The staff is very polite and attentive. They are thoughtful and really made my quick stop here really easy. This place wasn't busy but the chicken was the best KFC chicken I ever had at any of the restaurants. Crispy outside and juicy inside. I really didn't expect it to be that good having eaten at other KFC's before.

OMG. IM DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN . THEIR CHICKEN IS FRESHLY MADE WHILE YOU WAIT. WAY WORTH THE WAIT. SO CHRIPY ON OUT SIDE TENDER AND JUICEY ON INSIDE. IM FROM LA BUT ID DRIVE DOWN TO BANNING JUST TO GET THE CHICKEN. EMPLOYEES AND SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL. ID RECOMMEND THIS KFC.
This is one of the few KFC’s that has an all you can eat type of buffet in. They have a variety of chickens on the buffet such as original and crispy, and includes the sides as well, it is a very good deal if you love chicken. It is clean the bathrooms aren’t locked so if you need to go you don’t have to go through the hassle of asking the workers to unlock the door for you. Really good KFC right off the freeway to En next to gas stations.
Clean and Well Laid Out - Wheel Chair Accessible and The Buffet was well stocked. I Enjoy stopping here Senior Discount applied I had a pleasant rest and meal before completing My Trip back home.
Food was good and staff was friendly. However, the guest area was a bit dirty. Tables hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. My chair was sticky, like soda had spilled on it once upon a time and was never properly cleaned.
Food very good, a little bit spicy but really good. I've seen after I already ordered that they have a little and interesting buffet. I will try the next time I will be in USA
I came here for the buffet. I remember eating the buffet about 6 years ago. Sad and disappointed that it's gone. They need to bring it back.
A bit below average service asked for a breast. They checked said they had one left. I order and they give it to another customer who came after me I was in 8pm, dining was closing.
We had the nuggets in the east hemet store. They were large. Juicy hot. We had them in banning/beaumont. They were dry small and not good at all. Yep, this is them So sad. A big rip off.

my family went her today and i ordered the 8 tenders for 10$ and the 8 chicken for 10$ extra crisp on the kiosk and when they gave us the food they said they didn't have the tender and gave me another 8 of 10$ chicken bucket and neither of them where extra crispy. plus my chicken was even missing the skin which was even worse
I ordered the chicken pot pie. And yes I get the chicken pot pie that looks like was made yesterday. Crust was all saggy and the chicken wasn’t even warm seriously not going back
Ordered the wings and wedges fan favorite box that’s supposed to come with 10 hot wings got to the window the man at the window said they were short 2 wings and if he can throw in 2 tenders I said it was fine got home opened the box and they stuck reg wing and thigh pieces of chicken in the box not acceptable. Make sure you check your food every time. They mess up my order every time. Nice employees but not accurate. That I started to drive to Yucaipa. They are also rude and give your online order to anyone at the window. I guess that is a sign no more KFC!!!
Horrible staff, 7 people at the dinner rush and no one can seem to get the orders ready like the food is cooked how hard is it to be put in a box, everyone needs new training if you can't put food in a box, cooked food.
The food was okay but it was not what I ordered. I waited a long time and had to repeat my order multiple times. When I finally did get my order it was not what I asked for. Which frustrated me beyond belief because they made me repeat my order multiple times. I won’t be back to this location. Which sucks because it’s local!
I will never go back to the KFC on Ramsey. The chicken was dry, and honestly, I felt like I got the chicken that was sitting out all day. I got the 8 piece chicken with 8 chicken tenders, 3 large sides, and 4 biscuits. I paid $43.10, and the chicken tenders were not in the bag. So I spent my money for nothing. I called them a bunch of times, and no one answered. Also, the place is not busy at all. I wonder if they knew they messed up and didn't answer for that reason. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK!! Also, it looks so dirty, I should have listened to my gut. It definitely was telling me not to buy shit there.
Not a good KFC. They routinely get even the simplest order wrong. I don’t understand what it could be because it seems like there is someone new working here every time. Maybe the managers are bad, who knows? If you do eat here, check every single part of your order before you leave the parking lot. It’s worth taking the time to do this. Eating fast food should not be this aggravating.
