Absolutely always clean and the staff is SO happy and willing to help that it's hurting my cavities because they can be so sweet!

My family and friends love this place. The price is right. The food, beverages are great. Employees are very friendly. Glad we have three near us. Love them all.

Super friendly staff. My wife works as a cook she said "they have one of the cleanest kitchen shes ever seen". All the donuts we tried were very good and they make great sandwiches. Very nice location.

Great drinks and ice cream. Reasonable food for a coffee shop, (I recommend the soups). Service is good, I've been there way too much in the last couple months and I haven't had a bad experience. It can be a bit slow when its realy busy or understaffed. They clean the place thoroughly every night and you can see most of the work stations.

I always have a good experience here, been coming since it opened and will continue to.

I love their ice coffees. Periodic bouts of staff turnover .....things might be a bit slower because of training new people. I find that over all the minor wait is well worth it.

Used to work at this place in Scarborough, Me. They shut it down tho and I got laid off.. fast forward to a cross country move and I ran across this gem.. their wraps got HUGE compared to the ones they used to serve years ago.. like GOT DAYUM! $4.something and it was worth every penny. Don't sleep on Tim Hortons.

One of my favorite places to go for coffee and a snack don't let the long line fool you this crew gets em in and out so fast your head will spin but hey good service and time effective is what makes this Tims so great!

Atmosphere is great at this location. It's much better than the other Dunkirk locations. Service is 50/50, but a nice experience usually.

***UPDATE 5/23/22*** They are now OPEN UNTIL 10pm every night!!! Yaaaaay!!! They were way ahead of the curve preparing for this shutdown. Service and quality never missed a beat! *Update* they are still requiring masks company-wide regardless of vax status. Way to go!!! 👍🏻 *Update 4/22* Kinda sucks that they're still closing WAY early. Those of us working 3rd shift are still stuck with nothing on our way to work 😢

On a trip that my kids surprise me with on Father’s Day 2023 from Ohio to Niagara Falls we stopped in Dunkirk for a pit stop. We came in for a quick snack. The food was fresh and on point, seeing as it was the kids first time here they had questions. The person behind the counter (Matt) was so kind friendly and helpful and then made a custom drink for my daughter who doesn’t drink coffee customer service was above expectations.

Very busy but their service is absolutely amazing and very courteous and patient friendly workers.The danishes and donuts are freshly baked and tasty. I would encourage everyone to visit Tim Hortons. Five stars! I would rate them much higher ratings. Keep up the good work. 👍

I wish I could've stayed longer here but I was driving a 12 hour drive back hime. Awesome hot chocolate and the best hashbrown I've ever had, it wasn't too greasy like the ones sold at other fast food and it had so much flavor. The tidbits were delicious!!

Kind, courteous and very friendly staff accommodated me when asking for directions to my destination. I ordered an item that was unfortunately out of stock but the customer service attendant provided me with an alternative menu option that soothed the ruckus going on in my stomach. Man, lost in traffic, hungry & constipation was knocked out with one visit. And my taste buds were happy too.

I've been to a lot of Timmy Ho's in my time, but I've really noticed the staff at this particular location are very friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are well prepared. The dining area is very clean and the kitchen appears to be very clean as well. Top notch location.

Loved this place. It was my first ever visit to Tim Horton and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me make a decision on what vegetarian options I have available and how they can customize certain food items to meet my dietary restrictions. They did not rush me despite being busy as the location is sufficiently staffed. The food was fresh and tasted great. The barista who helped me was awesome and even gave me a short overview review on company background when they heard it was my first ever visit.

Just crazy expensive! Good service for the most of my order. Seems like they don't have many workers.

I had the ham and swiss sandwich meal. It was very good. Along with that I had the strawberry coconut drink. It surprised me. It also tasted good.

The Christmas tree made me chuckle. It looked as though it was literally thrown together!

2 farmers wraps, after breakfast and they made it happen. Polite and a good helping of fillings in the wraps. Now One of my favorite Tim Hortons to visit!

This is a good Tim Hortons, they make the coffee right every time. They are always very nice. I do think they could be open all night, and also be a little cleaner.

We went for the Cold Stone Creamery that they share space with. While the dessert was delish, we have been spoiled by the unlimited mix-ins at Marble Slab. When an extra Oreo was requested, we were told no (should have been "yes, but there is a fee," at a minimum).

Drive thru was relatively fast coffee was deliciously prepared obly reason its a 4 not a 5 was because I had to ask for napkins even though I had ordered 2 donuts and 3 coffees.

I'm a regular at this specific Tim Hortons. I really like the entire place. The customer service is very friendly. However The staff is never the same people, daily it changes... what a turn around.

