I generally go to a different checkers which is AMAZING... their food is always fresh the tenders are usually juicy and hot... so I went with high expectations thinking Checkers are all the same... apparently not. The tenders were dry and the fries were warm.

The workers need retraining on what condiments are, it's bad enough a received a burger with a speck of ketchup. This is definitely the last time I buy from here

The last few times I've been to this Checkers the food was not that great and the service is very slow for fast food. The Buffalo wings were very dry with bearly any sauce. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was not fresh. Very dry and cold like it was sitting for a while. The soda was watery like the machine was out of syrup and fresh fries were cold too. Had to sit at Drive thru window and wait about five minutes for my food which is long for fast food. I didn't mind because I thought they were making it fresh until I realized it was not fresh. Old and cold.

Ordered threw uber and canceled under a minute for a $40 order, thy charged me 37 for cancelation and said they already started the order , so they charge full price and won't deliver the food? If it's full price for cancelation its not canceled and yall just stole money from me

I eat here very often. Yesterday I had purchased the spicy chicken sandwich, meal deal, and two hours after that I was vomiting and have been sick..

I have ordered through drive through and the app. Unfortunately, it is constant that I have to go back to the restrant on Fulton or call about a incorrect order. Florida's Checkers is more accurate with completing tickets and presenting delicious food. The Checkers on Fulton in Hempstead also has to worse customer serive. No one wants own up mistakes or compensate for the inconvenience. Instead they would rather gaslight and be condescending. If you want Checkers try others outside of Fulton Ave in Hempstead. Your Tyson Chicken wings and Walmart Bugers are better then their food and service. Disgusted! Read the ticket and tell me if it's what I got. The app is even worse.

Don't ever go to this disgusting Checkers restaurant. There was a long hair in my food. I went back for a refund and the manager which is a older Hispanic woman gave me attitude to refund my money. She didn't apologize almost as if hair in the food is a common occurrence. No one working there is wearing hair nets. What a ashame that Checkers allows this behavior. The health department needs to shut this place down.

Very old grease and I had a meal but for my fries I got funnel cake which was old. Drink was flat like it had been sitting there. I called to get new order they tell me they can't help. Don't go here... Facts!

Took them forever to get my food, they never put cheese unless you ask, burger only had lettuce and the patty, nothing else. By the time I got my order, the cheese in my mozzarella sticks was already dry. Cheese fries don't have too much cheese on them and the fries in general are soggy. Only have one indoor table which is a folding table and they have outside dining too. The place is a mess as well. Fix your restaurant!!

I have visited checkers in 10 differing states and always had a decent meal and service. However this was the worst meal and service ever. Burgers were salty, fries warm, had to send back items that were incorrect not 1 but two times. I mean we were there for 30min in a drive thru in acceptable. If it wasn't 10 at night and we had a 2hr drive ahead of us is if just taken my money and gone somewhere else.

- Place is super small . Only one table to sit indoors. The place had a stronger misty smell . I waited outside for my order . Service was very slow . People would skip . Food was just horrible . This is by far the worst checker spot I have ever been too. Nothing from here even tasted good . I ordered a burger. It was undone and cold by the time I received it . Order fries and they they gave me a very small amount of fries .
