All the workers are so sweet and the food is so good!

I have used the Berkeley location for a few work events since they have opened and they have been amazing. Not only do they make it an easy process to place orders, but I feel the different catering options are great for all types of meetings and events. Specifically with my most recent meeting, they really helped me out because the online system said my order couldn't be ready at the time I needed it. But when I called to talk to them they were able to accommodate the time frame and my order was ready on time. Really appreciate the help and the food is always a hit! Thanks so much!

Super friendly staff and the food is consistent with other Mendo locations! I always get the vegan banh mi and love their agua frescas / lemonades on a warm day.

The staff are so nice, there are various choices, and the food is mostly tasty... I wish they made their salads and sandwiches with warm meat or tofu, not cold or refrigerated ones. Also, I wonder why the staff use the tables for their office work. I understand they need a space, but sometimes one to three tables are already taken, and staff are working on laptops or files.

Shockingly ,ever since Mendocino Farms mved from the ghost kitchen location on Adeline to their Berkeley campus location, the quality of the food and preparation has absolutely tanked. Extremely disappointing. Theyre seemingly falling into the "slop bowl" category, the leaves in my last few orders have been super wilted, gobs of dressing, an super wrinkled tomatoes-- when you're paying over $20 per salad or wrap, one would expect much better. Hell, we found a WHOLE LIME WEDGE in our wrap today. Crazy, such a lack of attention to detail. Do better, Mendocino Farms Berkeley.

Been a regular since they first opened! Food is good but they are super wasteful - placing tiny salads in giant bags. Why not just follow what SweetGreens does across the street - only multi salad orders automatically get a bag unless requested. This is Berkeley after all..

I’ve been frequently visiting this place for lunch and they’re usually good with pickup order speed, etc. However, today the experience was less than desirable. I placed an order for the Peruvian steak sandwich for pickup but when I arrived home I realized the sandwich has no steak in it. I paid 20 dollar gave 2 dollar tip, waited 15min for my order and got a tiny sandwich with no meat in it. Needless to say I’m not going back anymore. For what it’s worth, I called the restaurant and the representative agreed to issue a refund. Just a very disappointing experience. Verify your sandwich comes with what you ordered before you walk the door!
