This KFC is the best KFC I've ever seen. Very very clean big this is something I expect out of town but this is here in Long Island really really nice workers were great service was fast and the food was good fries are a little salty outside of that everything was good

KFC has gotten way better over the years I believe with not having so much salt and grease in their food. The grilled chicken is really good when it's fresh cooked, and the mac n cheese bowl is sooo good!

Staff is good and they usualy get your order correct however. some days the chicken seems a bit dry and rewarmed

Their chicken is freshly cooked, all the time! But they need to put more light post around the back. Sooo dark back there!

I ordered the barbecue wings, and they didn't have enough for my order so they offered to add their tenders to complete my order. That was great however when I got the order they didn't put any sauce on any of the chicken. I left the drive-thru, got a block away and decided to check my order. I had to come back and get the sauce added. Which was an inconvenience. Check your orders completely, it saves time.

The dining room is open. This place has always been pretty clean. Never had an issue with the quality of their food. You can use EBT cards here. Cash for hot food and foodstamps are accepted for cake, sodas etc.

Went in as they were locking inside doors to only serve drive thru. Let me eat inside, got 2 piece white (breast) one was Delicious the 2nd was bad. Told the guy he just said sorry. I said it was ok as I now lost my taste for another piece.

They raised the price on everything and the taste is not the same. Maybe it was just me we don't all have the same taste buds

This location used to be a co-branded KFC / Long John Silver's restaurant, but it has since reverted to KFC-only. Since I was going only for the LJS side of the restaurant, I won't be back. However, the food is what you would expect for the KFC fast food chain. Service is okay but some of their customers may be unruly at times.

It, wasn't the best food that I've ever eaten but it was ok. I, can't say that I'll be going back there anytime soon.

The chicken here barely has the special seasoning of kfc on it. It taste like regular fried chicken. They must be cutting back on the flavor again.

I love the idea of fill-ups. I hate not being able to swap out coleslaw for something else. So two containers of mashed potatoes, small container of gravy, coleslaw, biscuits and of course a bucket of chicken.

Inconsistent quality. My goto is the original recipe, yet at times it seems the recipe isn't so original. Service is good though.

Food - want as hot as can be expected... and no taste. Where's that old school well seasoned (everybody's dying to get the recipe) ???? Not sure I'm eating at KFC anymore.

With the unfortunate closings of Boston Market restaurants and take out, the craving for a chicken meal left is only with KFC. We got the 6 piece meal 2 thighs , 2 drum sticks, I breast and 1 wing. The chicken was good. But a bit salty for our taste. There were 2 small sides available with each 3 pieces of chicken. The coleslaw was EXCELLENT. The mac and cheese as tolerable. The biscuits were a waste of calories. The server could not speak or understand English very well. A very sweet, kind 'older' woman stepped in and saved the day. I actually went back and bought a large coleslaw it was so good. The whole meal was pricy and not very healthy. Where oh where did my Boston Market go?!!

The drive thru was overgrown with shrubs, kinda creepy! Full of debris too. I wasn't even sure I was in the right place! I closed my windows until I got to the pick up window. 😳

Very unhelpful front staff. Very snappy and like hurry and leave kinds behavior. I will be taking my business to Popeyes

Thought this was fast food? Over 30 mins to get my food with 1 person in front of me. Also getting very expensive for chicken!

They put pickles on a BBQ chicken sandwich and then proceeded to scold me like I'm 5 for not telling them to not put pickles on it. I don't know anyone who puts pickles on chicken sandwiches. Even the guy next to me was confused. Do not ever speak to customers like their children. I had no idea they did that. There is no signage stating they put pickles on their chicken sandwiches. I've ordered chicken sandwiches many times from KFC and have never seen a single pickle.

They could do better. I've been to the one in Hempstead and they are better when I touch the bun it's not oil on the top.

I come to pick up and make me drive around 3 times supposedly waiting for fries. Ended been lies. I don’t mind waiting for the food. But don’t lie. Does not look good. Be honest with the people.

Tried to give me dried out fries, cook got upset when I asked for fresh hot fries. I was not given any gravy for my mash potatoes. Chicken was way too salty and soggy.

A chicken restaurant that doesn’t have chicken. Third time I have gone in to find out that they were either out of white meat chicken or did not have some piece (wing, leg,etc.). Last visit no white meat at all. This time no wings….how do they stay in business it they don’t have the main thing that they sell??? The counter help is also amazingly slow.

