, always be kind, put yourself in their shoes and God bless.

Our waiter (Brianna c. if I remember correctly) was extremely helpful and friendly, some of the best service I have had in a long time. Other than that it's a typical Applebee's experience.

My husband and I haven't been to Applebee's in a long time...the food was amazing, service great and restaurant is very clean with a100 health food rating which is a plus. We will definitely be back.

The wonton tacos were delicious. The pretzels, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were good as well. There was a variety of sauce to choose from.

Applebee's is a good restaurant for standard fare. Everything they serv is good. This particular Applebee's didn't have the best staff. We had to get up from the table and walk to another table toward the back of the restaurant where several employees - including our waitress were seated surfing on their phones - to ask for a refill of our tea. Not the best impression.

Enjoyed our Pre-Fathers day dinner on Saturday, it was quite and our Server was the sweetest ever. Her personality was so amazing. We had the 2 for $25 Riblets and they was falling off the bones great, fries cooked perfect and the tea was that southern sweet tea and good. Great dining experience.

The food was delish 😋 and our waitress was very prompt and courteous. The bathrooms were clean enough (C average). The only thing I'd say was a bit off was the timing of the food. It took quite a bit of time to get it. I will say we did have a party of 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 child.

The food is great! The service is okay. It is usually a little slow. The device on the table never works for payment, so they have to do it in the back. The staff is friendly, though.

The salads were good except for the homemade ranch was watered down with no ranch flavor. The southwest bowl was ok. The chicken in the bowl was great. I only had about 5 to 10 black beans in my bowl. The Verde salsa was over powering. My wife's fish tacos had two different color taco shells. Two shells were older shells. Also this is a appetizer and it came out last. My son's order the all you can eat boneless wings and it took a while for their second order to come out. The waitress and staff was awesome and friendly.

The table and booth were very wet when we arrived and had to be dried off after we sat down in water. The service and food was very good and exactly what we ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to see actual strawberries in my strawberry tea!

Hi, I ordered French Onion soup. It can out with just piece of bread and onion broth. A piece of provolone cheese 🧀 floating at the bottom of the bowl. This is unexceptable. This review is coming from a Chef, unexceptional food preparation.

Stopped by here late Saturday night on way back to Birmingham from Columbus. Pleasant atmosphere for an Applebees. Knew we would be treated right when we walked in and the Manager Justin met us at the door with a pleasant welcome and seated us. We had great service by Kaitlyn. Food came out proper and delicious. Reason for the 4⭐️ on service was miscommunication on soup. Asked to have it come out before entree. It did not. So I canceled the soup. BUT TO BE CLEAR, ALL THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! Thank you Kaitlyn. Justin came by immediately and apologized for the confusion, and offered a complimentary desert. Will definitely will return to this store next time in Auburn.

Went in for the first time in years. I will say this was one of the cleanest restaurants I have been in in awhile. Great job all! Food rating was a solid 100 by the health department and you could tell. The staff was sooo friendly and very attentive from beginning to end. We ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer and I sort of forgot to take a Pic because they were amazing! For the main course we had 1) half a rack of honey BBQ glazed ribs and fries 2) boneless buffalo "wings" and 3) classic chicken broccoli alfredo. The ribs were amazing and the meat fell off the bone. Fries were solid. The boneless wings were fire. I mean they were hot, which was fine but my only complaint was they didn't seem like they were freshly made but rather warmed and sort of on the lower end of a rubbery texture. The alfredo was good but again, the noodles were a bit over cooked and chewy. The included bread stick was also overcooked and border line burned. All this to say, they were a bit slow at the time we went in on a Thursday evening so overall, it was descent. Nice job for the most part gang!

Usually have positive experiences here but tonight was the exception. Kitchen was behind and we waited about 40 minutes for our good. The restaurant didn't look crowded. The mozzarella cheese on my chicken just say on the top like a blob. The meal was ok. Service tonight was not what I am accustomed to when I visit this place.

Party of 2... We had somewhat of a long wait. There were about 9 or 11 groups in there. With about 4 people at the bat. We walked in around 10:36. around 11:07 our drink and food order was taken. 11:20 our drinks came. We got our apperizer around 11:30 and our food around 11:40. We left out around 12:07. The food was okay. My steak was burned on one side. But, my nieces chicken tenders and fries were fine. Hopefully, the service gets better. But, I don't plan on eating here much more. I do like the wings here. But, I don't think I will make a special trip here.

