I go through the drive thru everytime I visit. Today the lady in the drive thru was great. I love when employees have a good attitude and humor. Love their food as well.

The customer service was above and beyond. Just left the drive thru in Brenham Tx. The young man was so kind & well mannered!!! I will definitely be returning to this establishment! Very happy customer!!!!!

The manager, Gerald, is a hard worker. I best describe him as the hardest and fastest working manager in the business in Brenham. Keep up the great work, cause you rock!

Always a fan, and always try to stop in when I travel past. The pepperoni pizza on sourdough is delicious, even if the hot sauce isn't very spicy.

My dad has alz/dementia. One thi ng he remembers is you. He loves the medium original all the way. Me to. The employees always remember us and are so awesome. The best.

BEST MARGARITA IN TOWN! Came here late for a Cinnabon, and margarita the drive through specialist got us right. She truly touched our hearts and souls god bless her!

Between the 3 of us we had a chicken salad a combination Pizza and I personally stuck to a medium original sandwich all of which were delicious and delivered to our table with prompt and Courteous service. The establishment itself is clearly well maintained ( including the restroom ) overall a wonderful experience.

This place is so awesome. My mother grew up coming here and I also grew up coming here. Now my daughter has also grown up coming here. How often is a restaurant so good that it has been around over 70 some odd years and has fed 3 generations of women. I can't wait until we can bring a grandchild here.

Started eating at Schlotzsky’s in Austin at their original location in 1972, have enjoyed it ever since. Lived outside of USA for a few years and after returning got right back to enjoying the great sandwiches and homemade bread.

The best schlotzsky's sandwich I've ever had. We did wait a bit due to their staff shortage on Sunday but it was well worth it. Giant Albuquerque turkey.

We had small Originals. They were delicious!David did a great job! We also had a large cinnamon roll, afterwards, which David and another employee recommended. Get it warmed! Yum! And big enough to share!😊

Excellent service by workers who are happy and obviously like their work. Great food too!

I had a deluxe original on rye. I was pleasantly surprised they still carried the rye bread. So many other locations have abandoned it. Schlotzky's makes a great sandwich.

I went here about a week ago and man this place is wild. I ordered a turkey club and they got it out in no time. The guy working the window must’ve told them to pack the meat in real good cause that thing was crazy. Think that guys name was... Aidan or something. Whoever that was deserves a raise

Great sandwich as usual, but it took, literally, 20 minutes to get it. 2 peeps in the drive thru, 1 in the restaurant. Not sure what was up. Thought maybe they were mixing the dough and had to bake the bun. 😀

I had the best experience here. I just left with a gluten free pizza and it is the best one I’ve had. Two women were working and treated me with great customer service and helped me order exactly what I wanted. Great experience overall.

I worked with Gerald, the general manager, to place a larger order for a company lunch we were having, and his customer service was excellent! He received my order and went above and beyond in his communication and delivery of good service. He made sure to place names on each individual lunch, helping me bring the order to my car and making the entire process of ordering for several executives and leaders of our organization so smooth. Very grateful for Gerald and his team at this Schlotzsky’s!

Always a longer wait (depending on time you visit) than some fast food places as it is Schlotzsky's and it is worth it. Today was actually quick! Have to give kudos to Herbert that checked me out today and usually is the one that takes my order and checks me out at the drive through window. Thank you!! Rare to find consistency in these places and with one that gets the order correct every time with great customer service. He is definitely one I would want working for me. Thank you, Herbert! Hope Schlotzsky's treats you well. :-)

The employees here are legit. These people will keep making food even past closing time. One time I pulled up to wait in line about 30 minutes before closing and the line was loooong. By the time I went to the speaker it was 20 minutes until closing. I didn’t get my food until a minute past closing and there were people still lined up around the block. I appreciate you employees of Schlotzsky’s, you the real ones. And the food is bomb too.

Tried the new spicy turkey BBQ sandwich. Service was great. The sandwich wasn't for me and is crazy because I always feel like you can't order wrong on the Schlotzky's menu. I will definitely stop in again.

Food was very good but it was busy so service was a little slow. They are friendly so that makes it a good visit.

