My boyfriend and I have been coming here regularly for almost a year and we absolutely love it. Our favorite waiter, Andres, is always so bright and welcoming, and his service is top notch. The food quality is delicious and consistent, and the kitchen delivers our modifications perfectly. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the place is clean; the music is always enjoyable but not too loud; whether it’s busy or slow, we always get served quickly and our food is truly always perfect. We don’t know the name of manager who sometimes helps us, but he’s also really pleasant and delivers the kind of service that makes us keep coming back. We’ve really come to love this location and I imagine we’re going to keep coming back.

Came in to one server holding down the entire restaurant with one cook. Andreas gave excellent customer service. He is here on Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun between 10am to 5pm...come show him some love. And Derrick, the lone chef, hooked the food up. So delicious 😋. @ihop these superstars need a raise, for real. July 5, 2025 OLD POST Ihoppy Hour - Pancakes and Chicken strips satisfied my 4 o'clock craving. Pancakes melt in your mouth. Soooo good.

I been noticing all the changes implemented by corporate and it saddens me to know eventually I won't be able to go to an IHOP without hurting my wallet. I liked growing up with IHOP because of its simple menu and affordability but I don't even think Happy Hour was available when I went and it was my go to option because of the price and sizes. Staff was lovely and it was clean all around.

The waitress was nice, her service was good, however the kitchen send me a really bad avocado with my omelette and it was one of the reasons I got it. My kids loved their pancakes. Incase you practice social distancing the Tables are to close to each one.

The good item I had was the pancake because the hash browns were dry and tasteless, the turkey bacon wasn't cooked very well because it was dry and over cooked.

Breakfast $7.00 special French Toast isn't fresh it's frozen!! How do I know because my was still cold in the middle. Hashbrowns aren't cooked right either, still raw and that's not part of the special.

We used to go here at least 3 times a month and always had the same waitress, she knew us she saw me pregnant with my son and saw my Foster daughter since she was 22 days old she's 13 now , one of the days I took my goddaughters daughter during the week EVERYONE was new. I asked what happened? no one wanted to say anything. I was very sad. Since then we don't go that much anymore maybe once every 4 months or so, today was one of those days NOT happy with the food. My husband food was too sweet the onion and the stake, my food as you can see NO bell pepers my daughter chicken sandwich she didn't care for the taste. We had never had this happen before. So I think we won't be coming here again. We might try the one in lakewood and see what happens.

2 hr wait for a party of 9 between walking in the door to gettting the food. Ridiculous! Food was ok, server was good but come on! They can't even make an over medium egg without burning it. You could tell they were busy but not too that extreme. Maybe the people sitting customers should use some common sense or the manager should look at the list and make some decisions on behalf of the restaurant. I don't plan to bring my family here again. Thanks but no thanks!

Very disappointed today. We go there on a regular basis before work. A high school graduating class came in after we arrived and the one waitress took our order then left our food on the counter until it got cold while they delivered meals to the students who came in after us.

The food prices are ridiculous for what they serve... We went to try the "Crepes" and this is what we had... I had 2 Crepes and one coffee same as my wife and when the time to paid I almost fell to the ground... Look at the 2 "Crepes" at the photo and look at the price on the receipt... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS...

Late night service is slow. Only one person taking orders. Small crew trying their best. Update* We went at the worst time possible. Took a long time to get a server attention for service. I would have left if it wasn’t because the kids wanted to taste the Wanka pancakes 🤦🏽‍♀️. Food took 20min (+) They brought us the wrong order. Waiter appears until we were ready to check out. The kids pancakes were disappointment.