Boneless wings were fried too hard. Everything else on the combo sampler was delicious! The server took just a little too long to refill drinks but was very nice so that's not a deal breaker. Will revisit.

No hushpuppies with Fish and chips. Fish was really greasy. Fries too salty. Small amount of salsa. Limited amount of spinach dip.

Our server didn't use a notepad to take our order. As a result of this, she brought us the wrong appetizer. When we informed her that we had the wrong one, she responded by stating that she thought we said something else. When we said no, we said we wanted mozzarella sticks, not spinach dip, she says "oh. Well mozzarella sticks are half of if you want to buy some." I of course, said no. I don't want to buy another appetizer because our server gave us the wrong one. I want the right appetizer that I ordered the first time. It's not like we expected to keep both. It's ridiculous to expect me to pay for the servers mistake. If you need a notebook to take an order properly, use the notebook. She also brought a drink without one of the components and I did a double take when she put it on the table, unintentionally, as I was trying to see if it was in fact actually missing something. I had decided not to say anything or try to get it fixed. She huffed and picked it up and said she would go fix it, as she saw me look at it, confused. When we ordered dessert it had been 15 minutes so we asked about it. It'd been sitting in the window and both deserts had almost entirely melted ice cream by the time we actually got them. Great flavor but overpriced for portion size. At the end of the day it still would've been a good dinner if it wasn't for such a rude server.

The service was terrible in the beginning the ladie like slammed my tea on the table didn't bring my husband's drink she disappeared didn't come back for a while I went to pay my tea to leave then the manager told me I got you she waited on us was very nice the food wasn't that great my stead was tough and couldn't eat it my husband got his med it was rare it wasn't that bad but it was the mash potatoes was good coke slaw was good that we got the manger on that shift needs to make the kitchen do there job it was loud with music in the back ground coming from kitchen maybe that's why the steaks were bad there playing around in kitchen I could here and see them won't be back but she did take 10 off my ticket

They were out of most of the appetizers and the drinks are very sugary. Our burgers were good though. Waiter was lifeless, hostess was really nice.

Let's start with the good... My steak was tender and well cooked just how I wanted. The food didn't take all too long to arrive either. They have fast wifi. Now for the bad... The service was terrible. They we're slow and did even not check back often. Someone else in my group ordered some vegetables for a side and they were very salty. They're going to replace them, but never did. They didn't offer a menu either, instead they expect you to scan a QR code with your phone (what if you don't have a phone or left it at home, or your battery is dead?).

I placed an online order that was supposed to take 20 minutes for a double burger and fries. I waited nearly 40 minutes. In spite of checking in online. I also had to call for them to finally bring my good out. The buger looked like they cut one patty in half and put it on top of each other.

Kay was our waitress and she was on top of her game but the kitchen/cook needs more training or thought how to cook all together. My hubby ordered a steak and I ordered the all you can eat boneless wings. When we got our food the steak was white with some grill marks and my boneless wings were hard as a rock and burnt tasting. I wouldn't recommend this place for food. And if someone comments please reach out to us make sure you give a number email or something so I can because I've tried to speak with management and got no where! Steak is not supposed to be white and wings shouldn't be hard enough to break a tooth!

I called an order in at 9:36. I get there around 10:00 and the order wasn't even ready. I parked in the curbside and called the store saying I am here to pick up a call in order. They said someone will bring the order out. After waking for twenty minutes I walked in the store and said I am here to pick up a call in order and I waited for twenty minutes because someone said they are going to bring it out to me. They said the order was put in wrong and it got voided. I responded and said no one told me that over the phone at all. It is going on 10:50 and my order still wasn't ready. Workers sitting down and after being told it would be out two minutes I finally asked for my order again. They should better communicate to customers rather than not doing so at all.

The service was great, the food not so good. We ordered the baby back ribs, took 35 minutes for them to come out and they weren't even that busy. They were tough and half way dried out. Made it very hard to cut with the plastic utensils they bring you. If we come back we will definitely stay away from the ribs!

Giving 2 stars because I'm a nice person and the food -once I got it- actually tasted really good. However, I used the online ordering/ carside-to-go service and it did not go very well. Arrived at restaurant right before scheduled time and texted "here". Got the automatic reply that my food would be out shortly. This was not the case. I waited patiently for 20 minutes and nothing. Had to go in (defeats the purpose of car side service) and tell the front desk girl why I was there. My food had clearly been ready because she walked right over and grabbed it. So I waited for nothing because whichever employee was supposed to be on to go orders wasn't interested in doing their job. Highly irritating. Won't be ordering from Applebee's again anytime soon.

