The manager on duty Sunday 12/10 @2:45ish was so nice, very professional and knowledgeable. The cashier on wasn't sure how to ring my free drink, the manager helped us.

My favorite coffee chain. Not my favorite place to get coffee, not to be confusing. That would actually be strange brew in Binghamton. But as far as chain coffee goes Starbucks takes the cake.
The place was a bit busy, but they took my order fast, and they made my drink well and in a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn't say it was fast service, but considering how busy it was, it was fast enough. The drink was great.

Wait times are long but thanks to amazing baristas like Syn I was in and out within maybe 5-8 minutes after ordering in a fully packed store of fellow students thanks again hun

I go to this particular Starbucks almost every day before work and the staff is always so friendly and I never have an issue with my order. Today, I was out running errands with my sick 3 year old and it was 5:30pm and I desperately needed a pick me up. When we got to the counter the woman at the register was so friendly and asked my daughter if she would like a drink too. My daughter asked for chocolate milk (her favorite) and I told the woman my daughter couldn’t have regular milk and politely declined. This woman was AMAZING and offered to make my daughter a kid sized hot chocolate with almond milk! I had no idea that they could offer such a thing! My daughter loved it too!! I am beyond impressed with this place and they even gave me the hot cocoa for free! 10 out of 10 recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for making a tired mom’s life just a little bit easier today!
I like how staff greets you at the drive thru when you order. Even late in evening staff was friendly with a greeting with their 1st name so I knew who would be helping me. Everyone looked like they were happy and enjoying their job that night. Refreshing to see happy, smiling faces.
We didn't get food, only coffee this morning. We ordered at the drive-through. Coffee was excellent as always. Service is great. Employees are always friendly at Starbucks
Great staff and quick drive through time! I've never been a fan, and would generally opt out of the chain named after one of the greatest sci-fi heroes in history, but my visit here finally won me over. I will return.
I went thru drive-in for my breakfast sandwich. Employees on Front Street and Vestal are always very polite. Food appears to be warm and fresh, which is a plus.
I am a frequent customer at this location. Everyone is friendly and the baristas are fabulous, hard working people. Drinks are always great. This is a busy location with high volume. Popular bathroom stop for travelers. Note for Tesla owners. If you are looking to caffeinate and recharge there is a charging station about a third of a mile away.
We live an hour away, but every time we come to Binghamton we stop at this Starbucks. No matter what time of day we go the baristas are always friendly and pleasant. The drive-thru can get busy, but it's worth the wait if you're not in a hurry. You can alternatively go inside with the same pleasant service. Just be sure to wear your mask.
not always in the neighborhood to stop in but when i do, it is a good experience. fast, friendly & helpful service. our last visit here was in december, tried the Christmas Tree Frappucino for my daughter's birthday, so good.😊 worth the trip...
Girl with Pink / Orange hair is always so sweet everytime. Today I did a mobile order and once I got there and saw my coffee, I realized I forgot to order cream in it. I asked her to just add some for me& she was so sweet about it! She is a sweetheart every time I come.
The service is always friendly and welcoming. The music is to loud to enjoy doing anything inside most days but the outdoor seating in the summer is great!
I've been coming to this Starbucks fairly regularly for years, and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff seems pretty nice. Big shoutout to MaryRose (spelling?) though, she's always been especially attentive and overall a sweet person.
This Starbucks location is often packed, however don’t let that deter you! They are on top of things whilst being beyond pleasant, the food and drinks both are always good. Additionally if there’s room, you can do homework here enjoyably.
Oh my! OH MY! I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY ARE VERY FAST! Customer service is beyond great! Each person that works there does a spectacular job at doing their part which makes those unbelievable long lines disappear very quickly. I LOVE how they are able to look at a person or listen to a 0erson and recommend the best drinks ever! Everyone here deserves a raise, with no questions asked. I hope they see this and continue to keep up their wonderful jobs as well as recieve that raise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS!
Thank you for working hard to deliver my delicious coffee to me in such a fast-paced environment! The staff was hustling to keep up with online orders, drive-thru, and in-store orders. The number of orders I saw being made in such a short period was impressive. I was awed by the system and actually stood back while I was waiting to see that they never slowed down. The quality of the coffee was still great.

