Un hermoso lugar en medio del Barrio Gótico para disfrutar de cóckteles únicos. El diseño junto a la atmósfera del espacio es único y realmente invita a disfrutar de la noche en Barcelona. El servicio excelente! Muy atentos y dispuestos a explicarte con detalle su oferta y cómo elegir dependiendo tus gustos. Nos hubiéramos quedado a seguir disfrutando si no fuera porque las banquetas donde nos tocó eran un poco incómodas 🤣 (recomiendo ir temprano).

Por fin pudimos probar este bar después de mucho tiempo. Fuimos martes por la noche y tuvimos la suerte de no hacer cola. Destacar la atención al cliente desde la entrada, la explicación del funcionamiento de la carta y hasta que sales del local. Los sabores de cada coctel os sorprenderán por lo que hay que elegir bien si eres muy particular con los sabores. El precio medio de cada coctel es de 15€ con alcohol y hay opciones sin lo cual se agradece. Definitivamente volvería para probar más cocteles.

Excelente lugar, una experiencia diferente en cocteles por su mixologia con los destilados, también la amabilidad y buena atención del personal muy recomendado, y ni hablar de la esencia del local que conserva una estética del barrio gótico.

Hace unos días fui a tomarme unos drinks con dos amigas y nos lo pasamos muy bien, los tragos están muy bien, recomendaría algunos pero eran tan buenos que olvide los nombres, había uno medio tropical exquisito. Te atienden muy bien, el portero otro nivel, un carisma de otro planeta, nos hizo muy amena la espera, Román, romántico, el último 10 de las puertas, ya quisiera San Pedro tener ese dominio. Sinceramente ha sido una experiencia que nos ha sorprendido, no teníamos referencias sobre los cócteles que nos recomendaban y no conocíamos la mayoría de los ingredientes y hemos alucinado con el resultado, una delicia para el paladar, tragos buenos y ricos. Muy recomendable

Los cócteles estuvieron muy buenos, al igual que la atmósfera del lugar, pero quiero reconocer el servicio de nuestra bar-tender Almudena. A pesar de la hora a la que llegamos (cerca de la 1am) Almudena, al igual que el resto del staff, nos atendió con muy buenos ánimos; nos explicó el concepto del bar y nos ofreció un servicio excelente durante el rato que estuvimos. También nos habló de otro establecimiento que tienen y definitivamente lo visitaremos si alguna vez regresamos a Barcelona. Fue muy atenta y servicial.

Wow, what a bar. The concept is great and drinks are amazing. The expression 'simple things done right, stand out' (I know mixology isn't simple) but they made it seem so. From one of the warmest welcomes I have had, to having decent small talk with creator of drinks. As a bourbon drinker I had two amazing, different cocktails. Our creator of drinks was Stefano (I believe, pony tailed chap, some serious bar skills) Highly recommend if you are visiting Barcelona. **Note** food not graded as I didn't eat at the establishment.

What a vibe! Super friendly service. We waited maybe 5 mins for a table around 10pm, was a bigger line by the time we left at 11pm. Drinks are SO creative. Loved the mapping system where you pick two flavors and then map to the drink that matches. We all loved our choices and enjoyed the atmosphere while there. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Stravinsky was a highlight of our visit to Barcelona. The service was out of this world - friendly, timely, and explained the menu in detail. The menu itself is really special and represents the stars and how each cocktail lines up depending on what you prefer. The whole experience was quirky - vials and bubbling fixtures, along with the humor throughout. We went twice - one of the only bars we did this - and sat once upstairs and once at the bar. Highly recommend this spot and it deserved every award and then some for its unique experience amongst a huge competitive market in Barcelona.

Drinks and a show! First of all, the cocktails were ridiculously good. You get a lovely explanation from your cocktail server about the different types of beverages and it really helps to guide your decision. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The cocktails are delicious and I have to say I loved them mixed all of plate. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar or above the bar overlooking it so we can watch the drinks being made. It really is a wonderful show!

Amazing cocktail bar. The menu is a bit overwhelming as there are so many interesting options, the flavor map is a great way to explore the menu. We tried a bunch of things and enjoyed them all. Their version of a martini had a super funky, cheesy flavor. My favorite was the drink with whiskey washed with foi gras, to die. The bartenders are awesome and the vibes are fun and chatty

This spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list really does live up to the hype!!! The menu is creative in a way that feels a little mad scientists experiment and honestly, it works! I ordered the Sharing Angel and was shocked by how good it was. The finish actually tastes like foie gras, which sounds wild, but it’s incredible. Their twist on an old fashioned is seriously MIND BLOWING! Then I tried the Coffee Break. It has the vibe of an espresso martini without the espresso/caffeine, and it was so smooth and easy to drink. Everything was impressive, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for cocktails of this level. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend!

