Great music and location! Absolutely packed on the weekends like most other bars on 6th on a Friday/Saturday night. The bathrooms are clean, security out front is efficient and the line moves fast. Great service especially from the bartender Nay Nay! She made me and my friends feel welcome and taken care of.

Came out tonight to POP for Savage Tuesday and had an amazing time. I knew my limit and decided to grab some food! Omg the Boss Nachos are the bomb!!!! The service from everyone was top notch!!! Can’t wait to go again, was my first time there!!!! Love everyone there! Oh and I can’t forget about the amazing DJ there tonight Frank White!!!! If you ain’t Popped into Pop then you’re missing out !!! Frfr

Zach and Mechelle are the best! Very attentive and will make sure you feel welcomed. Love this place and the overall atmosphere that is brought. Would definitely make sure you add this to your list of places to stop if in Austin. The one and only place to get a hookah experience and ABSOLUTELY love that there are so many flavor options.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pop tonight. I come here regularly with my friends and spend a lot of money, which made this situation even more frustrating. My boyfriend fell twice while we were there, and instead of staff showing concern or offering help, the bottle girls became extremely aggressive. They were yelling at me to “get out” and saying we were “kicked out” while I was trying to help him up, which caused a much bigger scene than necessary. They then called security to remove us rather than trying to de-escalate the situation. The behavior was incredibly nasty, rude, and unprofessional. I expected much better from a place I frequent and support.

I’m never coming back here. The gm/bartender is extremely rude and in addition to being a complete jerk to me over a misunderstanding, he repeatedly misgendered my partner even though I corrected him at least a couple of times. I don’t care if you spend your money here, but I always like to give queer people a heads up when I encounter service like what I just experienced ✌🏾

How are you an “upscale” bar/club and you don’t have a single fully functional stall in the woman’s restroom. Poorly managed

I went last night! Payed basically $1000 between 3 bottles and hookah. I was in a personal section. They literally kicked me out my sections because someone else offered more money? How is that even possible? I was literally was forced to leave. I had 3 full bottles. A hookah that I had for 20 minutes. The most unprofessional environment I have ever ever ever witnessed.
