A brand new, well-organized store. Quick service and a very good breakfast experience. I fell in love with the new sausage wrap. Definitely go back for more.

Although the sign outside clearly said it's a McDonald's, overall decor, the cleanliness and staff professionalism make this place outstanding among all other McDonald's:.. after ordering, you're kindly directed to take a seat with a number and within seconds, a waiter, I repeat, a waiter serves you your meal while sitting...out of this world!

I've always liked this McDonald's. The quality has gone down since it opened but it's still my go-to place. I prefer it over the other one. Edit: Some adjustments that made my initial review have been amended. The soda machine, for starts, now makes fresh and bubbly soda again. This is my go to McDonald's and usually great! However, some feedback for the manager. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the cashier who then told me they didn't have what I ordered! Maybe customers can be told that at the drive through window and then be allowed the option of leaving the line and not waiting for nothing. Especially annoying when in a rush to work.

Service was great. They took my order exactly how I asked for it. The fries 🍟 which are usually cold at other McDonald’s, well there fries were very hot. Exactly how I love them. Thank you so much for your service. Great staff

I used the drive-thru and was through in thirty seconds. The appearance of this McDonalds was very clean. I got super-fast, accurate service from very clean, competent employees. Both employees I interacted with were extremely pleasant and I am writing this review because of them. I never write reviews but their service was impressive and unforgettable. Caramel frappuccino, mango pineapple smoothie is my go to and i do believe they have one of the best fries...i tried the mc rib and i enjoyed it.

They're pretty decent. Food is basic McDonald's, not better, not worse. Service had always been positive for me. They've got a double drive way, ample parking as it's a shopping center with other stores and a bank. I don't like that there's always someone at the drive-thru begging for money.

Great McDonalds...except they don't enforce "no loitering." The food is always hot, the service is usually pretty fast, and the workers are friendly. Almost every time I go there though there are 1 or 2 "homeless" men standing right beside the "no loitering" signs asking for money.

This McDonald's in Bridgeport is good, but they should make their fries more often for better quality I suggest smaller batches more often and be gentle the fries come very small chopped up pieces. Also, check the mens restroom more often for cleanliness.

New store to me. First time & it is very clean & nice inside. They offer Uber Eats & there is a touch screen you can use to order if need be. Also they have a order number system which is something you don't see at alot of McDonald's restaurants. Can give it 5 stars just yet until I've been a few times.

Usual McDonald's fare, but the frying oil used for the french fries definitely needed changing. Also, I could barely taste the Mac Sauce I paid extra for on my Quarter Pounder.

The place is very clean and some of the staff members are friendly. There breakfast sucks to me now because they no longer have steak bagels. I would prefer to go to burger king much better breakfast and more choices.

I don’t know what going on but For some reason Countless of times My family and I make an orders with McDonald’s on the Take out apps yeah Miss a lot of stuff or give us the wrong thing . The service is beyond poor with many but not all the workers having a bad attitude and poor deposition towards customers. I could provide quite a few examples. I think the main problem is an absence of proper supervision and management.

Ordered and payed for lunch using the app drove to the restaurant to pick up my food and was accused by the store manager of not paying! If the food wasn't payed for, where did the order come from and how did they know what to make and when to make the food!?! Had to feel stupid when his employee told him the order was via app! Instead of apologizing, he just stood there and said was; "Oh..." Needless to say I'm never going there again!

Very quick service- the service is so quick staff does not take the time to flurry your “MC Flurry.” Only After the forearm workout of a lifetime was I able to enjoy this modern day masterpiece as it is intended to be enjoyed. The only casualty being my clothes which were stained most likely beyond repair. Would not recommend ordering this Item.

My coffee order was all wrong.They didn't put creamer, sugar, and I asked for it. They did not have decaf iced coffee. The hash brown was overly greasy and one meal costs seventeen dollars

I don’t like the fact that they keep messing up orders. Every time I order a small caramel frappe with extra caramel for my mom, they never give me the extra caramel drizzle. A few days ago, I ordered a caramel frappe with 2 pumps of extra caramel drizzle for my mom because they never give her enough, The cashier whispered to herself “ that’s too much Caramel”. First of all mind your damn business. YOU ARE NOT DRINKING THE DRINK OR PAYING FOR IT. Instead of minding people business the need to do their jobs and give people the right orders.

The teller was completely unfriendly and more importantly she was totally unprofessional. She was rude from the time we pulled up to order our food and finally until the last request which was for ketchup. Other than the unpleasant customer service the fries were actually excellent!!!!

Never come here during lunch time 2-5 I ordered in the store through the app and waited 30 minutes for my order and I still didn't get anything, asked about my order showing my number and the time I ordered, waited another 30 minutes and still didn't receive my order. Packed lines and busy service made it impossible to get someone again to check my order, eventually just walked and never got my order. If you order go through the driv-thru you're most likely to get your order, but never step in store.