The food was great, would’ve been better if i received the side i ordered along with a glass of water. our server came and took our order and dissapeared, i haven’t seen her since. someone else dropped off the food and ran off, if i would’ve known i was only gonna get one glass of water and not see my waiter again i would’ve drank it sparingly. not to mention its dead… no reason for us to have empty drinks. what a shame the food is great, service is awful, probably won’t be coming back. i had to ask the hostess for some more water after not having water my entire meal, after asking her she ROLLED HER EYES????? i apologized and felt bad asking her because i too work in the food industry but i wouldn’t dare roll my eyes at a costumer. not in their face at least!!!

I was really disappointed in my visit. My mother took my daughter, my husband, and I out to lunch about 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday afternoon. We got there around 1 pm. They were not busy. We ordered right away. We did not get our food until 1:40. None of us ordered anything that would take long to cook, so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Also, 2 people at the table sat with empty glasses for the majority of our time there. As a former server/bartender/FOH manager, I do not blame our server. I'm pretty sure he hadn't been there long; however, 3 other servers, 2 of whom I believe were either closers or a manager, did not help our server at all. Serving is about teamwork. It is about taking care of the customers. We used to be regulars at the Auburn Applebee's, but after our last visit, I'm not so sure we will be going back anytime soon.

The headline here is atrocious service. Our waitperson brought us our appetizer, then literally abandoned us with no notice/warning. The next time I saw her she was tending bar very close to our table, so I know she saw us sitting there, puzzled and annoyed. After a few minutes waiting to see if she was going to understand the problem, I walked back to the end of the the bar where several waiters were waiting to pick up drink orders. I addressed our waitperson-turned-bartender and asked if anyone was going to take our order and refill our drinks. There was no apology. Her comment was, “I went by and asked, and she (my wife) said you didn’t need anything.” The problem was that was 30 minutes ago. So amongst the other waiters, they dispatched a young guy who finished out our visit fine, and he was rewarded with a good tip for picking up the dropped ball. The positive was we had no problem with the food. The appetizer wasn’t the best, but was passable. And both our steaks were juicy and tender. Still would have liked an apology. It’ll be awhile before we return; hopefully Applebys will have its wait staff understanding customer service by then.

Service was terrible!! Waited 8 minutes to be greeted at our table so I ordered our appetizer while we waited. Our server finally came to the table and got our drink order. She was 2/4 on accuracy of the drinks. Our queso came out and was only half full. Then we sat waiting for our server to come to our table when we were done because there was a problem with our bill and waited 5 min as she sat in a booth on her phone. Overall disappointing. The only reason they got 2 stars was my boys liked their food and she was good with them.

The food quality is not even close to other Appelbee's you have tried before. The food was cold and the taste was not as good as you expect. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that they charge you fully for the food but may not bring you the sides claimed on the menu! They brought us double crunch shrimp for my but with no coleslaw and fries and at the end charge us for the full plate!! They brought the dip in donuts but did not bring the chocolate dip! I had to ask the server to bring us some which was strange. I believe they did not to improve the quality and management of their restaurant simply because there is no other restaurant in this style here to compete with.

We went today for double cheeseburgers. We also ordered a half slab of ribs. When we got our order it was a single cheeseburger. After bringing it to our waiters attention, the manager offered to send us another patty to add to our existing burger, but by the time we got it the original burger was cold. The ribs was tough, could not eat. We also had to request mustard and mayonnaise. The main problem was the flies flying all over the place. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

My man and I went June 24 and first when we walked in, it got a smell to it. I ordered Riblets mash potatoes and coleslaw, and he got his food to go. When we got home I didn’t see no coleslaw, when I smelled my food it smelled like working feet. I bit it and it tasted just like how the place smelled. Not good at all. Even Phenix city better than this. I only gave a 2 star cause my man food wasn’t that bad cause he only got the appetizer trio

Usually have a decent time eating in and mostly when I order pickup but tonight was different. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after pick up time, even though there weren’t many people there. Finally, the manager came out with an UGLY look on his face and addressed my boyfriend rudely. Ended up forgetting to put my mashed potatoes in too but thankfully doordash refunded us for that (shocking). Anyways the mozzarella sticks were good but we will probably go to B-Dubs for a while

I used to come here with my family all the time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I remember that it used to be busy all the time. I recently came here with my family and there was a few other families whom had the same idea after Church for a filling meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't the same as it used to be. The hostess was very kind and sweet to us but I truly feel for her since she apologized for the inconvenience on the behalf of the servers not arriving to work on time.