The pick 2 option is good but the veggie sandwich was a bit underwhelming. The tomato soup was great! Under $10 for half of a veggie sandwich + half tomato soup

Had the pizza, first time. Was pretty good but think they forgot the pepperoni but was still good. You guy behind counter had a good attitude.

Sandwich was good. After chips and a drink, total came close to $12. A little bit pricey for lunch on a regular basis. Had a tea and it was ok. Teas have been much better at other chain sandwich shops that I've tried

Love the original sandwich. And i usually do the drive thru and take it home but i live 30 miles from here. So if u want to taste the food as its meant to be tasted. Go in. Order. And when its brought to you. Hot . Omg. U cannot love this sandwich. The buns are so good, warm and toasty crisp. Well dang. Now i gotta drive the 30 miles because just thinking about it makes me want one. Lol

The food is usually good. Occasionally wait times seem long. Last time I went the staff made me repeat my order about 6 times and almost gave me the wrong thing.

Food was good. But ordered a large Dr. Pepper and got a medium unsweetened tea. My pizza was also no sliced through which caused problems.

Had to re make our sandwiches and multiple other people. Took 15 min to place an order and another 30 just to get our food corrected.

The store is not in good shape. The restroom has no stalls, and the door lock is broken. Very awkward!!

Food is very good, service not always. They close at 9:00pm, and I've gone in at 8:30 to buy some Cinnabons and was told they were put away, and they wouldn't sell them to me.

Food is the same and good as any other schlotzsky's but DO NOT go through the drive through. Me and my mom sat at the window for over 10mins waiting for just 2 sandwiches and nothing else and they never said sorry about the wait or anything

Took longer than expected and they didn't have cookies. Also, they did swindle me into paying for a meal deal with oversized drink when I just wanted chips.

Teach these kids basic math. The total was $11.15. I gave the kid $21.15 he was totally lost, he had no idea why I gave him the $1 dollar bill. Then the yelling across the dining room the order #s .....why even give us #s? Fast food sandwichs isn't like rocket science, and they think they are worth more than $10 an hour.

The food is usually consistently ok here but the prices are high and I rarely come to this restaurant when any of the tables are clean. Maybe it’s just because it’s lunch time, I’m not sure, but there is never anyone bussing the tables. The only reason we still come is because it’s one of the few places around with fresh made sandwiches.

House keeping issues. Most of the tables were dirty. Floor needs sweeping. The break on one of my sandwiches was a little burnt. With high prices I expect good food and a clean place to eat it.

My husband and I like Schlotsky's- he for their sandwiches, me for their flatbread. However because I don't like meat, I look forward to their Magherita flatbread. They charged their menu but didn't update the website. Please think of having a Salmon burger or a crab burger, please. I know Schlotsky will chime up with something great. Unfortunately the service from the young man behind the counter was surly at best and he had an attitude. Too bad for the owners of this franchise.

Mediocre sandwich with soggy lettuce and deli meat that isn't as good as the deli meat you can buy at Kroger. The potato soup was good but needed seasoning or cheese to make it less bland. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest but the staff were nice.

We stopped at this location at 4pm on 7/16/19. The people were nice, but they made our sandwich wrong. While they fixed it by adding things, I'm not thrilled with how it turned out. It still wasn't right. The employees seemed to be busy with each other. Like I said though, they were nice. The tea was also good and fresh.

They were very nice and quick with our order. The sandwiches were great.

Sloppy, stray lettuce everywhere. Kids pizza half size of every other schlotzkys I’ve ever been to. Ham tasted weird.

Long wait. Very disappointed. Back in my day people cared about their customers. Will not be returning. Sandwich was good though, that is why I have decided to give 2 stars. Otherwise, terrible.

The smokecheesy had avocado so hard and unripe it was inedible. The bacon grilled cheese was missing the avacado. I paid almost 30 dollars for two meals, which are only worth that amount because of the a avacado so was very disappointed.

Table was dirty. Cashier was wearing a bleach stained, old Schlotskys shirt. The small sandwich was not worth $6.70, very little meat and tomato was not red nor even slightly pink. Eww!

