We celebrated our anniversary last night at Bond45. Had the most delicious dinner of porterhouse for 2. Impressive display of the steak with arugula and roasted potatoes. Sorry I didn't snap a before photo but was anxious to dig in to that beautiful steak. It was the tastiest steak, so tender and delicious. We were not disappointed. We chose roasted asparagus and peppers as our sides to accompany this tender meat. The service was top notch. Jessica was our server and was kind and very accommodating. Knowing it was our anniversary we were seated downstairs at a small table, we were approached by the maitre' d and asked if we wanted a different table so we could sit across from each other instead if next to each other. We declined. When another table cleared we were again asked by our waitress if we wanted to switch tables. We were too full for dessert but we were surprised by a delicious chocolate mousse and whipped cream dish that had a sparkler on it along with 2 glasses of moscato on the house to celebrate. Jessica then asked if we had our phones to take a picture for us. We made the right choice by celebrating at Bond45. Great service, atmosphere and food. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so special. We would highly recommend Bond45.
Had a lovely meal there on a few different nights as it was very close ro our hotel, had an amazing lasagna. Beautiful atmosphere and staff. Would definitely eat here again.
Visited for an early dinner between shows and was pleasantly surprised to get a table right away. Service was great, food was prompt and delicious. Price is appropriate for the location, atmosphere, and food quality.
My family and I decided that this would be a good place to try before going to see The Great Gatsby. Let me say it exceeded our expectations! It was a late birthday trip for me and they mad it very special! The food was great and so was service! Special mention to our server JJ. He was wonderful! Highly recommend!
What a delightful surprise! My husband and I stumbled upon Bond45 while looking for a pre-show bite before Hamilton, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! Located right across from the Hamilton Theatre, it was a convenient option, but we were blown away by the exceptional service and cuisine. When we mentioned our time constraint to our server, they expedited our experience, serving us within 30 minutes, while still being extra attentive. The food and drinks were simply lip-smacking! I'd visit again in a heartbeat. The ambience was also perfect for a romantic date night. If you're looking for a great meal with exceptional service, Bond45 is a must-visit. 5/5 stars!
This place has quickly become a favorite of mine. The last time I was in NY, I came here twice in a row. JJ made our experience extra special. His service was excellently, and it leveled it up anymore. Tens across the board for JJ and Bond 45. Get the meatballs!
Had a great meal at Bond 45! Our server quickly asked if we had theatre that night, which was wonderful because he ensured we got out on time for the show. Our server was friendly, personable, and attentive. The food was AMAZING!! One of the best meals I’ve had! Definitely recommend if you’re in the theatre district!!
Saturday Night Ava and Taylor took exceptional care of me at the Bar. The Garganele with Red Shrimp and Arugulawas delicious and the Chocolate Mousse would have been equally as good but I didn't have room. The last time I ate here was 17 years ago in their original location with my daughter to see the Rockettes and I was so impressed I knew I had to find it again. Dont forget to ask for Taylor and or Ava who will make your experience memorable. And definitely order the Chocolate Mousse.
My party and I only got drinks and appetizers here, but I felt compelled to share my experience after a not so great experience at a super popular dining spot that was awful. First, we just walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately (we were there at an off time, I'm sure there are times it's harder to get in). Every staff member we encountered was so friendly! Our waiter was not only friendly but extremely quick. Our drinks were delicious and the appetizers, too! The meatballs and giant mozzarella stick were sooo yummy, I'm honestly still thinking about them. I would 100% come here to eat again, or recommend to anyone in the theatre district looking for a place to go. Thank you Bond45!!
My first time eating there I went before my musical Hamilton which was right a cross the street which made it very convenient. We had the brunch which was very good I had eggs Benedict and my girlfriend had scrambled eggs. Our waitress was very sweet and the ambiance was really really nice. And on our way out they gave us a freshly baked cookie right off the cookie sheet perfect ending.
This required eatery in the restored Edison Hotel is a Broadway staple and landmark. The Fireman Hospitality Group has some of the best eateries in Midtown, and Shelly has exquisite tastes. Or is it his wife? Don't know. Regardless, you will not leave disappointed. The staff are the best in midtown. This is an ideal place for theatre dining.
