I love this store the donuts are so delicious & I won't buy donuts anywhere else but here. Shipleys has been my favorite since I was a little girl. I just hate that you guys aren't on doordash anymore because that was very helpful for the people who don't have transportation. Please put this store back on doordash it would be greatly appreciated.

Every time I'm in town I have to pickup donuts from Shipley's. Simply the best donuts I've had. I've had donuts from so many different places all over the US and Shipley's constantly are better in my opinion. And the sausage kolache's are excellent too.

Just moved here from Houston and Shipley’s has always been my to go donuts shop. This Shipley’s did not disappoint I ordered regular glazed donuts and kolaches and they were hot and fresh.

Really nice people with a great product. Line moves fast, too Update: donut quality has decreased over the last 5 months or so. They just taste a little off? They need to change their oil more frequently I think.

They are such nice ppl. Excellent variety of pastries and such. If you ever encounter a problem with the food, they are kind enough to replace it for you. I love the boudin kolache. So flavorful.

A great stop for donuts and kolaches..They are also making very tasty mini beignets. Super friendly staff.

The kolches were smaller than I have had at other Shipleys and the doughnuts were slightly off from what I was expecting. The bacon egg and cheese kolache was great. overall it's not bad just not what I was expecting from Shipleys

Been here once. Variety of choices. Glazed donut was good. Bathroom was clean. Parking lot needed to be wider to accommodate for people trying to leave for the people in drive thru because of the line that accumulated.

The donuts are tasting better this week but a little too fluffy like Max donuts instead of Shipleys brand. I really like the staff at this location, the ladies really get to know their customers, now you can’t leave a tip on your card this week, that really need to be fixed, who still carry cash these days? Looking at the sign you can easily mistake for not accepting cards.

The donuts are tasting better this week but a little too fluffy like Max donuts instead of Shipleys brand. About a year ago I stopped in and the employees were selling farm fresh eggs from home next to the cash register. Lmao Maybe that's customary in Mexico 🇲🇽 but America. I even bought a dozen and they were great. This is a true story.

I go here about once a month. Their bread to meat ratio in their kolaches keeps on getting worse, and the last time I went there I bit into a hard, small, and white piece of something similar to a tooth or a pebble. I will keep on going for the donuts, but not the kolaches.

My usual go to ever since opening but lately the donuts taste gross. Taste like old oil that hasn't been changed in months. My donuts were extremely dark and couldn't taste the flavor other than old oil...ill try back in a couple weeks..

The employees are super sweet and cheerful (hence the 2 stars). However, the donuts have no flavor other than pure sugar. We got a variety of flavors, and you couldn't tell which was which. They just tasted super sweet and sugary. We'll continue to patronize better donut shops in town and skip Shipley's.

I am not sure what changed at this location but the donuts are not the normal size lately. Reason given(A customer request), Really ; one customer can’t change the size for everyone . Time to change my breakfast stop. Don’t cheat customers out of their hard earned money. If you are going to bear the Shipleys name, do better!! I have been going to Shipleys since I was a little girl; way before it was a thought in Brenham. #Make Shipleys Great Again

The people are super sweet but the milky drinks (which they aren't known for) was chunky. And the place wasnt clean. Table was sticky. But the people were so caring

Hours of operation on Google maps says they're open until 20:00 but I pulled into the drive-thru at 19:30 and menu was lit up but there were no cars in the parking lot and no sign of any employees in the 4-5 minutes I sat waiting to place my order. All indications were that they were not open. I don't know if they usually are open until 20:00 but 30 minutes before posted closing time, no one was there. I may try again some other evening but I'm not prepared to subject myself to the trauma that accompanies unfulfilled donut expectations at this point in time. IMO, a responsible store owner would verify that hours posted on Google are accurate and correct them if need be.