It's a cozy place and is usually busy. There are always cars in the parking lot, but it's not so full that I can't find a parking spot. The employees are friendly and helpful, and even though we don't go there too frequently, they remember us. It's awesome that they also have ice cream! Go here just before sunset, grab yourself a treat, then step outside take a walk along the lake as the sun goes down. Breathtaking view from here!

This is one of the more interesting Tim Horton's interiors that you will see. The hockey theme runs through the location and the furniture does not look like it is out of a typical Tim Horton's. This is a little larger location since it used to be combined with a Cold Stone Creamery. That location has since closed and Tim's takes up the whole space. If you are traveling through Dunkirk NY it is worth a stop.

A great space to take a break and enjoy coffee or treat. Lots of sitting options. Lots of natural light.

Surprisingly good this time. The Chili wasn't fresh, it was day old but tasted better than their fresh Chili. The service was fast and friendly. At times there can be long lines and the workers seem disinterested in their work and more interested in socializing. That's not the way at all the Tim Hortons just this particular store.

Food and drinks are great. Drive through very busy with long wait times. I guess, with great food and drink, that is to be expected. Trash can on drive-through was overflowing. Rep at window didn't seem to care it was overflowing and said he was not going to change it.

I provided a coupon 4 a meal and I was advised they don't carry all the items in the coupon. Then I was advised that I could substitute an item only to find out that was incorrect information...if I wanted to substitute an item I needed to pay the difference. So basically the coupon was worthless..

I used to love our Tim horton but lately service is poor, coffee tastes terrible most times and taste is inconsistent, and today the turkey hoagie i ordered consist of lettuce turkey and a glob of mayo😡🤮, they forgot the order of wedges. Not a happy customer👎👎

Fast, but the coffee tasted like it had been sitting quite a while. It was later at night so that might have been why, but it tasted like it may have been sitting a little bit too long. (Dunkirk Tim Hortons.)

The drive thru takes forever and sometimes I have to repeat my order up to 3 times, even though I say my order very slowly and clearly. I would just go inside but that is an even worse experience. I still love their coffee but I definitely don't come here as much as I used to.

I try to avoid that drive-through at all !! So, SLOW! I GO INSIDE. Even then, I see 7 employees behind that counter. Seriously!!! 7 of them ,2 of which were leaned against a counter, discussing how glad they were it was Friday. Meanwhile, the grill cooks yelling they were out of chicken! 2 chicken wrap orders went in before I ordered. I decided NOT to choose chicken as planned.15 minutes later, I walked out with Chipotle wrap. Chicken people are still waiting. Cars in line when I pulled in, still in line when I left. Some organization and time management skills are needed, Pronto!! I will be using the smaller store next door to Dunkin donut from now on.

It is a place where the employees observing a group of young people speaking bad and unpleasant comments did not do anything, more than four people were noted that they consume daily and they only asked for water and a juice. I mean that they prefer not to say anything and drop the business for lack of love for work because what you love you take care of.

Visited this location while sightseeing up the coast along Route 5 from Barcelona to Dunkirk. After visiting 6-7 different Tim Hortons across PA and NY, these standalone locations are the best. A much larger menu, full seating area, and drive through which the smaller restaurants and locations inside gas stations often lack. There was hardly anyone around inside when we went in the early afternoon on Wednesday, but cars were continually using the pickup window. Service was quick and the inside was fairly clean. However, the most recent visit wasn't quite as good, particularly the bathroom which smelled and had a sticky floor. Some debris on the floor and even in the parking lot was in need of being cleaned up as well.

Went for Lunch on 12th, I ordered online went through drive thru to pick it up. The guy couldn’t get my name right and when he did, repeated my order back and asked me if I wanted whipped cream which I ordered online, then at the window again I was asked. I then had to remind them to put the Valentine’s sprinkle on it. The next morning, my husband gave my name 3 times at the drive thru. Then someone asked if it was Richard.. how do you get Richard out of Vickie? We were in town for work and never been to Tim Hortons. I hope all of them are not like this location.

I live right around the corner from this Tim Hortins and I would rather drive to the one on rt 60 or by applebees. It depends on what time of day it is. Some of the staff are rude and do not even say one word to you while you are at the drive through window. I also hate that EVERYTIME I ask for NO TOMATOES what is on my food tomatoes! I feel if you do not like your job and not happy than leave! Do not take it out on customers!

This TH has a real issue with work flow. Very poorly set up for service with any efficiency and the second drawback here is the staff spend too much time talking, to each other and customers. Wait times here are ridiculous.