This restaurant is fantastic the service which we received was second to none. The food was out of this world, hot and delicious. Our server Daniel was so attentive, pleasant and very welcoming. For anyone who doesn't give this place a chance it's your loss.
We stayed that the Edison and was recommended Bond45 for the New Years parry event . What an awesome New Year event we had with our family, thanks to Bond45 . Even allowing our 2 year old to attend with no charge. Service, food and show was wonderful. If your planning to celebrate new year in new york and do the ball drop, Bond 45 is the place to be . %1000
We sat downstairs and what a beautiful setup they have. Our server Trevor was so knowledgeable about the menu and so quirky and fun. It really made our lunch that much more enjoyable. Food was delicious. Their mozzarella sticks are amazing.. he steered Us in the right direction knowing what we would like. The purple drink which I can't remember the name was delicious. Everything was on point. Will definitely go back again if we are in the area.
Visited here from out of town. We were looking for an upscale place for breakfast near Broadway and it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing as was the drinks! They also offer vouchers for customers staying in the hotel attached which is nice!
Stopped in to have a quick drink sat at the bar. Peter, the bartender was worth the price of admission. He kept us laughing the entire time. We loved his sidekick Emma was very entertaining too. We would definitely come back the next time we visit Manhattan. He’s an asset that they have behind the bar.
I came across this place walking around Manhattan. We were greeted by the best bartender, Peter and his sidekick Emma. These two staff members make the place. The restaurant gives you the old italian vibe. The antipasto bar looks amazing filled with lots of fresh veggies. If you are near the theaters stop by and ask for Peter! He will take good care of you and give you some good laughs.
My boyfriend and I came here for dinner while on a little vacation, and I’m so happy we chose this restaurant! Kevin was our server and he was amazing! I got the truffled fettuccine alfredo, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. If I’m ever back in the area, I will for sure be stopping here!
Had a great time visiting this place, food and coffee were excellent, but our server Trevor really made the experience memorable. Never encountered a server where I enjoyed the conversations they were having with the other tables in their section. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, quick with a joke, and quick with service. This review downplays the quality of the restaurant, which is very good and I will certainly visit again the next time I am in town, but without a doubt I will be asking for Trevor's service again. The kid has the skills to work in any restaurant in the world.
I visited Bond 45 a couple weekends ago after seeing Death Becomes Her and was looking for a chance to wait out the snowfall. My party and I sat at the bar and had the opportunity to be waited on by Ava. We were not disappointed!! Her knowledge of the menu was refreshing!! She suggested the best food options after hearing what we were interested in and made amazing drinks! We all had a different drink themed after the play. With her assistance, our night at play was completed with great drinks, amazing service and good company. Thank Ava, for making our night one to remember!
Bond 45 never disappoints. Stopped by pre theater matinee for a drink and some apps with a friend , we had the prosciuitto and burrata and then three veggies from the antipasto bar. Everything was delish , especially the veggie tart from the antipasto bar. we asked for seconds on that. The service was great as well.
Eating at Bond 45 was a terrific experience! The food was amazing! I had the home made fettuccine noodles with the bolognese sauce. This dish was recommended by our server, and he was absolutely right! The serving staff was fantastic! They were friendly, insightful, and there was always someone coming around to freshen up our beverages. The atmosphere was a relaxing and classy. The price matched the environment and quality, would definitely recommend!
We Love It Here!! My sisters and I make it a point to come to BOND45 everytime we visit the city. The meatballs, the ambiance, the service, there isn’t one place where they are lacking. I literally told them I can’t wait to bring our future kids here one day. JJ was fun , Finn and attentive. He pre bussed our table consistently and exemplified all 12 steps of service! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Shoutout to our amazing server, Trevor! Food was delicious and our experience was elevated by Trevor's attentive and excellent service. Will be back soon to try more of their yummy thin crust pizzas. One piece of advice if you are ordering pizza, make sure it is brought to your table as soon as possible as ours were no longer warm when it arrived, but still delicious!
I loved everything about Bond 45. The food was amazing! I ordered the lasagna and it was the best I have ever eaten. Our waiter, Victor, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, including a birthday song!
