GO IN, DON'T USE THE DRIVE-THRU... it's far better and faster service once you walk in to this location. I used to go to the drive-thru but it would take me over 30 mins to get my food. I made a quick order inside and got my fries in a couple minutes, I was in and out. The staff immediately acknowledged me when I walked-in and let me know that they were going to step away for a sec. The guy at the register called over his coworker to help me as he knew he was going to be occupied with a few cars that pulled up in the drive-thru. The girl who came over was super nice and professional. I asked to use the restroom and they buzzed me in immediately. The restroom could be a little cleaner, but it was fine. Overall, the rest of the restaurant was quite clean and had sweet little flower decorations on some of the tables. Parking is a bit tight at this location so I try to park in a spot where I'll have a clear view behind me when I leave.

It's better than your average jack in the box, but still not perfect. They've messed up my order a few times but always made right by me. Haven't ran into any unfriendly employees so that's a plus. Even though, I still make it a habit of checking all my items are there and that the fries are not old. Hope this helps,

Dinning room was a bit dirty. Drive thru was busy, they had no hot sauce and the only drinks working was diet dr pepper, orange, lemonade and diet coke:( wanted a refund for drink boy said he can't do that. He tasted the lemonade said it was good ...to me tasted like water...tacos were good though.

Nightmare, no onion rings, no large fry containers guy tells me when I try that route. No cheesecake. All of this told after I placed my order and got to the drive Thur window to pay. Then TACOS so under cooked inedible when I drive 2 miles home.. Sadly I left this same review on the wrong jack site earlier. Kid at window tried to blame a coworker even though I wasn't upset, for not telling me when I ordered BUT it was him. Won't be back. Do better. Your star reviews are bad, wonder why? Ownership must not care much. Sad as I just moved to the area.

They're always messing my order up. I can tell you it's not just a fluke. It's been the last five time's they shouldn't have that many problem.i I could only imagine how many quarters they messed up a day make you really wonder. It's not like I place a special order. I just order very simply something off of the regular menu. Or sometimes I pre-order. And with the pre-order you would think that they would have enough time to figure it out but they still get it wrong then you have to go through the line again and wait so your food gets cold or you can choose to go home and come back out another time which that defeats the whole aspect of you pulling and getting what you want. Very very annoying for the loss of time and frustration that they give I don't know I think that they should be giving some kind of free something or coupons or I don't know, to compensate for ones time and and for the inconvenience.

Walked in and stood at counter for over 30sec with 3 employees standing there and not 1 acknowledged me then when 1 did all they said was what can I get for you. 2 of the 3 had team leader on their badges very unacceptable customer service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! What used to be the best Jack in town is now becoming one of the worst. Lately, this location is pulling every car around and having everyone wait. Why have a drive-thru if you're going to park everyone. When I did get my food, my chicken was dry & stale... This location used to be decent, but not anymore. Hopefully, this saves someone else from wasting their time.
