Opiniones de El Chico Loco Borgaro Torinese
Very kind, fast, and efficient. The food is always very good and the prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
As a tourist from Puglia, I spent a wonderful evening at a very well-equipped Punto Verde. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and prompt, and the owner, the fantastic Sonia, was very well organized. She greeted us cheerfully and made sure we wanted for nothing! We'll definitely be back!
A very welcoming, spartan place surrounded by nature. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well-organized. The food was excellent (grilled meats, sausage, and Tomini cheese). We'll definitely be back.
I spent the evening here with a group of friends to see a Coldplay cover. I was pleasantly surprised by the rustic atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. Despite the large crowd, the skill, ease, and smiles of the girls serving the tables were incredible. Sonia, the owner, was exceptional, full of life and interests and full of energy even at the end of the evening. Oh! I almost forgot! The food was also excellent, and the cold beer that refreshed our evening. See you next time!
Beautiful evening! We happened upon it because a band played during the evening, which included a friend of ours, who had tipped us off to the event. The evening's ingredients were all excellent: Grilled meat, cooked to perfection Cold beer Pleasant temperature Engaging music The owner (Sonia) was amazing! See you next time.
WE HAD LUNCH LAST SUNDAY WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS. THERE WERE ABOUT THIRTY PEOPLE. EXCELLENT FOOD, MAGNIFICENT SERVICE, WONDERFUL PLACE. WE'LL BE BACK SOON. OLD WILD WEST
The restaurant is located in a quiet spot, surrounded by greenery. We were a large group for lunch. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially considering the attentive and friendly staff. Thank you, thank you again!
The place is lit up by the presence of the owner, Sonia—welcoming, helpful, and honest. Plus, the simple, authentic cuisine completes the picture. It's an excellent place for a simple lunch break at a more than fair price. There were nine of us having a business aperitivo and we agreed on €10 each—she fed us so much, everything was delicious. Excellent, excellent!
If there were one more star, I would. I just had my birthday party and was amazed at how well-trained and kind the staff was. The lovely owner made sure we felt comfortable, accommodating our every request. The quality of the food was excellent and plentiful. I recommend anyone planning any event here because the location is surrounded by nature. Thank you for everything.
Surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended for those looking to spend a relaxing day. The cuisine is excellent, often accompanied by live music! The owners, Manuel & Sonia, are truly helpful, and the girls who serve you are truly polite and professional. A truly lovely family. 💖👍😉
Home-style cooking. Both meat and fish. Enjoy paella or roast suckling pig on the first Friday of the month. Large shaded outdoor terrace. Lunch or dinner available both indoors and outdoors. A charming and meticulously maintained restaurant. The owner, a Catalan, personally oversees the kitchen. Everything is sanitized and organized in compliance with social distancing regulations. The staff is professional and courteous. Located at the entrance to Chico Mendes Park, a starting point for beautiful, well-marked walks of varying lengths. Ample, secure parking. Definitely worth a try.

Highly recommended if you're passing through Borgaro Torinese. Open from morning until late evening, you'll be welcomed by a family atmosphere. Manuel in the kitchen will delight your palate, while Sonia and the staff will be happy to serve you with all your culinary needs. The location is very rustic, all-wood in Chico Mendes Park. In the evenings, you can listen to live music, during this time of year (summer), while enjoying excellent beers. The prices are affordable, so it deserves a 4* rating. You can also celebrate your birthdays, graduations, or business dinners with special menus by contacting Manuel (if you like Sardinian cuisine, this place is ideal).
This is my third time eating here. The first time there was no one there and the lady was very kind, an excellent lunch. The second time I waited 20 minutes for a toasted sandwich only to find out it was burned. I waited again and ordered a dessert. The toast arrived, but the dessert didn't. The girl politely didn't charge me for the water. I left, not entirely annoyed. I came back yesterday. We ordered and waited. A waiter came by and looked surprised: "Excuse me, do they still have to serve you or are you waiting to order more?" We said, "They still have to serve us." This went on three more times. The fourth time I told the guy, "It's the fourth time I've skied here. I've seen people arrive later and be served earlier." As I finished my sentence, I felt a tap on my shoulder from behind me like a local bully. From the voice, I realized it was a woman, perhaps the owner, who had been inappropriately and awkwardly involved in the discussion, without introducing herself or calming down or anything. I was quite annoyed, imagine if they were touching customers like that. He continues, "He's part of the security and magic when I say 'I' and he got there before you.'" My friend and I are shocked. I'd lost my appetite, and even more so when I see my dish, which was supposed to be a cutlet with baked potatoes. The potatoes were fried, and the dish looked more like potatoes with a side of meat, not vice versa. Anyway, we'll go pay. Fries with a mini cutlet cost 9 euros, and no courtesy discounts or apologies this time. One might say that if the owner gives her heart and soul to the restaurant, this one is truly a bit undeveloped. So the food is good, but the staff is a bit sloppy. After all, it's summer, and customers are money.