My daughter and I popped in yesterday before we went to see The Notebook. What a wonderful surprise! We sat at the bar and had the prix fixe lunch menu. Everything was delicious!! Caprese salad, Caesar salad, rigatoni alla vodka, chicken parmesan, tiramisu and limoncello tart. Our bartender and drinks were fantastic! Thank you for adding to our fun day in the city!! 🗽
Very nice experience. Friendly staff from front to servers and bus staff (huge shout out to our super friendly and attentive bus person from Bangladesh, he was amazing!). Great food, recommend the pepperoni pizza and house salad. We also had two aperol spritz and they were really refreshing as we came during the June heatwave. Thanks for a great time, we will return.
We came here for breakfast during our stay at the Hotel Edison. Convenient location right off the lobby. Our room stay gave us a coupon for 6 dollar breakfasts. Simple and good breakfast. Good Coffee. Great service. Loved the decor on the walls. We also enjoyed a glass of Beleni with breakfast that tasted great!
Perfect spot to eat/drink before checking out a show at the theater. I was in town for the day to see Death Becomes Her next door at the theater and stopped here to eat before. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately. They had themed drinks for the show which really added to experience. The octopus was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The drinks were great. The staff was awesome, I left my purse in the bathroom and so glad they found it and brought it back to me at the bar, silly me. Some of the staff had seen the show and advised I was going to enjoy it as they did. Also ordered the lasagna as well which was pretty good too. Definitely recommend. It was a real busy street so I recommend getting dropped off at the corner and walking if you’re on a time frame.
Amazing experience! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Food was great, and I enjoyed the theatre drinks! The lovely family next to picked up my tab, (which was so unexpected !) and Emilio was our server. He was great, nice manners, and just made the night! Please give him a raise! Thank you!
An excellent meal with fantastic service at Bond 45 New York. We really wanted Italian food and it was right across the street from our hotel. We went for a late dinner during the Tony awards. We made a reservation, and were seated quickly. We had tried to get in the night before, but it was booked, so having the award show helped us out. We started with several appetizers, including the Burrata Caprese salad and shrimp cocktail. The Burrata Caprese salad was excellent and I really wish I had ordered a second one. The tomatoes were fresh and delicious. You should really try it out. For dinner we had the filet mignon and chicken Parmigiana. For sides, we had the roasted heirloom carrots, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower Milanese. The vegetables are fresh and you receive large portions. For dessert we had the limoncello tart, which was outstanding. Our server was Margaret and she was outstanding, professional, and very attentive. She was engaging, and we had several very good conversations with her. Overall, the price point is high, but I think worth the money. The food and service were just that good and honestly our price point is skewed given that we had drinks and wine. Overall, a great experience, and we will be back the next time we come into New York. It was well worth it.
We were recently in NYC and had reservations at another local Italian restaurant …..they were completely overrun with guests and it became clear we would not be seated and served in time to make our 7:00 Hamilton show. We cancelled that reservation and resigned ourselves to fast food. But we happened upon Bond 45 right across from yeh theatre. It was 5:45 and the show was at 7:00 but I asked if they could accommodate a party of 3…. The host said “Let’s do it!” We mentioned to our server that we had 7:00 theatre reservations and he also said “Let’s do it!”. Around 5:55 we ordered our entrees and I kid you not….they were on our table at 6:04. Amazing service! The spaghetti with short rib meatballs was delicious as was the regular spaghetti with marinara. But the star was the carbonara. Best we’ve ever had! I will come back again to enjoy the amazing looking raw bar, marinated vegetables, cocktails and of course that carbonara!. Thank you for turning our night around and getting us to the show on time! This is what great service looks like !!! We will be back whenever we are in New York!
We did not have a reservation but they accommodate me and my sister. Warm welcome from the get go, staff always smiling and asking questions regarding our show time and allergies. Highly recommended for a pre-Theater dinner. Cheers! Don’t forget the chocolate mousse at the end. Amazing
I stopped here for a quick lunch before a Broadway matinee. I had less than an hour and JJ made it happen. He was friendly and efficient which I appreciated on a short timeline. I had the lunch prix fixe with the caprese, rigatoni, and chocolate mousse and I highly recommend all of it.
