SoulEdge: Excellent Execution in Service.. Dine in & ordered a Serafina Cheeseburger. It comes with fries. Nadyia who was very patient me. Hat's off for her excellent service. The two patty burgers were well grilled & buns cooked perfectly giving it that extra crisp. Lets not forget the abundance of fries. Let me say its hard to find a perfectly well cooked burger these days. All in All, excellent. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Serafina is an excellent choice for those craving delicious italian food. We have been there a few times over the past years, and it never disappoints. Their menu is varied but I'd say go for the Cacio & Pepe that they make right next to ypur table, inside the large piece of parmesan cheese. This last time we had pizza, meatballs and shrimp limoncello. Service is good, and so is the environment.

My family and I went to Serafina Miami for Mother’s Day lunch, and it was amazing! Serafina is located in Aventura mall. Serafina has a modern Italian waterfront ambience with bright colors. I highly recommend making reservations because Serafina does get crowded. Our waiter was great; he helped us navigate through the menu and accommodated all of our needs. The food was amazing, and the portions were huge. My favorite was the shrimp salad and rigatoni pasta which were packed with flavor paired well with their focaccia bread, and filling. Serafina also has a great buffet brunch that I cannot wait to try so I definitely will be returning.

Absolutely blown away by Serafina! From start to finish, the entire dining experience was outstanding. The service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable—our server made sure everything was perfect and timed beautifully. The food? Next level. We started with their focaccia, which was fresh, golden, and seasoned just right. But the real highlight was the pasta—some of the best I’ve ever had. The creamy cacio e pepe was rich and comforting, while the penne alla vodka with sausage had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. Watching the pasta being finished inside the Parmigiano wheel was the cherry on top—pure Italian magic. The vibe is upscale but relaxed, with a gorgeous patio that makes you want to sit and stay a while. If you’re craving high-quality Italian cuisine with exceptional service, Serafina delivers. I can’t wait to come back!

So many options to choose from and I’m so glad to have decided on this place! Alana, our bartender and waitress brought that 5star service! Wifee had the shrimp and lobster caccio e pepe in the cheese wheel! WOW!!!!! I did the salmon which was perfectly prepared. The drink was a cocktail Alana thought of especially for my queen! I went to Serafina last Monday and had a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess was welcoming and attentive, and our server Sebastian really made the night special — he guided us through the menu and recommended excellent off-menu dishes, especially the ribeye with risotto. Everything was delicious and the service felt genuine and professional. Next time I’m at the mall I’ll definitely stop by again!

We had such a wonderful experience at Serafina! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made our night special was the incredible service. Our waiter Sebastian was attentive, kind, and so professional. Such a fun atmosphere. The food was phenomenal, and the service was even better. Sebastian was amazing. Ask for him if you go! Also women, check out the large stall in the women’s bathroom before you go! You can tell the restaurant owners have a great sense of humor, and excellent taste. Of the restaurants we have stopped at over our long weekend in Aventura, this was our fav!

Before coming here, I had read reviews about this place, and noticed many people enjoyed service with Sebastian. I asked myself, what are the chances my partner and I get him tonight as our server? Well we went, and without asking, Sebastian was our server. The food was fantastic - but the five stars goes straight to Sebastian. He was absolutely fantastic and took great care of us. Service was so-so, food was over cooked and over-priced. This is a restaurant in a mall with Brickell prices. There are many other options in the area, stay away!

The buy 1 get 1 Caio e Pepe on Uber eats is a rip off as it seemed they split 1 serving in half between two containers - see attached photo. The spaghetti also wasn’t cooked through as some were still hard and needed a few minutes more to cook. Would never recommend or return.

The one we got, was not well trained, we asked him to pace out the meal. He did not. Brought the 1st dish, disappeared. We asked the Manager (who was more focused on the hostess) for pepper, Manager brought the pepper and put it on the table..no service at all. Told the waiter we were celebrating a birthday, they brought a sad scoop of ice cream. We asked for the check, then the waiter brought the desert menu. Just awful. We were dying to get out! The best service was from the bus boy who was friendly and helpful. Won't go back again. Too many other options in the mall and the abbey for this experience - and its not like they are inexpensive.