I came here for lunch with two friends, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. There were way too many flies inside the restaurant, and we constantly had to wave them away just to keep them off the food. It made it really hard to enjoy the meal. The condition of the utensils was also poor. My fork wasn’t properly cleaned, and I actually had to ask for a replacement, which shouldn’t happen at any restaurant. The plates and spoons didn’t look very clean either, which raised concerns about overall hygiene. On the positive side, the food itself tasted good. I ordered the 2 for $25 deal, and I had the House Salad as an appetizer, along with the Chicken Salad and Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp as entrées. The flavors were satisfying, but the lack of cleanliness overshadowed what could have been a nice lunch.

This was the Chicken Fajita Rollup. This was about $12.50 I believe... the food was okay but why pay $12.50 for a Taco Supreme that I could get from Taco Bell for $4. The taste was exactly the same. Also, my wife had to go to the restroom when we were just about to leave. The 1st stall smelled like sewage and the 2nd had water everywhere that was clearly coming from the toilet itself.

Waited an hour for our food and it was disappointing and disgusting. The food had no flavor and didn’t even slightly resemble the menu items on display. This was possibly the worst Applebees I have been to.

I come to check my review to see if a Manager has the decency to comment on it and instead it was deleted! The audacity of a restaurant to remove a review because of the honest truth speaks volumes. Below is the original review posted on 10/12/19. This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in years. Do not eat here. First as a professional corporate establishment you should hold your employees to higher standards. Having a female bartender with hardly any teeth and the ones she did have were rotten should have been my first clue to leave. In my experience bartenders are usually some of the most professional, skilled and presentable workers of an establishment - clearly this place does not follow the same industry standards of approachability. This one couldn't remember orders and had to repeat them several times. I had a difficult time understanding her and kept having to ask her to repeat herself. Additionally I watched her cough into her hands and handle items in the bar without washing her hands. My order (and several others overhearing conversations) came out wrong and/or cooked improperly. There were also gnats flying around (clearly a sign of lack of cleanliness) and one drink refill had said bug in my glass. My steak was also stringy and gritty which makes me question the quality of food being served here. The corporate office should look into this place, the health department should do an inspection and the management team should think about the presentability of the employees they are hiring.

Tonight was the worst customer service experience. I was there for nearly two hours and my server came to the table a total of 3 times (take out drink order, bring our drinks, and 30 minutes later or more yes i timed it she came to take our order.) our food took a while no big deal it was brought out by someone else. I had to wave someone down for silverware. And our server NEVER came to check on us again she didn't even pick up the plates someone else did. I had no sauce for my steak since server did not come back after taking our order. We never got refills. She came back 20 minutes after i finished my food to ask if i needed anything. Too late just wanted my check and to leave. I did not get her name i should have but she was an african american young lady.

If I could give zero I would. We didn't get a single refill. Both me and my wife's order was wrong. Had the waiter argue with me about the menu. Sorry but the Parmesan steak is not the same as the bourbon street steak. So the took the steak back and put the exact steak and sides on a sizzling plate and brought back out No more the 2 minutes later. The wasted so much food. My kids didn't even get a sauce with chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. Then the waiter came by through the check on the table and kept walk. I left without eating. I would give zero stats if it where possible

We had a good server. She was the only one working. We had to wait 45 min to be seated, because they only had one cook one bartender and one hostess. 🙄 And it took forever to get our food. It wasn't many ppl there cause of the long wait. I think they should have just closed for the day.

Really disappointed. Only one server was running the restaurant. We was seated. Never got a menu. But the next set of people did. We was really frustrated with how long we waited and was never even spoken to at all even though she walked right passed us several times. To top it off it was my sons birthday. I’ve had several other experiences with this location. Ribs being dry. Bad servers etc. this will be my last visit. Dec 28th around 7pm. Not coming back !

Plan on taking a lunch from work? Forget about it. The cook time took the entire hour we were there and had to get them to place the order in to-go boxes. Laking on salad dressing such as thousand island. No Coke products. MOD came by during our visit and asked is how it was. We let her know about the slow service and her response was "That is valuable information. Next time you are in we will get it out to you quicker." This restaurant has lost my business. First time there and will NOT go back.