This restaurant impressed with its diverse menu and vibrant atmosphere. The chicken parm was perfectly breaded, tender, and topped with just the right amount of savory sauce and melted cheese. Paired with a couple of well-crafted mixed cocktails, the meal was a hit from start to finish. A great spot for both variety and flavor.
Bond 45 is an absolute gem in the heart of NYC. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels classic, welcoming, and unmistakably New York—perfectly located for a pre- or post-theater meal. The food is outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, from the pastas to the steaks. You can tell real care goes into every dish. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and every bite delivered. What truly elevates Bond 45, though, is the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without ever rushing us. That kind of hospitality makes a big difference, especially in a busy area like Times Square. Whether you’re heading to a Broadway show, celebrating a special occasion, or just want a fantastic Italian meal in the city, Bond 45 never disappoints. A true NYC classic that always feels special.
We made a reservation even though some reviews suggested it could be a 'tourist trap'. We didn't get that vibe at all. The staff was friendly, and our table was ready as reserved, even though we were there on a Saturday before the matinees. We ordered the Calamari and Burrata appetizers. Both were well prepared. There was nice light breading on the calamari. The sauce was fresh with a bit of heat from the red pepper. The burrata had a nice flavor, but we wished the tomato had a larger presence on the plate. A couple of us had pasta, and it was well done. My mom had their signature Eggs Benedict and enjoyed their take on the dish. Our waiter was thoughtful and welcoming, as was the rest of the staff.
Bond 45 is our favorite Midtown spot in the theater district. We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The food is excellent, the cocktails are amazing, and the staff is always super friendly and genuinely happy to see us. A consistently great experience every time.
My mom and I went before seeing Death Becomes Her right next door, and it was amazing! They have a cocktail themed for the show, which is delicious, and so fun as it comes out with smoke and is poured table-side, like the potion from the show. The food is so flavorful and rich. The burrata is creamy and the pastas are so fresh and tasty. The service was also wonderful. Everyone was so kind. Would definitely recommend this place, and I can't wait to go back.
Everything about this restaurant was excellent! The food (you must get the spaghetti with short rib meatballs); the dessert (chocolate mousse, chef’s kiss!) But nothing, and I mean nothing, tops the service I received from the best server I’ve ever had in my life from JJ. He’s absolutely the bees knees. So attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, funny, and kind. Give JJ anything he wants Bond 45. Good service is hard to come by these days and he nailed it!
We had the best experience at Bond45! We started our evening at the bar and ended up staying for a couple of hours because our bartender, Kasia, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, made us feel right at home, and every drink she mixed was perfect. When it was time for dinner, we were seated in the restaurant, and our server Victor took the night to a whole new level. He went above and beyond to make our evening special - attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in giving us great service. Between the atmosphere, the fabulous drinks, and the exceptional service from both Kasia and Victor, Bond45 made our night in NYC unforgettable. Highly recommend! 🥂✨
We had a pre-matinee lunch at Bond 45 this week and were very pleased with the experience. The service and food were excellent. They offer a Lunch Prix-Fixe menu with 3 courses for $39 with some nice choices. I had the Caprese Salad starter and and the huge Chicken Parmigiana which is just meat. If you want a side a pasta if needs to be ordered separately. They do offer gluten-free pasta. My wife had the Caesar Salad and Filet Mignon which has an up change but was cooked perfectly and delicious. For dessert we had the Tiramisu and watermelon which is great for limited diets. Overall the service was excellent as was the food. We had a 11:45 reservation and finished up with plenty of time to walk down to Times Square for a look or head to many theatres. Overall a great experience.
Bond 45 was great! Service was exceptional and the food was delicious and great portions. We had a group of 7 ppl., and we didn't really have to wait long for drinks, appetizers or entrees. Menu selections were diverse and plenty, reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend and return.
I found this spot on a humble. After checking the reviews of other Italian restaurants in the area, this was a no-brainer. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was very helpful with the food and drink menu. The service was excellent. They were very conscious of patrons with food allergies. The food was fresh, flavorful, and timely. Great location, good food, drinks, and people. We will, without a doubt, be returning.