Very long wait time. Order was wrong and things forgotten. Was made right in the end, but next time I hope the two sandwich order isn’t messed up and doesn’t take 20 minutes.

Their sandwiches are so dry. We have tried them a few times and can’t seem to get a normal Schlotzsky’s sandwich. We have tried the Original and Turkey avocado both times very dry.

Schlotzsky's has become just another sandwich shop. My original today was very mediocre with all of the meat piled in center and very dry. Even the Cinnabon was disappointing as it seemed like it was baked yesterday. I wouldn't be writing this if this was the first time I was disappointed but it is not.

The food is good, if over priced. My main complaint is that the manager on duty said they will no longer honor the specials sent via the Schlotzky's "Lotz 4 Me" app. That's their choice. But it's my choice to no longer eat there. We routinetly spent $30+ there for our family of four, which is a bit much for fast food when two items are kids meals. It doesn't seem much to ask that they let us sometimes enjoy the specials that other Schlotzky's offer. No big whoop since I have a much nicer Schlotzky's near work and they honor the app's deals.

The longest wait for fast food ever! 25 minutes my wife, my daughter, and I, sat there and waited for our food. Every open table was also dirty, which set the mood. Food was delicious, but we will probably never go back. It was very frustrating.

I waited in the drive thru for 35 mins. The service was slow, and then my tea tasted like no one had cleaned the tea container with a moldy after taste 🤢. I will not be back.

Extremely disappointed because we absolutely love Schlotzsky’s. Pull up to the drive-through and the man says “Get you”. I asked to please give me a minute. No answer. “Ok. I’m ready when you are.” He says again “Get you” I placed my order he said nothing else except for the total. So we just waited for a minute and proceeded forward. After sitting at the pick up window for about five minutes another young man gives me the total repeats my order and the orders incorrect. Takes my card. That takes about five minutes. And wait and wait and wait about a 15 minute ordeal total. They open the window and drive away. Thank you for coming. Welcome to Schlotzsky’s. There’s no nothing. NOTE This is at 3:36 PM and there’s no one there whenever we pull up in the parking lot. One person ended up behind us in the drive-through line so basically there’s no one there. There’s three people working and still took 15 minutes. That’s terrible. Do better

On a recent Saturday evening, my wife and I travelled to this location from Sealy with hopes of a couple sandwiches and some Cinnabon's (drop-off located inside) for breakfast the next couple days. Here is how it went down... 1. Sat in the drive-thru at the speaker with no answer for nearly 3 minutes before giving up and going inside to place our orders. I had recently broke my leg and was NOT looking forward to walking in- thanks guys. 2. Got inside, wife had to raise her voice TWICE at the staff jaw-jacking in the back to get their attention. (WOW). 3. Took over 10 minutes for the 2 sandwiches to be made (while they were all still being obnoxious in the back). And no-one else came in and no-one came through the drive-thru. 4. (and the only good thing)- One of the staff (appeared to be the more serious of the bunch) checked on us a couple times and brought us out some water while we were waiting- grateful for that. Wish now I had noted his name. He's the only reason the service section got that 2nd star... 5. Sandwiches themselves were made well, and the ingredients definitely Schlotzsky's expected quality- but the bread was NOT fresh. It wasn't stale, just tasted "old"- we have come to expect MUCH better quality bread from Schlotzsky's. 6. Cinnabons were OK, at best, but not fresh like the ones you get in the mall bakeries. But thanks for trying... I'm very forgiving when it comes to reviews, really! But this experience was NOT what's expected of a Schlotzsky's franchise. Corporate notified- will give them an earful when they return my call. Sorry, guys, y'all have to do better if you want me to spend my hard-earned money there.