On 1/13/23 me and my family visited this location very bad choice. We had to wait 30 to 40mins to be seated. The wings was ok but the fries tasted like they fried a bunch and kept them in a hot box. They was not hot at all. It took along time to receive food we will not visit this location again because it ruined my brothers special occasion.

I won't be coming back. Server was really sweet but my card information got stolen after giving her my card and I was charged for someone elses order several hours after I had left. The macaroni and cheese was just noodles *barely* coated with white sauce. It was not cheesy, or flavorful. The food came out cold and it definitely wasn't worth the 14 dollars I paid for it. I'm most concerned about my debit card information being taken.

My husband and I decided to try something we don’t normally eat. But got the Worst service EVER. I am leaving this review from my car while waiting for my food. I had a curbside order that was wrong and what they gave me wasn’t something I eat. I called ahead to exchange the incorrect order, had to go inside (which is the opposite of curbside) they quickly agreed, but I have been sitting in my car for a ridiculous amount of time. By the time the food came out, it was an hour later than my original order was ready. Not ordering again

For starters, when my friend and I arrived, there were maybe 5 people seated. The hostess greeted us quickly and seated us. No problem. The issue came when we were placed by the door and we had to fight off flies. Bugs happen and we can’t control them zipping in and out. We kindly asked to be moved and we were. My friends food came out before mine so we couldn’t eat together and that resulted in us pretty much waiting on each other and having to push other plans back. An inconvenience but not a huge problem. I didn’t get my condiments I asked for and for the wait time and lack of checking in with the small amount of people there our meal should’ve been free. Our server was sweet and we could tell that she was trying but I didn’t enjoy my meal this day.

This was by far the most terrible visit I have ever had to a restaurant. We entered around 7:45. We were quickly seated and the employee said she’d get our server. The server never showed up so the original employee got our drinks and appetizer. That was served within 5 minutes. The appetizer was cold. We then proceeded to wait approximately 25 minutes and the server never appeared at the table. Several employees walked circles around us and no one bothered to ask if we’d been helped. We ended up leaving. Not a single person was interested in helping us. Is this how you all run this location? Preposterous. I suggest that Stacy, the manager on duty, retrain her staff to be attentive to ALL patrons and maybe get some diversity training. I was the only Latino person in that restaurant. This was a disagreeable, disgusting, disrespectful experience. $13 for cold mozzarella sticks served with a side of being ignored.

They were out of crayons for my 3-year-old and then gave her a kids menu. After asking the manager and two staff members I got a pin from the server. The drinks were 20 minutes to the table, appetizers came with the main course, and the chips for the appetizer were cooked way too long. They tasted burnt and gritty. The only decent thing I can say about this trip was the main course was decent. They were also out of strawberries that are on the kids menu. The manager seemed like she was having too much fun laughing with coworkers to care about any of these issues and didn't bother to come to the table to explain. I was so surprised by the mediocre staff Applebee's had running this Applebee's by the time we got our main course I didn't even want it.

We were there for 2+ hours. They were not busy. Took forever for our server to get to us. Our appetizers came out before we got our drinks. Appetizers were wrong. The main dishes took forever and came out cold or wrong. Complained and got our appetizer comped.

I ate there out of necessity purely. I've never enjoyed food like that and it's still the same. Service was good and the place was nice I just don't believe in the quality of food there. Eat organic not out of boxes and bags and freezers. Way healthier.

My husband and I went for dinner only to get no dinner everyone that came in after us had received their food one table had eaten and was leaving and we still had no food after one person came to the table and said yall still haven't gotten your food only for him to go to back and never returned the waiter that waited on us acted as if we did something wrong the manager asked if we wanted to wait she would fix it but my husband by this time was really upset!!! So no Thank You We just won't be back!!! Awful Experience

Applebee’s is a good restaurant but NOT this location. Took forever for a waitress to check on us AND we had to ask 3 times for more water and that even took 20 min to get because the waitress was too busy chatting and laughing with another waitress and was just standing there not doing anything. When the food came out the plates were beyond hot to create the effect that the food was hot but my pasta and chicken were cold. I’m pretty sure the plate was sitting under the heat lamp for a long time before we got our food. The waitress never came to give us our checks and when we finally got her attention it took 15 min just to get our cards back after we paid which makes me wonder what the waitress was doing with our credit cards…..