Went to dinner after seeing Hamilton Broadway show across the street. We receded quickly and our server was very attentive. Love all the choices on the menu so hard to pick. They have an awesome vegetable appetizer bar to choose from. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. I had veal Milanese with tomatoes and arugula very good. My husband had pasta carbonara, which was creamy and extremely tasty. Our appetizer were the short rib meatballs, which were so tender and the sauce definitely complemented the meatballs. The chocolate mousse is absolutely to die for the portion is enough to share, but definitely could be eaten on your own, lol. With delicious real whipped cream. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in NYC.

We went to Bond 45 before seeing a show and the whole experience was 5 stars! Drinks, food, service, everything was incredible! Can't wait to go back in Dec with our family!
This restaurant is amazing. They serve people with food allergies and do an excellent job. The food was fantastic. The waiter even better. Can't wait to return to NYC!

What a great spot! I went to a private party here, the food was really wonderful. The drinks were well prepared and good selection for an event (Thank you to Chandon sponsor). The food was delicious! A really lovely selection. My only complaint when having an event like this… the food is presented for the visual display more than convenience of serving oneself.
It was a nice restaurant. Has 2 levels. I sat in the downstairs dining area which had a quiet and calm atmosphere. Service was great and food was good. Focaccia loaf with gorgonzola was excellent!!
This is a great place to come to when doing a play and/or if you want decent Italian food with no surprises, that will hit the spot. Bond 45 is located in the Edison hotel, very close to Times Square. For drinks, had the Bond Spritz and the Bond Cup (?). Forgot name of the second drink. Both drinks were on the sweet side. Our waiter was attentive, and quick without being annoying. For food we had the lasagna, two meatballs and a mozzarella stick. All meals were good and yummy. Only thing I found odd was that we weren't served bread prior to our meals. Other than that, meals and service were great. Seems like they always take in walk-in customers, as it's a pretty large place
The food at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and our server was excellent as well. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the hostess. When I asked where the restroom was, she looked at my friend, who is Latina, and replied, “We don’t have public restrooms here.” I explained that we were dining there, and at first I even thought she was joking since she was the one who had seated us. I can understand restrooms being restricted for non-customers, but making assumptions based on appearance was very disappointing. Still delicious pizza
Good food & drinks, great service, big portions, prices are a little inflated but that is to be expected due to its location in Times Square. Our sodas were a little flat. Carbonara was delicious. The pizza is thin crust and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area. The chicken parm was HUGE and tasted great, but bit of a bummer that a side of pasta is an extra $13. Overall a good choice if you’re looking for a sit down meal in Times Square. Oh and don’t skip on the Chocolate Mousse, honestly some of the best I’ve tasted and the portion is huge! More than enough to share among 5.
Bond 45 is one of my favorite spots to eat at in NYC. The two times I have visited, I have enjoyed their pizzas the most. It was outstanding, and just as described, the pizza was paper thin. It was delicious! My only problem is that it feels very crowded in the restaurant. Often, you are bumping shoulders with other people. For those who sit against the wall, typically don't struggle with this issue. It is different for those who sit in the aisles.
Dinner here was very good. Our favorite was the grilled artichoke. It was my birthday, which the host confirmed when we checked in, but the waiter never said anything about it. Just a weird situation for them to confirm it and then never bring it up again. Drinks were very good as well.

Alright food, nothing to write home about. I began my meal with a warm cup of Earl Grey tea with cream, followed by the Scrambled Eggs dish ($15.00) that comes with roasted pepper potato hash, challah toast and mixed greens. I added two patties of Italian sausage (+$6.00). Nothing special, really. Even though it was beautifully presented, the dish lacked any flavor and I never got a chance to ask for any hot sauce because our waiter didn't check on us (it was busy, and they were probably short staffed). I asked for jam to spread on my toast but it never came. My total came out to $28.85 before the tip, incredibly cheap by New York standards. My friend ordered the Skillet Baked Eggs (Italian sausage, crispy prosciutto, tomato, pepper, potato hash, $22.00). Pretty cool. The eggs come raw and literally cook on the super hot skillet while you mix it and eat it. She liked it quite a bit.