Went through the drive-through, and when I got up to the window, I had to repeat my order to the woman at the window 4 times. Apparently, she couldn't understand me. They forgot to give me the drinks with the meals I ordered, and when I told them, they tried to charge me for the drinks. Not a good experience

The staff they have does not know how to serve or thank you or good morning, and they have a bad character if they cannot serve people because they are there🤷🏻‍♀️

Literally just ordered 32$ worth of food at the drive thru, 1: I get home and don’t have the full order, then 2: what I did order for myself and my child was not even edible, to literally almost break a tooth on a chicken little because it’s entirely too damn hard & extremely old.. what even is the point in going back to complain? I get it, there are ins and outs of the fast food industry, trying to sell everything, waste nothing.. but come on.. treat the food how you’d want to eat yours. I’m so irritated, clearly this is the reason why there aren’t many kfc’s around anymore.. you guys are slacking, level up your employees.. or shut the franchise down. If I could give a 0 I would.. 👎🏾

Worst experience ever. Manager rude when answering drive thru order. Was not pleasant to customer, should learn how to interact kindly and take a customer service class. Only pleasant person was the cashier who attended to us.

I recently visited the KFC in Baldwin On Grand ave. I have to say it will probably be the last time i ever eat there, we both ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 very small sides and a drink each and the bill came out to over $26. but thats not all the chicken was so full of grease you could have used it to fry chicken cutlets not enjoyable at all and wound up not feeling well afterwards so if you do visit this place ask for extra napkins to wrap the chicken pieces in to absorb the oil the chicken is fried in.

Simply awful, over cooked everything ! Bland and way to greasy. The corn was more of a brown color than yellow. The coleslaw had no taste whatsoever, and the biscuits tasted like wallpaper paste. All of this sheer dining pleasure, and at a premium price!

The food was not fully cooked and I went back in with a calm attitude hoping they change it or fix it even get my money back but I did not get a refund and the gave me more chicken again that was raw, I found a hair in my mash potatoes and all the staff had a bad attitude including the manager , I believed they need to take this kfc down or hire a whole new staff

I got the chicken and waffles at this location and it was horrible. The waffle was so hard and dry I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Not sure if it’s the cook or the re-release of it they changed the recipe but I won’t be going back.

The girl at the drive thru window was nasty! The food was to salty and the chocolate chip cookies were heard and not fresh!😠😠Whom ever is cooking the chicken or anything in that restaurant needs to STOP STOP!! I literally waited sitting in the drive thru for like 15 mins and nobody came out to help. I shouted, and went by the window. I saw the workers inside preparing food and ignoring me outside. Never again.

Horrible!! Popcorn chicken that I ordered is chewy and obviously old! The chicken wing looks so tiny, more like a pigeon's wing and of course, no one answers the phone when I called to complain.

Understaffed which probably explains why the staff look like they hate themselves, the customers and the job ,not necessarily in that order.Paid almost 7 bucks for the chicken tenders and fries,the tenders were three strips of fried flour with slivers of chicken in and they forgot to add the fries.They used to serve decent wedges and crispy chicken,now we get this.l foresee this place going out of business soon.Bad food,not worth the price and staffing issues.Pick a struggle KFC

I ordered a pick up for 12 pieces of chicken and was given only 6. It was a drive through so I only realized when we got home. Even the bucket stated was for 6 pieces only. It is a shame

Horrible service ask for original chicken get all the way home they gave me grilled and crispy got back in car drove back only to find out they didnt have original so they decided to put whatever they had in the box reallyyy... if u get food check your order before u leave the drive window make sure it is what u order

I don't mean this to sound racist at all, but I would appreciate if you had a night staff that actually was capable of speaking English. I can't recall the last time I had such difficulty ordering food at a fast-food restaurant.

TheyTold me my food would be ready in 5 mins, had me waiting for atleast 15-20 mins then when I approach the worker about it they totally forgot about my order!!!..... horrible!!!