I am giving Schlotzsky's in Brenham two stars, only because it has been OK on previous trips. However, our most recent trip was terrible. It was a Monday night, and my wife and I went in and ordered two salads, for dine-in. Other than us, there was one other person sitting in a booth waiting for his order, and the drive-thru was not busy. After sitting there for about 15 minutes, we could tell that the other guy was getting impatient waiting for his food. He got up and asked the girl at the counter about his sandwich, and she immediately handed it to him (which indicated it may have been sitting there for a while). We waited another ten minutes (now a total of 25 minutes) and finally they brought out our two salads. My wife commented that she didn't think our order was right, but we decided to accept it anyway, as we were ready to get going. The quality of the salads was poor...containing slimy lettuce that had to be picked out, plus the salads were served to us in foil to-go containers rather than the usual in-house salad bowls. A long wait for poor quality food! And the salads are 9 bucks each! I noticed that my receipt had an 800 number to call for questions and comments. I don't normally do this, but I decided to call and complain. I didn't want or expect much in return, it's just that I think the owners/managers need to be told about such issues, as there was no adult on duty the evening we were there...only two very young employees. The person on the phone (I guess it was some national hotline) took my name, number, email address, and store ID number from my invoice. He assured me that someone from the "management team" would get back with me within 24 hours. That's been two days ago and nobody has been interested enough to contact me via phone or email. Problem solved, as I simply won't patronize this establishment anymore! EDIT: Changed to one star. After 2 weeks, still no response from "management team". Apparently they don't care.

Good food but bad service. Walked in for a take out order and waited at the counter for 5 mins before someone realized we were there. Woman behind the counter was not wearing a mask even though signs were posted for customers and employees to wear a mask. Also she had a bit of an attitude, I didn't care for her vibe. I wouldn't go back because of the service.

Yikes! There are better places with better service, within walking distance. Seriously, take a look around the same parking lot. You won't be sorry if you avoid this particular franchise location.

Been sitting here in the drive through for over 15minutes. We just moved up one car. Hopefully it doesn't take any longer For each car infront of us.

Stopped by at 10:30 am to get a couple of sanwitchs to take home for lunch. All of the signs said open at 10 am. There were several employee cars parked. No answer at the drive through. All the doors were locked. Guess they do not want my business...

Workers are doing something other than making food and getting it out. 30-45 minutes for 1 sandwich in the drive through. Only 3 cars ahead.

Stale cinnabons, little icing, barely warm, and indifferent staff - $5 per bun that taste a week old is ridiculous. Never going back to this location.

Sunday lunch crowd very crowded and very understaffed. I purchased the rancher sandwich to go it took a very long time to be delivered to me and when I ate sandwich it was not risk it but rather roast beef

The website says they close at 9. Their sign says they close at 9, but when I arrived at 745 on foot I was told lobby is closed. You need to update your info or hire people that can work until 9 pm.

Very disappointed!! After a 10 hour road trip and almost home we pull into this Schlotzsky's to find that they have closed early before 9pm. Tried the door and the drive through and got no response! I could still see individuals inside too! 😐

Manager is extremely rude. I have the loyalty reward of a free sandwich each week (purchased on customer appreciation day). The manager didn’t want to honor deals made in Austin stating he is a franchise and doesn’t do things like down in Austin. The manager refused to give me a receipt. He walked away from me multiple times when I asked simple questions like what the store number was. Avoid this place at all cost.

Sandwich was inedible because of how bad it tasted with the fake smoke flavor. Also, we ordered a salad with ranch dressing and it came without a fork and no dressing. The woman at the drive through also had poor communication skills. Don't go here!

Very poorly managed! All dining tables were dirty. Took 10 minutes before I could get someone to take my order at the counter. 7 minutes before my sandwiches were ready. Staff seemed very lazy and non welcoming. Very sad especially since I love the food here.

Drove through this location with my family while traveling. Tried to order a pick two (French dip and poultry mac) was told I couldn’t order a specialty sandwich on a pick two. It SAYS on THERE MENU at this drive through location (Pick two of ANY menu item) when I pointed that out to the guy, his answer was I know but our manager won’t allow us to let customers have any specialty sandwiches on a pick two. I said I order this exact order at EVERY Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever been too. Sorry but I can’t was his response. Needless to say we left without ordering anything!!! Horrible customer service!

Service here is awful. The drive thru takes forever. My order has been wrong all three times I’ve gone here. Seriously I shouldn’t have to sit at the drive thru window for 30 minutes.