Very uneven brunch at Bond 45. Where to start. First they sat us downstairs where there was a private party complete with microphone and speeches. We felt like intruders. We asked to be moved, and they did accommodate us, but we were seated practically in a serving station :( Best part of my meal was the espresso martini with chocolate shavings. The shavings were scrumptious! A great touch was while waiting for our meal - fresh chocolate chip cookies from the oven were offered table side. We had a fantastic appetizer of short rib meatballs! Perfect. BUT I was very disappointed in the chicken and waffles benedict. The hollandaise sauce was barely on the eggs. The waffles, which were supposed to be challah bread as stated in the menu, were cold in the center. I was never asked to substitute waffles for challah bread! The chicken in the other hand was crispy and tasty. It was a ok meal. You don’t leave hungry, just not what you’re expecting. My husband had the Bella Benedict. It was a poached egg, Italian ham, mozzarella, parmesan hollandaise and potatoes. The bread was very dense but at least he had hollandaise sauce. Desert was yummy! We had the limoncello custard tart. Oh so good, custard was nice & tart and the caramelized sugar on top added just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. For the amount of money we spent, the expectation was for a bit better meal. Bond 45 is a bit tourist-y (our mistake). One footnote that amused us greatly: someone at the table next to us had a birthday. And the waiters assembled to sing this: Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday, Total Strangers!! Happy Birthday to You!!! Bond 45 scores points for that!!
Lots of history in this place. The original Bond in NYC (around 1960~70) was a department/clothing store on 45th street. This Bond play homepage to it's roots (hence 45 in the name). It is conveniently positioned, right next to time square and a few minutes from the Port Authority. This place is home to one of the BEST NYC style pizza you'll ever have. With the crust literally being paper thin, yet does not feel like a biscuit but rather dissolves in one's mouth and packs a ton of flavor. It's pizza dough magic or science depending on your perspective. The other food I tried pretty good as well, namely their pizza-like Chicken Parm and steak. But unfortunately they other items, while tasty in their own rights, are unlikely to be the best Italian dishes you'll ever have. Still, I command the copious portions. That being said, the drinks were almost undrinkable and we had to send them back for tweaks (Tried a margarita and an old fashioned). What is also (unfortunately) holding Bond 45 back are that, for that price point, the ambience and atmosphere were barely above average.
Had the gluten-free carbonara, the sauce was so-so but pasta was cooked well. I also had arugula salad which was dressed well and fresh. Felt like the cheese would have been better shaved or grated with a microplane to distribute the salt. Overall it was ok, probably wasn't the best idea to go here 30m before closing. Service was attentive and prompt.
Bond 45 is located right in Time Square by the Marriott Marquis New York, an awesome location for catching a meal before and after a show on Broadway. The restaurant is set up with very close tables, and the noise level is very loud. We arrive on-time for our reservations and were greeted and seated right away. The server came by right away for drink orders and provided us ample time to review the menu. We went all out on the meal, with a 3 choice Antipasto tray, Toasted Gorgonzola Loaf, entrees of Lasagna, and Veal Cutlet Milanese, and ending with a slice of Cheesecake. All the food was good, but the Gorgonzola loaf was an outstanding item with a loaf of bread stuffed and baked with cheese, very decadent. The portions were generous, and we left satisfied. Overall, the service and food were well done, and was worth our one-time visit. Tips for your visit: This restaurant is popular, so make sure you make reservations, and be aware this has a loud volume atmosphere venue for dinner.
The food was good. Pizza was mediocre. Not worth $25 for cheese and one basil leaf. Veal chop had way too much breading. I would have liked to taste the meat. Cheesecake was delicious. Waiter was sweating profusely and was a little too busy to be attentive. I don’t think I would come back.
Disappointing! The restaurant has an upscale atmosphere, very nice inside. The food ranged from ok to not good. Its kinda pricey so we had an expectation of quality but got very mid pizzareia type food. Definitely don't recommend for a date night or after show dinner.