What has happened to this restaurant?!!! I had never had a bad experience at this establishment; however and most sadly that changed today!!!! From the female that took my order to the male who tossed me my bag full of GREASE. The grease that was all over the bag would’ve maybe given the horrible tasting dry chicken some moisture, maybe even taste. The one star is for the food being hot. The chicken was dry and tasted like they had recooked it several times. Yuck 🤢

Not good communication taking longer for orders

I just ordered a meal for $20. I asked for no legs and I see they charge me a $39 extra for breath and then I get home and I have 3 legs. So I wanna know what did I pay extra for and no one's answering the telephone and the chicken is so sloppy. The meals thrown all over the bag, it's ridiculous.

Terrible service,every Tuesday advertising 8 piece chicken for $10 ,they asked me to wait for 20 minutes at least,I asked for a substitution they said no,I asked for a supervisor I was told they're were none with an attitude. I left went somewhere else I had to feed my 4 year old son, and my 8 year old..I went next Tuesday again, they had no original chicken...whom ever own this KFC keep an eye on it yall loosing customers...

The Manager here during the evening is a wonderful person and cares about her customers and the future of there restaurant location. I wish I had her name to give her Just Reward. Unfortunately our experience with the woman who assisted myself and my brother the last two times I was there chooses to be the void of a sense of urgency and targets us by ensuring the we get the worse old pieces of chicken and sides. She did not know we watched as gave people she was familiar with the freshest pieces and the pieces that were off to the side she intentionally gave to us. Not to mention her customer service is the horrible. She acted as if we disturbed her as she slow strolled from the back of the kitchen and never greeted us or looked at us. The manager corrected the situation the first time but was not there the second time to bare witness. Forgive the errors I was not wearing glasses

3-4 years ago, was clean , organized and friendly but today…costumer service is at least: HORRENDOUS, guy with the beard and headset the rudest guy on the world, he was serving the sides, the poor kid working in the cashier doing what he said to do (beautiful school) of course place completely empty, not even a costumer just me spending $45 for some dry tenders, extra dry Mac and cheese and the ‘thriller crowd’ behind the counter. Of course I encourage all of you to don’t go until they don’t change the staff ( or at least part of it) Let’s go Popeyes!

I went through the drive through and the lady was very rude and didn’t let me sad finish talking and when we got up to the window she shut the door on his face when he was asking for plates to me that’s very disrespectful I wanted to go off on her but I didn’t want any problems so whoever the manger is learn how to be nicer to people and stop thinking about your self

Breaks the law and does not honor prices that are on its menu board, I would not eat there again. When disputing this with the district manager his answer was take him to court, so I will over a whopping $19 and something cents. Pretty said thats their attitude. Even the franchise 800 number agreed with me and said they were wrong but the area manager who speaks for the owner as he says would prefer to break the law

The food here is always bad. I've been to other KFC restaurants and this has to be the worst I've experienced. I decided to try their food within the first hour of them opening and their food was still terrible. The tenders and wedges were dry. It's like they gave me food from the night before. I wish I could rate this place less than 1 stars. If you're driving on Grand Ave just drive further down to Popeyes.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. The cashier was on her cellphone almost the entire time. When I got home, the chicken on my chicken sandwich was pink and the slaw was sour! I threw everything away in fear of food poisoning. I will never return there again and plan on contacting corporate.

Nasty attitude from one of the letter girls who works there, I do not think she understands English, I asked for some ketchup and she look at me and just walk away. 12/20/2024. Time is 8:17 p.m.

If you’re not going to make any more food after midnight, then you shouldn’t be open after midnight. I stopped by the drive through tonight (6/24/18) and the man with the headset was so rude and impatient. He claimed he had no wedges, no chicken tenders and no bbq wings. And then it seemed he was confused because then he said he has bbq wings. We ignored his attitude because we really wanted KFC. After that ordeal was over, we got home maybe 10 minutes later and my sandwich was hard like a rock and so dry I couldn’t eat it. And my partners wings were dried out and it wasn’t bbq, it had dried gook and it tasted awful and weird. The mashed potatoes were fine because I guess they stay nice for hours in a heater. So its like I spent 20$ on mashed potatoes which sucks. I feel sorry for people who work late nights and I’m always polite and apologetic. And I even said thank you and he ignored me with the most annoyed facial expressions. Maybe he was annoyed because we had to take a minute to relook at the menu because everything we wanted wasn’t there??? They need better training on patience and how long to keep food before cooking fresh. Never going back there again.

One of the worst KFC'S around. The family meal ordered was missing one of the sides. The original recipe chicken pieces were soggy in its bucket and the mashed potatoes tasted anything but fresh. Would not go to the Baldwin KFC ever again. Totally turned off by this experience.