I love this Starbucks. I frequently come to study and get work done. The baristas are super friendly and personable. The only complaint I have is that sometimes online and drive thru take priority over in store customers. Other than that the food is good and drinks are worth the price. The workers make a great atmosphere here!!
I want to say I go to this Starbucks often because it’s closest to me. To be honest, I go to all three pretty regularly. This particular location just saved my dirty chai! For anyone reading this who’s unfamiliar, a dirty chai is just a chai latte with an espresso shot (or two if you order it double dirty). The flavor is my idea of the perfect fall/autumnal beverage. Sure, it isn’t fall yet, it’s barely even summer as I write this but it’s also my little treat beverage if I want something special. I went to the other Starbucks location by Binghamton University, because I just finished taking a final and wanted something. The drink wasn’t made correctly, it didn’t even contain the chai concentrate. I went to the one closer to home and they fixed it for us and gave us actually chai. Thank you so much for your kindness.
This location never disappoints. Every employee is considerate and joyful even when the orders are neverending. This is my favorite Starbucks location; I will go out of my way to order from here. Today, I messed up my drink through mobile order, and they were extremely polite about remaking it. 10/10
There's something about Starbucks that makes you feel cozy after a long drive and you just want relax and this location was perfect for it. Super friendly staff at front counter. Got few pops for kids, coffee and sat in the corner to energize. I wish they had few tables with more chairs, we had to pull few to make our kids sit with us. Also loved their concept of putting out orders against marked first letters, easy for someone picking orders who missed their names callout. First time I have seen this at any Starbucks. Cheers. Restrooms were clean. We left with happy faces.
The iced caramel cloud macchiato is tasty but very expensive for a drink that's 2/3 foam. I was interested in the hype. It's a nice coffee drink. Lower in calories for a Grande...180 vs-many of the other mixed beverages. If I want a coffee, I make it at home. If I want a coffee "experience" I go here. Don't kid yourself. These are deserts. Tasty. Expensive. Treats. Fair service. Barista forgot 1/2 of my order but did correct it efficiently. Friendly, clean store.
One of our regular stops when passing this area. It's a Starbucks like any other. We often go inside as the drive-thru line tends to be long when we've gone.
All around I don’t spend a lot of time here but they do have a few good items in my opinion I rather drink Dunkin’ for my coffee it’s way cheaper and just always have never been a big fan of Starbucks but I won’t knock them
I stopped here to go tanning at Zoomtan next door but I’m sure the food and service is good as there’s always a steady moving line of traffic going through here.
The bathrooms here weren’t very COVID friendly... hand touch toilet, hand touch faucet, air dry your hands. But that’s all forgivable. Ooh! The new Apple Crisp Macchiato is AMAZING. I expected it to be too sweet and taste like a mouthful of corn syrup. However, it doesn’t! It tastes like you took a bite of semi-sweet apple crisp and then a sip of black coffee. I did not expect to like the apple coffee combo either, but well done Starbucks! Absolutely delicious! You’ve done it, yet again! I may order another Apple Crisp Macchiato tomorrow.
Personally, I would favor my hometown coffee shop over Starbucks, but really there's not much to complain about. You'll get good coffee, tea and food and get it quickly. Some people complain about the price, but it's no higher than similar cafes.
First time going inside this one , .nice place with clean tables and floor , coffee was great and all the girls working were beautiful and I enjoyed the view after 9 months in county jail
I love Statbucks and this is a fair location. I like the drive through and their coffee is as expected. Today I went inside for the second time and felt the wait was way to long. 6 maybe seven people behind the counter and with 2 people in front of me it took 15 minutes to be served. They did say sorry for the wait but being in a hurry it was disappointing? I have had quick and usually accurate service at the drive up window. Dogs get a nice treat that way also.

Decent, cozy... They do get my order wrong some of the time. It doesn't seem like the people working there are consistent or stay very long. Also disappointing my sandwich was made in a microwave/ queing oven... It still tasted okay but I didn't finish the egg.
Drinks are made fantastic, food is great, but ... there's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath pothole in the parking lot 😩 I hit it EVERY time I come here and it just SOUNDS expensive. The drive through is angled weird so if you're not careful you could do some daamage as well. I prefer going to the one on Vestal, but if this is the only one on your route, it's acceptable enough. The wait times can be a snag too,
It's fine, you know what Starbucks is. Not the best, as far as these go, for hanging out. The space is narrow, every table feels like it is in traffic as people go up to the counter and back, and the acoustics aren't great. Outside tables also feel basically in traffic. Wouldn't be my first pick for hanging out but nothing wrong with the team staffing the place.