I went there with no expectations, but the store ambience and the price of food did give me expectations for the quality of food, but it turned out not to meet the expectations. The food quality is 0.75 times the price. I've had better prime ribs, better mojitos, better noodles in other places. Maybe the chefs were overworked and tired, but this is what I felt. The food looks Great. Seeing the food made me feel like okay let's dig in, but upon taking the first bite, it felt something was not right... I thought maybe it's just the steak, but it was the same with noodles, and even the mojito.Everything is lacking a punch that is expected for the price. Service was great, quick, nice. The ambience is marvelous.
A generous 3 stars...ordered the Carbonara. Received about 1 cup of spaghetti and 3 pieces of bacon the size of my pinky nail for $30.....said something to bartender and was told "that's how it com…
Stopped in for a drink before the show. Average drink with a hefty price. The presentation of the drink was nice, but it had a bitter taste. \n\nServer was absent for a while so it took a while to …

The place was very pretty, the service was excellent. A bit overpriced which I would have been ok with but did not care for my entree nor the bread we had at all

Disappointing Italian restaurant in the heart of time square. We ordered fried calamari, chicken parmigiana and carbonara pasta. Fried calamari was over-breaded and some pieces were just the breading. Pasta was good but very tiny. Chicken was great disappointment, breading was soggy, not well seasoned and added lots of cheese to cover the sadness of the chicken. My local pizzeria would do better job at a reasonable price. Service was very disorganized. Not worth to come to this place.
I would definitely not come back here. The food was bad. The Caesar salad didn't have any dressing on it and then when we mentioned it the waiter commented how they can give us MORE sauce. Excuse me there was no sauce on it, own up to your mistake. The $27 carbonara is a scam, 4 small chunks of meat and not a good egg/cheese/pasta water ratio. I asked the waiter again for some red pepper flakes and they never brought them. The mozzarella stick was okay but again way overpriced for what it was.
It was just fine. I never want to write a negative review but I feel compelled to say something in this case - I ordered chicken parm and garlic bread. It was OK, except for this piece of chicken bone in the chicken breast???? What???? I mentioned it to the staff and I was told that it’s intentional, for decorative purposes. How is it decorative if I can’t even see it from the outside??? I took a bite, unknowingly, and nearly chipped a tooth. I’ve eaten plenty of chicken parm in my day and never experienced this. I would encourage them to stick with garnish decorations, not bones. Also, this weird wet napkin was under my side of pasta. That didn’t make much sense to me either. Staff was friendly and the inside was nice. I appreciated that it wasn’t too crowded and I was able to sit right away.
Was there for dinner last night. Appetizers is good , and it came promptly. Dinner was terrible, had the fish , it was salted and excessive tomatoes sauce, partner had the fresh dish, it was chewy and rubbery, it insipid, he ate nothing of it . Our server, ruin the entire experience, forget her name , she is the blond witn an Irish accent, she is loud and can’t fully comprehend her. After we finish with our appetizers, we were ignored for over 20 minutes, our main course never arrived until we had to inquired from the runner to send her and yet she never come to inquire from us . The food is not worth for the price per an insipid entree and Mediocre service . I would have never give gratuity , but my partner gives a decent amount. I do not recommend this restaurant.
First time dining at this place as recommended by a friend. Ambience was nice. We had a reservation and came in early and was seated right away. Service was good at the beginning, we had our appetizer of Calamari which was pretty good. And then we had to WAIT for quite awhile for our main entree. The reasoning was there was a party going on and they were busy (we came there at 1500 in the afternoon and it wasn't busy and that's why we were seated right away) Needless to say the more the waiter/server (which by the way was another one and not the original server we had with no explanation or introduction) talked, and gave us all the excuses why our entree took so long the more frustrated we were. Then finally our entrees came. It was lackluster. They " made-up" for our 'unhappiness' by giving us a free dessert ( tiramisu which we chose but not on the menu- one of the patrons suggested it... not so great) ( the coffee that we asked for should also been complementary). In summary if and when you come to this place don't expect a service that's up to par or food that reflects the dinner price.