If Dr. Frankenstein opened a cocktail bar in his lab, it would be like Dr. Stravinsky in Barcelona. The bar is littered with laboratory equipment and bottles you've never seen before. The same goes for the menu, which contains cocktails that just seem mad, even if they are sometimes inspired by classics. Extra credit for a flavor map of the cocktails! We tried a Manhattan, but of course it contained a fat washed Bacardi from rye whiskey barrels, their own Amargo Rojo, and was finished with tobacco perfume. It was delicious, so we realized that this is not the place for classics; you just have to let the madness wash over you. Which a Cheese Knees proved, with gin, smoky whiskey, and a syrup of ginger and goat cheese(!), with apple, bee pollen, and licorice. The service was friendly, and they really tried hard to make sure you got drinks you'd enjoy. This isn't for everyone, but we can't wait to go back! 🥃😍

Went there with a friend and we only waited 5-10mins. Went during a weekday so it wasn’t too long of a line. The staff were very nice and we chose a very nice seating at the second floor. Our server Rafael described the drink menu every well, the menu itself was also very creative and shows all the different types of drinks flavor very clearly. Overall great experience and the snacks were also great to go with the drinks.

Love this place for two specific reasons: 1. All ingredients are made in-house. No third party or mass produced flavors or syrups syrups 2. Simplistic approach to the menu. The taste profile map is so useful to understand what each cocktail tastes like. Check the picture. Honestly, I believe Dr Stravinsky belongs to the top 10 in the world along with Sips and Paradiso. Check it out if you are going to Barcelona. You'll thank me :)

By far the best drinks so far! No surprise for a place on the world’s top 50 bars (previously). We love their menu with the mapping of different flavors. The decor is pretty cool with bottles labeled with the Stravinsky logo and the additional seating area being completely surrounded by the bottles herbs. All ingredients are house made!! Even the chips were delicious.

The way they present the drinks is fantastic (the drinks menu), choosing your drink is very intuitive! I’ve been about times already, and will keep going as long as I’m living in Barcelona!

Went on a Monday ~5pm and waited ~10min outside before they let us in. Space was pretty empty, but there’s only two staff working. We got a table for 5 upstairs. The space feels like your stepping into a different time period. It’s a wonderful view at the top overlooking the bar. Menu has a flavour map to help you choose one of their unique cocktails. We tried 7 cocktails mostly from their seasonal menu and liked maybe 2 of them. The flavours are quite complex, strong, and unique. The umami profile is more on the blue cheese spectrum than Asian umami. Exquisite presentation and still fun to try. But if it sounds like a weird pairing, it will probably taste as such. The cocktail itself is well executed and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. I’d definitely go back though. It has the unexpected je ne sais quoi.

I had an overall lovely time at Dr. Stravinsky. After reading all the reviews I was excited to try some lovely cocktails in a great environment. I went as a solo traveller on a Friday evening and was able to get a seat immediately. The place was busy but there were a few empty seats. I absolutely loved the whole atmosphere of the place. From the decor to the menu to the outfits worn by the workers. It was amazing. The drinks I chose were fantastic as well. Very unique and interesting drinks that made me want to try everything, but had to limit myself of course. This isn't your run of the mill cocktail bar. The bartenders were also knowledgeable and will give you good recommendations. My night was going perfectly well until I was ordering my second drink. As I was looking at the menu (for no longer than 2 minutes) one of the bartenders/waiters came up to me to ask for the menu. I was still looking at the menu as it is quite in depth, and said so. This led to a really weird interaction where the bartender wouldn't take no for an answer and was insistent on taking the menu, saying that a new table needed it. We were essentially in a standoff. As a paying customer, this made me feel really weird. I am at your establishment trying to choose a drink, and you want to take the menu from me? This is a very popular bar, not at full capacity, and you're saying you don't have enough menus to go around? That makes absolutely no sense and left a very sour taste in my mouth. There were other patrons in the bar as well who likely had a menu. Why did you not ask any of them for their menu? It left me and a couple of others around me confused as to what just happened. The female bartender came in to save the day, seeing what was happening and asked (in a nicer tone) to take the menu and gave me a few options (which were excellent) Overall I had a good experience here. Fantastic drinks, fantastic atmosphere, with great service from some and weird service from others.

The place is quite small — in my opinion, it’s best suited for a maximum of two people and works well as a pre-drinks spot. It’s definitely worth visiting for the experience; the cocktail selection is rich and the service was warm and attentive. We appreciated that the waiter took the time to walk us through the menu before ordering, and the atmosphere inside was very nice. However, it’s not really a place where you’d sit for long hours. Still, I’d recommend giving it a try for the experience.

The atmosphere of the place is really amazing. However I didn’t have the best experience there. They changed our table 3 times, each time taking us to a more uncomfortable table. The cocktails were good, but not different to the other cocktails places. They also did not have any appetizers available at the time we tried to order, the only thing available were olives.