It was nice and all good but, long queues and took quite some time to place an order and again to wait for food. Maybe it was a rush hour (9:10am) on a Friday. I still enjoyed my coffee ☕ bagel 🥯 and banana nut bread🍞.. Yummy 🤤
They usually have something on the menu I always want..but sometimes NEVER have. Popular items go super fast. But that's why we all order them i guess.
There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, which was fine. I ordered a tuxedo mocha Frappuccino. Not fine. The Frappuccino wasn't blended all the way and it looked nothing like the pictures. I didn't have time to go back.
Friendly staff & accurate orders. However only problem I have is the drive thru. Drive thru comes from Regal Cinemas side. However, customers also come in other other side towards bank side and causes problems in taking turns from correct drive thru side. I’ve seen people roll their windows down and fling out their middle finger to someone who they thought cut them off (they didnt). So all in all, drive thru is not the best set-up.
They can get backed up very easily at this location, it seems. Great staff & always apologetic, but it seems to be a relative occurrence for the couple of times I go a month
They don't order enough of the food I want. That is why the 3⭐'s. They have great food here, and I love going here. Just seems lately (not enough of it) This is a great place if you can get what you want.
Good and speedy service. Consistent with other Starbucks. The downfall is the parking lot. I parked and went in and was then blocked by the drive through cars for 15 min. Will probably avoid this location due to that.
Tried the toasted white chocolate mocha and it was just alright. I'll stick with my raspberry mocha from now on. It's always super fantastic! The barista and cashier were both very polite and I had a pleasant conversation in line with an off duty employee.
Asked for a Venti ice water topped with Caramel drizzle and cold foam. We just wanted to mix our mushroom coffee outside, since Starbucks doesnt offer anything except sugar loaded drinks 🤷♂️. We were told "normally we aren't allowed to do that", then after convincing the young lady to make our fancy water, and paying for it, she went to another employee and mumbled "this is above my pay grade" 😅 For a dang ice water?! Sorry to make you work SOOOOO hard 🙄 Don't get me started on misspelling my fiancée's name, AFTER she spelled it for you. ✌️
This Starbucks is right across from the college. It has a drive thru and mobile ordering. I have been to this location several times at different times of the day and have mobile order 10 minutes ahead and then ordered as normal through the drive thru. The speed at this location is very slow. I have waited 20 minutes in the store for a pre ordered mobile order and 20 minutes in the drive thru. I know there are a variety of factors affecting this turnaround but have been to many other locations and have not had to wait this long but otherwise everything else including the friendly staff and quality is great.
When I'm traveling I usually do stop here for a drink, but always end up a little disappointed. The Frappuccinos are a hit or miss, sometimes not mixed correctly. Prices are too high, but they have great breakfast options and hot chocolate. Customer service is always good when I drive up! I'd still choose a drink from here over dunkin !
I pull up, ordered some cake pops, drinks for my kids, a bottle of water and two pumpkin themed bakery items. It was a pretty long drive through wait, when I got up to pay they inform me they just ran out of one of the bakery items I asked for and asked if I wanted a replacement. I said no and they charged me for the remaining items, then came back shortly after that and said they just ran out of the other bakery items. So I waited several minutes for essentially cake pops and 2 simple drinks. Not a good first impression of this location. Vestal locations are better IMO.
The girls behind the counter are very inconsistent with attitude, to say the least. They could use some training in customer service. Should not be looking down on people because you have this preconceived notion that your better. Your the ones making minimum wage... Not me! If your going to act like your all that, you should have a life that backs you up. Not usuallly a mean girl, but really girls, neither of you are even that cute. Im sorry for the negativity but i tend to strike back when people are really horrible to me. Im just glad i dont know your names because i would have put them out there for everyone to see. If nothing else, you are lucky! BE KIND! LIFE IS TO SHORT! When you get older hopefully you'll get it. I hope so, for your own sakes. Coffee was good.
I dislike Starbucks in general, but the service was decent, and I'd imagine a good place to study if you don't mind a bustling atmosphere
By far the slowest starbucks ive ever been to. The drive thru is a complete joke. Either the workers need a pep in their step. Or they need more workers focusing on the drive thru. I shouldnt have to wait for almost 10mins for my drink at the drive thru. Especially if there is only two vehicles in front of me. Theres been times where ive seen people back out of the drive thru line to go inside to order. Which is ridiculous.