Don’t waste a meal here!! Go 2 blocks south to carmines for MUCH BETTER and AUTHENTIC Italian food! Would have been just 1 star but the waiters and staff were very kind!! The food here was expensive but tasted cheap! We ordered the meatballs to start— arrived cold, we sent it back and they brought it back warm. Service was great! Our waiter was kind and attentive! - also ordered carbonara - sauce tasted like—I kid you not— powdered Mac and cheese mix. - tortellini mozzarella - filling was good and tasted fine but the pasta was too thick - chicken parm was good but skip the side of spaghetti - they do serve coke products (win) but they are watered down (with or without ice still watered down) :/
I arrived there for lunch just after 2 p.m., it was not busy on this Monday, a day on which many shows do not perform. The service was slow, my meatball appetizer arrived lukewarm and had little taste of meat. Upon entry, there are a lot of different vegetable items displayed. A person can order 1 for $13, 3 for $26. The red and yellow peppers combination had a lot of eye appeal so I ordered that by itself, it had little taste. After that, I was full, so I left. The restaurant is on 46th street between Broadway and 8th avenue, on the other side of the street of the Richard Rogers Theater (Hamilton is playing there now). There is a large painting in the back with images of famous people. It was fun to see if I could recognize them, it was not hard.
My mom, an older woman, got awful violent debilitating food poisoning here. She was so sick she couldn't open her eyes or walk. She ate the salmon and the spinach. They are looking into the reason …
I went with my partner for a night out and he had been there years ago at its previous location. He's usually spot on, but... not this time. Bond 45's food is horribly overpriced IMO for the quali…
Worst experience in New York. We never got all of our drink order. Never saw the waitress again after we placed the order. Other people brought what we did get. The coffee was even cold. What we did get was hotel buffet quality, meaning mediocre. Maybe an ok Italian restaurant, but they should stay out of the breakfast business.
Terrible experience. The staff here is unbelievably impertinent and rude. We had a reservation for a birthday dinner and clearly asked for a specific table. When we arrived, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about, only to eventually admit they had given our table to someone else, and offered us to sit at a table next to the restrooms. No apology, no solution, just attitude. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. We left completely disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service or basic respect.
I purchased a $40.00 pizza that arrived cold and lacked flavor; I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. My wife picked up the order from the restaurant adjacent to Bond45 after placing it online. Upon arrival, the pizza appeared stale and cold. After returning the pizza and explaining the issues—its temperature, appearance, and missing items—the manager claimed it had been sitting for an extended period. I presented the order tracking information to refute this, at which point he agreed to prepare a replacement. However, instead of making a new pizza, they simply reheated the original and returned it. This represents the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Ok on first page breakfast menu in box they place freshly squized orange juice for 7dol. So they bring us tiny cup of juice from package or bottle. So i thought its was mistake because that juice we get for free from hotel breakfast. Lol i asked them so u sqieze it, waitress told its from dispencer. So guy lets be honest!!!WRITE fresh squized from package or box. Dont try fool ur customers! By the way Berry compot and blueberries its the same staff in different meals also.
It was one of my worse meals and service I ever had. I ordered Veal Milanese and my girlfriend ordered it too. First of all they have two veal Milanese meals one cutlet and one chop. We never mentioned the chop. He assumed and brought us the chop which was $30.00 more than the cutlet. When mine came, it was so over cooked, the edges were curled up. My husband told the waiter and he looked at it and then walked away. My girlfriend’s veal came and hers was cooked good. I can’t believe that the 2 same dishes came out and no one ever noticed. We all asked for coffee at the end and he served everyone except me. He told me it was coming and then I asked again after he served the table in front of me and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order one. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had.
I used to visit the old location for years; friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and great food. Times have changed. The staff couldn’t be bothered and were just plain rude The food was horrible; cold salmon, my lasagna had burnt pieces most likely from too much time under the broiler. Plates were dirty. The downstairs was like a dungeon. $35 for a glass of wine??? Never again.
Skip this place, even though it looks nice. AI reservations if you call their number, which can’t understand even asking how long the breakfast menu goes til (website doesn’t say and your AI only wants to offer weekend brunch). When asking for a human, no one picks up, the phone line just rings and rings. Conversely, if you show up and they are even slightly busy, you could be left to your own devices for 20 minutes with no greeting while they figure out what they’re doing. Not worth the price. Be better.