Second shift staff are pretty rude and unfriendly, often having loud conversations about inappropriate things while not greeting guests, just standing there staring at you like they can't be bothered. Used to love going here, staff were awesome and welcoming, but not so anymore. Won't be returning here unfortunately

Love the coffee, I'm a total addict but hate the long waits. Drive thru line always takes forever and if you go inside they cater to the drive thru and you wait forever. Please do something about your wait times! 10 minutes waiting for someone to take your order is ridiculous!

Went by and folks were pleasant enough. One lady refused to give us a couple of extra bags to separate the timbits for the kids … told us she’d have to charge us a thing of timbits for EACH bag. Second lady said no problem. Makes no sense …

Subsequent msg. Tim Horton's asked me to contact them via a web link - I tried - I was able to put in my name and email - when it came to the location - apparently this store DOES NOT EXIST. maybe that is why the service is so poor - it comes right from Head Office - implying they care, but not really. We were just passing through. Lots of staff were there (inside the store) no one seemed to want to take anyone's orders. Hope they learn how to serve customers soon.

I’ve had really good experiences with tim hortons however specifically at this location they never have hash browns even when i go around 10am and their still serving breakfast and every time i get a panini i ask for extra sauce but the workers put like no sauce at all. This only ever happens at this store.

I've stop going i use to enjoy the egg crosant sandwich but normally it's burnt and egg is cold! I've just stopped ordering to expensive to throw out!

I’ve never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing while others are working quickly. Ovens are making noises for several minutes. Alarms are going on and no one can be bothered to take care of them. 1 woman on her phone at the counter and 2 men horsing around. Order wasn’t made correctly. Overall, I would never go back to this location.

1st time customer at this location, 2nd time purchasing from the businesses overall. The variety is definitely there for one to choose from, but again, the customer service is deplorable. I can't stress enough how much customer service matters to the people spending their hard earned income locally.

The girl at the register had no idea what I was talking about when I said my order very clearly. She missed half my order and put it in wrong. The girl who gave us our order was extremely rude and had an aggressive stance and tone after she mumbled at me when I told her half my order was missing. Poor service and poor attitudes all around

WORST TIM HORTONS YOU CAN EVER GO TO! I'd give 0 stars if I could to be honest! The food is ALWAYS undercooked, coffee is ALWAYS bland, and WORST OF ALL ARE THE EMPLOYEES! I literally stood around for FIFTEEN minutes while your zombie-esk employees saw me standing at the register & didn't bothet to take my order, and instead asked each other about their other co workers schedules, and then took two other peoples orders who clearly walked into the store way after I did. Do better, because your employees definitely need to 🙄

Employees are clueless, you can order the same coffee every day of the week and every time have a different one. Food is way overpriced for the portions you get. The only thing consistent is donuts.

I am not a Tim Hortons fan but my children enjoy the smoothies, etc. Every time I go to this particular Tim Hortons the counter ( I'm assuming she's a manager ) is so rude not just to me but everyone. (STOP calling everyone sweetie!!!) I think to myself how horrible it must be to work alongside this person. This paired with the slow service and the drive thru that is always no less than 7 cars long, I am even less of a fan

Never have donuts made after they run out. I am very disappointed with this Tim Hortons, and do not recommend going there for honey crullers, as they have always either made me wait for them to make them, or they refuse to give you them because they are too lazy.

The people here are just completely zoned out pre-order and your sandwich will sit there but the girl will then turn around and walk away and you'll wait another 15 minutes till she hands you your sandwich that's been sitting there the entire time because she couldn't be bothered to ask

worst service I've ever not received! The drive thru moved at the pace of a glacier. So I went in.... only to stare at a staff of 7 .... and be ignored. No coffee for me this morning.... because I have to be somewhere. I'm not a "Google review" person.... but come on Tim Hortons. Do better.

Very inconsistent morning shift is the only ones who can make a coffee or latte correct. This location is closest to my home but it seems it's worth the drive to go to a different location and hope for consistency. 8:26 am the following day and I have burnt bitter espresso and yet again no cinnamon sugar flavoring in ny coffee I've gone the the lengths of asking and paying for an extra flavor shot just to get flavoring in my latte and still it's forgotten. At $5 a pop for a latte it's not worth it anymore. With as much as I go here and get lattes I can buy my own nespresso and make my own. It's sad for the few good ppl they have the bad ones ruin it for everyone.