Well for the last 2 months this McDonald's and all of them on 95 is closed overnight. The same two people that work the overnight are there working but they will not sell food or Coffe . This McDonald's has gone downhill. The employees never seem to want to do their jobs. You ask for coffee, and they say they don't have any. You ask for ice cream, and they say the ice cream machine is down. You ask for a number one, and they say they are only taking cash right now at 10 p.m. This is the only McDonald's in any state I have been to that claims its card machine is down at 10 p.m. I won't comment on the beggers that leach around the drive thru either begging for changing and throwing stuff at people's cars when they say no.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I really don’t have high expectations here, and they still fell far below them. I ordered a larch Carmel Macchiato through mobile order, and that’s it. It took them 15 minutes to fill the order, making me late for work at that. The bathroom was disgusting, one stall was missing toilet paper and the other was clogged, and there was pee all over both toilets. Avoid this location if at all possible, especially during busy times, they clearly just can’t keep up.

Pulled into drive thru at 1030 at night and was waiting for at least 4 minutes saying hello at the sign that says "order here with family in car expecting service of a Fast food restaurant no answer so I pulled up to window where I actually pay at. Young girl with glasses comes to window and I explained my situation. She said I have to go back around and order again cause it's other customers but I was first one thier and cars was waiting behind me .I was willing to pay at that window and order but was turned down so we just decided to go miles up the road for food . Could of been handled differently my opinion gotta get workers that's not on thier phone every time they not busy cause I can tell that was the case

I waited 35 minutes for my food just for it to burn my mouth and it not even tastes like McDonald’s. Something was not right. I suggest someone looks at the cameras between 150am and 205am. This place is a scam! I went last week to get McDonald’s and used my credit card. Now I’m at work and my card notifications tells me that there was a charge for $9.82 when it didnt Come from me. The manager lady does not deserve that job. For be a manager we have been training to be a good listener..she is not. She acts like she hates her job and her opportunity. I ordered a Large Vanilla Shake and they must’ve used a dirty cup or something because there was strawberry at the bottom. If I didn’t take a sip before giving it to the intended person they would’ve had an allergic reaction to the strawberry and we wouldn’t have known why. There should be absolutely no reason that drinks are getting mixed like that. None at all. The employees leave their drinks lying around, open, and within customer view. Maybe to let us know the place is dirty and unhygienic who knows. The burger we ordered came plain for some reason, didn’t order plain. The points didn’t work but the employee didn’t offer to retype the order even though every other McDonalds I’ve been to does it before I even ask them to try.

They often add egg to the sausage McMuffin without asking first. It has happened so often that I have taken to mentioning I don't want any egg when I order. Yesterday, I did the same thing and the price was still too high. Turns out the cashier punched it in as a sausage egg mcmuffin substitute no egg. After I paid I realized they charged me too much and showed them when I got my coffee. So they didn't give me the food and I was told to pull up to a third window where I was given 2 dollars cash. Still no food. At this point I had now paid $8 for just a medium coffee. No apology and no explanation. Eventually, I went in and asked for a manager. Finally, I got the rest of my order. No explanation and no apologies. I was almost late for work.

Today I purchased on the app a mcgriddle and hash brown at 10:15am. I get to the store and they have no idea of my order. Then They come up to me and say "we cancelled your order bc we stop serving breakfast at a certain time" that certain time is 1030 am. So after trying to say I was at the wrong store and it's my fault they waited for the clock to turn to 1030 to tell me this and I still never got the money back. Do not go to this store. Whoever is running that store needs to be trained or fired.

I would not suggest anyone eat here. I ordered a McChicken. I got to the gas station across the street and noticed they gave me fries. I went back with my receipt and the bag to retrieve the correct item and to show her what I received in error. She gave me the sandwich without hesitation BUT she took the fries back! I told her that in the restaurant business you do not take food back once it has left the store. It’s unsanitary. She laughed and said ok thank you. It wasn’t funny to me because I had sampled about 3 of them and thrown straw paper in the bag. The paper can be removed, the fries returned to the batch to be reheated or served to another customer. Most places tell the customer to keep it or throw it away but never take food back. Staff needs retraining and the Sanitation grade should be an “F”. Now I see why I rarely eat fast food. I probably got someone else’s McChicken. I just threw it away . Never again

I ordered via mobile app, they had an issue finding my order at first, then they found it. I go to payment window as instructed and the woman told me the charge didn’t go through. That wasn’t true, I checked my bank statement and I was indeed charged. She said no, she needed payment to proceed. Fine, I’ll deal with customer service for that one. Then I receive my order and it isn’t hot. My cheese isn’t melted, it’s practically cold. I ordered no onions and received onions in the box. There is also so much ketchup and mustard on this burger that it’s falling apart. Every other McDonald’s I order this exact menu item prepared this exact way (QPC, extra mustard, no pickle NO onion) and it never turns out like this. My burger is never sloppily falling apart due to condiments. Never. it also appears they added an extra slice of cheese for whatever reason? Didn’t want it, 2 is more than enough, don’t give me an extra slice of cheese if it won’t even be hot….. I have been to this location multiple times, but I will never return here. My burger is always falling apart with sauce at this location, that’s whatever, but I’ve never been charged twice for an order and received such awful food. NEVER again.

I purchased a 4 piece happy meal for my child get home take the lid off his drink and it looks like someone drunk out of it and gave it to me. I bought food from at the drive thru and when I got home as I picked up my burger, this roach was under it. I emailed McDonald's about it as well as spoke to the manager, they didn't give me a good reasoning other than to argue it's not a roach. Regardless it's unsanitary and I do not recommend anyone eat here.
