I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Terrible service, I have to go somewhere else.

Door locked early, sign says dining room hours open to 10, walked up at 9:40. Lazy staff wanting to sit in the eating area giving me looks like im the one in the wrong. 2/2/26

First, the staff was courteous and accommodating. They were great. However, unfortunately I cannot give more than one star due to the two homeless men who came in a laid out on the seating for 6 people. 1 man per seating section. Had to sit around the corner in an uncomfortable seat. The homeless people did not buy anything and stared at the paying customers. The condiments section was bare and there were highly manage locked bathrooms- not because the staff is inefficient - the staff clearly cares about the customers. This is due to the derelicts affecting this particular location. The staff cannot deal with this uncomfortable situation. Many years ago, I use to live in the area and visited this location. Wow things have changed drastically. I hope the staff keeps their head up and keeps doing their best. The situation with non-paying visitors really needs a solution. Very sad to witness.

The door is locked when they are posted to be opened at 7am. And the cashier is telling me to order of drive thru window. And she keeps disrespecting me that I should know what I want from the menu. I'm disabled and would like to eat inside and enjoy my meal. But inside is just has cold has it is outside 🤔. WOW, WHY??? GOD HELP THEM. SHE TELLS SHE IS THE ONLY ONE HERE BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE THERE IS 3 OTHERS PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING IN THIS PLACE 🤔

Came here on Friday & my burger was pink in the middle when I bit into it & I asked for my burger well done, the Mexican lady working the drive thru was rather rude & in a rush, then when I call to speak with a manager to make a complaint nobody answers the phone, I'll never spend another $ at this Wendy's😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

AWFUL! And I am not referring to the food. I have realistic expectations, I'm a reasonal person with reasonable expectations from these types of establishments. And don't get me wrong, fast food is often my guilty pleasure. I don't expect anything to be exceptional from any Wendy's - when I order fast food, it's a last resort. However, this particular location is an abomination to every other fast food establishment on the face of this earth. The employee's, the service, and especially the management, are a complete disgrace. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Very unprofessional, couldn't understand her, sounded intoxicated ,her break wasnt for another 40 min so on the clock but not working . I had to call the store 10 times letting it ring n ring until she started answering the drive through,all 3 of us were pikup online orders then she had a very rude attitude! They don't even deserve 1 star me and my family went there last night and the boy who took the drive thru order was rude and didn't listen one bit. All of our meals were large and we were given only 1 medium fry and and i told them how i wanted my burger just plain, well it came fully loaded with one of foods I'm allergic to. So we were missing a large fry and they didn't get anything right. If you don't want to waste your money don't go here. Worst service ever. He cared more about who was texting his phone than taking care of the customers.

Hell if I could have given it a -0. I came here this morning at 7:30am , not thinking that the lobby would be closed due to the hours of operation being plated on the door saying 7am. But , I arrive to the facility and of course it’s closed , the lady is just sitting on her phone in the lobby. I ask her what does the lobby open through the glass window she says signs to come through the drive thru. So I proceed to ask the same question and she points up 8 fingers. Why do you have a picture that says 7am but your staff at Wendy’s is saying another time frame. Please get this together due to people having to get to work as well. If I would’ve known that the lobby was closed ( no car btw) I wouldn’t have stopped and wasted my couple minutes. This is a problem. Another thing , your staff sucks. It doesn’t matter if you change them , train them , or replace them they suck ( esp in the morning). Food good though can at least say that.

This one star is meant to be a minus 100!!! I Visited this establishment 7/11/25 around 5:40 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags. I specifically told the lady in the drive thru no cheese three times. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home, I saw that there was cheese on all burgers and the meat was burned, hard, dry and cold. The fries were old and cold too. I went back asked for the manager. A guy came to the register. This guy, spoke limited English. He was rude, refused to refund me my money, never took accountability for serving me disgustingly old food. He couldn't care less. My total was $17.97, and he finally decides to refund me- $9.30!!! I told him, that I would be reporting him to the GM, he said okay and again refused to give me all of my money back. I didn't eat any of the food, I brought it back to Wendy's. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and to think this was from the manager. I've also attached his photo and as you can see, he didn't care one bit. This is not over you can best belive that. They have basically stole from me! This is why so many people refuse to eat out anymore, especially fas food, the service is horrible and the food should have never been served to anyone.

That was the hardest chicken I ever bite into. That means the sandwich was lying for over a long time, which can cause food poisoning. I would hate for you guys to go through the health department inspection, and they found out you guys are serving well over due food to your customers and getting them sick.

Wendy's you gotta do better. Food cost too much to not get what yiu are paying for. If this is a Baconator and what they show in the commercials no wonder people are suing fast food restaurants. Make your food cost by increasing sales and adding plus ups not skimping from your guest.

I'm insulted this has the Cinnabon name on it. The pull apart was room temp, didn't have enough frosting, and was still raw in the very center. It's garbage and not worth the calories!