Rudeness is a prerequisite to work here. Every single person I've ever interacted with has an attitude, rolling necks and eyes when you ask for sauce (when they gave none) or utensils or no ice. If you try to be nice and take the high road to ask them how their day is going, they will act like they didn't hear you lol. Enjoy!

They will literally (not figuratively) get your order wrong half the time. It's honestly ridiculous. ALWAYS check your order before you leave. They will try to give you Cole slaw for one of your sides no matter what you order. It happens to me way too often to be a coincidence.

Worst customer experience ever. The guy worker there got my order all wrong. I didn't realize till I got home. He had an extremely ghetto attitude and should not work in fast food/retail or any place he must deal with people. The worst !!!

VERY RUDE. I decided to stop at KFC to get some food before getting home with the family. I entered the restaurant by myself leaving the rest of the family in the car. The restaurant was pretty empty, except for maybe a couple of people dining in. I approached the cashier and placed my order. While I was paying the cashier I told her what Part of the chicken that I wanted. She told the worker who was filling up the bucket and she looked at me and SUCKED her teeth and shoved the food in the bucket. Not only she sucked her teeth, she had a very nasty attitude. At this point I'm standing there wondering what just happened. The cashier just looked at me with this puzzled look on her face and I received no apology from the woman preparing my order. I'm deeply offended that someone can treat me, a paying customer, that way. This was rude and uncalled for. I would like to think perhaps she was just having a bad moment, and that this doesn't happen often. Because that is no way to treat your customers. I hope KFC trained their employees better. I left the store quiet because I had just come from church and didn't want to raise a ruckus. But if this had happened to anyone else, I'm pretty sure the cops would have been involved.

I used to go there ALL the time, because there aren’t a lot of KFC’s that still have the Honey BBQ wings. Anyway this one particular afternoon I went there. And ordered a 12 piece honey bbq wings etc. I get home and the chicken was COLD. And it looked like they just put cold chicken in a little bucket and poured the honey bbq sauce on the a portion of the chicken.... I was livid. The staff HAS to do better!

Here’s the real difference between KFC in New York and KFC in Baku: in New York it tastes like they’re frying it in 10W‑40 engine oil, while in Baku they’re using actual sunflower oil.

I went to make a purchase at the drive-thru today, and the cashier, Priya (she looks Indian), I could see her name on the receipt, seemed like she didn't like her job. The service was terrible, and she practically threw the food at me. With people like that, you don't feel like going back to KFC

Had to drive back to the restaurant because they forgot to add a meal that was ordered and payed for. They wouldn't answer their phone. The 1st time I called they picked up and hung up, they wouldn't even pick up after that. Came back to the restaurant after getting home at this point starving because it was 2pm and I didn't even have breakfast and they didn't even compensate with extra sauce 😒

Let's begin... I do not care about an atmosphere, when the service is horrible. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. They are rude. And I even had a run-in with a staffer for being extremely rude to me. In which the manager showed no support. They are, in no way gracious towards patronage. After a third bad experience, I've chosen to no longer stop there. I'LL STARVE!!

I ordered the original fried chicken with mashed potatoes no gravy. When I received my order, it was crispy with gravy. So I got a new one after getting a refund. Thankfully the chicken was right this time, but once again, the mashed potatoes had gravy. Not recommended

What a horrible experience. The app doesn't give you the option to choose crispy & original chicken. The manage Adriana was so nasty and rude when mu husband asked politely to do that for his pregnant wife. Imagine paying for food and being treated like this. Adriana was yelling at him and said NO can't do it. It's sad that this day and age people treat others like this. She needs to work in a different field. When you work with people, you have to be more understanding & willing to help the paying customer. I am disgusted and disappointed with this service and the Manager Adriana. When you know better you do better‼️‼️‼️

This place is terrible. I ordered the 4 piece and the chicken tasted as if it was cooked yesterday. The fries were cold and all tasted greasy. I gave this awful place a second chance but now I see why most folks are going to Popeyes down the street. This place close its doors . To the Baldwin and Freeport community don’t go there it is terrible

I ordered a 4 piece meal and a wrap. However they sent me a note inside the bag stating sorry we don't sell wraps anymore. Yet they charged my card $35 and some charged. I have been calling them and no one is answering. I for sure will not be ordering anything from that particular store!