Should have never came back here. My son ordered the all you can eat rib, 🍤, and boneless wings. WHAT A JOKE! 5 boneless chicken wings, 5 shrimps, and 1 rib is ALL they will bring you. Not all you can eat. And they bring it so slowly you would have to sit there for hours. My whiskey burger was cold also. This is officially the McDonald’s of sports bars…. FYI those ribs were disgusting by the way. Close down Applebees and bring back chilis…

Horrible! Just go somewhere else! Drinks were watery and I had to send them back. Food took so long to get to me I asked the manager to cancel the order and they responded “the food just came up” but still waited. When I received my burger the fries were not on the plate so I had to wait more for them as well as another 10 minutes for a cup of barbecue sauce. Ordered the cinnamon swirl as well. They were burnt and were pretty much inedible. To even serve something that even looked that way is beyond me. Not recommended at all and definitely not worth the $80 that we’re spent there.

Now my family and I love a good apple bees but this one just didn’t quite cut it. We are clearly celebrating a birthday we have my Neice college student at Tuskegee celebrating her 21st b day we had the big balloons that say 21 a Tiara with shots that say birthday and a 21 birthday Sash. We all order the $5 St.Patrick frozen drink for starters we get served and we tell the waiter it’s entirely too much syrup no liquor nothing else she says oh our bartender is sick so that girl is in training. And we do not refund drinks ok so how can u make this up. She says we can’t we add a shot of Rum to the side of our drinks to dilute the syrup. We order our food we got a 2/$30 spin dip salty like not edible at all. We added mozzarella sticks they were cold they cheese didn’t even pull. I got the chicken and shrimp and mashed potatoes brought out on a sizzling plate and was handed plastic cutlery to eat my chicken was dry and hard and the fork melted. I didn’t want to give the server a hard time so I enjoyed my families company paid for the bill and decided to write a review because $100+ bill at Apple bees to not enjoy any of it was very upsetting.

Took over an hour to get our order and ppl who came in twenty minutes after us received their food after us. The waitress was almost nonexistent.

They brought one entree out and it took an additional 30+ minutes for the rest of the entrees to come out went ahead and told them to put it in go boxes and while leaving staff was “mean mugging” as if it’s the customers fault that they couldn’t coordinate and get entrees out together at a timely manner will never be back

I went to Applebee’s with a group from work for a meeting. The food was horrible. Food that was rock had was sent to our table. The audacity blew my mind. The pasta dish I ordered tastes like someone put an entire bottle of salt in it. I didn’t bother to even send it back, because there was no point. I feel that this location should just close for good. It hasn’t been right for years.

They’ve messed up my order at least 3 times in the last few months. For the last year or 2, I’ve ordered to go from here pretty often. I never had a problem until the last few months, and since then I don’t think I’ve received a single order that was fully right. I always order the classic combo and I’ve had them not give me the spinach & artichoke dip multiple times, and one time I received the boneless wings without buffalo sauce. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but it’s gotten ridiculous at this point.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this apple bees!!! Seen our waitress two times!!! The manager was rude and constantly ignored us. Had to get our own silverware after asking Kiara our waitress…. Asked for straws and had to get them from a different server the same with Togo boxes. Had to check out with the bartender who was extremely nice because our waitress ignored us!! Kiara was extremely rude! When we asked for Togo boxes her coworker said dang she’s slacking!! This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had! Me and the other person I was with are both servers and we were cutting her slack and tried to be understanding of other servers situations…. but the rudeness from the jump from the moment we sat down she acted like we were and inconvenience and it was almost like she completely avoid us at all times she wouldn’t even look at us when she was close by! We also asked for A1 they said “we are out sorry” but when they opened a cabinet it was clear as day there was A1 in there!!! I do not recommend this place!

Absolutely poor service. My mother and I sat at the bar with only one other couple in the establishment. Their were 4 workers sitting at a table talking and eating and 2 bus boys cleaning the tables. It took 15 minutes before anyone addressed us, and then she had a nerve to have an attitude with us.

This Applebees has always been slow in service. At our most recent visit, we waited 45 minutes for two appetizers. When we got our food, it was clear it had been sitting for a while. There does not appear to be good management or a sense of urgency with service at all. If you’re looking for a good place to eat. Go somewhere else.

