A small shop worth the detour. Located in the Paseo de la Lilas shopping center. Two small tables to enjoy on-site. Not for the decor, but for the selection of pastries, cakes, quiches, and ice creams, letting yourself be guided by the intoxicating aromas of the place. Even the white chocolate Florentines are enough to become addictive. Everything is produced on-site. Unfortunately, the gluten-free options are very limited. Too bad.

I bought a cinnamon roll with walnuts and chocolate, and two vanilla and chocolate shells. Although I was told the bread was from the day before, I thought they tasted fresh and delicious. As for the flavor, I have to say they're really good. - In addition to sweet and savory bread, buñuelos (fritters), cookies, and cakes, you'll find other products like drinks, sauces, cereals, and mayonnaise, to name a few. - It's a small place with a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. - Suitable for going with children. - They have a couple of tables and chairs inside for eating. - They accept some credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash. - If you have reduced mobility and/or use a wheelchair, be aware that access and movement within the store is easy to get in, but difficult once inside, as the space is very small. - The place needs cleaning in the tray area and organization at the checkout. - The service was good. - The service was fast. - I'm sharing a photo with their hours of operation. - The bakery is located inside a plaza, so parking is there. It's paid parking. - There are some areas where they could improve.

The rolls are now made very small and they use honey instead of powdered sugar to reduce costs, but they still cost the same. They also don't add as much cinnamon or nuts anymore; it looks more like plain bread.

I hadn't been there in about four months. Yesterday, I went specifically for vanilla conchas since I'm a huge fan. To my surprise, besides being much smaller than before, the flavor wasn't the same. They were hard, dry, and tasted like any other concha. I don't know if there was a change in recipe, ingredients, or baker, but they definitely weren't the same as before. The service has always been bad; the young women who work there are always in a bad mood, and yesterday was no exception. The person who was there not only didn't return my greeting but also made me wait a long time while she finished arranging some items before taking my order. She just said, "Excuse me." What a disappointment to go all the way to Lilas for dry, hard conchas. Save your money and try something else...

The matcha is delicious, but the service from the cashier and so-called barista is AWFUL. It's like she's doing you a favor, not doing her job. Every time I come, the service is HORRIBLE; she even throws the receipt at you, and reluctantly at that. It's a shame that a place that could be a 10 is only a 3 because of the customer service.

The products are good, but it's not the first time I've ordered something online and they deliver something tiny. A cake that costs 450 euros, "supposedly medium," and when you arrive, it's limited to four people. On top of that, when you tell them, they get defensive and say they "don't have control of the website." The customer service is terrible, and they're all about trying to get in your face. VERY BAD. It's not worth it, not even for the product, much less for the service.