It would be better to go through a long drive thru here than holding your breath waiting on a mobile order. If you do order ahead on the app, be sure to add fifteen minutes to the expected pick up time
They messed up our order and blamed it on us. Waited in the drive thur for 15 minutes and was told our mobile order was not in yet. Ten minutes after it was to be ready. Then when I try to call to talk to someone the line is always busy. Convenient.
Not a place for a quick cup of coffee while traveling. Long wait. Friendly slow service. Car services might work better. Getting into the parking lot is tricky.
Unfortunately, it was about 25 mins until closing time and the team working were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. I know this location captures many who need a quick recharge off the I-81 (this is the reason we were there) and it is surely not the image management would like to portray. It should not take 10 minutes to pour a Grande Pike Place. Thinking we will stop at the Starbucks in Cortland next time...
Two stars is generous and that is only because they got our drinks right. Let me start this off with the fact that I worked at a Starbucks and was taught about the mobile ordering system and how to order “rushes.” We went to this starbucks twice this past weekend; the first time we went there was one car ahead of us. We mobile ordered approximately 7 minutes before arriving. We got to the speaker and one of the girls working there had the most nasty tone told us “can you place your mobile order 5-10 minutes before arriving? It’s very inconvenient otherwise” once again, there was one car ahead of us and there were three people working inside. In the time it took for them to make the drink for the person ahead of us, it had been 15 minutes since we placed the mobile order, thus giving them more than enough time. Although I did it within the 5-10 minute window, I chocked it up to the girl having a bad day. We go again today - I am sure to place my mobile order ten minutes ahead of time. When we arrive, it is more busy so we decide to go inside to grab our drinks since the drive thru would be much longer. Once again, we were met with attitude and the barista told us that “you only placed your mobile order 10 minutes ago. You have to wait 20 more minutes - we’re busy” it would’ve been faster for us to go through the drive through at that point because we did end up having to wait the full 20 extra minutes while the cars were getting through the drive thru in 10 minutes. I understand being busy and stressed, but the managers need to do a better job training their staff on costumer service and prioritization. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
They are getting 2 stars because I really like the dark roast brew. This was by far the slowest service I have EVER received at a Starbucks. I waited in the drive through line for 22 minutes only to be told when I got to the window that they did not have any dark roast brewed. They could have told me that when I ordered... and what on earth took so long! I won’t be back!
It took them 25 mins to get our order ready after we reminded them. As others have noted in their review, this location prioritizes mobile and drive-through orders over customers who are in the store. Our 5-10 min coffee stop turned into 30 mins of agony, will not recommend this location for a quick stop.
When waiting for a pickup, ignored me and then attended to a woman who came in after me first. Then when I got the order, the worker felt the need to talk down to me.
Service was extremely slow. We opted to go inside to order our drinks. Line in front of us wasn’t very long, but even after we ordered our two cold brews the four customers that ordered after us in line were all served their food and drinks ahead of us.
I come here all the time and get a caramel brûlée latte. Came today and they were out of it which is fine. I asked the woman taking my order ( not the girl at the window) what the next closest think would be. She told me dark caramel is also sweetened and very similar. I paid $8 for this drink and it just tastes like a regular latte, something I could have made at home for free. Disappointed because I like my lattes sweet and this just tastes like espresso and milk. 8 dollars later.
The staff is mostly amazing. Super quick always friendly. In the mornings there is what I believe to be the store manager. Horrible. She’s always rude. She always tells people you only order three minutes ago. I was not demanding my drink so, it’s kind of ridiculous. She needs to take it down a few notches and not be so miserable. I’d rather drive out of my way than deal with her in the AM.
awful experience. This Starbucks needs to get it together. I understand that they are extremely busy and trying to work hard to get people through, but this specific location was certainly not running efficiently.
29 minutes for my order. Drive through prioritized. Tipping ahead of time is the most ridiculous concept.
Drink was great but was so busy line was out to the road and inside people didn't know where to stand and I got yelled at by another customer. Not a great experience.
This location seems to have major issues with the mobile app and filling orders. They blame the mobile app for not having the orders ready, not knowing what was ordered, etc. I am still being charged for an order I never received this morning after waiting 30 minutes and then being told they would just refund my account. Will drive further to Vestal to that location and never use this one again.
