I’m new to the area and I’m not too familiar with food places around here so I decided to try Zack’s pizza on my lunch break and was very satisfied. The atmosphere was great and everyone was very friendly. I only ordered a slice of cheese pizza but it was piping hot and delicious. Will be coming here more often!

1st time visitor: In town to see my kids. Wanted to watch the Sox vs. Yankees, eat a pizza, and have a couple beers. Ordered a Hawaiian pie, ready in 20 minutes...all good. Crust was just what I like...crispy edges, chewy center. Sweet sauce with plenty of ham and pineapple. Effin' delicious. I'll be back for more...maybe tomorrow.

Pizza is New York style pizza. The sauce is perfect. I like their cheese blend, although the pizzas can use a bit more cheese. They’re friendly and quick. My go to place in Randolph.

When it comes to the food, it doesn’t matter what you order—pizza, wings, sandwiches—you’ll walk away with 1000% satisfaction every single time. The quality is unmatched, and everything is made with love. My personal favorite? The Monster Wings with their signature sauce that has just the right kick (I wish I remembered the name!). They’re out of this world—crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive. My wife and daughters are all about the pizza—truly hand-made, never frozen. You can taste the difference in every bite. It’s the kind of pizza that ruins you for all others. Zack’s isn’t just a pizzeria—it’s a part of the community, and a place that feels like home. I wish them nothing but continued success. Haven't had great pizza like this in a while! Crusty dough, fresh ingredients. Absolute perfection! Don't sleep on the sides either. Steak and cheese egg rolls were phenomenal and the mac and cheese bites were so tasty!

If you value good customer service this place is FOR YOU! Hands down the best customer service i have received in Massachusetts! The person working was so beyond friendly and kind on the phone and when i went in to pick up my pizza. Mind you, it’s 8:30 pm right before they are about to close. I haven’t even tried the pizza yet and i am quick to write a wonderful review. I would return solely off customer service alone but i will say the pizza looks amazing! If you’re in the randolph area definitely give this place a try. It seems like wonderful little place with a ton of classic options! 10/10 from me.

New customer!! I called to place an order and was informed that due to the weather they would be closing early. When I told him I was in my car outside of his restaurant, he took my order, and he made me the best steak bomb I have ever tasted!! Good food, good people…. And a new customer. Can’t wait to try other things on their menu.

The last three times we ordered and it was horrible. We ordered a small Italian sub. Only meat and cheese. No lettuce or tomato. No oil or salt and pepper. We also ordered French fries. They put sugar on it instead of salt. The pastrami was fatty. It was a terrible experience and we will never go back | $20-30 Befoe I ordered a hawain pizza from here and it was the worst pizza l ever had! There was bearly any sauce on the pizza. The ham was burnt(overcooked). I miss well got a cheese pizza without sauce. Next time I rather get elios pizza at the supermarket. I would not recommend this place at all nor would I order from here again.

This place is disgusting there was rat feces in the dining area I brought it to their attention and they had the audacity to get upset over the fact that there’s rat crap in their establishment. If it’s there it’s all over the place. People need to know that. Now go get a pizza! 🤮

The pizza was just okay. I have definitely had better. At first the staff seemed nice but things changed when I tried to buy a water bottle. A small water bottle was 3.58 which is ridiculously overpriced. Even if it was 2 dollars I could understand but almost 4 dollars for a tiny bottle is unreasonable. When I mentioned it the employee talked back and said that is what happens when you use a card. That does not make sense because it is still 3.58 either way. On top of that the girl who took my order looked at me strangely almost like I did not belong there. No smile and no friendliness. The whole place felt cold like a ghost pizza shop. Before I left the pizza shop that same employee even called me cheap when I only ordered two slices of pizza even though I still gave them a two dollar tip. All they were doing was warming up the slices and for that they think they really deserve a tip.

My experience today with the new Zack’s owner was DISGUSTING!!! I work at a group home in Randolph with clients that are working on independence. And the owner called me back yelling at me telling me that I need to not use large bills. I tried to explain to him that this is a group home hear me out please and he said there is nothing to hear just don’t do that again. I told him that we won’t do business with again. I tried to make peace by going to the shop to talk to him and he was even ruder and yelling at me in there and not trying to understand that it is a group home and they are practicing independence he did not want to hear it. I will never nor have my clients order from them!!! Chuck you are missed!!!! Shouldn’t your driver have money ready for big bills instead you call back the customer and yell at them??? I’m sorry I’m confused!!!

Horrible! Ordered this and got a unevenly/uncooked pizza! Had to put the pizza in the oven for another 30mins and it tasted so bad. Called to complain and got nothing, but attitude from the owner! Not even a “our apologies” just an “oh well” type of response. I’ve ordered from here once before so I’m highly disappointed! Never tasted pizza this bad in all honestly. Please don’t waste your money here.