This schlosky's is horrible and ghetto. Definitely couldn't make a dang "orginal sandwich" right. IT comes with mustard! I said all way and he comes back with mayo instead of mustard on it. Then took them 15 mins for my Cinnabon. Finished eating my food. And went to the front to ask for it and he said its not done! Dude forget it and I just left. DONT GO HERE!!! So many people were so mad. So unprofessional. The place was not clean either!!

I went with my family for dinner and was very disappointed. My kids ordered pizzas off the kids menu section and they received half a pizza each. My wife and I both ordered a Pick 2 with the chicken bacon smokecheesy sandwich and both had olives on them. For my Pick 2 I asked for tomato basil soup and received maybe a 1/4th of a cup of soup. Also, there were roaches by the lemonades.

I just went through the drive thru and tried to order an original combo. Was told that they don't do combos. So I asked to speak to the manager which was the same person and was told they no longer do combos. I couldn't really understand what she was saying because her accent was too thick but I gather they have a new menu inside and am old menu outside? I told her that they need to take the sign down. Why not honor the combo of the sign is still up? Bad service and never got to try their food. Maybe the owner needs to handle their business.

Super overpriced. I paid $16 for a sandwich a bag of chips and a medium Coke. I ordered off of them combo meals which are numbered and they still seem confused as to what I wanted.

My very 1st ever cinnabon was week old stale and really hard and dry. My kids wouldn't even eat them. 4 cinnabons for the family cost more than 3 dozen doughnuts. The Quality was shameful. This is 1 family who will NEVER return to ANY location in this chain.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I have tried to eat here several times in the last few weeks, but it has not been open. Posted signs say dining room closed due to covid, which is totally understandable, but that the drive through hours are 9am to 9pm. I have shown up as early as 7:45 to find the drive through closed. The workers inside would not acknowledge us or explain what the new hours are. They did, however, have teenage friends parked in the parking lot both times that they were interacting with upon our arrival. I have tried to call ahead to see if the store was open before stopping during my travels, but no one ever answers. This place is a joke and whoever owns it is giving the brand some very poor representation.

This was a very unexpected experience today, when we pulled up they still had an hour until close. When I went to walk through the door it was locked so I tried the other door thinking they were just getting ready to shut down. That door was also locked. This store will never get my business.

Late on a Tuesday afternoon while traveling through Brenham, we stopped here. We really like Schlotzsky's, but this was not a good experience. Walked inside and did not see anyone... customers or staff. Waited a few minutes and realized that they did not care much about customers. So we left and went somewhere else.

What happened today at Schlotzskys in Brenham! We have eaten there numerous times but today the staff was horrible. We waited to order quite a while and a man from the kitchen walked out past us with food for customers. He went back to kitchen and told a young lady we were waiting to order. She looked out at us and went about her business. We counted at least 4 people in kitchen, possibly 5. Not 1 person even said we'll be right with you in a minute. Very rude! Needless to say, we left and it may be a long time before we ever return.

I am very disappointed in Schlotzsky's. I used to enjoy the restaurant, but after doing the curbside pickup, I am not happy. When I ordered my family's food online and drove to the restaurant, I pulled up in one of their curbside pickup parking spaces, I called the number on the sign in front of the parking space. No answer. Then, I had to go up to the drive thru and tell the employee at the window what my order was. There was hardly anybody in the drive thru and yet I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. (There's only 4 people in my family.) When I got home, Our family opened all the bags and got all the food out. We ordered a kid's pepperoni pizza for the two kids in my family. I was disappointed to find out that instead of them giving each of my family's kids a WHOLE pizza, they each got ONE HALF of a pizza. I think that their service is going downhill.

Terrible service. Our family stopped at this Schlotzsky's tonight while passing through town (as we do periodically). We ordered 3 sandwiches and drinks. After 20 minutes (I am not estimating - it was 20 minutes from the time on the receipt) I went to the front and asked where our food was. It turns out that they never started making it. I wanted my money back, but they didn't want to. "Fine, just make it quick". So it was ready in 3 minutes. BTW, we were the only people in the restaurant. The worst part is that they barely apologized and didn't offer to comp part of the meal, upgrade something, add something in. I will NEVER go back to this place again.