The place has gone so far downhill that it really is sad. I dont understand how they are consistently so slow. They have like 6 or 7 people working and it still takes at least 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and that when they are not busy. I am officially giving up on this place.
This Starbucks is conveniently located across from BCC. However, of all the Starbucks in the area, this one consistently makes the worst drinks, and their coffee always tastes bitter. There's practically no seating room, the staff is incompetent. Bitter coffee is enough to make me stay away.
Horrible service The person taking the order dint listen to our instructions and then after messing up told us we never told her to do that. Then she started making faces and arguing with us.
For the umpteenth time I have driven to Starbuck's on Upper Front St to get a beverage and its closed!!! Why does website say "Open til 9pm" but they are closed at 7pm!?!?!? Also, Icing on the cake is seeing the staff through window and they just stare at you like they could care less. Clearly do not need our business, may as well throw this gift card in the trash!!
I wanted to give a higher rating because the staff are nice but this place is either always closed or doesn't have the proper amount of food. Shame because this is the only drive thru for morning people other than DD way up the road. They must be losing a ton of revenue. But some of the newer staff are messing up the orders and the drive-thru is too delayed.
decided to try again since its down the road for me. i took my 3 month son for a walk over and when i got in chairs thatw aren't in use were pushed back into the walking area so it made it difficult to pass through to the counter with the stroller. when i got to the counter to order, the girl continued chatting to a person in the lobby and ignored i was there until one of the other 3 girls told her to get over and take my order. when i got my order it was absolutely disgusting. i asked for sugar and it couldn't cover it. tasted none of the flavor i asked for and the almond milk didnt taste right either. I'm going to stick with dunkin now.. at least they'll get my order right, sorry.
Horrible. This Starbucks has gone down hill. I just waited for 15 min in the drive through for not the dark roast I wanted, but the pike place I’m forced to endure b/c I’m in a rush. The people in back were a complete mess and I didn’t even walk out w/ a coffee b/c they hadn’t made the right think. I love Starbucks, but those in this area have seriously gone done in quality and customer service.

Typically the service is spot on. I watched two different customers storm out due to what seemed long ticket times. I placed my order at 9:30 online and received the final drink at 10:10. The lady with the reddish tint hair working the inside bar is not a Ace in the place. She shouldn't be working the bar during a rush with 30 drink times. The shift supervisor needed to step in and help, not take a break.
Mobile ordered at 10:36, got our sandwiches at a decent amount of time but waited until 11:13 to get our drinks. Must've been overly busy because there were employees working; people in line frustrated and overcrowding the seating area.

Right when I walk in ur hit with this. They like yell. Bro wait till im.over their.. then they pack orders like. Yo I have to transport this order via car. I can not hold it upright the entire way. Use some sense please! When you put ONE drink. In a bag. What im supposed ta do with that? 2 also. It tips. Obviously. If ya used any sense at all you could guess that.
The customer service I experienced at this location was horrific. I went to the drive thru because I had my dog in the car. Somehow (by accident) I missed the ordering speaker and arrived at the window. At this point the staff told me he could not take my order (for one cup off coffee) and I must drive around and get back in line so I could place my order to the human less speaker box. When I asked for the manager, she said the same thing and refused to sell me a cup of coffee unless I drove around and gave my order to the speaker box instead of the human being. Neither one of the staff could figure out how to sell me a cup of coffee unless I gave my order to the speaker. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So bizarre that they couldn’t get a cup of coffee themselves and bring it to the window. Hmmm… I guess I need a new coffee stop.
When you pay a premium for Starbucks, you expect your drink order to taste the same every time. We order the same exact drink every time we go and never know if we will get a good drink or not. Secondly, their new order ahead policies are ridiculous. If you show up even a second before your estimated drink time, they make a huge deal out of it. What would be the difference if I ordered at the speaker or 5 minutes before I got to the speaker???
Absolutely pathetic how they ignore customers that get off their butts to walk in and order. I walked in and was able to order immediately. However they only care about mobile orders and drive thru. The drive thru line was out to the road so like I said I parked and went in. How hard is it for someone to make my drink while I’m o. There? Instead make drinks for people that aren’t even there!!! After 35 minutes waiting for my coffee I asked for a refund.