Was told there was a 10 minute wait due to staff not showing up for their shifts. Should have left right then and there. Ordered drinks and it took 15 minutes to get them. The chicken Alfredo was nasty. Pasta was undercooked and chicken was overcooked. The only thing worth eating was the broccoli. Will NOT be back

Very disappointed with the to go service tonight. I arrived to pick up my order and waited over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me at all. Several staff members walked past and made eye contact, but no one asked if I needed help or checked on my order. This happened on 2/2/2026 around 9:30 PM. I understand when a restaurant is busy, but being completely ignored as a customer is not acceptable. A simple acknowledgment or update would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses this, because the lack of communication and customer service tonight was frustrating. I’m still currently waiting as in writing this. I guess the Togo specialist was out today. It’s not usually like this.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I went to the restroom and found our waitress inside with her weave taken out and spread across the sink while she was taking her braids down. It was unsanitary and shocking to see in a public restaurant restroom. After returning to my table, we waited an extended amount of time while she finished up, and the experience completely ruined my appetite. It’s hard to enjoy a meal after witnessing something so unhygienic. There was a mess that was left behind at the table across from us, which I had to look at while trying to eat. I was there very an hour and it was there the whole time. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address cleanliness and staff conduct.

we have been eating at this applebee's for years, but tonight was really bad. we wanted to take my 86 year old dad out for a really good meal and normally it's great here. well, not tonight, his steak was so tough he could barely chew it and my husbands mushroom swiss burger that was supposed to be medium rare was well done. my husband didn't want to send it back because he was starving and my dad just tried to bare with it and eat what he could. I showed the waitress the hamburger and the steak dad tried to chew but had to spit out( quite a bit) and she did get the supervisor over who gave us a 20.00 gift certificate, but honestly it was a bad experience I'm not to mention the fries came out 5 minutes later due to the fact they were not done when our meal was and my husband said that was the worst hamburger he has had in a long time. very disappointed due to the fact this was supposed to be a treat for my dad and we all went home home unhappy.( UPDATE-I do not like speaking to a automated robot you have my number you can call me if I do not answer please leave a message and the number where I can return your call ASAP thank you

We spent $50+ on our meal. NONE of our food was fresh, it was all COLD, and portion sizes were far smaller than they should have been. We will not be returning to this location.

I went here recently I don't recommend by any means the host that was there was touching on my husband then she came up at his job flirting with him same day mind you I don't recommend the host... Very disturbing and out of all the Applebee’s that I went to, I’ve never dealt with that

My husband and I came here to eat dinner tonight waited on our food for over 40 minutes while people who came in after us was getting there food. Not 1 refill from our server. When we finally got our food we asked for to go boxes so we could just take our food with us bc after waiting an hour we had to go. We was gave 2 little boxes for all the food we head WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Our server sucked all around

Everybody got a dang attitude in here, came out to eat with my friends and one man here kept giving us the wrong drinks , we sat here for over an hour waiting for our food and its about 10 people in here , They are extremely rude, they don't care, and bth the food wasn't even good. Clearly today wasn't their day or something.

OMG my wife wanted to get something to eat and we thought apple bees. Wrong, took 10mins to get a waiter and after we finally got one she took our order we got our food about another 20mins later. Food was not that bad got the 2for $35 since the drink were like $4 a piece. Asked the waiter for napkins twice and never received them my wife got a refill for her drink after I paid and was waiting on togo boxes. Will never go back unless for a happy hour drink.

Do not, under any circumstances, eat here. Slow service. Food was lukewarm by the time we got it (almost an hour for APPETIZERS). We pre-ordered dessert on the table device because our waiter couldn’t keep up (not totally his fault as he had about 7 tables) and it still took almost 15 minutes. When they brought it out to us, it tasted fine at first until my daughter took a bite that had a FINGERNAIL in it!!!!! The manager comped the dessert but still made us pay for our meal after! We will never ever ever be back here and neither should you.

Waited to be seated for 10 min and an additional 10 for a server to come. Placed our orders at 8:37 and took until 9:30 to get our first appetizer. Then had to wait 10 minutes for our food to come out. When received one order was incorrect and the other had no sauce. Server argued that there’s no sauce on the entree. Our second appetizer was still missing and didn’t receive it until after our meals were done. When it came it was to hard to even bite into. Talked to the manager and he said he was only able to take off the appetizer and take off $12. The manger was highly unprofessional and showed no compassion and was sitting at the bar the whole time. Asked for a to go drink and instead of getting one, the server instead decided to go back n gossip with other servers. Would not recommend this restaurant, everything from the service, food, and cleanliness was poor through the roof.