Going downhill slowly. Getting worse and worse as time goes on. Standing around for almost 15 minutes for 2 cups of coffee I can't tell you how many times I've been in the men's room and there's no toilet paper. I guess I'm going to have to start checking instead of assuming.. The wait time together with the inconvenience of having to ask for toilet paper sometimes after I've already gone is ridiculous

Employees are incredibly rude. I’ve brought my dogs to pickup my orders multiple times with no issues. This time I went, I was in there for at least 5 minutes with my dogs when I was verbally attacked by 2 employees and this is after multiple employees commented on how cute the pups were as if having them in there wasn’t a problem. The 2 employees that attacked me could have kindly informed me that dogs are not permitted inside but instead I was rudely informed with “ma’am dogs are not allowed in here it’s a heath code violation you need to get out now!!!” as she rolls her eyes at me walk away a screams to the other employees asking who took my order. Disgustingly unprofessional. Never again will I go to this location. Some serious retraining needs happening here

We passed by around 7pm to get a coffee and tuna sandwich to this store. The coffee was cold and we gave it back and told the front staff that it's cold. Then they give us a new one which is just a bit warm. We drink coffee from Tims everyday and this is thr wirs coffee we ever have. The tuna sandwich had very thin filling and was just put in the middle of the bread and the bread is very chewy. I asked thme on why it's not toasted, they said that I should have asked when I ordered. I think it should have been offered at least asked if we want it to be toasted. I thought it was a default to be toasted as we got the same tuna sandwich in another location and they served it toasted. The bread is not fresh at all..I thought Tim's have the same standard. The owner I think should train the staff better, especially customer service.

We walked in waiting in line for the most part normal, ordering and having it ready back to us to make sure it was good. Just for it to come out covered in grease and the order not correct what so ever, didn't want an egg and the breakfast sandwich it came with an egg wanted a turkey bacon clubs without tomato and cheese and they didn't give me turkey just break mayo lettuce and 2 strips of ball up bacon, kinda pathetic, I don't understand how you can mess it up. I would understand if it was busy but from what I usually notice it was a more relaxed day... The worse part about it is there really no making it right like y'all "want" to do. It ruined the day already I can't go back in time to make that sit down better, I was with my wife and we sat there and decided to go in for once and sat there order for 10+ mins having our order re-read to us not once, twice but 3 times and still having it come messed up I didn't even being up the fact that you guys messed up my wife's order as well with that nasty egg on the breakfast sandwich. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for it off and even recently double asked for it off while order the meal and right before I'm done ordering and 80% of the time it still has the egg on it. I don't understand how it's harder to not put an item on it. This has been going on for idk how long at least 2-3 years and still hasn't gotten better. Like it's cool and all you want to try and fix it but what you'll "fix" it by giving me that meal again for the chance of it getting messed up again or the money back just to hope the meal comes out correct again, just fix it by having ppl do the correct order I usually don't complain but the amount of times it happened to me and my friend/family that also goes here, is getting sad, honestly if you have the extra time/gas the one up in Fredonia does better at getting your order correct

Absolutely the worst service I’ve had at an Tim hortans both times I went here, they have 10 employees walking around clueless and doing nothing while one person runs the counter trying to do everything, the drive threw will be empty and maybe one other person in the store and you will be waiting 15+ mins to even have your order taken it’s ridiculous, then after waiting all that time they not once got the order right

Been here at 3 various occasions, not busy either time. First time- coffee order wrong, no meat on sandwich, pushy staff. Second time-- the manager at the drive-thru was hovering over worker telling her she wasn't moving fast enough, I was getting my $$ ready and I was told to hurry up. Today, I ordered a #6 with a coffee; added another sandwich and was asked if I would like to make it a meal, I agreed but wanted lemonade with combo. When I got to the window I paid, but was handed just the lemonade, no coffee. When I questioned where's my coffee for the other combo meal, I was told I had to pay for the coffee AGAIN. I heard another worker ask cashier about my hashbrown--they said I wasn't going to get it. So I pulled around checked my order--2 sandwiches, one hashbrown and both drinks. I parked went in for the rest of my overcharged breakfast and they questioned me telling me I didn't order it. I understand up selling... Three times I have gone there, mistakes made all three times. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. What's up with giving a customer 1 napkin for multiple combo orders when going through drive-thru and it is usually right next to the greasy hashbrown so it doesn't help at all. C'mon T-Ho's you can do better.

I walked in T 1 am nobody addressed me for 10 min. And that was to yell me the lobby is closed only drive thru. They suggested i walk thru the drive thru. They need to keep their doors locked if they are closed. Im startin to like 7-11 coffee at 1am. The hotspot on 3rd has great coffee for you normal hour people. I wont be back to the timmy hos in the squre.

This location completely ignores their clients! Arrived at 8:49 PM Saturday evening. I was ignored by a young female employee, while she was handing out free food to her two friends who came into visit her during her shift. I inquired about the age of the donuts that were randomly piled in a front showcase along with “donut holes” that were crammed into 3 boxes within the showcase from another employee who finely decided to take my order, he said that he had no idea. My son and I decided to leave at that point.
